BEFORE: This could be Lily Aldridge's last BBU appearance this season as she's scheduled to make her FCBA debut next month in the highly-touted Victoria's Secret beach boxing tournament. She arrives on the French Riviera full of confidence and describes her tonight's challenge as a beach boxing dress rehearsal before her major career move over to America. This doesn't sit well with Joanna Krupa who was ommitted from the VS event line-up and had been actually passed over for a roster spot with the Lioness Club on top of that. The presence of Joanna's Polish compatriot Dorota Rabczewska surprisingly didn't aid her cause and the Lioness director of communications Kate Garraway dismissed her as "too old" to be considered a hot prospect for the future. It's safe to say Krupa is on a mission to prove some people wrong tonight but can she really upset the unbeaten California brunette? BBU TV's Charlie Webster believes Lily will keep her hot streak alive and blows the doors off the Polish blonde in spectacular fashion!

Lily Aldridge wears a light blue bikini set and silver gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Joanna Krupa wears a red bikini set with white trim and black gloves. Long blonde hair straight. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the lightweight division.

Round 1:
Joanna's all over the brunette early and strikes over the top to force Lily into quick defensive circles. This contest wasn't exactly labelled as a classic grudge affair but the blonde apparently wants to make a clear statement here and manages to wobble the younger model with several crisp shots along the way during her hectic pursuit. However she fails to add a proper combo and trap Aldridge on the ropes and gets clinched into a stalemate before the American responds with a steady jabbing assault to the body. Still, Krupa proves superior in the phone booth-like exchange and shoves Lily off however another miss over the top allows her opponent to escape free into mid-distance just before the bell.

Round 2:
More aggressive action from Joanna who keeps her pursuit alive and once again lands some promising single shots while shutting down Aldridge behind a tight earmuff. The American remains surprisingly off-beat and prefers to weather out the Polish storm instead of slugging it out in classic response mode. Charlie Webster praises that tactical approach though however Lily and the Lioness crew need to be careful because Joanna can destroy this plan with one solid combo. The offensive effort is on the blonde's side during this round but she lacks precision neccessary to hurt Aldridge and a lenghty clinch in the final minute only results in the sand being desperately kicked all over the place. In fact, both women are fortunate not to go down alltogether as Joanna almost wrestles the brunette right over only for the referee to separate them at the last second.

Round 3:
Krupa jumps into another offensive drill but gets beaten for the initial tangle as Aldridge wades into her rack and knocks her back with a quick uppercut! That finally opens the door for some American juice and Joanna's body takes a solid beating during the opening minute with Lily driving forward and head-butting her for on the chin in the proccess. Krupa drops on her heels but fails to stretch her elbows and she just can't match the brunette's intensity here as she's backed into the ropes and completely misfires with her response. Lily barks a couple of times when she bangs her mitts into the blonde's breadbasket and the blonde struggles to embrace that drive, she wobbles against the turnbuckle and begins to yelp in pain when Lily's stubborn attack pierces her guts all the way until the bell.

Round 4:
Joanna kicks sand at Lily's shins in frustration but her alleged power advantage is quickly neutralized by the American's superior footwork. Lily dances around the fellow model's aerial approach and steps just far enough for Krupa to wobbles forward in another failed attempt to catch her up the middle. The response bounces off the blonde's nose and Aldridge is quick to add a vicious hook on the temple that makes the older model scowl in pain. Another quick hook splits the mitts and clips the jugs before a right-on-right exchange nails Joanna on the lips and sends her bouncing off the ropes. The Polish model sags on her knees and gets stuck along the ropes, she doesn't raise her gloves fast enough and Lily just pounds her from both sides rocking the blonde hair all over the place... it's a nasty attack upstairs that breaks Krupa's resilience as she squeals in pain but gets wrapped in a heavy leather assault regardless and it's simply too much to take come the last twenty odd seconds... BLONDE GIRL DOWN!!! Joanna's knees buckle from underneath her and she collapses on her backside amid some wild cheers from the Cannes audience. She takes the seven count before lifting herself upright but she breaths very heavily now and is fortunate the bell halts Lily's charge that would have no doubt send her into more misery.

Round 5:
Lily looks pumped up during the break and gets up early for the fifth, if she was visibly faster across the sand before, she waltzes around the sluggish looking blonde now. Krupa is unable to land a clean punch anymore as she bounces off the high guard and gets picked off in brutally effective response... Joanna gets stuck on her heels and disappears behind another high earmuff once Aldridge lands a vicious combo on the lips just past the one minute mark... and she really takes off afterwards landing chopping shots to the blonde's midriff and sinking her on soft knees even further... the body assault lasts all through the second minute and renders Krupa into a yelping mess... she bends forward and tries to clinch the American but she doesn't have the strenght to do that anymore and Lily then stuffs her for good with a belting cross on the solar plexus followed by a quick uppercut on the exposed chin... AND DOWN GOES KRUPA!!! The Polish veteran slides onto her lefr side and remains crippled on the sand! The referee stops the count at six and waves it off since there's just no way the blonde recovers from this one anymore! KO5 Lily Aldridge!!!

AFTER: That's five in a row for Lily and she couldn't be more ready to make her American debut next month! She looked very cumbersome during the opening couple of rounds but that was the plan all along as revealed by Lioness Club coach Claudia Schiffer: "We knew Joanna will come out all guns blazing but she was destined to flame out faster than Vanilla Ice's MTV career! There's no need for Lily to score an easy win tonight, she still needs regular ring practice but once she turned up the wick, Krupa was blasted into a heap in less than three rounds. Now that is impressive! Also it should remove any doubts why we've signed her instead of that Polish housewife! Of course she looks good in a bikini but even I could knock her out these days (laughs)."

Schiffer's presence in Cannes only confirms the fact the Lioness Club is very serious about Lily's FCBA prospects: "Mel B. just isn't up there yet to get a grip on all these big shot models, she tells Charlie Webster, "You can say a lot about me but if there's anyone here who knows how the modelling industry works, then I'm your expert! A lot of these girls could upset the odds and I need to navigate Lily's career so she won't end up getting blasted out in less than five rounds like Marisa Miller or Lais Ribeiro lately (winks)."

Meanwhile as Claudia Schiffer steals the post-fight interviews and Lily leaves to hook up with one of several photographers for another photoshoot date Joanna finally gets up and dusts herself from the sand: "F### this stupid tramp! I deserve better than this!" She ponders whether to tackle Schiffer from behind but eventually settles for a round of interviews of her own. After all, despite her age and the dubious Vanilla Ice comparison, she can still sell tickets on both sides of the Atlantic courtesy of her bikini-clad presence. Even Dorota Rabczewska, the Polish #1 BBU fighter doesn't look as good as the Miami-based blonde in one of these skimpy outfits!
