KAYLA ITSINES VS. KYRA SANTORO
(Words: Holloway / Results: Lookout!)

"Am I excited? Of course I am! This is my first match in the league and I'm facing one of the best bantams right now. I'm ready to give it my all" says Kayla as she's asked about her feelings about her debut match today.

"She looks tough, but I mean, look at this" says Kyra as she flaunts her toned body. "I'll make sure to welcome Kayla in a way she'll never forget".

Kayla's wearing a green sports bra and a pair of pink shorts, showing off her lean, toned body. Kyra, meanwhile, is looking just as good in a white bikini, looking down on her foe, who also happens to be shorter than her.

ROUND 1

The bell rings and both girls are cautious, keeping their guard high covering her faces. Kyra begins, jabbing at her opponent, but finding only leather. Kayla tries to throw a cross but fails to hit the fast girl. Kyra score a few coutner jabs and eventually catches her on the face, but Itsines surprises her with a powerful hook that shakes Santoro's chin and follows with a quick combination of jabs to the body. Kyra's not badly hurt but is surprised by the skills of her opponent. The round ultimately goes to Itsines.

ROUND 2

This round sees Itsines a bit more agressive, swinging recklessly at her opponent, battering Kyra's defenses and landing some critical shots on the body, but the taller girl is able to quickly counter them with a few strong punches, clearly much stronger than Kayla's, who attempts to stun her with a couple of hooks to the ribs, yet fails in doing so. Kayla covers up her chest and belly, but her foe's punches are too strong and easily break through the new girl's defense. The shorter model then retrieves in an attempt to get some rest but gets stunned by a jab to the nose. Before things get any worse, the bell rings.

ROUND 3

Kayla's clearly hurt from last round, but years of working out have improved her endurance a lot and she's ready to give it all again this round. She comes out fast, swinging at Kyra's head, who gets out of range and jabs at the shorter girl's head with a smile on her face. But that smile quickly fades away as Itsines ducks under a right hook and smashes Santoro with an uppercut to the chin, then follows it with a right and a left to the abs, launching her opponent into the ropes. Kayla comes in and lands punch after punch on her foe, blocking any attempt of Kyra to land some of her own, showing great speed and ability. Kayla manages to get away but is quickly followed. Both girls meet again at the centre of the ring and Itsines surprises her opponent and the crowd with some great punches that almost send the young model to the mat. Luckily for her, the round ends before that happens and is won widely by the new girl.

ROUND 4

Kyra's angry at her opponent and at herself for having underestimated her. She comes out slowly, trying to be smarter this time and change her strategy. Kayla covers herself but gets her abs smashed by a few jabs from Santoro, who then bullies her back to the ropes and traps her, keeping her right where she wants her with strong rights and lefts. Itsines is worried, trying to fight back but to no avail, her foe's too strong for her. Santoro uppercuts the rookie's chin and snaps her jaw, sending her flying to a corner. Kayla's legs begin to shake and her defeat can be seen on her eyes, but Kyra laughs and enjoys herself, tormenting the weaken girl. Eventually, the round ends, clearly going to Santoro, who whipsers into Itsines' ear: "Next round, you're done".

ROUND 5

Kyra comes out again wildly, Kayla tries to play it safe and waits for her opponent to come to her. They finally meet and begin exchanging punches; Itsines clearly still shaken from the previous rounds. Santoro slowly dominates the round once again breaking down Itsines' defense and tearing apart her toned body. Hooks are constantly being thrown savagely into Kayla's muscular abs, her arms doing little to nothing to stop Kyra's attacks. The smaller girl tries to get away, but Santoro's too fast, she eventually catches her with an uppercut that sends Kayla back and the frozen model can do nothing to stop one last punch to the face from Kyra, who knocks out her opponent just three minutes into the round. It's over!

Official Decision: Kyra Santoro defeats Kayla Itsines KO5!

"Easy win, but a win is a win and that's one more step on my way up the rankings. Of course that's not to say she's not good, she's just not that good" Kyra states about the match.

"It was tough, much tougher than I thought, and Santoro's really good, but I'll keep training and on my next match it'll be me who stands victorious! You'll see!" says Kayla.
