BEFORE:

"It's about time I get back in the ring," says Cat with a shake of the head. "Nearly two years now! Way too long. I'm looking forward to this fight, and I'm going to win it."

"She's a veteran," says Antje with a nod. "She's been around a long time and she's fought in two federations. She'll be a challenge for me. But, I love challenges."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's 'Cat Scratch Fever' by Ted Nugent you hear, and that means that lovely blonde Cat Deeley of Beever's Babes is on her way to the ring..."

McCarthy: "Deeley hasn't fought in almost two years, but, what's worse is, she hasn't won in over FIVE. The last time she won a fight was a one-point decision over Saffron Burrows in January of 2011!"

Tess: "Um...Cassandra Lynn. did Mac actually do some PREP work for this card?"

Cassie: "I think she DID, BFF..."

Tess: "Upset of the night..."

McCarthy: "SHUT UP, BOTH OF YOU!"

O'Dell: "Drink up, boys, but don't take your eyes off the screen, because Cat's climbing into the ring to be helped off with the robe by the Beever's Babes corner crew, and she's wearing that black bikini that always gets the crowd going. And, that's 'Head's Will Roll' by the Yeah, Yeah, Yeah's, and that can only mean that the newest member of Front Street, 'The Scandinavian Stunner', Antje Utgaard is headed to the ring..."

Cassie: "Utgaard has looked plenty good so far in her rookie campaign. She's shown plenty of athleticism and lots of power, which you'd expect from a girl who's 5'10" and 150 pounds..."

O'Dell: "Antje climbing into the ring, being helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve to reveal that stars and stripes bikini and THAT body is always going to get quite the reaction from the crowd."

Cassie: "Brick house. No doubt about it."

McCarthy: "Not PLAYMATE material, that's for sure..."

Tess: "Truck, call Mac's eye doctor and make an appointment. She needs her prescription checked..."

McCarthy: "YOU...I SEE JUST FINE...SHUT UP, WALMART!"

O'Dell: "Drink up boys, and, while you do, we're just about ready to go, so it's time for some picks. Tess favors Antje. Mac?"

McCarthy: "Deeley's a typical Dancing Hooker opponent. Utgaard."

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "And, we're underway. Both fighters to the long left hand early. No surprise there. Both of these welters can box at punching range, and both have shown that they like to do it. In Cat's case, however, this is likely to be the strategy for this fight. She's good defensively and can score points boxing..."

Tess: "Right. And she does not want to get into a slugging match with Utgaard."

O'Dell: "I can't think of too many fighters, and that includes welters, who WOULD want to get into a slugging match with Utgaard. That's a big, powerfully built woman right there. And, as we've pointed out before, very athletic. Great feet. Moves well. Bends well. Has all the tools. Just needs the rounds, I expect."

McCarthy: "The problem is, she's got horrible management. Now, if we had her at SCEEJ, well. She might turn into something. But, she's doomed to be another disappointing Dancing Hooker with Weirdo and his bunch."

O'Dell: "Down to 25 seconds to go in the first. Good, two-way boxing action as the two ladies move the feet, use the jab to set up the right hand. Not a lot of combinations happening right now. Mostly one and two-punch stuff as the fighters do some recon, and there's the bell. Close, to Cat Deeley."

Cassie: "And, again, this is how Deeley wants to win this fight. Boxing for points. She's got them in the first and leads 10-9."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Second begins the way the first ended. The two fighters engaged in ranged warfare. Cat doubling her jab up in spots now, looking to control the younger, less-experienced fighter. Utgaard not looking overly bothered. Continuing to work her own left hand. Lands a solid right...AND THAT HURT DEELEY! A straight right hand and it didn't look like much damage was done, but Cat immediately covers up!"

Cassie: "No question, she's hurt, and, like you say, that didn't appear to have as much mustard on it as it apparently did."

O'Dell: "Antje letting the hands go now. She's looking to finish this thing right now. She's backing Deeley up slowly, methodically, working her up against the ropes and going to town. Getting a little too aggressive, though. She's missing more than she's hitting. But, she's still hitting enough to keep Cat on the ropes in a high guard..."

McCarthy: "Needs to just settle down and set up punches. But, this is nothing you don't see a lot of with inexperienced fighters."

O'Dell: "Antje buffeting Deeley's head from side to side as she lands bombs on Cat's guard. The Brit has the body on sale, but Utgaard's not buying. It's all head-hunting right now, as the younger woman looks to finish this thing. Ten seconds to go, and it looks like Deeley's going to survive it. There's the bell. Utgaard wide."

Tess: "And, we're even at 19."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Antje right after Cat to start the third. She's right forward, walking through the older woman's jab, looking to bring power to bear. Cat moving better now. Has the legs most of the way back. She's managing the brunette with her jab, slowing her pursuit, frustrating Utgaard's attempts to create offense."

Cassie: "This is good stuff from Deeley. No question about that. She's playing this smart, taking advantage of Antje's aggression."

O'Dell: "Utgaard's corner telling her to slow down, and the American beginning to do that now. She's getting back to the jab, working it at range, boxing with Cat now. Of course, this is what Deeley wants, but Antje's boxing with on even terms. Cat slick with the feet, staying off square. Showing all kinds of angles."

Tess: "Utgaard handling that pretty well, though. She's using her own footwork, getting square before she punches."

O'Dell: "Thirty seconds left in the third, which is turning into another good, two-way round. Deeley giving a little ground now. Trying to pull Utgaard forward. Antje not falling into that trap. Holding ground and distance. Cat back to the double-tap jab in the final seconds. Utgaard responds with a good two-punch, and there's the bell. Close. Deeley."

McCarthy: "And, Cat's back on top, 29-28."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Fourth begins with gun-platform stuff again. Antje sitting down a little more this round. Committing on the punches. Cat making her pay with solid rejoinders, but the Front Streeter not being cowed by that. She's determined to get heavy leather onto the Brit, and she's willing to take leather to give leather..."

Cassie: "AND SHE GAVE SOME RIGHT THERE! Big right hand!"

O'Dell: "And Deeley's knees give a shimmy! And Utgaard all in immediately! It's a second chance for the American to end this thing, and she's going to do everything she can to make that happen. Utgaard hammering away with both hands, rocking Cat back into the ropes, again ignoring the body sale and concentrating upstairs..."

McCarthy: "If this kid had any kind of training, she'd know to work that body."

O'Dell: "Antje again banging Cat's head back and forth with heavy punches landing on the Brit's guard. Deeley jabbing back in spots, doing enough to keep the referee at bay, but no more. GOOD right hand, Antje! Cat wobbles again! Ten seconds left in the fourth. Ref looking in closely. Utgaard a final flurry, but there's the bell. Cat looking shaken, but still on her feet. Utgaard's round wide."

Tess: "And, we're even again, this time at 38."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Utgaard on the attack now. She's coming forward strongly, looking to back Cat up with heavy shot. Third straight fight where we've seen Front Street's entry take control at about this point and look for a finisher, but, the home team only 1-1 doing that in the first two. Antje determined to put her stable above .500..."

McCarthy: "Deeley doesn't want to try to do what Raymund did, though. She just wants to manage, play for time. She's in this fight on the cards."

O'Dell: "She is at that. But, the younger woman has no intention of this thing getting that far. She's very aggressive right now. Not sloppy, though. Setting up her punches, shelling the Brit, working her back to the ropes once again. Deeley trying to slow the offensive down with jabs and the odd right hand, but not having much...DOWN GOES DEELEY! A BOOMING right from Antje sends Cat crashing to the mat on her right side!"

Cassie (singing): "Turn out the liiiggghhhttsss, the party's ooooovveerrrrrr...."

O'Dell: "Utgaard quickly to the neutral corner. Count at three. Four. Five. No signs of movement from Deeley at all. Six. Seven. Eight. Cat still motionless on her right side. Nine. TEN! It's OVER! And your winner by KO5 with an absolutely CRUNCHING one-punch knockout is 'The Scandinavian Stunner' Antje Utgaard!"

Tess: "We need to check the replay on this one, Jenny. Watch as Antje backs Cat up with a solid flurry. Now, here comes that heavy Front Street left jab. Pops Deeley's head back and here's the right. BOOM! Right on the button. Cuts all the power. And Deeley is just now being brought around."

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Antje Utgaard, and Antje, tell us about that right hand that finished things..."

Antje: "Well, I knew I had her in trouble in the fourth, and I couldn't quite finish her. I wanted to keep after her in the fifth and get her out of there if I could. I was just working to set up right hands, and I found a spot for one."

Tess: "And kept your winning streak going..."

Antje (smiling): "I did. But, more importantly, I got more rounds, more experience, did more learning. That's what this is about for me now. Getting better every time out."
