(Downunder Boxing vs Free Agent)

Intro:
The main event of this months FNL card sees Miranda Kerr and Bar Refaeli look to settle their differences on Copacabana beach in Rio De Janeiro.
Miranda is 35 years old; she stands 5'9 and holds a record of 27 wins, 25 knockouts, with 5 defeats, she is the current ACB bantamweight champion, a former BBU bantamweight and lightweight, a former Queen of the Ice Hotel and won the 1st ever Victoria Secret tournament.
Bar is 33 years old; stands 5'8 ½ and holds a record of 15 wins, 13 by knockout, 21 defeats and 3 draws, she is also a former Queen of the Ice Hotel.
These two have history in the ring; fighting for the Queen of the Ice Hotel in 2015, with Miranda winning with a knockout.
The fighters met at the press conference for the event, squaring right up to each other, they exchange insults as Bar puts her finger into the chest of Miranda, who slaps it away leading to a scuffle between the two.
Security rushes to pull them apart as hair is being pulled and slaps exchanged, once they are apart; they are led to their tables.
Once they sit down; Miranda speaks first "I have heard enough from Bar, she has wanted this supposedly for a while, I have never hid from a challenge, so no more excuses for the bytch"
Bar laughs as she replies "you'll never shut me up, I had enough of you when we were teammates in the international cup, where I won and you as captain failed us"
That makes Miranda wince, she replies "I can't disagree on that point, you did win and I cost the team, that's what has inspired me to train harder, especially each time I hear you claim you should have been captain"
But Bar clearly disagrees "ha! The reason I claim that is because I am better then you, you've been the golden girl but now you are getting old and I am the girl to batter you into the sand to finish your career at the top off"
All Miranda does is shake her head and smile, standing up and telling Bar "plenty have said it, I am still standing and you won't be the one to change that"
With Bar mumbling "we'll see on that" before she stands, the girls scowl across the stage, then head off either side.
Fighting time, out comes Miranda with Nikki Visser, Nikki wearing an emerald coloured bikini as she leads her fighter to the ring set into the beach itself.
Miranda is wearing a blue bikini with matching gloves, she has the Australian flag painted across her bust, while her brunette hair is in a ponytail.
Stepping into the ring; Miranda smiles as she heads to her corner, warming up with Nikki's help as her coach tells her to pound this bytch, with both giggling.
Bar arrives soon enough with her coach behind her, she is banging her gloves together as she does a lap outside the ring, all the while her eyes are locked onto Miranda as she glares at her.
She has a tiger print bikini on, with fangs painted on the sides of her mouth and a pair of claws on her jugs, with tiger strips down her arms, she has orange gloves and her blonde hair braided.
Climbing into the ring; she roars into the sky, before she heads to her corner and begins warming up by using her coaches hands as punch pads.
Soon enough the fighters are brought to the ring centre, they exchange threats as the referee makes sure to stay between the fighters as they look ready to go now.
When asked to touch gloves; they shake their heads and jog back to their corners, the referee nods for the bell to be rung to start 10 rounds of lightweight action.

Round 1:
"Ding" the fighters come out and trade single punches as they circle, but Bar doesn't look interested in dancing around with Miranda.
Instead Bar slips under a jab and smacks Miranda to the body with two short sharp punches, keeping in tight as she looks to bully her rival around.
Miranda looks a little shocked by the ferocity of her opponent; covering up tightly and looking to box off the back foot.
While Bar keeps giving Miranda little shoves, making the action scruffy for her own benefit as Miranda gets nudged onto a set of ropes.
The Israeli model throwing a flurry of punches up top to keep Miranda's gloves close to her face, then turning her attention to the body of Kerr.
Who gives Bar a shove to open up space; moving away as Bar looks to stalk her, as Refaeli looks to dip and land a straight to the body, Miranda sidesteps her and lands her own jab onto the top of her head.
Getting her rhythm going; Miranda starts to get her punches into the face of Bar, with both fighting more evenly late in the round as they exchange punches while circling.
The bell rings to end the round; Bar smirking as she tells Miranda "I'm going to make you my bytch" as Miranda glares at her and simple shakes her head in reply.
Round 2:
Bar looks to keep the pressure on Miranda, but the Aussie stunner uses her footwork to keep out of trouble, the fighters trading stiff jabs as they measure each other up.
When Bar tries to step in with a left and right, Miranda moves to the left to dodge, following with a straight onto the side of her opponent's face.
Miranda starting to get control of the fight, countering Bar as the younger fighter tries to keep in close, with Miranda moving back and landing her punches off the top of Refaeli's head.
But Bar feints with her left and as Miranda goes to counter with a jab, Bar slips under it to go to work on the body of her rival, making her groan out as she works her towards the ropes.
Miranda nudges Bar back and the fighters go toe to toe; Bar looking to knock Miranda back to the ropes behind her, missing with a right hook and getting caught with a double jab on her nose.
Bar looking frustrated as the seconds tick away in the round, getting caught too cleanly on her face by the pinpoint striking of Miranda.
The round ends with Miranda brushing past Bar, with Bar looking angry as she turns to look at her rival, before they both sit on their stools.
Nikki telling Miranda "that's better babe, she can't match you for skills" with Miranda nodding as she stares over at Bar.
Round 3:
Back out come the fighters as Bar doesn't rush this time; leading to both women measuring the other up with stiff jabs.
Till Bar slips under a right to come inside with two body shots, just missing with a follow up uppercut as Miranda leans back and lands a counter right across the face of the smaller blonde.
Once again Bar looks to push the pace; dipping down to get in close then working the body, with the fighters trading in tight.
Miranda gives Bar a nudge with her left and as Bar comes swinging with an overhand right, MIRANDA MOVES BACK AND COMES IN WITH A RIGHT HOOK THAT SMACKS BAR TO HER CHIN AND SENDS HER DOWN TO HER KNEES!
Miranda's fans roar as she pumps her right fist in the air as she heads to a neutral corner, 1...2...3....4 Bar shakes her head to clear the cobwebs, 5...6... Before she punches the sand and begins to push herself up, 7...8 beating the count with her gloves up.
The fighters are told to fight again, Miranda keeps Bar now towards the ropes, Bar trying to get from behind her guard, but Miranda is able to move her head out the way and counter punch to knock Bar back.
Bar forced on the defensive as Miranda comes on the front foot, smacking her fists off the gloves of the Israeli fighter.
Till the round ends with Miranda looking relaxed as she jogs back to her corner, making a big statement this round with the knockdown as she gets washed down by her coach.
While Bar looks annoyed as she sits down; her face starting to get marked up as she is getting hit too easily, her coach asking "what the f*** was that? You can't blitz through her, try and use your head!"
Round 4:
Bar seems more defensive as she comes out, Miranda stalking her around the ring as she throws her punches at the head of the younger fighter.
As Miranda looks to step in with a right cross; BAR DIPS DOWN AND COMES UP WITH AN OVERHAND RIGHT THAT CATCHES MIRANDA ON HER CHIN TO MAKE HER WOBBLE, A FOLLOW UP RIGHT HOOK PUTS MIRANDA DOWN TO HER SIDE!
A shocked gasp escapes Nikki's lips as she sees Bar shake her ass at her and tell her "she's done!" Before heading over to a neutral corner.
1...2...3 Miranda now shakes her head as she pushes her way up to sit up, 4...5....6 kicking the sand as she looks pissed off, 7....8 Miranda shoves her way back to her feet to beat the count.
Now as the action resumes; it's Bar pushing the tempo, forcing Miranda behind her gloves as Bar keeps in close range.
When Bar lands a right around the guard of Miranda to knock her back a step; the Aussie grappling onto her to pull her into a clinch.
The referee steps in to pry the fighters apart; Bar taunting her rival as she tells her "look at you, you're a mess!" As she pushes onwards.
The bell rings after a dominant round by Bar, who taunts Miranda's fans as she heads to her corner, telling them "your hero is going to be my bytch soon enough!"
In the opposite corner; Nikki tosses water into Miranda's face to waken her up, Miranda thanks her and looks like she wants to scream in her gloves over being put down, knowing she is going to have work hard to take back control of the round.
Round 5:
Bar keeps getting in close to Miranda; forcing her back towards the ropes as she nudges the older fighter back, slamming her punches into the cheeks of Kerr.
With Miranda forced to cover up and endure as Bar switches up to the body, banging away and making Miranda wince with each shot.
Forcing Miranda to pull her into a clinch; Bar can be seen whispering into the ear of Miranda, insulting her as she is keeping the mind games going.
Once apart; Bar looks to move inside again, but Miranda leans out the way of a right cross and lands an uppercut that knocks Bar back a step.
Clearly wanting to show she isn't done yet; Miranda steps in to trade with Bar, both planting their feet as they let their hands go.
Both knock sweat off of each other as they rub heads while working the body, Bar sneakily adds two uppercuts to the left jug of Miranda to make her cry out and retreat.
Bar keeps on the front foot as Miranda has to cover up and move around the outside of the ring, Miranda can only fire out single punches as she is stuck on the defensive.
Soon enough the bell rings to end the round, Bar cockily stepping back to her corner, a big grin on her face as her coach praises her for her work so far.
The Downunder corner looking depressed how things are going, Nikki shouting at Miranda to keep her head up and to beat the brakes off this arrogant c***.
Round 6:
Bar understandably is looking to keep right in the face of her opponent, both women trading hard punches as they move in close range.
The Israeli slamming more body punches in as she leads in with her head, getting a warning from the referee as she nearly headbutts her opponent.
Miranda lands a double jab up top after a shove to Bar, fighting off the back foot as Bar looks to land something to finish this by the looks of things.
But it means Bar is missing more; Miranda looking happy as she lands to the face of her opponent, leaning out the way of a right cross from Refaeli and countering with a right across the nose of the Israeli.
Who steps back and blood can be seen running from the nostrils of Bar, Bar looking upset as she is starting to get outboxed by Miranda, who sticks and moves.
When Bar does push Miranda to the ropes, Kerr seems to spring off them and lands a vicious looking straight right onto the nose to make Bar cry out.
It looks late in the round like Bar I'd having problems because of that bloody nose, Miranda is using it for target practice as she rifles her punches till the bell rings to end the round.
Both fighters glare at the other as they pass by heading to their corners, they just want the other snoozing at their feet, is that too much to ask for is probably running through their heads as they get patched up.
Round 7:
The early action sees both meeting near the ring center, they are going toe to toe as Bar is looking to back Miranda up, except Kerr is catching her on her bloody nose with repeated punches.
As Bar tries to swing a right hook in; Miranda dips down and lands an uppercut that rocks her back two steps, FOLLOWING UP WITH A JAB THAT LANDS ON THE BLOODY NOSE AND A RIGHT HOOK TO THE CHIN OF REFAELI TO PUT HER DOWN ON HER SIDE IN A HEAP!
Bar is looking badly stunned as the count begins 1...2...3 Bar tries to stand up 4...5....6 as she gets so far up, she falls back on her ass 7...8...9...10 and finds herself being counted out!

Winner Miranda Kerr KO Round 7

After:
A very tough fight for Miranda; but she proves once again that she is the true elite of the FCBA, which has her grinning ear to ear as she leans against the turnbuckles.
As she sees Bar sitting up; Miranda heads over to her and shoves her to her back, before standing over her and telling her "do you see where being a bytch gets you? Under someone better like me"
The cameras flash as they record this moment, one that Bar must be hating so much as she covers her face with her gloves, while Miranda poses above her with her arms flexes.
Once Miranda is happy; she steps away from Bar, happy to have made her point after all the taunts from Bar, she can have the last word.
Bar on the other hand tells her coach to help her out the ring, not wanting to see any more of Miranda's celebration, with her coach doing as told.
Refaeli shouldn't be ashamed by her performance, if she had been better on defence, she might have won this fight, which instead she has a towel full of ice on her bloody nose till she can get it patched up.
In the ring; Miranda winces slightly when her arm is raised, her body is marked up, showing that she certainly didn't come out this fight without any battle scars.
Nikki pats her gently on the back as she tells her "you really pulled that one out, I hope next time you knock the next girl out early to save the drama"
Laughing together as they head out the ring; the Downunder crew wlll be hoping this is the turning point after Miranda's mini slump, that FCBA title is still the coach for the popular model to add to her big collection of titles.
