Camila Cabello (Empire) v Jade Thirlwall (Frankies Foxes)
 (Words: Knowlesey / Results: Lookout!)

Jade hasn’t fought since knocking Camila out back in May, whereas Camila has been active, winning once and losing once, and she really wants revenge against her British opponent.
 
The teenager’s first into the ring in a black bikini, with matching gloves and boots, with Jade joining her in royal blue.
 
Round 1
 
The girls are both looking a little cautious in the opening seconds, but Jade’s starting to land her punches before Camila gets into any sort of pattern, and she’s looking good as she keeps her distance and makes Camila box.  But the kid’s fighting back, and she pings Jade with a left and a right, then stays clear of trouble when Jade tries to close her down and hits her with some good jabs.  Jade now looks like she wants to fight, but she’s taking punches from young Camila, who looks better as the round progresses, and she’s starting to control Jade and make her step backwards, doing much better than expected in the opening round.
 
Round 2
 
Still Camila boxes Jade from the outside, but the Brit’s very stubborn , and a hard opponent to keep down, as she finds a couple of hard body punches to bend Camila over, and she lands a good combination of jabs and a cross to the teen’s face to follow up, keeping her opponent right in her sights, and she punches her again hard, bruising punches which set Camila backwards, although she’s bravely doing her best to retaliate, and she stops Jade in her tracks with a looping left hook, then a right over the top, but the Brit gets back at her again, and sends the Cuban youngster to her stool with a couple of hefty left hooks to the head.
 
Round 3
 
Jade’s beginning to pick up the pace, and she takes it to Camila, landing a good right hook on the kids jaw, and a left to her ribs, hard, probing punches, which will take the sting out of her, and now she gets her again with a left to the body, Camila grunting, but fighting back again, and she rat-a-tats shots on Jade’s face, then covers up, but she’s not got herself clear, and Jade hits so hard she still finds flesh despite the Cuban’s best efforts, and maybe that flesh is beginning to weaken, because Camila’s not really showing much aggression now as Jade lands her sharp punches on her body, the bell coming none too soon for Camila, as a smiling Jade raises her gloves.


Round 4
 
In comes Jade again, and she gets through again with a left hook to Camila’s ribs, but the teen has her in trouble as she fights back, turned Jade around and starts to give her some solid head punches, Jade looking less happy as she takes punishment, her face reddening now.  She comes off the ropes as she lands a sweet one-two on Camila, but gets pinned back there when the younger girl hits her with an uppercut, and follows that with a pair of punches, a cross, then a hook, and Jade’s looking hurt now, sporting a lump on her right cheek, which Camila aggravates with a nice left cross, and she’s gunning for the Brit now, hitting and hurting her with some crisp punches, Jade glad to hear the bell this time around.


Round 5
 
Jade’s lumpy cheek seems under control, but Camila wants this fight so much, and she’s soon pinging Jade backwards with left jabs to the damaged area, while Jade focuses more on her opponent’s body, and she’s getting some success as she has the kid buckling under pressure, works her to a neutral corner, lands a left on her ribs, but eats leather again as Camila swats her across the face, and manages to turn her around, Jade backed into the corner now, with Camila starting to set about her again, Jade’s head bobbing side to side, until Camilla makes a mistake, doesn’t land her right hook properly, and Jade gets off the ropes and bangs Camila backwards, the youngster not looking too good as she takes some hard shots, and the round ends with both girls looking tired, neither really getting on top here.
 
Round 6
 
Camila’s all over Jade as the round begins, and she has her shaking at the knees as she lands a sweet combination, her punches swatting Jade backwards again, the Brit in her own corner, and she’s getting worked over now, Camila on top and beginning to hand out a lesson to the older girl, who now has a split lip to go with that lump on her cheek, as Camila looks like she’s ready to finish this job off, going for a left uppercut, but she misses badly, and in comes Jade, smashing a right hook under Camila’s armpit, and that has the teen screaming out, and now Jade lands a left on Camila’s jaw, and the kid’s down, gasping and curling around as the referee counts – she’s not getting up!
 
Result:  Jade Thirlwall knocked out Camila Cabella in round 6.
 
Oh Jade’s a lucky girl to have won this fight, and Camila really should have been the one celebrating now, whilst Jade just stands in the ring, arms aloft, and shouts, “Where are the other Fifth Harmony girls? I want them all!”
