(Empire Boxing vs Girls Friday)

Intro:
Katie Cassidy and Kaya Scodelario meet tonight, both fighters looking
to earn their way into title contention and to settle a dispute.
Katie is 30 years, 5'7 and holds a record of 11 wins, 6 by knockout
and 13 losses, while Kaya is 25 years old, 5'6 and holds an overall
record of 12 wins, all by knockout and 3 defeats in her career.
The dispute? Katie is best friends with Willa Holland from their time
on CW's Arrow, Kaya hates Willa with every fibre of her being.
So when Katie spoke to the press, she told them "this beating I'm
going to give Kaya isn't just for me, though I think she's a pain in
the ass from what I've seen, no this is for Willa; who Kaya has robbed
twice"

She adds "I've been training hard as I want to be a champion and my
loss to Shay showed I'm still a bit off, but I know that I can achieve
my dreams"

Kaya on the other hand seemed to find the situation funny as she says
"I thought I had dealt with Willa and her friends, then my manager
tells me he wants me to fight Katie and I remembered she was one of
the girls whining at me for beating her little friend"

She adds in a serious tone "I have to be honest, I've been dying for
this fight, I respect what Katie can do in the ring but she's another
of those girls who I need to beat and the fact me and her have issues
is a bonus"

Fight night, out comes Katie first with her coach Kate Beckinsale by
her side, she is wearing a black bikini tonight to show off her
flawless body and black gloves, her hair tied into a braid.
Making her way down to the ring, she nods to her adoring fans but
looks stoic as tonight is her chance to put Kaya out of mind and
hopefully out of her future.

Climbing into the ring, Katie jogs to her corner before going through
her final warm up as Beckingsale tells her "this is just another night
for you, knock her ass out!"

Said cute behind comes out, Kaya standing with her coach Taryn Terrell
by her side and cut woman Eva Carneiro, the girls staring hard into
the ring.

Kaya walks down to the ring wearing a red bikini and matching gloves,
her hair is tied into a ponytail to complete her look.

Climbing into the ring, Kaya looks ready to charge Katie, but Taryn
stands between her and her opponent, ushering her to her corner,
telling her "don't lose your head, you can win this tonight but only
if you do as told"

The fighters are ordered to come to the ring centre, Katie and Kaya
giving the other a deathly stare as this is finally it, time for both
to get their fists onto each other.

After the referee goes through his instructions, he asks the fighters
to touch gloves, both do touch up their gloves, but mouth "bytch" to
each other, showing they certainly won't be hugging after this.
Back to their corners go both fighters, final checks quickly gone
through, the referee signals for the bell to start 10 rounds of
bantamweight boxing.

Round 1:
Out come the girls on their toes, both girls testing each others
guards out as they move around each other, both are like dancers with
the gracefulness of their movement.
But that changes as Katie tries to be the more aggressive with her
attack, moving forwards quickly with three punches aimed at the head
of Kaya.
She just misses and gets caught with an uppercut that presses Katie
onto her heels and presses her back with two long range straights.
Katie looking annoyed as she has given Kaya an early chance to lay
down her marker, getting her body worked on as she tries to cover up.
Shoving Kaya back to slow her down, then both fighters with a real
look of rage on their faces, slugging it out in close.
Katie showing her power to push Kaya back a step as she slams two
cross punches to turn the Brits head side to side.
Kaya though ducks under a right and lands an overhand right, Katie
stumbling back a few steps and covers up as she's forced backwards.
Struggling to get back onto the attack, Katie is gritting the
gumshield as she continues to be pressed towards the ropes under a
flurry of punches.
Some nice footwork to get away from the ropes and to the side gives
her some breathing room as Kaya has a smirk on her face.
Not long left in the round, Katie rushes back into the action as both
fighters have the same idea, getting in tight and pounding away at the
others body.
The bell ending the round doesn't even stop them as they keep
fighting, the referee having to shove both girls apart and straight
away lays down the law for both.
After a staredown, both women turn and head to their corners, Katie
looking more pissed off as she can't believe she started so badly,
maybe taking Kaya too lightly.

Round 2:
Both fighters looking to hurt each other early, square up and begin to
pound their rival to the body, heads nearly clashing as they try to
press the other fighter backwards.
This time it's Katie who begins slinging in uppercuts, the first one
just grazes the chin of Kaya, and forces her onto her heels.
Now Katie has what she wants; landing her own flurry of punches to the
guard of Kaya, nearly knocking Scodelario's gloves back into her face.
Kaya retreats backwards till she nearly finds herself stuck on the
ropes, now it's her turn to show some impressive footwork to slip out
the way of a straight punch.
As Katie turns to get back at Kaya, she finds a jab slamming right
into her chin and a follow up right cross to show the younger girl
isn't going to take being pushed around.
Again it leads to more hammer and tongs affair, both fighters
punishing each other to the body and their faces till they clash
bodies trying to land a hook each, ending with them clinched up and
grappling towards a corner.
Separated by the referee, when the action resumes, the fighters both
step in and land a hard straight to the others lips, it's Katie who
lands the follow up with a left cross to get some momentum.
The bell rings before she can really enforce it though and the girls
give each other a few choice words before they jog back to their
corners.
Already both are showing signs of battle with red marks on faces and
their bodies, this is getting a very physical fight for them with
their coaches trying to calm them down and focus more on the
fundamentals.

Round 3:
This time the fighters bolt out of their corners to get right into
each others face, brawling with each other as the fight becomes a
scruffy affair.
The fighters separate with Kaya bleeding from her lip as they circle
around each other, getting sick of being so evenly matched judging by
their expressions.
Katie comes forwards and feints a left before landing a right cross
and now it looks like she's going to be able to control the action.
Soon though she gets caught flush on her lips with a straight and a
right cross lands across her chin to push her back, her lips are now
bleeding to match Kaya's.
The girls fall back in tight, tempers getting the better of them as
they grunt with effort with each shot they throw and groan with each
hit they take.
A left hook from Kaya drives Katie back a step, the older fighter
though slips back another step to make her opponent miss before
catching Kaya with a right cross.
The fighters can't get seem to land anything that gives them control
over their opponent.
Till late in the round when the fighters step back to work out how
they are going to win this, the pain seems to have taken them out of
the tunnel vision.
Kaya slipping under a right cross and lands a right to the abs of
Katie to force a loud gasp from her before the bell rings.
Both fighters don't waste time with each other this time, heading back
to their corners where their coaches start to patch them up.
Neither looking happy with themselves, letting their emotions get to
them, staring across at each other doesn't help things.

Round 4:
The girls circle each other to start the round, getting up on their
toes more again like the start of the fight, digging single stiff
punches to the others face through the others guard.
Katie lashes out with a right towards the lips of Kaya, the youngster
ducking under the punch and comes back up with a left cross.
Kaya pressuring Katie back to the ropes, Cassidy trying to protect
herself as she takes a beating to the body, the crowd edging closer to
see things more closely.
The Black Canary actress starts fighting back, both girls landing up
top in a fiery exchange between the women till she gets herself off
the ropes.
Katie landing a right hook to the ribs of Kaya to make her grimace and
starts to drive her back across the ring with punches snapping into
her bloody lips.
That's till Kaya pulls Katie into a clinch, both nearly tumble into
the ropes as they wrestle each other back.
Pried apart by the referee, Kaya is the quickest to the draw as they
resume, landing a double jab and slinging a right hook to the chin of
Katie to hurt her.
Katie on the defensive as the Maze runner star powers her back with
straights strikes piercing her guard to her face and body.
The bell rings to end Kaya's assault, she jogs back to her corner but
only after whipping her ponytail into the face of Katie.
Who screams "bytch!" And has to be held back by the referee as she
wants to show Kaya what she thinks of that disrespect.
She heads to her corner trying to calm herself down, not looking at a
smirking Kaya, whose getting a few words of warning from Taryn Terrell
not to poke the bear.

Round 5:
Kaya looking to build off her success last round, but Katie of course
isn't in the mood to simply roll over for her and both start off
strong.
Stiff punches being exchanged early between both fighters till Katie
sidesteps a straight from her opponent and lands a left hook to turn
her head around.
Kaya forced onto the backfoot as Katie is hammering her back, till she
knocks her to the ropes and the English fighter is covering up under
the barrage from the American.
The crowd seem to be turning towards Katie for their support as Kaya
takes several shots through her guard, till she can clinch up.
Both fighters can be seen whispering insults into the others ear,
they'll not be kissing and making up after this fight.
The referee separates the fighters and Katie is quicker this time to
get right back on the attack, Kaya covering up again as she is faced
with a pissed off Katie.
It looks like Kaya is going to be knocked onto the ropes, but this
time Scodelario slips out the way of a right hook.
Then as Katie is unbalanced, she darts back in to land a hard right to
the abs of Cassidy, who gasps loudly and looks hurt.
Late in the round and Kaya is driving Katie back across the ring till
her back bumps into a corner, the Arrow star is on the pure defensive
as she's now getting beaten back.
The bell rings to a loud roar from the crowd, Kaya and Katie going
nose to nose as Kaya tells Katie "I'm going to f*** you up bytch!"
Getting a shove from Katie and the referee is again needed to stop
this wildcats lunging at each other.
Both fighters head back to their corners with their coaches not happy
at them for keep risking the referees wrath.
But it's Taryn who the much happier coach as Kate can see Katie
breathing harder, knowing that she's been hurt and doing everything
she can to help her recover.

Round 6:
Katie doesn't look like she's recovered fully, she comes to meet Kaya
head but finds the youngster is dancing around her now.
Moving to try to smack her opponent with a right cross, Katie misses
and looks upset as Kaya dances back forwards to land two jabs.
Kaya is almost toying with Katie now till she gets caught with a right
across her cheek that backs her up a step and takes a left to her
body.
But Kaya moves to the side to make Katie miss with a follow up
uppercut and stings her face with a straight punch and then a hook to
the body.
Katie gasping as her left arm seems to dip down slightly to cover her
body, a grin on Kaya's face showed she enjoyed that punch and powered
forwards.
Soon as the girls resumed fighting, Katie found herself being driven
backwards, her body taking punishment from her rival who'd opened up a
weak spot to exploit.
Katie's face was starting to look red as she covered up as best she
could, but the body shots were sapping her energy, giving Kaya free
reign it seemed to work her backwards.
An uppercut as Katie leans on the ropes just misses from her, clearly
hoping that she could catch Kaya, but she was too slow and looking
annoyed that Katie is still fighting.
A right hook slams into the side of Katie's face, making her stumble
along the ropes, Kaya continues to press her rival along the ropes
till the bell rings not long after.
Kaya jogging back to her corner as Katie has to push herself off the
ropes, trying not to cradle her body but there's some bruising forming
on her once proud abs.
Taking a trick out of her coaches book, Kaya stays standing to further
get into the head of her rival, whose being told off Beckingsale to
keep sitting straight as she tries to numb the pain with ice packs.

Round 7:
Katie is slow out the blocks, Kaya coming out quickly as she lands
straight shots through the guard of the American to knock her head
back.
Leaving her body unprotected allowing Kaya a chance that she has been
after to end this, banging two hooks to the side of Katie's body.
Stumbling back several steps with her left cradling her body, Kaya
moves in and lands another left hook to the body that puts Katie down
to her knees.
Spitting her gumshield out, Katie is shedding a tear as she looks at
the canvas and the referee is standing over her counting her out.
Soon the count reaches 10 and the referee waves the fight over as
Katie shoves herself onto her heels and holding her stomach.

Winner: Kaya Scodelario KO Round 7

After:
Another win for Kaya on her way up the rankings and one that is so
personal for her as she pumps her arms to the cheer crowd.
The youngster heading over to Katie and tapping her abs mockingly
telling her "you need to work on your core bytch" even though she
knows that Katie is built like a machine.

Before she jogs back to her corner to get her gloves taken off and
gumshield out, grinning as Taryn tells her how good a job she did.
Katie meanwhile is helped to her stool by her coach, Beckingsale
telling her "you'll get her next time babe" Katie looking down at the
canvas as she can't believe that Kaya beat her.

She is especially upset as Kaya comes over to her, nudging Beckingsale
out the way and telling her "don't interfere" as she grabs Katie by
her hair.

Staring hard into each others eyes, Kaya says to her rival "you know
how Willa feels now, you're not good enough to beat me and if I ever
see you in this ring against me again, I'll humiliate you worse then
tonight"

Showing what she means, Kaya mounts the bottom rope either side of
Katie and pulls her faces into her tummy, telling the crowd and Katie
"these are real abs! I beat this bytch and I'll never let you forget
It!"

Letting go, she let's Katie sag in her corner, Kaya stuttering back to
her corner with her arms raised and a wide smile.

Katie can be heard sobbing as her coach helps her up and out of the
ring, they'll be drinking the night away to forget this night.

Kaya of course will be drinking to celebrate, hugging Taryn and
thanking her for her help tonight, before she leaves the ring.
Heading into the back and telling the press that she made her
statement in the ring, tonight is about celebrating as she's got a new
movie in Pirates of the Cabribean coming out and now she's beaten a
girl she sees as a massive rival, tonight couldn't have went better
for her
