Cole sidesteps Silva, moves to the side, and clips the actress with a neat left jab, right cross combo, knowing she can outbox the big-breasted blonde. But Adele turns, takes a left to the mouth, then thuds a stinging right hook into Cheryl's flank, grinning as the singer's eyes bulge, then wipes a big left across the brunette's mouth, which sends her into the ropes. Cole doesn't look too confident now, and she gets a solid right to the belly, followed by a hard left hook to the mouth, then another which smacks into her cheek, a right to the jaw, and Cole goes down, untidy and helpless, her limbs wobbly. Cheryl's on her feet at 8, but very shaky, and Adele rips into her, thudding a straight left into her belly, a hook to her flank, and the singer's staggering around, ref moving in - Adele clubs a left hook onto Cheryl's cheek, then rips a right across her mouth, and the singer is down, flat on her face and out, simply devastated inside a round.

A superb win by Adele Silva, who parades the ring after the demolition of Cheryl Cole - she decides against a public humiliation of such a popular celebrity, but the following morning it's an exhausted, sweaty, sticky-faced singer who limps out of Ms Silva's hotel room.
