Intro:
The next fight on tonight's FNL card sees Charlize Theron look to stop the unbeaten run of Charlotte Flair here in the Saitama Super Arena in Tokyo.

Charlize is 43 years old; stands 5'10", has a record of 246 wins (152 by KO), 113 defeats and 11 draws. She is a former 14 time FCBA lightweight champion; 11 time FCBA welterweight champion, a former FCBA middleweight champion and is in the FCBA hall of fame.

Charlotte is 31 years old; stands 5'10" and her unbeaten record is 5 wins - all by knockout!

Both women were interviewed by Lucy Liu on the set of the FCBA Network, with Charlize coming on the set with a smile as she gladly shakes hands with Lucy (at one time a stablemate of Charlize's in the late - and unlamented - KimZ KruZherZ).

After sitting down, Charlize is asked about how she and Tess are now, with Charlize smiling and replying "me and her have a better understanding, she also knows how my right fist feels from our friendly sparring." Both girls chuckling at that remark.

They become serious again as the subject turns to this fight and how Charlize views Charlotte, with the GOAT answering, "She looks athletic and has a big punch...at least, that's what I heard." Leaning forwards; she continues, "But I'm not worried about any of that. When you have fought as much as I have in real fights, you learn all the tricks of the trade. I've forgotten more about boxing then she has ever known, so I am confident that I can knock this tall drink of bytch out"

Lucy and Charlize share a big grin and shake hands once more as Charlize leaves the set, to a waiting Stephanie McMahon; who seems to have a few words for her fighter as they head off to Theron's dressing room.

Charlotte comes onto the set next, not looking as happy to see Lucy as she exchanges hellos, but no hand shakes. Charlotte just stares down at the legend with no real respect in those eyes.

Lucy's first question is about if Charlotte feels she is changing peoples views on wrestling's being real fighters. Charlotte appears to bristle at the implied dismissive tone and snaps, "Look... I could name plenty of wrestlers who have done MMA and even boxing before me to show how stupid that entire point of view is!"

Charlotte flexes her arms and continues, "All I care about is being the best, I have the best physique of any fighter in the FCBA! I'm the best striker and when I've beaten Theron... well you can just add GOAT to my title of Queen!" Lucy starts to ask about Charlize, but Charlotte rudely interrupts to tell her, "Look... she's a legend, but she's a has-been legend! This is simply about me adding another name to a long list of wins on my march to the welterweight title"

Before she leaves Charlotte smirks and turns to the camera! "I guess Tess will hate me even more after she sees her BFF laying at my feet, a bloody mess after I smash her face in and make her my bytch. Maybe Tess will be next?" Then Charlotte storms off, leaving Lucy staring angrily in her wake.

Clearly, Lucy is rooting for her former stablemate Charlize to take down Charlotte. Suddenly, Lucy remembers where she is and what her job is and turns back to the camera, smiles, and begin the next segment. * * * *

Fight night!
Theron comes out with her "personal trainer" Angelina Jolie; Chimera's nurse, Sunny McKay, and Chimera's welterweight trainer, Ronda Rousey.

Charlize her usual cocky, confident, self as she struts down the ramp to the ring with an intense look on her face. She's wearing her usual Golden Goddess gear - sports bra, trunks, bare feet and gloves; her golden blonde mane pulled back in a fighting ponytail.

Climbing into the ring; Charlize jogs straight to her corner where she uses Ronda's hands as punching pads. Off to the side, Angelina Jolie is chatting up the ringside media, droning on about all the things her fighter will do to Charlotte.

Charlotte Flair heads out next, accompanied by her "good friend" Becky Lynch and her coach. Her eyes are locked on Theron, smirking as she holds her arms out at her sides.

Flair is wearing a glittery blue sports bra, matching trunks and shoes; her hands are taped blue, her blonde hair braided for battle.

Charlotte does a handstand flip outside the ring, then slides under the ropes with back roll; kipping back up to her feet. This display of her incredible flexibility doesn't go unnoticed in the Chimera corner, but Charlize doesn't seem to be impressed.

Charlotte reaches her corner, her gloves getting a final prep, then both fighters are called to the center of the ring for final instructions.

The referee waves both fighters together but neither looks like she needs an invitation and they quickly come to the center where they square up; each silently staring into each others eyes, seeing no fear. As their eyes lock, each leans forward, their breasts pressed together in a silent challenge from one blonde to another blonde!

Everyone at ringside can see that Charlotte's "assets" put Theron's in the shade, not that it should effect the outcome, but it's just one more thing Flair can point to when listing all the reasons for her "superiority" over the GOAT.

The referee tells them to touch gloves - a loud THUMP of leather - the both jogs back to her corner ready for 10 rounds of welterweight action. Mouthpieces in, each gets a slap on the back from her trainer, then the bell.... * * * *

Round 1:
Out come both fighters with tight guards, trading stiff jabs to start the action as they look to test the others defences.
Charlotte quickly learning why Charlize is a legend as the veteran shows off her quick hands and precise punches to keep the younger fighter honest.
The WWE star clearly realising she needs to be on top form from the start, backs Charlize to the outside of the outside of the ring with her punches finding gaps through her opponent's gloves to her face as Charlotte weaves past two punches aimed at her head to land a right cross up top.
Two body punches make Charlize groan and she needs to cover up more then she'd like; blocking most of the punches aimed at her head, firing a few counter punches back to the chin of her opponent.
Late in the round; Charlize is caught moving to the left with a right cross, Charlotte turning the heat up with her punches snapping the head back of the legend.
The bell rings with Charlotte grinning at Charlize, shaking her head as she turns back to her corner to get wiped down and spoken too.
Round 2:
The round starts off similar to the first. Both are good outside boxers, so they are cancelling each other out with their single punches digging into the cheeks of their opponent.
Charlize tries to swing a left cross in; Charlotte leans out the way though and counters with a double jab off the nose of her rival blonde.
It's Charlotte pushing the pace when is able to pierce the guard of Theron, forcing her to the outside of the ring and dodging the punches of the GOAT.
But never write off Charlize; who slips under a straight and changes things up by going to the body of her opponent with short sharp punches landing under the ribs. Charlotte has to shove Charlize back, with Charlize getting her head down and trying to force the action on the inside.
The dying seconds of the round sees both women rub heads as they slug it out to the body, a test of their abs as they stare right into the others eyes.
The bell rings to end the round with Charlize admitting to Angelina that she has started badly, but now Charlotte is going to get a taste of the real GOAT! Across the ring; Charlotte looking cool and confident as she speaks to Becky as well as her coach, taking on water more then advice. Round 3:
Charlize moving her head more and Charlotte misses more often, though her punches are still catching the top of the actresses head when Theron ducks.
The Chimera fighter dips under a straight and comes up with an overhand left to knock Flair back a step.
Charlize putting Charlotte under pressure, forcing the wrestler to cover up as Theron takes control of the center of the ring.
Punches slam off Charlotte's body after she misses with a right cross when Charlize slips under it. Flair, finding herself driven towards the ropes.
Charlotte shoving Charlize to her face, then landing another stiff double jab to the nose of the veteran to gain room to move away from the ropes, finding room to work in space. Both women finding gaps in the others defences, throwing more punches in combination as they struggle at close quarters.
The round ends with Charlize telling Charlotte, "That's just a taste of what I'm going to do to you." Charlotte glaring at her silently is her only, grim-faced, response.
Round 4:
The last round seems to have made Charlotte fully focused, and she is moving more, up on her toes, landing her punches in combos instead of single shots.
Charlize trying to match intensity with the younger blond, but being driven back by the power of Charlotte's body punching.
Flair has Charlize backed up against the ropes, drilling punches between the gloves of the South African to keep her pinned until Charlize slips a straight right and lands an overhand right of her own. Charlotte forced to back up, allowing Charlize to time and space open up with a series of punches that push Charlotte back across the ring.
Flair steadies and starts getting her jab working again, stalling Theron's advance; then Flair starts to push Charlize onto her back foot once more. As Flair steps in to land a right hook; CHARLIZE LEANS OUT THE WAY AND LANDS ONE OF HER OWN ON FLAIR'S CHIN! THEN A LEFT TO THE SIDE OF THE HEAD PUTS CHARLOTTE DOWN! The crowd goes wild as Charlize pumps her right fist in the air heading to a neutral corner. 1...2...3...4... Charlotte pushes herself to her knees and shakes her head 5...6... shock on her face as she looks at the referee. 7...8... Charlotte to her feet, beats the count. She lifts her gloves to show she is OK and the referee waves the fighters to continue.
Flair clinching, using her powerful arms to smother Theron's attack and little more action happens in the final seconds until the bell rings to end the round.
Charlize doesn't show it but she must be buzzing inside as she heads to her corner where Angelina praises her and Sunny wipes her down of sweat while Ronda Rousey offers tips.
Across the ring; Charlotte looks shell-shocked as she stares at Charlize while her coach points out that Charlize is a legend for a reason. "Don't let her get momentum," is the advice.
Round 5:
For the first time in her career, Charlotte has been down and now she looks to be more on the defensive, while Charlize is looking comfortable. Charlotte tries to come on the attack, bu tshe doesn't look as keen to trade and Charlize uses those nerves to get inside to work over Flair's body while she's moving away from Flair's power punches. Charlize showing her legendary skills now; coming in with hard combos to make Charlotte groan, then moving back out to safety. Charlotte's corner is urging her to fight hard, with Charlize knocking her head back with stinging straight punches, making Charlotte cover up tighter.
A straight knocks Charlotte into the ropes; but the feel of the strands across her back seems to spur her to fight back hard and both fighters begin to brawl.
Charlize just misses with an uppercut and Charlotte pulls her into a clinch. The referee pulls them apart and they exchange words.
Charlotte starts to get her punches going again, moving around Theron more as they trade single punches while the seconds tick away in the round which ends with Charlize again looking all business; her corner team excited by what they are seeing, telling her to keep pressuring Charlotte till she wilts. Charlotte meanwhile bangs her gloves together out of frustration. Becky talking to her friend as her coach works on reducing some swelling from the face of their fighter.
Round 6:
Charlize looking to pile the pressure on Charlotte, moving forwards more behind her jab, looking to land more power punches and end this.
Charlotte, though, seems to have found her fighting spirit again and she's engaging Charlize more as the fighters trade in close.
As they trade, Charlize slips under a jab and comes up with an uppercut to knock her opponent's head back, sending Charlotte to the ropes.
Theron piling on the pressure with more punches landing.
Flair clinches with Theron, again forcing the referee to step in to pry them apart. Once they are apart, Charlotte gets back into space and starts boxing off the back foot more, Charlize getting caught coming in with counter punches as she's slow to close the gap.
Charlotte coming on strong in the final minute; landing cleanly through the mitts of Theron, rocking her head back and marking up her face.
A Flair right cross catches Charlize when Charlotte side-steps and punches, chasing Charlize back into her corner, stacking her up and working over that Golden Goddess body until the bell, Theron can simply turn around to as the bell rings to end the round.
The WWE wrestler marches back to her corner looking angry, her temper driving her on. Becky Lynch smiles and nods as Charlotte sits down.
Round 7:
Charlotte seems to have found the answer to Charlize; movement and counter punches are forcing her opponent back.
With a double jab snaps Theron's head back; a right cutting across her eye makes her cry out.
All the while, Flair relentlessly pressed forward, driving Charlize back onto the ropes. Charlize is trying to fight back, and both women end up throwing bombs.
Charlotte leans out the way of a right hook, then lands an uppercut that snaps Charlize's head back! Two more punches land on Charlize's face and the aging blonde is forced to clinch with Flair.
The referee breaks them up but Charlotte immediately attacks again, landing a double jab, followed by a right hook. Again, driving Theron back and stuffing her butt in a corner.
A right across Theron's eyebrow opens up a cut that looks gruesome and Charlotte keeps targeting it!
Charlize seems to be weakening with each punch and the round ends with Charlotte showing off her bloody right glove to the crowd as she heads to her corner.
Lynch and the corner team smiling warmly as they know Charlotte had taken a big step forward this round.
In Chimera's corner, Nurse Sunny working hard to patch up that cut; Angelina trying to get Charlize to get back into this with a rallying speech while Rousey looks on, handing first aid supplies to Sunny and offering suggestions to Jolie - who ignores her.
Round 8:
Out come both fighters towards the ring center, with Charlotte straight away going for that cut on the brow ridge, Charlize forced to try to cover up.
The wrestler feints with a left and comes up with an uppercut to knock Charlize back onto her heels, Charlotte presses forwards with more punches just beating Charlize's face.
Charlotte beats Charlize back onto the ropes where Theron again tries to clinch. CHARLOTTE KNOCKS HER BACK WITH A JAB AND THEN AN UPPERCUT TAKES THE LEGS OUT FROM UNDER CHARLIZE!
The crowd stunned to see Charlize collapse on all fours... 1...2...3...4... Charlotte raises her hands in the air 5...6...7... Charlize struggles to rise, then drops back to her knees 8....9...10! The referee waves his arms over her as Charlize Theron is counted out!

Winner Charlotte Flair KO Round 8

After:
After the referee had rung the bell, Charlotte marches over to Charlize, pushing her to her front and placing her foot on the back of her head to scrub her face into the mat. "I'm the best in this ring...the Queen of this ring! WOOOO!" yells Charlotte, her hands on her hips, eyes locked outside the ring staring into the camera...maybe talking to Tess Valmore more then anyone else?

One person who is NOT happy...Ronda Rousey! She charges into the ring to shove Charlotte off her friend. They exchange words as Charlotte starts ripping her gloves off to a loud roar from the crowd. But the referee steps between them, earning him loud boos from the fans hoping for some extra excitement. Becky looking to pull Charlotte back to her corner while Flair's trying to break free and have a go at her fellow wrestler.

Ronda's eyes burn with rage as she kneels to check on Charlize; Sunny and Angelina coming over to make sure their friend is OK. Across the ring, Charlotte is happy to be getting water to drink and wiped down as her and Becky chat about the win and what to do about Ronda calling her a bytch.

Once Charlotte is ready to be announced as the winner, she heads to the referee and points at her left arm for the ref to lift it up, telling the dazed and still on her butt sitting up Charlize, "Get out of my ring!"

Ronda looks like she's had about enough of Charlotte's haughty attitude, and pushes the bigger blonde back a couple of steps. Charlotte gives Ronda a shove in return and they chest bump as they go nose to nose. Fans excitedly murmur at the obvious comparison with the earlier Flair-Theron prefight chest bumping, with Ronda coming off second best to both Charlotte and Charlize's "racks."

The two WWE stars start trading punches, Becky and Angelina try to hold them apart but they both scream at their 'seconds' "LEGGO!" wanting to settle this now (before some wily promoter starts throwing big bucks at them?)

Instead, Becky tells Charlotte, "You just went to war with a legend and kicked her ass. That's enough. Save something for the next big payday...you dope!" Charlotte bows her head and begrudgingly admits Becky is right, why leave money on the table when she can have just as much fun kicking Rousey's ass AND be paid for it. They two of them leave the ring together and head to the back.

Behind them in the ring, Charlize nods at Ronda and apologizes for causing her trouble. Ronda points out, "It's no trouble defending a friend from a bytch." They both smile and bump fists. Then Charlize is helped up by Angelina and Ronda who act as her crutches while Sunny collects her nurses gear from the Chimera corner.

When they get Charlize out the ring; Tess Valmore has left her seat and goes to check on her friend, Charlize nods at her with a small smile, looking thankful for her concern as Tess walks with the Chimera girls.

As they take Charlize up the aisle to her dressing room, the crowd show their love for her, chanting her name in the sold out arena, surprising Theron. In response to their outpouring of affection, Charlize lifts her right fist in the air and mouths 'thank you'.

As the Chimera crew leave the ring, the big story coming out this fight becomes the (near) fistfight between Ronda and Charlotte, leading to heated speculation of WHETHER the two undefeated WWE stars are going to next meet in a boxing ring, a wrestling ring, or some sawdust floor bar with no TV cameras or referee to interfere. Inquiring minds want to know....
