FIGHT NIGHT LIVE: SIN CITY ROLLERS PPV

Written by Girls Friday/Results by Lookout!)

(Free Agent vs Free Agent)

Intro:
The 'Liberian Lynx' Kat Graham is back tonight against the tough Emily Bett Rickards in the MGM Grand, both won last months FNL card to lead to this fight.
Kat is 28 years old, stands at 5'4, holds a record of 17 wins, 15 knockout and 10 defeats to her name.
While Emily is 26 years old, she stands at 5'5 and holds her own record of 5 wins, 4 by knockout and 2 defeats.
At the press conference, the girls quickly went face to face, hands on hips as they bump bodies to try to get a psychology advantage straight away.
Separating when prompted, they sit down but seem to be keeping an eye on the other, Kat speaking first "I have seen the praise Emily receives, hell my old boss thinks Emily is a great fighter, that spurs me on to kick her ass and show that I am the better woman"
She adds "I respect you Emily I really do, but when two alphas get into a scrap, only one can keep that tag" as she turns to stare at Emily.
Who stares back and replies "I agree with Kat, I hear the praise she gets and Wiz signed her, while I have struggled for fights, she lived it up and now I get to show her what it's like to slum it with us free agents"
Continuing by saying "these cards are my chance to show people why I am the real deal, you are not going to stop that because you want to remind an old boyfriend in Wiz what he's missing"
That gets a hate filled glare from Kat, clearly not happy her old boss being termed that way, as both women get up and head towards each other.
The trash talking begins as they square up to each other, the sea of journalists wondering if things are about to kick off, the girls decide to wait till the fight in the ring as they separate.
Fight night, Kat is out first; she bounces on her toes on top of the ramp, shaking her arms to loosen herself up before her walk to the ring.
Walking to the ring, she's wearing a yellow sports bra with matching coloured boxer shorts and gloves, she jogs up the steps and climbs into the ring with a smile on her face.
Heading to her corner, she chats to her coach about the fight plan, before starting to stretch to get ready to batter Emily.
Who now comes out, Rickards waving at the crowd as she heads down the ramp, getting the crowd hyped up as they cheer for her.
She is wearing a red sports bra, trunks with Rickards writing in white on the waistband and white gloves, her blonde hair is in a ponytail.
Climbing into the ring, she jogs to her corner, both girls mouthing several insults across the ring, showing how personal this has become.
Heading to the ring centre, the girls glare at each other; both silently judging each other, thinking of how they are going to beat their opponent.
Asked to touch gloves, there's a tense moment where they stare through each other, both relent and touch a glove as they nod at the other, while there's animosity growing between them, they do respect their opponent.
After they head back to their corners and getting their gumshields in, the referee signals for the bell to start 10 rounds of flyweight action.

Round 1:
Out come the fighters on their toes, both testing the others defence as they circle each other, Emily looking to use her slight reach as she steps back and let's Kat come forwards.
Kat managing to dig a straight to the body of Emily, who fires back up top with a right cross, leading to the first fiery exchange between the two.
Both girls going head to head as they rip away to the others body, they try to push the other back, instead finding they have to retreat into space and reset.
Kat again tries to drive forwards, Emily leaning her head out the way of a right cross, the blonde countering with a hard right across the top of her head.
The Liberian Lynx being forced back behind her guard as Emily throws three punches at her, catching gloves instead as Graham shows some good defence.
Then counters with a straight to the nose of Emily, who just about gets out the way of a follow up right cross, Emily stepping back in close as this becomes a flyweight free for all.
The girls slugging it out in tight as they trade to the others body and face, both are marking the other up as the crowd is going wild.
Again the girls separate as they shake their heads at each other, not believing how alike they are in mindset, so they change things up, Emily allowing her opponent to come forwards, countering her as Kat comes in swinging.
The bell ringing after Kat takes a straight to her nose that snaps her head back, they nod at each other, showing a sign of respect, probably the one and only time they will tonight.
Emily looking slightly more relaxed as she sits down, knowing that she probably just did enough to win that round, but as she looks at Kat; she knows she's going to work hard to win this one.

Round 2:
Both girls looking to be more aggressive in their movements, coming in to land several shots at a time before moving back into space, the crowd is watching this fight closely to see whose going to win these mini exchanges.
Kat smartens up first to the situation, allowing Emily to come onto her with a right hook, that sails over her head; allowing her to land two short sharp body blows, followed by an overhand right.
Emily knocked a step to her right, forced to cover up as she takes a hard right that knocks some saliva out her mouth to show Kat isn't playing with kid gloves.
The Canadian Rickards tries to step around Kat, but she takes a stiff straight between her gloves to knock her back onto her heels.
Graham smirking as she builds off her success with several looping shots to the body of Emily, forcing grunts from the lips of the blonde.
But she leaves herself open to a counter attack, two straight punches smack her nose, suddenly it's Emily piling the pressure on as she knocks Kat back with several shots to her face.
The Liberian needing to clinch up to stop being pressed back, both digging away to the others kidneys with free left hands till the referee separates them and tells them to keep it clean.
As the action resumes, Kat is bobbing and weaving around a growing frustrated Emily, the first round was a close affair, now Kat is showing her claws as she counters with some stiff shots that seem pin point on the lips or nose of Rickards.
The bell rings not long after with Kat nodding to her coach; who gives her a thumbs up and tells her to keep the pressure on.
Emily of course not happy, telling her coach "where the hell did she find that?" As he tells her to keep calm and work on trying to measure her opponent up before going all in.

Round 3:
Emily seems to take the advice on board, working behind her jab more then the first two rounds to try and measure Kat up.
The problem is Kat is moving her head too much at the moment for her to get a read, she's getting clipped with cross punches to her face.
A hard right to her chin puts Emily back on the defensive as Kat works away, the beautiful singer backing her towards the ropes with a flurry that snaps off her gloves.
When her back does touch the ropes, Emily starts fighting back, both girls knocking the others heads around, but it's Kat able to land the clearer shots, Emily needing to clinch up to find a way to get off the ropes.
Once the referee has done his job, Emily gets into space and as the action resumes, she starts to time her punches better, throwing more feints to get a read on Kat's movements, she thinks she's gotten a pattern down.
Problem is Kat surprises her by moving forwards as she feints with a left, getting clipped to her face with a right hook, Emily is driven back again onto her heels.
Kat showing the class that got her a Front Street contract all those years ago, Emily finding herself being driven towards the ropes again with shots digging into her abs.
Realising she has a form of an opening, Emily cracks Kat to the top of the head with a hard right, Graham stumbling to the side with Rickards following.
Kat finds herself being pounded onto the ropes, the tide is turning with not long left in the round, both girls letting their hands go, but now the Liberian finds herself getting rocked on the ropes.
The bell rings with both girls faces showing a few red marks, Emily's body shows the effects from the attention Kat gave it and the looks on both their faces are certainly not friendly.
Sitting in their corners, they are both tapping their feet on the canvas, Kat knowing she has been better then Emily, but she can't shut Emily down long enough to find the off switch.

Round 4:
Both girls come out their corners quickly, circling and jabbing away at the other, Kat is trying to get Emily to make mistakes, but the blonde looks to have found her rhythm.
Kat tries to swing a hard right, but Emily sidesteps and lands a hell of a right hand to the chin of her opponent, Kat's knees buckle and down she goes with her eyes glossed over to her front!
The referee begins counting, but as he reaches 6 and Kat hasn't stirred, he checks on her before waving for the bell, she is knocked out!

Winner Emily Bett Rickards KO round 4

After:
A highlight reel knockout for Emily, she flexes her arms and has a massive smile on her face as she does a lap of honour inside the ring, half the crowd look stunned silent as Emily's fans roar in the famous arena.
A doctor races into the ring with medics, safely turning Kat to her side to breath easier, finding that her eyes are open but nobody seems to be home.
They bring a stretcher into the ring to help her out, Emily looking over at her with a slight guilty look, but her coach reminds her it is a dog eat dog world, in this case a dog eat Kat one.
Kat gets a round of applause for her effort, though she might need to watch tape of this to know what happened, questions already being asked if she'd have left herself so open if she had a Front Street coach with her.
But nothing should be took away from Emily as she gets her arm raised to the crowd, she's two for two in these Fight Night Live cards, she might be asking if she can be on all of them if she is this successful all the time.
Climbing out the ring, Emily has always been seen as a dark horse in the flyweight division, this win might start to make more people believe in her as she raises her arms and struts up the ramp to the locker rooms
