Kyra Santoro vs Lindsey Morgan

R1: Surprisingly, Kyra is first out of corner and rushes her idol, surprising Lindsey with quick pops to the face and jug, and then, perhaps deciding to test those fabulous abs of hers, hooks under body blows to Lindsey’s sides. Lindsey having trouble fending off big blows, manages to stave off complete domination by smacking Kyra’s defenceless face throughout the round, but late in the round receives large uppercut to sternum, smacks the wind out of her lungs with loud hrrugghh. Kyra has sudden look of concern at the sound of bell - worried about hurting Lindsey a bit *too much*. Younger girl tries to offer assistance but is waved off fiercely by proud actress. Strong starting round for Kyra from repeated offense.



R2: Perhaps it’s Kyra’s hesitation at wellbeing of her idol - she’s throwing fewer punches and giving Lindsey some room to fight back. Lindsey showing that she also possesses fighting chops - excellent jabbing just tagging Kyra in the head and all over different parts of body. Kyra barely defending - apparently doesn't mind being punched in the belly and boob by her idol… grunting every time glove lands. To her credit, Kyra manages to land some blows to Lindsey’s chin, but overall judges credit Lindsey’s poor defense rather than Kyra’s half-hearted offense, and so Lindsey comes back with a close round.



R3: Scoldings from Kyra’s corner wakes the Vixen up from her rose-tinted lenses, but (unintentional) short spurt of sand from sudden Lindsey-charge disorientates Kyra momentarily - all the time needed for Lindsey to wade in close, slam a right hand into Kyra’s chest, then pound on Kyra’s tummy with a one-two combination. Kyra retreats but back meets the ropes, covers up as Lindsey smells blood! The 100 actress pounds LOUD left and right hooks to her young fan’s sides and flanks. Kyra groaning, mouth hanging open as body tortured to the bell. Lindsey huffs hot air in face before they separate, “Come on, babe - not as fun if you’re not fighting back!”



R4: Lindsey with a grin as bell rings, not aware of the full effect of her words - she throws a right cross which hits Kyra’s guard. Kyra suddenly looking like different animal - deer-in-headlights transforming into jaw-snapping turtle - she pops Lindsey’s head left and right with counter hooks and PUNTS right glove into her chin a few times. Lindsey’s smile now completely missing - she concentrates harder, fending off blows that buffett her slender body around the ring. Overall, judges give it a close comeback for Kyra 10-9.



R5: If anything, a healthy dose of respect forming between both ladies as they engage in some measured and balanced boxing at the start of the round. Kyra feints with a high left jab, ducking under Lindsey’s right hand and tagging her directly in the nose. Lindsey shocked, but strategises: retreats one step then attacks back with two steps - double fists to Kyra’s body allows her another short uppercut that snaps Kyra’s head back. Kyra also not giving ground - determined to bang back on toned actress tummy - the Vixen clinches late in round and swivels blow after blow into Lindsey’s abs. Lindsey desperately clinches up, tries and wrestles Kyra’s body back against the ropes - but bell rings and Lindsey's unable to capitalise on this advantage.



R6: Both fighters seeking to win this round to come out leading on points! Sand flies as brunettes charge in and end up in close-quarters fighting! Lindsey however, still relying on her jabs at cheek and chest, but this is clearly limited due to close proximity of both bodies! Kyra, in her element, SWIVELS strong blows that connect with Lindsey’s sides and ribs, jack-knifing her lean body left, right and center. Lindsey moaning, trying a retreat, but Kyra walks the actress down with powerful right hands that smash into actress’ right breast and lips. Lindsey’s suddenly eyes glaze over from pain - arms fall to the sides, body pitches over and she crashes face forward onto canvas! Kyra a sudden look of concern on her face, but obeys the ref, who starts counting:



2...3… Lindsey manages all fours, but she’s pawing at air trying to find the ropes!


5...6… Lindsey manages to squat, body swaying precariously in the wind.


7...8… Lindsay pushes her body to the edge with louuud gruuunt as she straightens up on her two feet, arms over ropes for support.



Referee waves to continue, but Kyra still looking hesitant as she comes on slowly - a right jab to Lindsey’s cheek barely registered - Lindsey responding like a woman trying to ward off butterflies. Kyra decides on merciful approach - draws back right hand and HOOKS a powerful fist that spins Lindsey’s head to the right, her gorgeous body twisting in a spray of sand as she falls on the top ropes BUT STILL MANAGES TO CLING ON. Before Kyra can step in to finish her abs, referee finally steps in between competitors as he sees that Lindsey is not defending herself at all!



Official decision: Kyra Santoro defeats Lindsey Morgan via TKO6!



After: Kyra ignores ref’s order to return to corner, immediately goes forth to support Lindsey - prying body off the top ropes and supporting her standing in middle of ring. Lindsey, however, apparently didn’t heard the bell - swings wildly at Kyra’s head as the younger girl shouts frantically, “Hey-- HEY!! IT’S OVER.” Kyra clinches with Lindsey, whose body sags into arms as she whispers tiredly: “Did I win?”



Kyra smiles back, almost laughing. “Yes, you did. You beat me up real good.”



Lindsey disorientated smile, eyes still closed. “I knew I would,” she whispers backs, before blacking out in Kyra’s arms.



Officials rush in to support Lindsey out of ring, but Kyra chief helper - gently drapes one arm over her shoulder as both ladies walk out of the arena together.
