Emma Watson vs Adelaide Kane
(Words: WW / Results: Lookout!)

BEFORE: Adelaide Kane looking to improve her record after her multiple defeats in 2015 and in 2016. The girl doesn't seem too worried, but it's obvious she really wants to win this bout, and she'll do whatever it takes to get it. "I'm tired of disappointing my fans and myself," she says with furrowed eyebrows. "They deserve better. I know I can do better. And this time, I'm going to prove it by KOing Watson here at Boiling Point, no matter what!"

Watson stands calmly, seeing this match with no real stress or urgency. "I'm happy Adelaide's trying to win; it'll make this fight just a bit more difficult." she commented, smiling. "I don't think she'll give me that much trouble, but honestly? I almost feel bad for her. If it wasn't for the fact that I'm the one she's trying hit, I'd want her to win."

Emma’s in a one-piece black and white striped swimsuit with red gloves, and Adelaide’s in a two-piece green number with blue gloves.

ROUND 1: Adelaide trying to keep her composure as she comes out of her corner, glaring at Watson with a determined fury. She throws a couple of long reaching punches to start things off, but Emma blocks them nice and easy. Watson’s letting her take control, it looks like; she’s letting herself get pushed back a bit as Adelaide searches for an entrance. Watson throws a counter punch as Kane whiffs her stomach punch, nailing the Australian actress right in the eye. Adelaide tries to move past, but NOW Watson starts to fight back, blocking her somewhat sloppy offense and forcing her back to the middle of the ring with a staggering hook. Here we go: the action’s starting! Watson keeps going, but Adelaide gets out of the way and plows Emma right in the breast; the Brit gasps loudly and the Australian follows up with some clean body punches. Emma lands a sneaky hit to the ribs as her opponent tries to push on, but it doesn’t do too much to stop her. Adelaide once again wanting to put Emma back in the corner; the Brit’s forced to block as Kane’s speed increases. The round ends with Emma trying to counter, but the Aussie catches her with an uppercut right as the bell rings. Adelaide making good of her promise to try and win this fight: she takes this round, but Emma’s offense made it a very close call.

ROUND 2: Adelaide comes in once more, feeling good off of the last round’s win. Emma trying to be a tad more careful, sidestepping Adelaide’s punches and generally just staying on her toes as she tries to avoid the Australian assault. It works: looks like Adelaide’s slowing up a bit, and Emma capitalizes with a flurry of jabs. All of them connect, leaving Kane a bit stunned; Emma hits Kane in the breadbasket, moving up towards her chin with a nice left. The Australian girl’s in trouble, Emma’s got her holding her guard up as she tries to hit her just a little more: but OH! Adelaide with a right hook right to Watson’s side! Those blue gloves let her dig her way out of trouble as she pushes the British girl back! Now the two are fighting as equals: trading blow after blow and matching each other just perfectly! Adelaide with a left to the nose, Emma with a right to the cheek, back to Kane with a swinging right to the breast, and back to Watson with a left to the gut! These two are just tearing each other up, and the crowd’s going nuts: ladies and gentlemen, let me remind you that this is only the second round! It looks like the two are giving themselves some space so that they don't have to exert themselves too much...but Adelaide's still throwing some "not-even-close" level jabs at the British actress, and that's how the round ends: a perfect draw for a crazy back-and-forth fight!

ROUND 3: Back into neutral, going steady...both girls look like they're aching to keep going. This is hardly a fight between these two girls as much as it is a fight to prove something. Emma puts her best foot forward, bopping Adelaide on the side of the head with her right and moving away. Emma starts bouncing, psyched up and ready for Adelaide's attempt: and it comes with a hook to the midsection that she dodged with ease before leaping back in and pounding Adelaide a little more. Adelaide hops backwards, she's got her guard up and watches Emma's fists like a hawk, ready to dodge the next assault. A little downtime as the two circle each other once more…and Adelaide jumps in, unable to help herself. She grazes Emma’s breast, but takes a straight to the face for all the trouble. Emma lands a beautiful combo, still working on rattling Adelaide’s head! The Australian girl starts stumbling into the ropes, throwing her guard up. Emma assaults it with impunity, trapping the girl between a rope and a hard glove! The ref steps in for just a moment to step in and give Adelaide a quick check; Emma raises an eyebrow of surprise and confusion. A look that gives off a "done already?" sort of vibe. Adelaide grits her teeth and says she's just fine, and the ref lets the fight go on. Emma looking to punish that mistake, but now Adelaide finally accepts that she’s just not gonna knock Emma down that easy and avoids getting punished even more this early on. The round ends with Watson looking dominant, and the points don’t lie about that either!

ROUND 4: Emma once again taking the lead here as she carefully prods at her opponent for an opening. Pounding away at the slowly weakening defense of Kane, the Aussie’s looking a little tired, and OH MY! Right as Emma throws the right, Adelaide ducks and smashes that stomach in with a beautiful left straight to the navel! Emma bends over forward in pain and Adelaide tries to capitalize as much as she can, still trying to knock Emma out with some clean blows to the head! But Emma resists, and throws back some nasty fists of her own. Both of them are trying to avoid the pure slugging match this time around, but it looks like both think the other can go down at any moment! Another staredown, both girls are panting, and Adelaide steps forward, moving in the left, Emma avoids it—NO! IT WAS A FEINT! Adelaide walks her right into her right! Adelaide with a sinister smile as she thinks she’s won; going absolutely nuts as Emma closes up tight! Seriously, she’s in a frenzy; a lot of girls would be taken by surprise from this, but Emma shows off that veteran knowledge and keeps herself alive! Kane slows down and steps back, giving Emma some much needed rest. Emma looks just a little peeved, though; she doesn’t want the round to end like this! She tries to throw the hands, but Adelaide’s on the defense, tapping her with the right hand as she dodges with absolute precision. The girl’s really looking to clinch this by the skin of her teeth, round after round; all I know is that one of them must be getting tired. Oh! And it looks like Emma goes into the last few seconds of this round with some offense as she catches Adelaide in the stomach, but it’s not enough for the judges to give her the win for points: Kane takes this round! Adelaide looking determined, and Emma looks a little frustrated, but somewhat thoughtful, it seems.

ROUND 5: And here we go! They’re not exactly roaring out of the gate, but the crowd is on their toes as these two women put on a wonderful match! Adelaide still taking that lead, not running out of gas at all, desperate to try and knock Emma out, but she won’t have it; she’s just too good at playing defensive. Emma sneaks in a jab to the breast, a slight wince appearing on the Aussie’s face. Adelaide herself still wants an opening to sneak through, but she can’t find it! Emma’s being smart: just sneaking in subtle little hits that aren’t flashy or powerful, but after a while, they’re gonna make that body sting. Adelaide seems almost unhinged at this point, practically swinging as Emma ducks it and taps her in the stomach. And now Emma’s moving around the ring some more, letting Adelaide come to her: she just keeps walking right into it! Kane tries to take the lead with an uppercut, but it’s just too slow! And it leaves her wide open for a CROSS TO THE CHIN! Adelaide’s head twists, and her eyes get glazed over! Now Watson’s just pounding her in the stomach as she stumbles more and more into the ropes! Kane’s hanging on for dear life, desperate to get that win; she’s staring daggers right into her opponent’s eyes! Even her guard isn’t doing much at this point, Emma’s just tearing right through it! Jabs to the face, a quick right to the ribs, and an uppercut to the gut—and with that, Adelaide starts gasping as she falls on her knees, then face first into the canvas! Emma walks back to her corner, weary but satisfied. Ref making the count; Adelaide isn’t even moving! As soon as he gets to 10 and that bell sounds, the crowd gives a wave of wild cheers (and a few boos, for those who really wanted Kane to win)! KO5 Emma Watson!

AFTER: “That match was…interesting, to put it in simple terms.” Emma said. She seems a little out of it, still; looks like that match took a tole on her. “On one hand, that girl hasn’t won in a long while. But on the other, she put on an amazing fight just because she hasn’t won in a while. I can’t be too upset at myself; I won the match. She got sloppy, and I was just able to take more than she could. It feels good. Maybe she can get a rematch in, if she wants: it’s all up to her!”

Emma walks the ring, her exhaustion replaced with a nice smile as she walks out of the ring. Looks like Adelaide woke up after getting the smelling salt treatment. The girl realizes just what’s happened; she just sighs and shakes her head in disappointment and what might be amazement. We want to talk to her, but she just ignores us as she walks out of the ring, some people giving her encouragement for the fight she put up tonight.
