Intro:
The second semi final has two girls who have actually been around boxing but in much different ways.
Emily Ratajkowski was a shock to some people to be on the New Blood shortlist, she is 25 and has fought five times already with one win.
But she fits the criteria and organisers argue that five fights isn't a great amount to judge someone on when twenty has been the touted number by some media pundits.
Her opponent is Saoirse Ronan, the actress whose been in some big movies like Hanna and Brooklyn is seen as the dark horse for this title.
She has technically being signed to the Foxfire Atlantic stable but she was a cut woman and was not signed to the actual boxing part.
Nia Peeple's, who had her own top career in celeb boxing has been training the young woman for years as a favour for her work outside the ring and it has come back that Ronan looks the real deal.
When the balls came out together, both women looked confident that they had nothing to fear from the other and you could argue both have a point.

At the press conference for this event, Both women shook hands before going to their seats and then watching the chaos unfold before them being Baldwin and Peltz.
After that was all cleared up, Emily was the first allowed to speak her mind at the podium, she first looked around the room begun her speech.
"Tonight I hope you guys can see my sisters at the back of the room, my Equipo sisterhood" Emily pauses as she waves her hand to the assembled talent of her stable like Genevieve Morton and Jessica Gomes.
"These girls know what it is to seek the respect for our talents, so it may sound cheesy but this is about me winning this for myself and then as we deserve to be noticed by you in the media and by managers"
Graciously Emily let's Saoirse go to the podium but before the blonde can get to the podium, Ratajkowski is in her face and whispers "I hope you show me respect because I don't play nice when I'm provoked"
Saoirse shows she isn't afraid by staring down her opponent before Emily smiles and retreats to her seat to hear what is about to be said.
"Look I'm not going to talk about respect exactly because you earn respect, you don't ask for it, I mean look at me, I've started where not many would, I became a cut woman"
Smiling warming to show her pride of where she came from to who she is hoping to become, she continues.
"I've seen first hand what boxing can do to my friends, so I accept what punishment I may have to endure to beat you Emily because let's be honest, we both have Irish blood in us and I'd be lying if I pretended I didn't like a good scrap like I've seen you do"
Looking at Emily when she finishes her speech with "maybe someday we should find somewhere quite and fight bare knuckle" before she laughs and winks to the crowd.
Both have a civilized stare down as they silent stare each other down and it looks like both will be ready for a war come fight night.

On the actual night, Jolene Bialock is waiting in the ring for the two fighters as the ref for these fights and after the first bout, she looks pumped for this job.
Emily comes out first, the crowd is almost blinking as they try to work out if they are seeing what they think they are.
Well Emily is wearing a tan coloured swimsuit, which is making the crowd think she's having a blurred lines tribute, she has red gloves and her hair is tied into a ponytail.
Waiting in her corner is Stephanie McMahon and Jessica Gomes as her seconds, Emily enters the ring and hugs them both as she looks proud to represent them.
Saoirse comes out next, she is wearing the Emerald swimsuit from her film Brooklyn with matching green gloves and she is coming out with Nia Peeple's.
She looks slightly nervous as this will be her first time in the ring as opposed to being outside of the ring doing something vastly different as she tries to cut someone instead of fixing them up.
As she steps into the ring, Nia tells her to turn around and she has a surprise for her, Ronan does as asked and almost sheds a tear as she sees a green ribbon and Nia places it into her hair to make a ponytail as she whispers "make me and your friends proud of who you have become"
Jolene orders both women to the ring centre and as both get there, neither looks afraid of the other as Saoirse even seems to want to force the issue if not for Bialock nudging her back and warning both "I will get involved if needs be ladies, keep this clean"
Asked to touch gloves, the two women do, before jogging back to their corners to wait for the bell to start 10 rounds of bantamweight boxing.

Round 1:
Out come the fighters quickly and they were not lying about scrapping it out early as they launch into each other with wild swinging punches.
Both seem to be in a frenzy as they don't give each other any quarter early on and Emily appears to be just landing the cleaner punches due to that extra inch of height as she stands back slightly to land her punches.
The action does slowly down as they circle and strike at each other in short sharp bursts of action.
Emily knocks Saoirse back slightly with a hard straight to her nose that causes some tears to form in Roman's eyes.
It's not long till the bell with Emily managing to have pinned Saoirse to the ropes, Nia is shouting for her friend to get off the ropes.
The bell does finally ring and Jolene has to pull Emily off Saoirse as the brunette was lost in the fight and she does apologize to Jolene but not to Saoirse, who she stares at hard and gets a cold stare in return.

Round 2:
Emily shows her experience as Saoirse thinks she is going to have to brawl again and rushes forward, Ratajkowski is up on her toes and is boxing her way around her opponent.
Saoirse looks slightly stunned at the change of styles and it takes her a moment to full realise that she has to change herself up as her cheeks take a pummeling.
In fact her cheeks are puffing up from the leather she's eating and Emily looks on with a smile as she keeps drilling her jab into the right side of the blondes face.
Saoirse does change her own style and gets onto her own toes but Emily keeps her early control and punishes Ronan to the ropes to the delight of the crowd.
The blonde manages to clinch as Emily throws some punches to the back of her head to dislodge her but Jolene is straight in and pulls the fighters apart.
There's a stare down between Emily and Jolene as Bialock shouts "I told you to keep it clean! No punches to the back of the head!"
Emily nods but looks pissed off and it doesn't help when Saoirse comes back at her and rips away to her body in the late stages of the round.
The bell rings and Jolene has to pull Saoirse back and the blonde furiously apologizes and compared to Emily in the last round, Saoirse looks sincere with her apology.
Jolene still warns her as she lays down the law to both fighters in their corners.

Round 3:
Emily again quickly takes control of the round with her jab as she takes the ring centre and her experience in the ring is defiantly giving her the early advantage against the in ring rookie.
But Saoirse doesn't look too downhearted as she keeps coming forward, ducking and waiving to get her punches in.
It's a lot closer round to the first as Saoirse is able to work away to the body of Emily and that has to be the plan that Nia put into place with her girl before the fight.
But Emily lands a hard jab and a straight to the face of Saoirse, blood can be seen on Roman's face as Jolene waits for a chance to step in and when she does to order Saoirse to the doctor, a cut under the right eye of Saoirse can be seen.
The doctor checks it over and says it's OK to continue but now Saoirse has something to worry about as she steps forward to resume fighting Emily.
She doesn't seem to be letting it bother her too much as she keeps coming on to try and hurt Emily to win this.
The fight stays in the ring centre as both fighters keep pushing with one hand and digging short punches into each other till the bell.
Both women step back and Emily looks proud of her work up to now as Stephanie shouts on her return to her corner "3 rounds in a row you've won! Saoirse should just quit now!"
Nia shakes her head at her opposite number as she wants to hug Saoirse but the smile on her fighters face tells her she doesn't need to as they go over the early rounds and what Saoirse has to do to win this.

Round 4:
Saoirse is still getting clipped to her face as Emily seems to be getting a little cocky out there with her jab and it looks to cost as she gets caught to the chin and knocked back.
The blonde is on her like a rash and even with her cut under her eye, the smaller fighter just won't quit and is snapping away at the body of Ratajkowski.
Emily does manage to get herself off the ropes with some hard shots to the head of Saoirse but again she's being caught on her suspect chin and has to clinch up herself.
Jolene smirks slightly as Emily seems to get on her nerves and she gives the fighters a chance to work this out themselves, again though she has to get involves to separate the two.
Emily looks hurt as she takes another piledriving straight to the body and it's late in the round when she can create space to escape and she knows now that she does have a fight on her hands.
The bell rings and Saoirse looks happy with her effort as Emily looks annoyed that she let her opponent back into the fight after having so much control over it.
Emily's face is starting to redden up and her stomach doesn't look much better as Stephanie tries to help her regulate her breathing.

Round 5:
Emily is back on the front foot as she's been ordered and the two fighters just slug it out once again, Saoirse looks happy to fight these terms even if they haven't been too favourable for her yet.
The blonde continues to work on her opponent's body and tries to keep her head low so to stop taking as many shots to her face.
But a hard hook as she tries to come forwards with her head low, connects and down goes Saoirse to a cheer from half the crowd as they are mixed between the skill of Emily and the heart of Saoirse.
Saoirse spits her gumshield out as she's face down on all fours, Nia is shouting for her to get up as blood drips from that cut to her cheek to the canvas.
Jolene is up to 6 as Saoirse starts to shove her way up and makes it up at 9 to the delight of her fans, while Emily's fans boo her.
Noticing the gumshields out, Jolene orders the blonde to get a new one as the doctor gets that cut again and says "it looks worse then it is but next time I see you could be it"
Saoirse nods as she knows what it takes to end a fight from her experience in the corner of her friends fights.
Banging her gloves together after getting an extra breather, the blonde waves Emily to bring it on, the brunette shakes her head not believing what she is seeing.
Emily comes forward again and Saoirse covers up and retreats as she knows she isn't in shape yet to make even a desperate attack.
The bell rings and Emily shoves back Saoirse by her head and Jolene is right in her face shouting "final warning, it's a point then out of here!"
Emily just smirks as Stephanie pats her on the back and gives Jolene the sign that she's watching the special referee closely.

Round 6:
Nia can be heard between rounds asking Saoirse "is it worth it to keep going and risk serious injury?" But as the bell is about to ring, Ronan is up and ready to continue no matter what.
Emily can't believe this sight at all as Saoirse who has blood on the bust of her emerald swimsuit is coming out to meet her, she thinks to herself "I'm going to hurt this dumb bytch"
Both fighters continue to square up but for all her early success, Emily is being hurt to the body as she can be heard gasping and bruises are forming on her abs.
Emily is clinching up due to the pain and the crowd are stunned as this blonde whose being beaten up, is hurting the dominant brunette.
Saoirse gets clipped to that bad right eye and swelling can be seen forming around it now, Nia is getting even more scared for her close friend and is holding the white towel closely.
But the blonde tiredly tackles Emily to the ropes and continues to pound at the body of Ratajkowski, it's causing the brunette to slump slightly and her guard to go down as Saoirse attacks her face.
Shock fills the arena as blood is coming from a cut to the bridge of Emily's nose, Saoirse keeps attacking and it takes Emily clinching up to stop herself being hurt even more.
Neither fighter looks the healthiest now and Nia puts down the towel and cheers Saoirse on to win this.
Jolene is in between again to pull them apart before each goes back to slugging it out until they have to clinch again.
Seeing both are tired, Jolene gives them a moment to take a breath and try to work themselves out of this but sees they can't so is in between once again.
Saoirse ends the round on top and slowly returns to her corner to a gentle hug from Nia, who doesn't care that her Foxfire sweatshirt has blood strained on it.
Emily looks dumbfounded as Stephanie and Jessica keep their thoughts to themselves but neither is happy with Ratajkowski.

Round 7:
Emily looks worn out as Saoirse is onto her like a pitbull as she strikes as hard as she can to the body of the big brunette to drive even more air from her.
Ratajkowski manages to grapple on to Ronan but is getting chopped with little short punches to the ribs and Stephanie is shouting at her fighter to grab on for dear life till she can get her breath back.
The fight is becoming even more scuffy as the fighters topple towards the ropes as their legs get caught together and they have to be helped off the ropes.
Saoirse lands another straight to the nose of Emily that snaps her head back and the crowd are on the edge of their seats as the brunette stumbles back slightly but is able to retreat enough to escape a follow up shot.
It is clear to see that Emily is in a seriously bad way as she's breathing through her mouth as the pain to her nose is hindering her with her beaten body.
Saoirse is keeping close and is focused on that body, even as Emily is doing her best to cover up, the blonde is measuring her punches as she doesn't have the energy to waste with missed punches.
The bell rings with Emily leaning against the ropes after being punished for nearly a full round and Stephanie looks worried as her fighter stumbles to her stool.
Saoirse doesn't look much better but her willpower is incredible and she looks into the crowd to see friends like the Foxfire Atlantic and Pretty little punchers in the front row, that sight makes her more determined to win.

Round 8:
Out come both girls and Emily is in desperation mode as she tries to fight on the front foot with just a barrage of punches as she tries to finish what she started in the early rounds.
Saoirse is doing her best to stay out the way of Emily, the brunette quickly slows down when she realises that the most she's doing is landing glancing blows.
Now the blonde comes forward as Emily has wasted her chance of victory but Saoirse is smelling her chance of advancing in this tournament as she bounds forward.
Unlike Emily, she's taking her time like Nia has taught her and she's keeping her focus on one body part like a cerebral assassin.
Emily is trying to keep moving so as to not get caught and she's getting reports off Stephanie how long in the round she has left to survive in this round.
The seconds feel like hours to Emily as she does her best to keep Saoirse away and when she hears a minute to go, it's so close she can taste it.
Sadly for her the next thing she tastes is a glove full of ill intentions as Saoirse cracks her on her nose with a hard straight then a hook to the body has Emily stumbling.
Emily's eyes are already shut in pain as she doesn't see the next hook to her bruised body and down she goes, holding her ribs as she sobs and her gumshield comes out so she can breath.
Jolene is straight over to count as Stephanie can be seen shaking her head, her and Jessica are already beginning the court inquiry into the loss before it's official.
Bialock reaches 10 soon enough and Saoirse is as stunned as most in the arena as she has her hand raised by Jolene.

Winner: Saoirse Ronan KO Round 8

After:
Saoirse leans against the turnbuckle in the neutral corner she was standing in when Emily was being counted out and she lets the fatigue wash over her as she slumps down the pads to sit in the corner.
Nia is over to her and shouting "you did it! You beat her babe! I'm so proud of you!" Tears stream down her eyes as she kneels down to celebrate with a weak but smiling Saoirse.
Emily is being checked over by a doctor and he wants her to go to a local hospital for a check up as she is in real pain around her ribs.
A stretcher comes into the ring as Stephanie and Jessica are worried as they realise that she might have a broken rib.
Emily looks through tear filled eyes and gives a thumbs up to her friends to tell them she thinks she'll be OK but no one will know till the tests are done.
Saoirse stands up and while wobbly, she goes over to Emily whose been lifted up and holds her hand as Stephanie is ready to rip her head off and says "it was an honour to fight you, when you're healed, maybe we can go another round babe"
Emily gives a nod before she's carried out the ring and Jolene tells Stephanie and Jessica "I want no trouble ladies, your fighter did a great job and deserves credit so you better make sure she'll be OK right"
Stephanie storms off as Jessica points at Saoirse and says "you're lucky we're leaving, Emily had you beat and you know it"
Jolene steps in front of Gomes and ushers her out the ring as she runs to hold Emily's hand and Stephanie looks ready to go tear their local room up as the night has been an utter disaster.

An interviewer comes in to talk to Saoirse but Hailey Baldwin barrages past him to get into the face of Saoirse who is using the ropes to stand up.
"So your what I get to beat in the final?" Mockingly says Hailey as she presses against the bloodied Saoirse.
Nia comes to defend her fighter as Hailey looks at her and says "I'm not going to hurt her, she looks wrecked all ready, it's just we are supposed to do a face off at the end of the night but it doesn't look much of one right?"
Saoirse stands up straight to try and get in the face of Hailey but Baldwin slaps her across the face sending her down to her side.
Nia goes to tackle Hailey, who just gets out of the way and is laughing as Nia checks on her girl who is in tears, while Jolene shoves Hailey out the ring.
"That's the first time I knocked her down for the count, soon I get to do it and win a tiara bytch!" Shouts Hailey as she leaves the ring to a chorus of boos.
The first shots have been fired by the finalists, who is going to win in the tournament final at the next FCBA PPV?
