BEFORE: Electra putting her stamp on sub-120 boxing, facing the best opposition in fight after fight. Liu not bothering to make weight, ineligible for Carmen's bantam belts, but uncaring: "Boxing's not big enough for the two of us. I'm not going to pack it on just to make Maxim magazine happy - I'm fighting Carmen to let her and everyone else know who the boss is." Intriguing match up between the two most unorthodox fighters in the game. Carmen in her white push up and panties from Scary Movie, Liu in black push up and panties - nose to nose staredown during instructions.

During R1: Safety first demonstration of catlike reflexes and supple movement from both women as each tries to land big, but made to miss by the other. At one point, Liu backs to a corner and bounces back and forth between adjacent ropes, making Electra miss half a dozen straight punches from the shoulder before the Asian spins out and creates space. By the final minute, it's Electra who's making the fight, walking the smaller girl down and at least trying to make contact. Liu misses a counter right hand, lunging in and getting caught a short catspaw left hook on the cheek - Lucy stutter stepping, covering up and Electra drops the short right hand in between the ropes to spill Liu to the ropes. Bell sounds as Lucy looks a little stunned -Electra grinning and lifting her mitts to taunt. Round to Carmen.

R2: More cat and mouse - girls stepping flat footed around one another, supple upperbodies bending and feinting, each trying to explode up with huge dragging shots, or lunge into a crouch with looping power, but defense reigns supreme. Liu a little more effective this round, catching Carmen with some come along hooks as she steps to her right, then reversing field to clip Electra with a curling overhand right. Round to Lucy.

R3: Carmen going to Liu's body a little more, letting Liu move her head and jerking short left hands into the taut midriff. Liu backing away, doesn't like the belly attack as Electra once again assumes territorial control, cutting off the ring, but unable to put punches together.

R4: Liu sitting on Electra's left hooks to the body, turning her body to accept it and coming back with a lightning left hook counter on the cheek. Carmen standing up to the power very well, doesn't back off, but she walks into some clean punches this round as Liu rolls, counters, and pivots away to pocket points.

R5: Carmen with her best round, actually uses a jab to help her corral Liu to a corner, then bodies up ala Nia Peeples to work both hands to the Asian's slender torso. Bashing, curling blows feature up the middle as Carmen punches, then crowds to keep Liu tied up. Lucy blocking, sitting against the turnbuckle and protecting her head, but Electra doing fine bully's work as she lavishing on body and arm shots. Shutout Electra and a little trash after the bell as Carmen lets Lucy hear it.

R6: Carmen with a little separation, now judging distance a little better, clipping Liu with slinging wide punches as Lucy throws and comes up short. Electra stepping to her right, just showing Liu the jab, then bending into right hands has found the range, she just needs to set down on something rather than simply make contact. Round to Electra.

R7: Liu brazen, hands at her side, comes out sullen faced, gives Carmen a little head feint, then straightens into a whippy right uppercut between the mitts as Carmen covers up - ELECTRA IS HURT! Carmen reels to the ropes as Liu steps with her - Lucy with her hands down, body loose as she bends then RIPS upward with the crazy uppercuts from either hand. Electra sliding along the ropes, belly catching leather, does a good job of evading homerun swings until the midway point when Liu dips inside an Electra right hand, plows a hard forearm across Carmen's belly, and bends hard to the right to clap a wide left hand upside the head - Electra swooning, legs shot, butt propped on the ropes as she drifts. Big swinging beat down for Liu as she piles on, hoisting the uppercuts from the floor into Electra's quivering belly, leaning back to make Carmen miss, and swaying back to make her pay with crashing blows from wild angles. Electra's curvy legs soak it up, but she is ROCKED at the bell - Liu's dark eyes glittering at the sight of Carmen weaving helplessly against the ropes.

R8: Carmen moving her head more - girls look like a couple of Cobra's squaring off. Electra punching hard to the body, stuffing the left into the gut, holding it there while crowding, then turning Liu counterclockwise and coming over the top with the right hand. Liu slowing, getting jolted to the gut by Electra's determined pressure and down the stretch a pounding overhand right to the temple has Lucy wobbly butt. Liu reeling backwards - Carmen running at her and firing on the move, drives Lucy heavily to the ropes with lefts and rights from the shoulder. Electra squaring up, puts her legs behind a series of curling left uppercuts to the body, and Liu looks sick at the bell.

R9: Electra comes steaming in and Liu times her perfectly, dipping to her right outside of Carmen's left uppercut and coming back with her own wild right uppercut to the pit of Electra's stomach and CARMEN IS HURT! Carmen hunching forward, covering up, gives Lucy her sides as she tries to crowd - Liu stepping back in good order, walking Electra onto thudding left and right rips to the hips and up between the gloves. All Lucy Liu as she lures a hurting Carmen Electra back and forth across the ring, shelling the girl's waist and coming back up top with the jerking right uppercut, all legs and buttock behind the punches. Electra woozy at the bell and Lucy favours her with a crisp late clout across the lips as the ref jumps in.

R10: Liu jumping on her girl, knows the fight is close and lets it all hang out. Dipping left and right, Lucy commits to vicious breast punching, lifting her fists up into Carmen's bra and stunning the champ with the assault - Electra overwhelmed as Liu's uppercuts pound her flat. Carmen drubbed to the ropes, left bra strap straying down her shoulder as she lowers her guard - Liu stalking in, she feints the left uppercut and comes over the top with a whistling, tight right

CARMEN IS OUT! Electra suddenly blank, stands for a moment as Lucy straightens and smiles - then Carmen peels over to crash to her face at Liu's feet. Lucy putting a triumphant foot in the sweet spot of Carmen's lower back, lifts her mitts and poses happily until referee intervention. KO10 Lucy Li

After: Shocking conclusion - Liu slightly behind going into the tenth pulls it out and hammers Electra into a daze with one of the most picturesque single punch whacks in recent memory. Punch is set up perfectly with a withering breast attack, Liu claiming to have been 'waiting for the perfect moment to unleash' the jug mugging. Electra shattered by the loss, her first in many a moon, simply can't accept Liu's supremacy. "You have to give me a rematch!" A sobbing Electra whines in post fight.
