Apart from a few bouts on the side, December this year is officially vacation-month for the VIXENs, giving most of our girls a well-deserved break from the hard-hitting action these past few months. Unofficially, however, that leaves some of our girls up to their own devices, partaking in their own 'recreational' activities like the Sports Illustrated 2017 Casting Call and Auditions.

The search for Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Rookie 2017 featured over 100 girls who auditioned for a contract and bikini spread for the titular magazine, with the producers (wisely) deciding to hold a beach wrestling tournament to determine who gets the coveted spot. Among the participants this year were prominent models like Erin Heatherton, Tanya Mityushina, Alexis Ren and Kyra Santoro, of which you can see the full list here: www.si.com/swimsuit/swim-daily/casting.

The rules of beach wrestling are simple:

1. There will be no rounds or time limits.
2. The contest is for one-fall, by submission or knock-out only.

After an arduous audition process, the Semi-finals see two Vixens square up against two relative unknown, but equally gorgeous models:

Semi-final Match #1: Kyra Santoro vs Elizabeth Turner
Semi-final Match #2: Alexis Ren vs Caroline Kelley

The winners of both matches will wrestle each other in the tournament Finals next week. Without further ado, let's get into the matches!

Kyra Santoro needs no introduction: currently 4-1 in the FCBA, she signed on to VIXENs just two months ago and has steadily made a name for herself through quashing opponents like Candice Accola and Lindsey Morgan. Now, she faces a newcomer to the fight scene but no stranger to the modeling business.

Elizabeth Turner (5’10, 125, 34B) is a gorgeous 24-year old American model who has been spotted in brands such as Guess and Vogue magazine. She uses boxing to stay in shape so she can boast of some ring-work, though we wonder whether that will save her in a beach wrestling bout.

Before: Kyra is first to the ‘ring’, which is more like four wooden posts stuck into the sand at four corners - more to keep spectators out than the girls in. The Vixen is wearing a black sports bra and bikini briefs, looking serious for once even though not a sanctioned boxing match.

“It’s about credibility,” she tells reporters before. “It’s true that this match doesn't go on my record, but it’s still gonna be humiliating if I lose to a newcomer.”

Elizabeth, for the most part, concurs. “I’m not gonna hold anything back. At the end, it’s about who wants the Sports Illustrated contract and $5000 prize money more.” When asked how she plans to win, she folds her arms over a white bikini top. “If I have to humiliate Santoro to win, so be it.”


00:00 Bell rings and the clock starts - Kyra and Elizabeth don't rush forward, instead crouch and circle each other, hands forward, ready to grapple.


00:25 Test of strength it seems - a sort of wrestling fist-bump formality, where both girls lock hands in the center. Kyra, ever the gentlewoman, is the one who initiates, and Liz, with a smile, shows agreement by raising her palms in the air as well.


01:01 Back-and-forth pushing, shoving, grunting as both girls feel each other out, testing strengths and weaknesses.


01:30 Elizabeth cheats on the test by suddenly pulling Kyra forward instead, catching Kyra’s body by surprise with a knee-lift to the tummy. Brunette groans as another thigh doubles her over, allows Elizabeth to take two handfuls of hair - blonde quickly traps Kyra in a Side Headlock. Kyra’s face peeking from under her foe’s armpit as she struggles to get free.


02:50 Kyra jockeying for better position, spreading her legs for stability. Elizabeth still assuming Kyra is trying to break free, is completely surprised when the bigger girl huffs and lifts her off her feet - slamming her back into the sand in a Back Suplex!


03:23 Liz stunned, spreadeagled on the sand. Kyra catching her breath on all fours, but quickly rushes in to Elizabeth’s side, applies a Side Headlock of her own, wrapping arms around Liz’s neck. Liz immediately springs back to life, body thrashing, flips body over to put further strain on the neck hold.


03:50 Liz pops her head free! Now she’s on top of Santoro as both girls slam their bodies together, hands flying to face and pulling on hair to control opponent.


04:01 Kyra uses her greater strength, wraps both arms around Liz’s midsection and SQUEEZES. Elizabeth howling in makeshift Bear Hug - her insides compressed. She tugs violently at Kyra’s hair, sends slap after slap into Kyra’s face. Kyra’s mistake was not securing foe’s arms - now her reddening cheeks eventually force the release.


04:50 Both girls panting hard on sand side-by-side, then suddenly spring upwards, their bodies slamming together again. Elizabeth manages to grab hold of Kyra’s bound ponytail, tugs backwards violently, drawing a yelp! Liz has sudden rage on her face, screaming, “You like this??” before plugging her fist in Kyra’s belly one, two, three.


05:45 Kyra grunting from each impact, but decides to shoot her legs up and around Elizabeth’s neck, also trapping her arm (still holding on to her hair) in a Triangle Hold! Elizabeth gurgles as her neck is suddeblnly squeeeezed by Kyra’s thighs, her cheeks turning red. Kyra little breath for taunting, huffs, puffs and contracts her legs as hard as she can, one hand pulling on Liz’s arm for leverage, the other tugging on top of blonde’s curls.


07:31 AND LIZ SECURES THE JUG SMOTHER!! Lots transpired in past minute-and-a-half: mid-way to victory, Kyra had howled and relinquished her triangle - Liz had, in desperation, sunk her teeth into the brunette’s thighs! Kyra immediately released the hold and curled up, grabbing sensitive region to assess damage. Liz laid on the sand for a while, coughing, sucking in precious air, before scampering forward and landing both knees on Kyra’s body with hnnnghh. Kyra flattened, wind knocked out, couldn’t stop Liz from jockeying upwards and wrapping arms around back of her head, pulling her face into her cleavage!


07:45 Muffled protests as Kyra tries twisting face and body to the side to escape steamy torture. Liz forgets to wrap legs around brunette’s waist, enables Kyra to turn body and face to side, but leaves Kyra still trapped under Elizabeth.


08:23 Liz unhappy her jugs have lost their prey, but happy to adapt - now she wraps her hands around Kyra’s chin and PULLS back in a Camel Clutch. Kyra shouts out in pain but it’s her jaw that’s forced shut, so the screams only come out as muffled whimpers. Liz bends over, kisses Kyra on top of her sweaty head and coos into her ear: “Ready to give?”


08:56 Kyra shaking her head as best she can, again takes advantage of poor Liz legwork - Liz not applying sufficient weight on Kyra’s back - enabling brunette to pull her knees inwards, disrupting leverage. Liz wide-eyed as she’s lifted off the ground on Kyra’s back, then is SLAMMED back down to the sand, Kyra’s body providing the crushing weight from on top. Liz turn to go HNNGGHH as her body flattened.


10:05 Kyra also exhausted. She lies on top the dazed blonde breathing air into her face: “The answer’s ‘No!’” she hisses, before swinging her legs forward and compressing Liz’s midsection, in a painful Body Scissors! Liz grunts from the pressure applied. She slaps and pulls at hair, but Kyra this time hugs the blonde close to her chest, negating her face as target. Instead, Kyra’s turn to use free fist to pound on Elizabeth’s exposed tummy and chest, drawing sharp urrkks from Liz as more pain shoots through her body.


12:00 LIZ’S TURN TO SLAM KYRA TO SAND!! Liz had applied same technique as brunette, folding legs in and slowly, but surely, sitting up on her knees. Huffing, she manages to lift the bigger girl up into the air as she makes it to her feet! Kyra now panicking - she’s plugging fists into her every crevice she can find, but Liz ignores pain and brings Kyra’s back CRASHING down again to the sand in a Belly-to-Belly Suplex!!


13:30 Kyra lying quite prone, sand coating her thighs and tummy, chest rising and falling. Liz looking no better - she rubs her reddened sides, but quickly capitalizes by crawling over Kyra’s body, this time applying a Body Scissors of her own over Kyra’s tummy. Then, she tugs Kyra’s head off the sand, sends a hard SLAP into her left cheek and plugs her fist into the brunette’s abs, drawing low moans from her.


14:10 Kyra gradually shaken awake by the pain, her limbs start to flail but she’s quickly silenced by a right hand to her tummy and a squeeze of Liz’s thighs. Liz coos into her face: “Ready to lose, b*tch?” The blonde repeats her signature move by pulling Kyra’s helpless features deep into the middle of her jugs, securing a Sitting Breast Smother. Liz breathing hard into top of Kyra’s head as she just squeezes both arms and legs in a complete domination of the brunette.


14:46 Kyra’s arms scratching and slapping at flesh, but soon, they start weakening, eventually falling limp by her side. Liz still mercilessly keeping the hold tight, but gestures wildly for the referee to get over and check whether she has won.


15:04 Referee obliges, taking Kyra’s arm and lifting it up in the air, then lets it fall - it flops lifelessly to the sand! So he calls it off!!


Official Decision: Elizabeth Turner KOs Kyra Santoro via Breast Smother, 15:04 on the clock


After: Elizabeth letting out a sigh of relief as she sits up on Kyra’s tummy and poses for the camera flashes. Later, she’s all smiles as reporters ask for her thoughts: “I beat a Vixen!!” she beams. “Kyra underestimated me, and that's how you get beat. I’m one more step towards that Championship contract!”

Kyra naturally dejected, but still defiant. “If we were in a proper ring, with gloves strapped on, I guarantee you the result would be different.”

For now, Elizabeth advances to the finals, facing off against the winner of Alexis Ren vs Caroline Kelley.
