Miley:

BEFORE:
Things finally starting to pick up for this British superstarlet, with Watson’s victory over Stewart last month cementing her comeback miracle after all those years in the down and outs. It’s a far cry from how she looks right now, bursting out from backstage in a shower of white petals and sparkles, like a girl who’s just struck the lottery for the second time in her life.

“I’ve been given a chance to prove myself all over, and I’m not going to waste it. Stewart was a milestone for me, and there’s a part of me that feels sad her career’s hanging in the balance because of that fact. Cyrus is another girl I’ve been looking to take on for a while now. My ‘good friend’ Collins has beaten her before, so I don’t envision I’ll have much trouble either,” Watson ends with a mischievous grin, uncharacteristic of her sweet persona.

Cyrus being her usual obnoxious self, entering the arena with shades as black as midnight on her face, pouting those lips and ‘twerking’ to the sound of her own music. It’s no surprise when they claim that the one leading indicator of American exceptionalism is their self-confidence, but not much else.

“Little Twatson can go stuff herself in a box and ship herself back to Great Britain, for all I care,” Cyrus laughing at reporters by ring-side as she strips down to nothing but a pair of beige bra and panties. “I’ve had plenty of success against VIX members before, and Emma’s gonna be another twig on the forest floor, begging to be stepped on and snapped in two.”

Referee signals for both girls to enter the ring for final preparations, and the crowd registers its approval when they come face-to-face for the pre-fight showdown. Emma setting her rival with a calm and steady look, corners of lips twirling upwards in anticipation, whereas Miley with a full-blown grin and more nonsense-spouting, trying to unnerve her rival before the first bell even rings. Without further ado, HERE we go with ten rounds of Flyweight action!

ROUND 1:
Well this is certainly going to be an interesting contrast of styles, with both having a history of fighting the same way they like to talk. Miley as expected rushing forward at the opening bell and already throwing a deluge of punches at her British counterpart, thinking in her head that power and confidence is the American way to deal with a posh, good-for-nothing Brit (or in other words, a creampuff like Emma Watson). However, she quickly realises her mistake when Emma leads her around the ring by the nose, dodging and avoiding most of her jabs and then landing back into her sides when she’s least expecting it, drawing painful oumphs from her lips. So far, this creampuff is playing her for a fool, and the round ends with Cyrus barely even managing to score any punches on the other woman's guard these full three minutes. Wide round to Watson in an excellent display of defensive fighting.

ROUND 2:
Say what you want about Ms Cyrus’ wild antics, she's still a quick study inside and outside the ring, bouncing back each time from her numerous controversies stronger and better.. The second round is another such example: Miley choosing not to rush in like last time, tightening the net a few feet at a time instead. Hell, if it worked for Gomez, it'll have the same effect here. Watson realising the switch in strategy, panics a little by flying forward to attack. But Cyrus not having it, fending off jabs like they're actions of a desperate woman clinging onto a life vest. Emma pays for her shot nerves with a shot or two into her sides as well, stunning her on her feet and making her wince as Miley lands hooks on her body. Still, before Cyrus can trap her in corner, she manages to escape her clutches by scuttering outta there - Watson still a little too fresh to get caught so easily in the spider's web. Emma thrown on keen alert at the end of this round however - perhaps she shouldn't have underestimated her opponent either?

ROUND 3:
Miley finding a winning strategy to deal with her foe, and what other sane-minded vixen wouldn't try and exploit her opponent's weaknesses? Emma suddenly looking lost in there as she keeps on getting caught by a torrent of jabs to the middle of her arms, before a hook thrown left/right has her scrambling for cover, with any one of those hits capable of taking her head off. Watson not even fighting back by this point - I think we could literally count the number of punches she fires towards Miley this round with both our hands. Late minute sees the Brit get caught again when a hook to the guard blows her clean into the ropes. Miley primes another one for a knockout parade - Emma blocks high when she should've gone low. Too bad!! Right hand BURIED into Watson's paunch with a WHOOMPH, bending her over and gasping. Thankfully, the referee jumps in to save her at the bell, but even he can't stop Miley's wide grin on her face as she takes this round by a clean and decisive sweep!

ROUND 4:
Suddenly, things don't look too bright for Emma Watson. Could her big win-streak be running away without her this time? “Here, kitty kitty kitty,” Cyrus taunting from across the ring, both gloves gesturing rudely in her direction. Emma frowning but not willing to get baited, however. She's more aware of Cyrus’ fighting style, and if Gomez was a confident hitter, Miley's in a league of her own, fighting like an unpredictable madwoman at times. Emma's solution? Well, even a crazed woman tires herself out at some point. Watson in no hurry to out-brawl or power her foe, instead taking her time to scoot backwards and to the sides, avoiding Cyrus like the plague. Predictably, Cyrus seeking a knockdown this round after her dominant third, but falls into the same trap of underestimating her opponent's resolve and resilience. Emma planting jabs into the blonde's cheek from afar in the final minute, sending the blonde into a tailspin. But other that, Cyrus doesn't get a chance to bring her down, which was the primary objective.

ROUND 5:
Good back-and-forth action from either girl as they strive to make it into title contention in the long run. The recent predictions certainly adding more fuel to the fire, with the winner of this bout promised a significant bump in the Flyweight rankings, and let's not even mention the bragging rights associated with ladies of such stature. Emma playing Miley for the fool early in the opening minute, snapping that jab in between her forearms and grinning when it scores hard on the face, Miley's slowing reactions a good indicator that she's tiring in there. But the second minute finds Cyrus managing to corner the actress against both ends of the ropes - a combination of looping hooks and stampeding footwork saw to that - Watson no choice but to cover up and TAKE a wide flurry of lefts and rights to her arms, bearing the brunt of Miley huffing down the door to her posh British house. Cyrus in the zone and focused, bearing her head low and just chug chug CHUGGING away at the body, spanking low blows into the Brit’s midsection. A fifth such drilling hand spanking Emma’s trunks see her clutching at her body as she drops to her knees, scoring a KNOCKDOWN for Miley Cyrus!!

A brilliant display of power and agility right there in the last few seconds, as Cyrus shows off American might, kissing her biceps as she parades around Emma’s knelt-over form on the ground, before being ushered back to the confines of her corner. Watson still hugging her body, silently weeping as she tries to straighten herself out and get up to shaky knees. Miley sticking that tongue out, anticipating the rest of this fight to go clear her way. And it just might, if Emma keeps on getting caught by those big hands to her body.

ROUND 6:
One would have expected a power fighter like Cyrus to have completely dominated her opponent by now, especially against a known defensive fighter like Watson. But Emma stubborn as hell beneath that sweet, innocent-looking persona, giving Cyrus a run for her money when she comes out of corner again to brawl in the sixth. Miley sticking to her initial strategy of divide and conquer, herding Watson into another untenable position in order to bring her down permanently. But Watson fighting back early on with one or two brisk shots into Miley’s nostrils, before getting sent scrambling for cover when Miley simply POWERS through a hook towards her head. It doesn’t land, but Watson running scared for the remainder of the round, allowing Cyrus to dictate the rest of movement and engagement. Like we said, it’s kinda a miracle that the Brit has managed to hold off Cyrus’ power at this point, but it ain’t gonna win her any points this round.

ROUND 7:
FINALLY that crazed streak appears to be ending, or at least slowing down. Miley still stampeding forward and swinging, but there’s a clear slowdown in her movements and this doesn’t look too good for her, with Emma able to swerve and avoid a little easier. Emma testing the waters in the second minute, knocking that head back with whap whap WHACK short but effective blows to the nostrils, making Cyrus see stars and even force a little trickle of red down her nose at one point. Miley shaking off the embarrassing blood flow, more focused on bloodlust as she relentlessly goes after the more agile woman without any care for her well-being. By the time the third minute comes around, it’s a sorry state of affairs for one woman, with Cyrus getting played or toyed with by the still-more energetic Brit, who’s taking her own sweet time planting jabs into any part of Cyrus she chooses. Cyrus like a dead woman walking by the time the bell sounds to end this round - she’s swaying dangerously left and right, front and back, precarious tipping over at any moment. Emma’s round via shutout, turning the tide slowly but eventually in her favour. Can Cyrus last another round? Let alone three?

ROUND 8:
KNOCKDOWN for Ms Emma Watson in the opening seconds, after Cyrus stumbled forward looking for last minute redemption, but found herself WALKING straight into a straight hook combo: Watson’s left hand STUNS with clean impact on the cheek, followed immediately by a right hand that CRASHES half into her chest, half into the jawline, sending Cyrus SPRAWLED on the canvas!! What a brutal combo! Emma really giving her foe notice that she too can land some big ones if she chooses as much!

Cyrus left staring up at the lights as the referee begins the count, chest rising and falling but not doing much else! Emma too tired to gloat either, quickly heads for neutral corner to watch what happens next. To her dismay, Cyrus in the final five pushes herself back up to her feet, making it up by the skin-of-the-teeth 9! Hard to imagine but there’s STILL some malice on the American’s face as she spits out another half-crazed taunt at Emma. “COME GET ME, B*TCH!?!”

And this, Emma certainly obliges. British hospitality on display as she rushes in and smacks the wounded animal around and about for the next thirty seconds, wrecking Miley’s face and body further with leather shoved in from various angles, each blow driving her further and further back on wobbly feet. But STILL Cyrus’ refusing to relinquish her own pride, even when her nose gets bloodied real bad and her lip cut and bleeding down onto her chest. All of a sudden, the referee has seen enough, JUMPS IN and saves the girl from herself! This fight is OVER!!

Official Decision: Emma Watson defeats Miley Cyrus via TKO8!

AFTER:
Good lord - Miley left a real bloody mess as she sucks in deep breaths on the ropes, but looking slightly startled when the referee appears in front of her and starts waving for the bell. “WHAT THE HELL??” she spits out, clearly intending to have stayed in the fight a little while longer.

But Emma already celebrating into the open arms of her corner, extending this streak of hers by one more in her column. She tries to ignore Miley’s fierce argument in the ref’s face, who’s adamantly trying to get her back to her own corner, where she can receive some much needed medical attention. Miley’s nostrils flaring with anger not helping things along, making her bloodied face an even worse sight to bear.

Suddenly, though, Miley with a deliberate CHARGE at Ms Watson from behind, and with a loud gasp uttered from the crowd, SLAMS both fists off the back of the Brit’s head, sending the victor sprawling chest-first into the turnbuckle, in shock. Emma letting out a YELP as her hair tugged on from behind, then spun around, only to face the monstrous sight of Miley’s snarling face, all covered red in her own blood. A fist bump to the belly doubles the Brit over, with the intention of reminding Watson of who really won here tonight.

But hell, Emma not some pussycat who’s willing to be manhandled either. The Brit quickly recovers her breath, wrapping arms around Miley’s waist and then HEAVING forwards and up, sending both girls CRASHING into the ground with an impromptu Power Slam. It does the trick, knocking the wind outta Miley’s lungs and allowing Watson to get the upper hand by mounting her and sending more punches down into her broken nose.

This finally seems to do the trick, with Miley’s spirit broken once and for all from the mounting pain and pressure on top of her. Ring officials rush in to subdue Watson from behind, leaving Cyrus knocked out cold and spreadeagled in the middle of the ring. We don’t know what we’re more shocked over - Miley’s open defiance post-fight or Emma Watson’s hidden, tiger-like aggression?!

Regardless, this fight has been full of surprises. Watson doing well to cement her newfound legacy in her new stable, surging past all previous expectations to suddenly find herself a new top-tier competitor!
