Results: Lookout!; Story: Caspian & The Dollhouse

BEFORE:

Bella Thorne continues her dominance of the Bantam scene with a new opponent (victim?), in the form of Elizabeth Gillies. Critics of this newest move from Dollhouse management suggest that it’s just another easy, conveyor-belt piece of meat meant to be fed to Ms Thorne as she rises to the top, not helped by the fact that Ms Gillies hasn’t fought since 2016. Tell that to Ms Gilles, who’s ranked higher than Thorne according to Boxing World Magazine, however, and you’re bound to get a death stare from the tough raven-haired beauty. Asked this very question in the pre-fight press conference, the poor reporter gets an earful back:

“Why don’t you shut your trap before I shut it for you? ‘Bella’s dominance of the Bantam scene’?? Don’t make me puke. Before the start of this year, people here barely even knew who she was. She was irrelevant. Now, all of a sudden, she’s a superstar? Gimme a break. I’ve fought Shay Mitchell, Troian Bellisario AND the former JMD champion, Jessica Nigri. I think I can handle a scrawny slutty teenager,” Liz concludes with a smirk and dismissive glance at Bella’s direction.

Proud Bella of course is bound to push back, and the rest of the audience members hold their collective breaths in anticipation. She bites her lower lip and takes her turn at the mic:
“This was looking like a pretty sick fight to me - Liz seems tough as f*ck and I KNOW that she has a pretty good boxing record, she being ranked one place above me and all… But NOW? I don't f*cking agree with any of the bullsh*t she just spewed. I'm gonna sort ALL that misinformation out tonight now that I’ve heard what she has to say. I'm definitely taking this b*tch more seriously now, and that’s just plain unfortunate for her,” Bella laughs. “So yeah, now I can't wait. Let’s just f*cking go!"

Its fight time, and entering the arena to the confident blast of her new song “B*tch I’m Bella Thorne”, Bella bursts through the curtains wearing a pair of midnight aviator shades, emphasizing her cool girl image – she strikes a pose before immediately breaking into some sexy dance moves, flaunting her hot fit body to the sounds of her new rap song. The JMD champ finishes her dance and waves to her fans as she makes her way to the ring wearing a very confident smirk on her face. Her hair is hanging loose and she’s clad in her usual ring attire - a sexy black bra and black\purple ankle long tights. Bella finally reaches the ring followed by Dollhouse head trainer Kristanna Loken and a few staff members. Both women settle in Bella’s corner as the JMD champ begins stretching and exchanging last moment words with her trainer.

Bella’s music dies down only to be replaced by loud heavy metal music as Elizabeth Gillies bursts through the curtains with a huge blast of red pyrotechnics. The brunette smiles cockily, stopping for a brief moment and raises one gloved arm high above her head, soaking in the cheers before starting on her way towards the ring, keeping her arm raised for several long moments while starring directly at Bella the entire way through the aisle. Her hair in a tight ponytail, Gillies is clad in a partially open black satin robe and wearing red boxing gloves. A red sports bra and short black tights are visible underneath her robe, revealing quite a bit of her fit figure already. Even when she reaches ringside and climbs into the ring, Liz’s eyes remain focused on the redhead the entire way to her corner, where she finally takes her gaze off of Bella and exchanges a few words with her crew, jumping up and down in place and displaying some impressive shadow boxing technique - the brunette clearly eager to get into the action against this “inferior” opponent.

Referee sharing those sentiments, and shortly after signals for the opening bell, here we go with ten rounds of Bantamweight action!

ROUND 1:
Bella employing early defensive tactics in the first round - not a bad move for her as she shows off what she’s been learning in the ring. Liz on the other hand angered to the max by her opponent’s stellar rise, comes charging straight like a bull in heat, hoping to knock the redhead back down the ranking system once more into oblivion. Bella however keeping the pressure off her by maintaining distance and parrying those jabs aimed at her head with much composure. Liz of course getting a little lucky occasionally, sticking leather into Thorne’s cheek and body, but late in the round gets STUNNED by return hands from her corner, making her gasp out loud repeatedly by Bella’s effective counter-fighting skills. Bella takes the lead in the opening round, small smirk at the corners of her mouth as she wholly deserves it with that performance.

ROUND 2:
It’s much to the indignation of Elizabeth, however, who continues to pursue her strategy of scorched earth tactics. Snarling once more, she charges at Bella swinging. Bella scooting away as per normal, hoping to repeat the success of the earlier round, and for the first minute, it works - she’s dodging out of the way and snapping jabs back into the brunette’s face. But even a champion gets careless - Bella stays in the pocket a little TOO long, allowing a lucky swing from Liz to cram in hard to her right cheek. Bella grunts from the hard impact, looking dazed and retreating automatically. Thankfully though, she only got snagged that one time - the rest of the round forcing her into turtle mode as she’s reminded of her fragile mortality from that aching cheek. Liz now the one smirking back to corner, one hand raised high as though she’s already won this. Well, she certainly takes this round back to the bank based on pure aggression.

ROUND 3:
Bella’s corner must be urging her to switch things up - cos here she comes looking like she’s FINALLY ready to brawl and brawl hard. Her corner probably worried that one more lucky hit from Gillies might prove to be her undoing, but the truth is that Bella needs to learn when to strike when the iron’s hot. So, the result is both ladies CLASH head-first in the middle of the ring, fists flying and legs getting entangled with one another. Liz looking happy initially at this close encounter, happily sticking a fist or two into the champion’s nose and lips, and even gets a swipe or three in at the JMD champion’s proud chest and assets. But Bella not panicking one bit, instead letting her own fists fly twice as hard, battering Elizabeth repeatedly in the chin and then burying more lefts and rights into her paunch. Girls push each other back a couple of steps each time, before surging forward once again to rinse and repeat. This round thus becomes an effective draw at the end of three minutes. Not sure if Bella’s corner’s advice sounding that sound by the end of this exchange: she’s looking slightly more banged up and only time will tell if the damage she’s inflicted will have a lasting impact.

ROUND 4:
If anything, the pick up in action is making Lizabeth even MORE unhinged. Boxing brunette beauty trying to keep up the pressure with constant advance and shooting of jabs at Bella’s head. My gosh - how much more stamina does this girl have?! Bella showing her championship spirit as she remains as calm as a rock, getting in shots of her own in between the flurries and trying to dissuade Elizabeth’s advance with stiff jabs into her face and nostrils. BUT. LIZ. KEEPS. COMING. Bella’s SHOCKED with another stray hook that lands hard on the side of her face, making her stumble off with a HOUFF. Bella covering up on the ropes but looks like she’s in REAL trouble for the first time in this fight…. A bansheed Elizabeth not giving her any quarter, raining down blows left and right on the redhead’s guard and back, with no thought for precision. Bella left shell-shocked and panting on the ropes when the bell rings, having at least survived this onslaught. Liz in only slightly better shape, however, swaying dangerously from side-to-side as she’s completely out of breath herself and bewilderment crossing her face that Bella herself is still standing. If this is the best she can do, she’s definitely failed in her objective, even if she managed to take the round by wide margin.

ROUND 5:
More frantic action anticipated for the fifth, and both girls certainly do not disappoint. Bella kicking things into overdrive as she starts upping her volume of punches. Elizabeth confounded at first, stunned rooted to the spot as she tries dealing with the sheer volume aimed at her head. But gutsy Gillies venturing some forward punches in between, driving straight hands in and out of Bella’s body and chest. Thorne grunting louder and louder as her stomach pounded on, but she seizes the momentary hole in Elizabeth’s defenses by punishing the brunette’s face with hard swipes left and right, finally finishing the deal with a snap uppercut straight up into her jawline - AND DOWN GILLIES GOES!! JUST LIKE FREAKIN’ THAT!! Loud groan emanating from Liz’s lips, like her last breath exhaled from deflated lungs, fight just leaving the rest of her body as she sinks down to her knees! Her head must be swimming and swarming from that final, brutal combination from Bella Thorne... referee counts her out all the way as the groggy brunette cannot bring herself to rise and eventually gives up, collapsing to the mat on her back! It’s over!

Official Decision: Bella Thorne defeats Elizabeth Gillies via KO5!

AFTER:
No need for any kicks to the poor girl’s sternum this time, with Bella’s foot already planted firmly on her opponent’s heaving chest, like a staked out conqueror claiming her victory. Bella milking the moment, which is her right, staring down at Liz, sticking her tongue out at the brunette before flexing both arms for the cameras, in what’s certain to be payback for Liz’s harsh words directed at her in the pre-fight press conference.
Leaving the ring partying with some of her stable mates, Bella chuckles as she tells reporters: “Guess she’s not as tough as I thought guys…she hits hard and got me good a few times, but I can take her punches, and she clearly can’t take mine. b*tch went down pretty f*cking fast….Sucks to be her!”
As many have mentioned before, the future looks bright for Ms Bella Thorne, and future opponents beware of running their mouths off, less they end up like poor Liz, sprawled out on their back, lying defeated in the middle of the ring!
