BEFORE:
"Everyone is talking about how she's bigger than me… younger than me… yadda yadda…” Avril rolling her eyes at the pre-fight press conference as she drones off with mock interest. “Who the f*ck cares? A lot of girls in the division are bigger than me. I don't give a f*ck. I punch hard and can take ANYONE out. So…I'm really not worried about some irrelevant, big-boobed Disney bimbo like her. She hasn’t fought in over a year, probably because she realized she sucks!” Avril laughs. “I'm at the top of my game. Don’t worry, I got this one too guys!” Avril ending off with a wave of her hand and that same confident smile.

Truth be told – by now people are a bit more inclined to believe her. Like the way she handles herself or not, most girls have failed to prove her wrong thus far. Many girls have come back at her with equally inflammatory words, but only one was able to take her out physically in the ring since making her infamous comeback, and that was long ago - if you ask Avril. Her opponent tonight is Debby Ryan, standing three inches taller and having a mixed record in the ring thus far. Likewise, she comes to this fight with her own big mouth as she brags about being the one who will finally stand out from her previous Disney counterparts.

"Does anyone actually take Avril seriously?” Debby begins with a chuckle. “Yes, I haven’t fought in over a year, but I'm bigger and stronger than her, AND a better fighter, so it won't change the fact that I'm going to demolish this crude b*tch tonight. Guess what, Avril? Some of us 'Disney' girls actually *can* beat you up, and badly. If you don't believe me, I'll f*cking make sure you do so after tonight."

Its fight time and Avril is out first to deafening cheers and her song “Bad Girl” blasting through the arena as the Punk Princess struts down the aisle smiling and waving to the fans in her black, pink trimmed sports bra and short tights, black\pink gloves, hair in a high ponytail. Followed by head-trainer Kristanna Loken and Dollhouse crew, Lavigne finally enters the ring and begins stretching and exchanging last moment words with her training staff.

Next up its Debby, the bigger girl bursting through the curtains to a decent mount of cheers despite it being Avril’s home court, clad in a navy blue sports bra and matching short tights with a black trim, black boxing gloves on her hands, hair in a neat bun. Posing with her hands on her hips for a few brief moments before making her way towards the ring waving to her delighted fans. Quickly jogging her way to the ring followed by her crew, Debby climbs in, shooting Avril a b*tch-stare on her way to her corner where she begins jumping up and down to warm up.

A minute later and the referee does a last check on both girls but they’re already bouncing on their toes, ready to fly forward. Here we go with ten rounds of Flyweight action!

ROUND 1:
Debby starting off on the right foot at first, playing Avril at her own game of aggression as the two ladies meet in the center of the ring and THROW DOWN. Not an unusual play from the Disney blonde, I would say, as anyone with a three-inch height advantage would do the same thing at trying to bully with longer reach. Would be lying to say Avril’s totally comfortable just yet - I mean yes, she’s definitely dealt with bigger and taller adversaries in the past, but Debby Ryan a good mixture of both, and those early blows to her face and hooks to her sides doing some real damage. Thankfully, she’s not fighting as stubborn as earlier - once she realises she’s taking too much damage, she starts backtracking and circling away, manages to snap a couple of jabs into Debby’s cheek towards the end of the round and almost evens out the score in the end. Almost. Debby taking it still from judges’ perspective of being aggressor for a good majority.

ROUND 2:
Avril certainly right to be cautious in the second - more so this time that Debby knows that she’s afraid of her punch power. Avril keeping clear out of range, not daring to even get in close for the first minute. Debby trying to exploit this, charges repeatedly at the Canadian singer and almost catches her flush on the chin at a couple of instances. Avril huffing and concentrating hard, watching her opponent’s hands as they come swinging in, but a feint to one side makes her swerve the other way, right into an open hook from Debby that impacts her face HARD! OUCH! Avril stunned and reeling as she flies into the ropes - she really must be feeling that height disadvantage now with Ryan hitting her like a freight train! Avril covering up shrieking as more monster hooks bang into her sides left and right, buffeting the smaller girl around some more, but she’s FLOORED with a nasty right arm from Debby that slams square into the middle of her chest! Blonde moans and loses her balance from the sheer pain, tumbling to her butt and then collapsing to her back holding her chest grimacing. Bet Avril’s eating her words now after finding herself flattened on her back! It’s a KNOCKDOWN for Debby Ryan early in the second round!

Crowd on their feet, thinking this might be truly an upset in the making, but Avril seems as determined as ever, shaking her head from side-to-side and already up on her hunches, trying to make a full recovery. Debby smirking at her attempt, calm and collected, arms draped over ropes in her own neutral corner. Avril set to disappoint, however, making it back up by the count of 7. All the same for Ryan, the bigger girl licking her lips in anticipation of unleashing more hell on the smaller blonde.

Referee does a final check on Avril’s well-being before waving for the fight to resume. Here comes, Debby looking to punish and finish, more big swings at Avril’s head trying to put her back down for the count. But Lavigne keeping her distance for dear life - she may be smaller but that also makes her slightly faster and easier to dodge in and out of the way, and she manages to avoid another upset by the end of the third minute. Avril getting berated by her own corner in between the rounds - rare sight to see indeed from a girl who’s used to having her way recently.

ROUND 3:
Can she reverse her fate though? She certainly looks eager to try, and Avril’s certainly been in worse scenarios. Debby striding forward again at the bell, hoping to score another big punch to seal her fate, but Avril is using speed to her advantage instead, bobbing and weaving around the heavy and slow slugs directed at her. Debby’s corner sensing the turn in their girl’s fortunes when she herself starts eating punches to her cheek and chin, Avril taking each opportunity to counter-attack and make Ryan regret ever tangling with her. In the last minute, Debby growling with frustration, becoming more and more unpredictable, gets a lucky swing in that slams into Avril’s guard, again pushing her back from the force of impact. Avril takes another one-two straight hands to the body with a groan, but otherwise makes it out of there relatively unscathed compared to last time. Close round for her would make it the first round she’s won in this fight. Whether that’s a worrying or hopeful sign, perhaps it’s still too early to tell.

ROUND 4:
Avril smirking at the way things are going so far, optimistic that she may get to turn things around to her favour. But Debby not about to give up her lead just like that, surprising many in the audience by hanging back and not giving Lavigne a chance to exercise her speed advantage. The result is Avril losing her cool towards the middle of this round at not scoring many points herself. She starts getting overly ambitious and tries to pressure Debby with jabs from afar whilst circling. Debby retreating bit by bit back to her corner, also giving the impression that she’s wounded and ripe for the picking. But not the first time Ms Lavigne has underestimated her opponent before, and what starts off as another jab combo to Debby’s guard ends with her own face SWIPED RIGHT when Debby times her counter-hook with it crashing square into her cheek! ANOTHER big blow taken by Avril, making her in danger of going down YET again. The only thing saving her this time are the ropes as she barrels head-first into them with a groan. Before she can right herself fully, however, Debby already in her face, slapping more leather into her tender midsection puh puh puh puh! Avril’s face contorted in pain as she desperately tries to cover up and clinch forward, succeeds in stopping the wanton barrage on her body, but now she’s getting pinned to the ropes and out-wrestled by the bigger woman. Bell rings to save her and Debby has to be pried off her foe, leaving poor Lavigne gasping for air, one arm over her battered midsection, the other still clinging onto the top rope to steady herself from that disastrous round, Dollhouse crew have to rush in to help the startled, aching Punk Princess make it back to her corner!

ROUND 5:
Gosh - the Dollhouse starlet still hanging onto her pride as she makes it off her stool with a groan. Think we’ve never seen her so battered and bruised so early in a fight before, with Debby doing everything in her power to be the first one to break her streak. Avril looking alarmingly fatigued already and the big girl recognizes it, going all in, thinking that after taking such a beating, Ms Lavigne is SURELY to be primed to get knocked the hell out, but Avril still somehow managing to fend off her advances in the first two minutes, stacking straight hands into her nostrils and lips whenever Debby gets in too close. Still, it takes just one big hit to floor the smaller girl, evidenced over and over already, but this time, Avril is fighting smartly, taking a wider approach by the third minute by avoiding the bigger girl almost completely, knowing that she’s already won based on points alone. Result is she wins this round by a small margin, but spectators are clearly not convinced.

ROUND 6:
Debby getting sluggish herself, taking in heavy breaths as she made her way back to corner in the previous round. Avril now clearly exhausted, not taking any chances in the first minute, remembering how the blonde managed to lure her in for the first time resulting in a memorable knockdown. But as we head into the second, Debby not giving chase any longer, wheezing and shrieking when the jabs to her face start adding up, Avril throwing in a couple of tired looking blows to her tummy and chest for good measure to double-check if she’s really hurt or not. Debby covering her head up and circling instead of advancing, and Avril, recognizing this might just be her moment, deems it fit to pick up the pace of her assault, especially when her corner starts urging the extremely tired looking blonde forward to fight. Debby moans when another one-two punches sting her nostrils, making her eyes water. Avril realizes it’s now or never – somehow finds her absolute last reserves for another quick flurry to Debby’s tummy which bends the bigger girl over in agony and Avril FINISHES with a textbook upward SWING into her jawline, KNOCKING HER BACKWARDS! Debby losing her balance as she’s blown off her feet, comes crashing down onto her butt in a revenge KNOCKDOWN at the end of the first minute!!

3...4… Fans cheering for both competitors, eager to see this fight reach a proper conclusion and obviously expecting Debby to get right back up to continue the fighting. 5...6… But Debby still looking dazed on her bum, trying to scoot over in various directions but losing her orientation as her eyes flutter in pain and mouth opens and closes. 7...8… Avril taking the brief chance to rest and catch her breath in corner. She’s taken a beating in this fight, there’s no doubt about that, and it looks like she’s worried this fight may actually go the distance…

But luckily for her, Debby barely making it up to her knees as she struggles to pull herself up using the ropes. 9...10!! IT’S OVER!! Referee waves his hands to call this match off!!

Official Decision: Avril Lavigne defeats Debby Ryan via KO6!

AFTER:
Avril insanely relieved once the bell rings and the referee declares her the winner. She herself literally sinks down to the mat on her butt, leaning her head back against the turnbuckle, panting heavily, exhausted and just glad that it’s over before she got herself knocked down again.

Debby herself sinking back down in defeat, her hopes at making a statement tonight dashed and it’s particularly disappointing that she’s the only one who has come this close to making Ms Lavigne eat her words recently.

Avril’s confidence and cockiness returning after the blonde rests for a few long minutes, as the referee briefly raises her arm to make the win official. She pulls herself up slowly using the ring ropes for support and hobbles her way towards Debby, eager to get her hands on her vanquished opponent and make her pay with a walk of shame for her insolence. Naturally, trying to pull a bigger and weightier girl off her ass and back to her feet no easy feat, especially in Avril’s weakened state, the Punk Princess comically struggling to do so whilst berating Debby straight to her face.

“GET UP ALREADY b*tch! DID YOU LIKE THAT?!? GETTING BEATEN BY A SMALLER CHICK??” she shouts repeatedly into Ryan’s ear, laughing cruelly.

Debby fighting back tears as she’s led by the waist to all four corners of the ring, but she’s still dazed and groggy, trying to fight free from Avril’s clutches but getting kneed in the gut instead to pacify her resistance. Finally satisfied with her humiliation, Avril lets Debby sink back down to the canvas, where she’s finally checked on by medical staff.

Avril walking away with another impressive win under her belt tonight, though if she isn’t careful in the future she might just find her lead and recent invincibility slipping. For now though, Lavigne joins her teammates once more in celebration by ringside, confident about inflating her win column even more in future months on the expense of the rest of the division.
