Intro:
The main event tonight sees Elizabeth Henstridge step into the lions den to challenge for the BBU flyweight title, Cheryl Cole defends the title in her hometown of Newcastle in the Metro Radio Arena.
Elizabeth is 30 years old; stands 5'4 and holds a record of 17 wins, all by knockout and 3 defeats, she is unbeaten in the BBU with a 3 and 0 record in this organization.
Cheryl is 34 years old, stands 5'3 and holds a record of 43 wins, 38 knockouts and 23 defeats, she is the current BBU flyweight champion.

Both women came face to face with each other for the first time at the press event; Elizabeth smiling while Cheryl just stares at her with a look of disdain, before both settle at their seats ready to talk to the press.
With Elizabeth telling the press "I can't believe this! Oh my God I am so excited by this chance, I know I shouldn't say it but thank you Cheryl for this shot!"
Cheryl just looks over at her with a look of disbelief, replying "listen pet; I didn't pick you because you're a good fighter, I chose you because you are supposedly the top fighter in that shit hole of a stable that has camped in my hometown"
Elizabeth looks stunned by outburst by Cheryl, with the champ adding "this is my home, nee bytch from f***ing pig city is gonna take my title, so don't get too excited c***!"
The challenger changes her tone to a much more serious one as she says "look I don't get your hate for me and my stable, I tried to be nice but I guess that won't change your mind, so I am going to concentrate on taking that title and validating why I became a fighter"
All the while Cheryl shakes her head, lifting the flyweight title up with her right arm and tells Elizabeth "this isn't leaving my sight, not today, not tomorrow or any day"
Both women brought together for final photos, Elizabeth staring hard at Cheryl; who holds the title up and smirks in reply as she sees she has rented space in Elizabeth's head.

Fight night; out comes Elizabeth to a nixed reaction, she has Taryn Terrell and Eva Carneiro with her as she looks focused on the task in front of her.
Her attire is a grey sports bra, matching trunks with the black Agents of Shield badge on the left leg, black gloves and grey shoes, her hair is in a ponytail for this fight.
Getting between the ropes and into the ring, Elizabeth tries to wave to the fans; receiving a flurry of hateful boos for her trouble, Taryn needing to refocus her fighters mind as Elizabeth isn't used to this response at all.
The mood in the arena changes as out comes Cheryl with Mel B by her side, Mel is holding the title belt as the champ is wearing a Newcastle United shirt with "Champ" in big letters and the number 9 both on the back.
Jogging down to the ring with a cocky smirk as her hometown fans chant her name, as she reaches the steps, she waves for Mel to help take off her shirt to reveal her gear.
Which consists of a black sports bra; black and white striped trunks, black gloves with white thumbs and black shoes, her hair is in a simply ponytail too.
Stepping into the ring; Cheryl steps to the ring centre and takes in the adoration from her fans, flexing her arms and promising them "the title is staying with me" before heading to her corner to get ready.

Both soon step to the ring centre; the referee is handed the title belt to show each fighter what this is all about, all the hours in the gym, all the hard work has led to this moment for them.
Cheryl though is all mouth throughout this moment, telling Elizabeth how little chance she has at claiming the title, with Elizabeth just staring hard at her.
Asked to touch gloves; Cheryl simply shakes her head and steps back as Elizabeth lifts her gloves up, both jog to their corners with their eyes locked as they are ready for 10 rounds of BBU flyweight title action.

Round 1:
"Ding" out come both fighters to a loud roar, the early going seeing them trading jabs and feeling each others defences out as they dance around on their toes.
A deafening "Cole" chant fills the arena as the champion can be seen smirking as she works, both landing more stiffer punches when they find more holes in the others defences.
Till Cheryl shows her smarts; dipping under a straight and coming quickly inside to rip three punches to the body of Elizabeth, who is trying to backtrack to create space.
Cheryl firmly the aggressor now as Elizabeth tightens her guard and is being forced backwards, punches slamming into her guard as the champion drives forwards.
But as Elizabeth is near the ropes, she sidesteps a wild right from Cheryl; who is clearly wanting to give the crowd a finish to remember, instead though Elizabeth catches her with two punches to her face as she turns around.
The challenger looking comfortable on the outside as Cheryl looks to try to get back on the front foot, looking too keen in fact as Henstridge lands punches to the top of the singers head.
Cheryl though ducks under another straight and just misses with her own right hook to the body as Elizabeth dances back.
The fighters settling into circling and trading single punches as they look to set each other up, with Cheryl ending up parrying a right and coming in tight to work.
The last 20 seconds of the round sees the fighters go toe to toe to try and win this round, with the bell ringing to end the round with neither making much inroads to take control of what turned into a busy opening stanza for the fighters.
Cheryl still looks the more confident though as she sits down, a big smile on her face as her adoring fans are still in full voice for her.

Round 2:
Cheryl looks to get into Elizabeth's face early in the second; forcing Elizabeth to box off the backfoot as she is being stalked around the ring by the hometown favourite.
Both landing some stiff punches to the others face as they exchange at range, till Cheryl slips under a right cross and bangs several meaty punches to the body of her opponent, till she is nudges back and Elizabeth moves into space.
The champion is looking to really make her mark on this fight, as she is definitely the more aggressive fighter, Elizabeth finding herself being forced around the outside of the ring, looking for counter punches.
Cheryl lashes in with two hooks that miss, as Elizabeth leans out the way and counters with a right across the chin of the champ.
Before Elizabeth lands a left cross that allows her to get some control of the round back, Cheryl though deflects a right aimed at her head and lands a right cross to push her challenger back.
As Cheryl comes forwards though, a jab catches her on her nose; BEFORE AN UPPERCUT PUTS HER ON HER ARSE!
Cheryl looks stunned that she got put down 1...2..3 so are the crowd as it goes silent, till boos ring out aimed at Elizabeth 4....5...6 Cheryl shakes her head and begins to shove her way up 7...8 standing and scowling at her opponent, disgusted that she got put down by someone she doesn't rate.
The action starts again with Cheryl having to go defensive as Elizabeth comes looking to finish this fight with a flurry of punches aimed at the head of Cole.
The singer needing to show off her defensive skills to bob and weave out of trouble, with only a few punches managing to strike her on her face.
The bell rings not long after with Elizabeth taking a breath, relieved that she put a dent in Cheryl's confidence, though the champion looks mightily pissed off that she was put down at all.
Mel telling Cheryl "keep f***ing cool babe! That was just a lucky punch, but you better not allow her any more of those punches!"

Round 3:
Banging her gloves as she heads out her corner; Cheryl looks ominous as she heads out to fight, Elizabeth reminded though to pick her punches after wasting so much energy at the end of the last round.
Both fighters again circle each other at midrange and trade, both are showing great accuracy with their punches as they are very similar it seems in styles with jabs their main weapons.
The difference is though that Elizabeth is looking to counter the champ, who is looking to bully Henstridge back when she gets the chance.
Which she does as she slips under a left cross and again works the body with meaty looking punches ripping at the side of Elizabeth.
Who retreats back and drills her own punches to the top of Cheryl's head, keeping the older fighter from being able to bullrush her.
Elizabeth takes control of the round with her movement on the outside, catching Cheryl trying to move in close range with her punches hitting the singer on top of her head or to her body.
But Cheryl throws a feint left and with her own quickness; gets in tight to whack Elizabeth across her cheek with a hard right, that forces Elizabeth onto the back foot behind her guard.
The crowd find their voice again as Elizabeth is knocked onto the ropes and finds her sides being hammered by their favourite.
The challenger firing back as the girls start to brawl on the ropes, Cheryl getting the better of the exchange as she loads up more on her punches, forcing Elizabeth back behind her guard.
The round soon comes to an end with Cheryl shouting to the crowd "I can't hear you!" Winking as she looks back to the cool confident woman she was before the knockdown.
While Elizabeth looks around at the crowd with a surprised look, Taryn shouting at her in the Girls Friday corner "just ignore the crowd! This is your night babe, don't let anyone stop you!" With Elizabeth nodding meekly in reply.

Round 4:
Cheryl looks to continue her success from the last round; forcing the issue more with Elizabeth as she gets into close range with her opponent to work from.
The body of Elizabeth especially seems a main target for Cheryl as she slams two hooks under the ribs of the Sheffield lass to make her groan and cover up.
Cheryl dominating the early action of the round as she forces Elizabeth to be stuck behind her guard and retreating around the outside of the ring.
As Cheryl steps in with a right to the body of Henstridge, making the bigger fighter hiss out, the champ gets caught by a left cross behind her ear and a straight punch that knocks her back.
Elizabeth starts to get herself back into this round as she catches Cheryl to her lips and nose with counter punches as Cheryl is starting to swing more power punches.
A double jab to the nose of Cheryl makes her groan loudly, the follow up right across her cheek forces her back behind her guard as the challenger now goes on the front foot.
The jab of Elizabeth is working to keep Cheryl's guard night, while the right is slung around the guard to the side of Cole's head.
The champion looking to come back at Elizabeth with a left cross that just misses hitting Henstridge's nose, with the actress countering with a straight to the lips of Cole to push her back.
The late part of the round sees Cheryl manage to find her way back to the inside, with both fighters getting their heads down and working away in tight.
Till the bell rings to end the round; Cheryl giving Elizabeth a nudge back, a frustrated look on Cheryl's face tells you how annoying she is finding Elizabeth, she thought she was just soft but is finding that out not to be true.
The Girls Friday corner looking happier, Taryn telling Elizabeth "that was some great work but you need to keep that bytch on the outside, she is too f***ing arrogant and you'll use that to make her pay!"

Round 5:
This time it's Elizabeth whose trying to push Cheryl back from the off with her punches aimed at the head of the Geordie.
Who dips and moves out the way, Cheryl coming inside to force Elizabeth to work in tight, the fighters letting their hands go to try to knock each other back.
Cheryl surprises Elizabeth with a left forearm across the jugs and landing two rights across the face of the Sheffield lass to knock her back.
The champion pressing Elizabeth backwards, with Henstridge needing to cover up as Cole bashes away at the guard, before swinging to the body of the challenger.
Elizabeth comes out her shell after deflecting a straight, landing a right cross to push Cheryl back, before pushing forwards with two more punches striking Cheryl on her nose.
Blood starts to run from the nostrils of Cheryl, Elizabeth forcing her on the defensive, with Cheryl being forced towards the ropes.
But Cheryl ducks under a right and comes up with an overhand right that smacks Elizabeth across her cheek and looks to wobble her!
The crowd cheer on Cheryl as Elizabeth gets forced back across the ring behind her guard, Cheryl finishing the round strong as she bangs away at the body of her opponent.
The round ending with Cheryl wiping the blood from her nose as she heads back to her corner, looking miffed that she has been bloodied.
Mel works on clearing her up and tells her "keep your head babe, I know that look but if you get caught then that title is going to be gone and I ain't comforting you" which makes Cheryl chuckle but stare across at her opponent.
Who is marked up herself, red marks forming on either side of her body, Elizabeth getting told by Taryn "keep at her; you've blooded her and shown you can hurt, now she respects you, things are going to get interesting"

Round 6:
Elizabeth is out her corner quickly as she looks to be growing in confidence, targeting the bloody nose of Cheryl, who is still as quick on moving around her opponent, making herself a hard target to hit.
Till Cheryl dips under a left cross and digs a right to the ribs of Elizabeth, who groans out louder then before, the champion driving forwards with a body punching drill that have Elizabeth gasping.
The actress is stuck on the ropes as Cheryl pounds away at her sides, the crowd roaring on Cheryl as she keeps focused on the body of her challenger.
Till Elizabeth has to clinch up with Cheryl, the champ can be seen whispering insults into the ear of Elizabeth, trying to take the confidence back out of her.
The referee needed to pry them apart; with Cheryl looking excited to get back at Elizabeth, that keeness is taken away when a right strikes her across her bloody nose, making her cry out and step back.
Now Elizabeth is the one on the attack, forcing Cheryl to cover up tightly as she is finding herself under a barrage of punches, several find their way to her face to knock her head back.
Late in the round it is Cheryl stuck on the ropes, Elizabeth trying to break her down with her own body shots, with Cheryl fighting back, leading to a hectic final few seconds of the round, sweat flying off both women as they simply brawl it out.
The bell rings with both looking messy; hair is starting to come loose from their ponytails and sticking to their sweaty cheeks, which are puffy looking, Cheryl has blood dripping from her nose onto her chin.
Both coaches are working hard to clean and patch their fighters up; each coach looking worried for them as they know how tough this is for the fighters, but hoping they can pull through.

Round 7:
Both are visibly slowing; with Elizabeth working on the outside, targeting the nose of Cheryl, who has to cover up as she looks for a way inside.
Each time Cheryl keeps trying to do so; she is getting caught to the top of her head, with Elizabeth dancing backwards as she looks to catch the champ on that nose.
Cheryl dips down but gets caught by two punches across her head that reels her backwards, Elizabeth striking with a straight onto the nose of the hometown girl to make even the crowd look worried for their favourite.
Elizabeth backing up Cheryl with her punched smacking the guard of Cole, a right hook knocks Cheryl onto the ropes, with a gasp heard from the crowd as another three punches smack Cheryl across her face.
Cheryl grapples onto Elizabeth, stopping Elizabeth from beating her face, the referee needed to break the fighters apart, with Cheryl looking relieved to be off the ropes.
Though she is back behind her guard and retreating as Elizabeth comes on the attack, banging away at the gloves of the champion as Henstridge looks to get back at her face.
But Elizabeth misses with a right hook as Cheryl dips under and comes up with an uppercut, the legs of Elizabeth turn rubbery as she gets knocked back by Cheryl following up with another two cross punches.
A missed right cross by Elizabeth leaves her open to a punch straight onto her liver area, almost coughing out her gumshield as she retreats and finds herself been pressed back towards a corner.
The bell rings with both women hurting; leaning onto each other for a moment, before they shove apart and head to their corners.
Taryn almost looking like she wants to scream, looking deeply worried for Elizabeth as she is catching her breath, Eva trying hard to get Elizabeth ready.
It's the same frantic action in the other corner, Cheryl's nose being worked on as she looks in a real state herself, Cheryl though it has to be pointed out shoves herself out her corner before Elizabeth does.

Round 8:
Cheryl comes straight at Elizabeth, who is trying to land her jab off the nose of the champ, but the sting to it seems to be gone as Cheryl parries them away.
A straight over the head of Cheryl allows the Geordie to step in with a right to the body of Elizabeth; who cries out and finds herself driven backwards.
Elizabeth shoves Cheryl back; BUT GETS HIT TO THE LIVER AREA AGAIN, FALLING TO HER KNEES WITH TEARS IN HER EYES!
The crowd are watching closely 1..2...3 as Elizabeth spits her gumshield out and tries to find her breath 4...5...6 but she stares at the canvas as she holds her stomach, 7...8....9...10 Elizabeth counted out soon enough!

Winner and still BBU flyweight champion Cheryl Cole KO Round 8

After:
The crowd erupt as Cheryl falls to her own knees; covering her face as she is crying tears of joy after finding this fight to be a real test, more then she ever thought possible from Elizabeth.
Who has Taryn and Eva kneeling beside her and checking her out; Elizabeth apologizing when she can breath properly, saying sorry for losing after all the hard work that both women did to get her ready for this fight and through it.
Taryn tells her "you were so close babe! You had the bytch down in front of her own fans and if she went to your home ground, I know she wouldn't have been as lucky"
Elizabeth thanking her as they help her to stand up and over to her corner so she can be worked on, Elizabeth has a small smile on her face as she is thankful to have a group like these with her.
As this is all going on; Mel helps out Cheryl to her corner, telling her "thank god I love ya Chezza or I'll beat your arse for freightening me and all these people" pointing to the crowd, who are still chanting Coles name before singing how much they love her.
Cheryl smirking as she tells Mel "it was never in doubt" as she gets her gloves taken off and her face cleaned to make her presentable to her loving fans.

Soon the girls are brought to the ring centre for the final result to be announced, Elizabeth looks to tell Cheryl how much she respects her, but Cheryl puts her hand in her face to show even after all that, Cheryl still doesn't respect her.
Cheryl is handed her title and holds it up as she turns to face Elizabeth, telling her "I told you that this is mine, you will never even touch it while I am able to get into this ring you cheap bytch, now f*** off!"
Elizabeth's face turns red, but she isn't in shape to argue; so instead leaves to a chorus of "hey! Hey! Goodbye!" From the fans, who laugh at the beaten challenger.
Though Olivia and Denise both agree that Elizabeth does deserve praise for pushing Cheryl, though she needs to find that extra level to reach the absolute best because that is what it is going to take to defeat the pound for pound best in Cheryl.
Who does a slow lap around the ring with the title on her shoulder, telling the fans "this is mine! This ring is mine and you guys are the best in the world!" Smiling warmly even as she is hurting like hell.
Denise asks the question on peoples minds "who can beat this woman?" Plenty of challengers are lining up to try, with Cheryl heading to the FCBA to fight a possible future challenger in Victoria Justice in just a week.
