BEFORE:
Amber entering the arena to broad cheers and even broader smile - she’s arguably the most recognizable star on the roster here tonight anyways, raising her black gloves and showing off her fighting body wrapped in red bikini, face framed by pixie strawberry hair. It’s a far cry from the last time we saw Ms Heard in the ring - she’s on a phenomenal win-streak recently but we suspect that being romantically-linked with renowned technopreneur Elon Musk and putting the whole Jack Sparrow nonsense behind her might have done the trick to build her confidence.

Amber is still beaming as she sits at the press conference table, eager to show the attended audience a new side of her. “I’m pumped and ready to rock and roll. Of course I’m also glad that VIXENs called me back. It’s always wonderful to be invited back to one of their events… especially with their open bar policy.” Reporters chuckling along with the blonde starlet, whilst silently acknowledging the small dig at her former husband’s drinking problem.

Her opponent tonight is no stranger to these shores either, having appeared in a variety of movies on the big screen but let’s be honest, imprinted on every wall of every adolescent teenager’s bedroom with her famed MAXIM spread and pin-up posters. At 34, Holly Valance is looking equally stunning as she emerges from backstage in black workout bra and bikini briefs, donning a set of white gloves and showing off some shadow boxing for the audience.

“We’re almost identical, that’s true,” Holly admits later on, but then adds: “The only difference is I’ve won more matches than her. So I was intrigued when the call came in for this possible match. I think it’s high-time I got myself back into the spotlight with a win here tonight…” Holly pauses for a moment, before concluding: “One thing we both can agree on however - free alcohol. Sign me the f*ck up for the next event, VIX!” she laughs jokingly. *

In the ring, both fighters are respectful as the referee runs through the rules and asks them to touch gloves, which they do. Here we go with ten rounds of Lightweight action!

ROUND 1:
First minute sees charging of both blondes towards each other, but then they both stop suddenly when they realise that they’re on a collision course. Awkward jabbing at the guard ensues as they try again to establish a comfortable distance, but Holly being the more experienced fighter lands more punches than her opponent. Amber getting stung on the face as her guard falls to pieces quickly, and the crowd suddenly seems to turn against her as she gets assaulted mercilessly. Holly smelling an early knockdown, goes into overdrive, just battering her fists on Heard’s high guard and occasional with a tummy shot. Amber defends herself, eats a hell lot of shots but escapes the danger zone when she manages to get further away.

ROUND 2:
Holly Valance showing us why she belongs in this division, more taking apart of her opponent in the second by getting in close to disrupt Amber’s plans to jab from afar, then plugging a left-right into her body before the blonde escapes her clutches yet again. A tough fight for Heard ahead - she just can’t quite get a firm read on Holly’s intentions tonight. Holly smiling to herself - she knows this of course, continues to throw a mixture of jab jab hook hook, dancing in and out of Amber’s range, confusing her even more. In the last minute, Heard suffers yet another setback when her big hook MISSES Valance’s face by inches. Instead Holly rallies back with a snap uppercut that Heard barely manages to deflect, but the leather grazing her chin enough to stun her and send her stumbling backwards from the impact. On comes Valance, chasing after, and Amber has to turtle up on the ropes, but not before she eats another spattering of blows that cut into her sternum. Bell rings soon after though, saving Amber from complete rout. Holly’s looking like she has this thing in the bag, however, with two strong and dominant rounds.

ROUND 3:
Heard looking wounded as she comes out of corner slightly limping, whereas Holly looking like she wants to finish her off and pounces in for the kill. Heard however choosing not to retreat this time, instead evading the other blonde’s fists as they come crashing in. Much to Holly’s surprise as well when Amber chooses to stand and trade with her instead of back down, and hell if she’s even MORE surprised when that big hook come swerving into the side of her face! Eyes wide with shock as the Australian grunts, recovers, but face SWIPED again by Amber’s hook as she steps in and takes a shot, goes after a retreating Valance and takes another, punishing the hapless girl for some revenge. Valance now sputtering, defending her head instead of attacking, back hits the ropes and eats a further flurry to her midsection, before managing to clinch up with Heard. Heard somehow regaining her fire this round, most evident from her intense growling into Holly’s ear as both girls wrestle and jockey for position along the ropes - she’s clearly not happy at being denied a potential knockdown from the Australian…

ROUND 4:
Round 4 and the girls are equally tired, but Holly’s fall from grace seems to have taken a bigger toll on the blonde - those shots to her tummy really winded her the previous round. Heard showing no signs of relenting though as she cramps into her space, jab after jab after jab into Holly’s arms, then cutting her in half with chopping hands into the tummy. Holly clinching up again and trying to exert her prior dominance, digging her gloves into Amber’s side and up top into the side of face, but Heard is the one pushing and shoving her backwards, gloves continuing to plunder the undercarriage and chest from underneath. Holly left gurgling and gasping, lips sucking on shoulder for desperate air when Amber finally finishes her off with another wild hook to the face - Valance spinning on her toes before falling face-down onto canvas! She tries to recover but doesn’t make it pass all fours before collapsing back down again by the count of 10. It’s OVER!


Official Decision: Amber Heard defeats Holly Valance via KO4!


AFTER:
What a dominant performance from Amber Heard as she again is successful at another VIXENs event, despite torrent of challenging opponents thrown her way. “If i’m winning fights on my own, f*cking think about what I can do if someone finally signs me!” Amber all-smiles as she celebrates her win with her corner.

Holly Valance recovering in hers, looking dejected of course. “I got her good in the first two rounds - I thought I was dominating! But kudos to her - I thought that she was just another a cheap, B-list Hollywood actress, but I guess she’s tougher than she looks.”

A quick match, that’s for sure, between both high-profile actresses, but one the crowds thoroughly enjoyed from the cheers of support for both girls here tonight - they sound like they can’t wait till both of them don leather and face off in the ring agai
