(Girls Friday vs Kear's Kats)

Intro:
How do you start a card at Gateshead stadium then with a Geordie fighting of course, Michelle Heaton is surprisingly the visiting fighter you could say as Girls Fighter has set the card up but she won't be a guest to the fans as she fights Spanish dynamo Ivana Baquero.
For Ivana, it's the first time she'll have fought on her stables home area as she traveled south for her debut against the flyweight champion Jenna Louise Coleman in a fight of the year contender, this is not expected to be that.

At the press conference, Michelle was surprisingly allowed to speak first but that seems to be because Mr Keegan, the manager of the Girls Friday stable has a soft spot for her, being they come from similar areas.
"Alreet! It's wonderful that I finally got an invite to box on one of these cards in me hometown, well next door to it anyway" says Michelle with a wink.
Looking at Ivana; she adds "look darling, I admit you impressed me pet when you nearly beat Jenna but I will put another loss to your record and keep you at the back of the queue"
Getting her turn to speak, Ivana doesn't look impressed for one second by the words of her opponent as she walks to the podium to speak.
"Look Michelle, I don't know what your famous for but I don't just play the baddest woman on T.V, I am the baddest woman in real life, so I'll keep my message to you simple, your victim number one in my quest to get back to the woman I want!" Shouts Ivana as Heaton looks offended.
Staring hard at a T.V camera, she adds "I hope Jenna is watching this and the fight tomorrow because porky pig, the next time I rock you is the last time you hold that flyweight title, As I will knock you out!" Roars the Spanish lass as she shoves the microphone off stage to the floor and goes nose to nose with Michelle.
Two combustible tempers are face to face as they seem ready to fight it out but management of both fighters gets between them and the media groan as they wanted to get a preview of these two.

Fight night in Gateshead, Michelle gets a heroes welcome as the crowd cheer her and she duly jogs to the ring and blows kisses to her fans, while not the biggest name from the area, she is one of their own and it's an area that supports its own.
Michelle is wearing a black sports bra and has matching shoes, shorts and gloves as her hair is a dark red that stands out in a ponytail.
Out comes Ivana to a muted reaction, they can't cheer her against their own but she is technically an adopted Geordie due to her stable affliction.
She is wearing a yellow and red striped sports bra and shorts to resemble her hometown team Barcelona and has red gloves and shoes to complete the look.
Her hair is tied into a ponytail with part of it braided to look a little like the braid she has on The Shannara Chronicles.
The fighters are ushered to the ring centre and neither looks like she'll back down as they go back to being nose to nose and can visibly be seen pressing against the other to try and shove the other back with their bodies.
The ref asks for a touch of gloves and both women step back to swipe more then touches gloves in a half hearted attempt at a glove touch.
10 rounds of flyweight fighting begins now.

Round 1:
Both fighters straight out the blocks to get a piece of each other, Ivana is fighting very compact, coming forward with that Latin style, while Michelle is trying to match work rate with her younger opponent.
But it's clear early on that Ivana is working her opponent back to the ropes with her digging assault to the body.
Michelle has to clinch as her back touches the ropes behind her and the ref has to separate them as Ivana can be heard swearing in her native tongue.
Getting into space, Michelle is trying to box her way into this fight now but Ivana is like a pitbull, she won't let her target get out of her teeth and is blasting looping hooks to rock the Geordie lass.
The crowd have been muted seeing one of their own getting knocked back with ease and as the bell rings to end the round, Michelle has some blood trickling from her nose to show her war wounds.

Round 2:
Ivana is more on her toes now as she comes forward less one dimensional then the last round, using the jab on Michelle to set up for her right hook.
The red head is looking worried as she can't seem to make any impression on this hot blooded woman, whose got no retreat button by the looks of it.
A piercing straight to that bloody nose rocks Michelle's head backwards and a right hook to her cheek sends the Geordie to her bum.
Ivana is all business as she goes to a neutral corner and stares down at Michelle, who is getting her bearings back.
The ref is up to 6 before Michelle is up at 8 to a sizable cheer from her supporters, as the ref checks her over to see if she can continue.
Allowing the fight to continue, Michelle is hanging on for dear life and is being assaulted to the body when Ivana can get her arms free.
The ref separates the fighters and as the fight resumes Michelle tries to square up to Ivana, but quickly retreats when her nose continues to be abused.
The bell rings with the crowd thinking the white towel could be thrown in soon as Michelle looks out classed out there.

Round 3:
Well Geordie pride is hard to squash and Michelle is out for the round, Ivana doesn't look that impressed as she comes out quickly with her jab straight away knocking Heaton backwards.
The Latin fighter is unloading punches as she knocks Michelle back into her corner and the ref steps in before Michelle is knocked clean out.

Winner: Ivana Baquero TKO Round 3

After:
Another major statement by Baquero, her debut defeat got tongues waging as she nearly beat the champ, her first win showed how good she could become.
Ivana puts her arms up to the crowd who give her a respectful round of applause for her performance and they probably hope it won't be another Geordie on the receiving end the next time.

Michelle is checked over by medics and the blood flow from her nose is stopped as she looks up at Ivana, annoyed that she couldn't do anything with the younger girl.
While the winner is giving a microphone to speak to the crowd and get her feelings out there.
"I'll like to thank you guys for being amazing fans, I know it must have been tough to watch but I promise that I'll bring you guys wins and I'll get the big fights here in future" says Ivana with a warm smile on her face.

Continuing she adds "maybe Jenna will leave her Looney Toons gym and come fight me up in my new neck of the woods hmm"
The crowd cheer that as Ivana waves to them and as she looks at Michelle, she subtlety sticks her tongue out at her to show how little she respects her rival.
Leaving the ring, she gets a selfie outside the ring with the crowd behind her to have a digital reminder of her first win.
Before she rushes to the back to help her stablemate and best friend Poppy Drayton warm up for her fight later in the evening.
