Intro:
The fourth bout in the Home & Away vs Neighbours card sees a young future star against an old hand of the soap world.
Bonnie Sveen is 27 and is famous for playing Ricky Sharpe on the set of Home & Away for the past three years and ironically had made a cameo appearance three years before as a different character.
She's now left the show to take part in new shows to try and build her reputation.
Amongst the Home & Away girls, it's rumoured she may be the best boxer amongst them but Kassandra Clementi is supposed to dispute that claim and both of them are said to have had some real stand up wars in training.
Her opponent is Kym Valentine, she's 39 making her the oldest fighter on both teams.
Even more ironic, she did have a cameo in Home & Away when she was a young teenager.
But she grew up on the Neighbours set with women like Carla Bonner (Steph Scully) and Holly Valance (Felicity Scully) She's rumoured to have sparred with both her friends and Holly of course has made a name for herself in the ring as well as outside of course.

The fighters were said to be respectful of each other at the weigh in and Kym was even seen hugging Bonnie off stage as the two women laughed together.
The young Neighbours girls told the media when Kym's name came up that she was the den mother of the group as she was stern with them when they turned up late.
But she would help anyone of them, even with the tinyest of issues that they could probably sort themselves.
Bonnie told the media "I like Kym, she seems a good hearted woman and I won't be nasty with her outside the ring like I would with her teammates"
Smiling she adds "as always there's a but, but I will be doing my best to kick her ass in the ring and I know she won't take it easy with me"
Kym said in her training camp with her teammates training in the background "I think she's a good kid, when we spoke before going on stage, she said how much she respected my career"
As always "but it's me or her in that ring as I told her, I'm not going to be the kind hearted woman I am outside the ring, I'm going to bust her up if I can, she'll try to do the same to me; it's that simple"

Fighting time on the Gold Coasts beach, a beach volleyball court is the make shift arena without any ropes just the markings.
Out comes Bonnie onto the court first wearing a tight pink bikini, she is a big flyweight, she's looking focused to get this fight on.
Kym is out next wearing a dark blue bikini and gloves, she's always been fit and she bangs her gloves together to psyche herself up and attempt to unnerve her opponent.
Being ushered to the ring centre, both women nod to each other as the instructions are being said to them.
Both touch gloves respectfully as Kym whispers "good luck" for the fighters and the ref to hear before they return to their corners.
10 rounds of flyweight boxing begins now.

Round 1:
The fighters come out on their toes in the sand, looking to show whose the better fighter, they circle and flick out a jab to test out the other.
Kym steps forward thinking she's got the skills to dominant having sparred with Holly. But she gets clipped with a hard and quick combo as her hand speed is no where near what her opponents is.
It becomes clear that power isn't on her side either as she laces Bonnie in the face with a hard straight.
But she takes a cracking right hook that rattles her already and another right hook puts her down into the sand already.
Bonnie dances back to a safe distance as Kym shakes her head not believing how hard Bonnie can hit.
The blonde most likely able to make bantamweight as well as flyweight and she brings that power down with her by the looks of things.
Kym is up and in defensive mode as she dances at a safe distance and uses her jab like a shield to protect herself and to try to score something on her younger opponent.
Bonnie isn't looking to charge in yet and end this, whether by design or she can't get close enough to possibly end this fight now.
The bell rings with Kym looking badly worried as she returns to her corner, while Bonnie looks perfectly calm and collected.

Round 2:
Kym is still trying to fight on that back foot but Bonnie comes forward quicker that the brunette can keep the distance. Valentine takes a chopping right hand to her jaw followed by an uppercut which smacks into her jaw and down she goes again.
As the ref counts, he sees that Kym is out cold and waves the fight off as her seconds rush in to wake her up.

Winner: Bonnie Sveen KO Round 2

After
Bonnie with an absolutely dominant display, surprising how quick she dismantled Kym with raw power.
Kym wasn't the favourite to win but was expected to be durable when reports of her sparring sessions come in.
Showing that she does care for her rival team fighter, Bonnie kneels next to Kym while she is being awoken with smelling salts.
As the brunette wakes up, Bonnie hugs her and asks "are you OK babe?" To which Kym replies with a nod.
"My God you hit like a truck, remind me to never upset you as I don't want the bare knuckle version of that" says Kym as Bonnie laughs.
Helping Kym up, she's still shaky from being knocked out and Bonnie supports her new friend to get her to get checked out off the beach.
After that stories are that Kym went to the local hospital for further tests which came back all clear.
While Bonnie, who wanted to go with her but was ordered by Kym to go celebrate her win at the bar, was reportedly shoved by Ariel Kaplan who wasn't happy with her for crushing Kym as badly.
A few celebration drinks for herself didn't help and the teammates of both had to pull them off each other as they knocked tables over and threw drinks over each other at the beach bar in a wild fight.
Even after being pulled off each other, Ariel wanted a pair of gloves to fight Bonnie there and then in a boxing bout.
But her teammates dragged her off along the beach to cool down and leave Bonnie and her friends to apologize to the bar owner.
Bonnie vowed to get even with that little bytch in a ring, a beach, an apartment, anywhere she could legally kick her ass.
