Results: Lookout!; Story: Vassago & The Dollhouse

BEFORE:
It’s finally time for tonight’s MAIN EVENT and we have a big one coming up with rising star Emma Roberts taking on Hall of Famer and former 10-time champion – HISC’s own Natalie Portman!

Emma Roberts' stablemate Avril Lavigne might be too hesitant to fight top ranked girls like Cheryl Cole these days but such attitude is absent from The Dollhouse flyweight Beta (don’t let her know we called her that!) as she pulls no punches in her preview speech during the press conference:

"Nattie is a Hall of Famer. She's been champion 10 freaking times. Of course I'm gonna show her a great amount of respect. What did you think, retards?. Both her and Michelle (Williams) are great fighters and very good actresses. But you know what?…I demand respect in return. Or else, I will garner it. I know for a fact Portman isn't dumb enough to underestimate me, not tonight, not ever. I don’t care WHAT she says. I'm looking forward to a tough fight, but one I fully intend to win. I'm 10 years younger after all, and Portman seems to be on the decline judging by her recent results...Its going to be a very lucrative, yet very doable win for me in my run for the belt. And that is exactly why I’m here. Portman may be one of the greats, but she's the past. I'm the f*cking future."

Meanwhile Natalie Portman has literally seen and heard it all before and the Hawkeye gang is well poised to enforce a lethal dose of 'Pax Portmanica' on the Dollhouse fanbase tonight: "Look, Emma thinks she's elite. Right. Ask Lavigne how that happened? She's not even elite when it comes to her own stable! These Puppets - because I won't even call 'em Dolls - are so annoying they have no idea what's it like to face a true legend! Do you know why Mishy prefers to slug it out with Hudgens all the time? I'm doing the dirty work tonight but I was asked to do it! It's time to silence the Puppets so that Carmen Electra goes back to pole dancing or whatever her real job is these days. Because she doesn't know how to run a frickin' stable and that's a FACT!!!"

Its fight time and Portman enters the ring first. The Hall of Famer is clad in a lovely red bikini, red gloves and white boots, and wearing her shoulder-length dark brown hair loose. Surprising amount of cheers for Natalie tonight considering we’re in Roberts home turf, but being a 10-time champion seems to be enough to garner plenty of respect from these fans tonight. Emma Roberts out next to some very loud cheers from the packed arena. She’s accompanied by head trainer Kristanna Loken and the slim, petite looking ‘Ice Queen’ (especially standing next to Loken) is clad in her usual pink and white sporta bra and tights, with matching gloves and boots. Her blonde hair in a tight ponytail. Both girls are making some final preparations in the ring, bouncing on toes as the ref makes a few final checks before signaling for the bell! Here we go folks!

Round 1:
Emma wants to make an early statement and tackles the Hall of Famer to the body; the ripping attack leaves Portman stunned and one can wonder if some arrogance played a part in letting the otherwise unheralded fighter by HISC standards get to Portman so easily during the opening minute. Emma takes no prisoners in her gung-ho attack while Natalie struggles to find a response over the top which eventually forces her into rather hectic retreat. That's not your ordinary Hall of Fame tactics but Roberts keeps piling more pressure and finds a quick hook late which nails Portman on the chin and wobbles her into the turnbuckle. Emma comes in too hot trying to double up on that last punch and falls into a clinch instead which rescues the HISC veteran from more problems.

Round 2:
Natalie doesn't need additional proof to realize she's got her work cut out here tonight! However she reverts into some nifty footwork which makes Roberts look sluggish despite the 10-year age difference. The Dollhouse fighter is almost too focused on her aggressive plan and fails to connect with majority of her punches while Portman easily avoids the slugging attempts from afar. She actually teases the icy blonde while dropping her gloves by her waist which drops Emma into overdrive but more strikes slice thin air and not much else thereafter before a quick cross bounces through the blonde's guard and triggers a later flurry of punches that allows Natalie to steal the round late according to some Hall of Fame-friendly pundits. Grrr... Emma barks in anger when a scything cross nails her on the nose right at the bell however coach Kristanna Loken does her best to calm her down during the interval.

Rounds 3 & 4:
More back & forth action where Natalie clearly tries to lure the younger foe into a counter-punching trap while Emma keeps hassling her from both flanks only to find meaningless success thru single punches that the Hall of Famer eats for breakfast. There's no real power behind Emma's efforts and she won't bully someone of Portman's status into panic mode so once the Dollhouse blonde begins to soak up strikes herself, the Staples audience becomes visibly concerned. However it seems like Portman toys with the fellow actress to a great degree as she chuckles following one of the hooking combos that drives Roberts backwards. The Dollhouse plan is simple enough to give Emma some confidence but the execution goes out of the window when the final minute of the fourth is marked by a steady jabbing rush from Portman who suddenly digs deep into the blonde's midsection and traps her in the neutral corner. The slugging switch catches Emma cold as she bellows out in a disappointing earmuff while Portman methodically scores judge-pleasing punches even though the audience has finally had enough of this and jeers the Hall of Famer back to her corner.

Round 5:
Emma goes on another hassling pursuit but eats too many counter-punching stingers to finally think better off it. She can't quite match the brunette's footwork though and gets picked off up the middle with Natalie clearly shifting up a gear with some point-blank range striking. Roberts' desperate swings from behind the guard are nowhere near effective enough to trounce the Hall of Famer off her drill until a somewhat lucky shot nails Natalie on the brow ridge and wobbles her to the side. Roberts immediately jumps into a familiar trigger-happy rush and SLAMS a left cross on the boobs to drop the older woman back to the ropes. For once the lithe footwork abandons the HISC cougar and Emma scythes her upstairs to rock the brunette's ponytail braid back & forth until another jug strike folds her into spasms. Huh! Emma drives it up the gut thereafter and wobbles Portman into outright trouble but the clock runs out on the Dollhouse babe who barks in anger when the ref drags her away from the aching prey.

Round 6:
Natalie's almost forced to push for some aggressive revenue and when Emma eats a double hooking combo on the lips, she backs off from seemingly unavoidable slugging tangle. Portman turns the table on her when she whacks her below the boobs and rips a quick cross on the nose to reel the blonde behind a hectic earmuff. There's no way Roberts can dance her way out of trouble and Portman keeps plugging along until she backs the younger diva onto the ropes where Emma almost has no choice but to accept the phone booth slugging after all. And it's Natalie who enforces 'Pax Portmanica' with some brutal hooks that shatter the blonde's high guard and leave her vulnerable to some extended facial bruising! Huh! Natalie cranks it up and has the Dollhouse fighter tank-slapping into a clinch but she still escapes this fate and signs off her dominant spell with a brutal uppercut right at the bell. Uh-oh! That one really gets coach Loken mouthing off on her shell shocked protegee during the interval!

Round 7:
Portman smells blood and that's bad news for the Dollhouse entourage and a morose looking Roberts! Natalie convoying leather into the blonde's midsection while ducking underneath a hectic overhand response that does Roberts no favors when she suddenly lacks oxygen supply following a quick hook on the solar plexus. She can't find the slugging route going when Natalie doubles up with an uppercut double and LIFTS the younger foe with another shot on the chin moments later. Ugh! Emma goes all limp and groans in pain while Portman rattles her with a left/right cross THAT DROPS THE AXE ON THE DOLLHOUSE BABE!! Roberts hits the deck hard and aches her heart out during a painful eight count. She gets up amid a rampant ovation from the crowd but Portman wants to finish her off regardless and snaps her head back & forth until Roberts basically checks out and begins to run around scared! Huh! Natalie literally needs one proper combo to send this girl packing but she just can't find it in time as Emma wheels backwards for remainder of the round to escape the looming disaster. Still, that's as spooked as any Doll looked on home event so no wonder Natalie seeths at this showing and demands the ref to disqualify the vulnerable opponent: "She just quit! What is this? WWE can do better than that!"

Round 8:
Emma's really up against it now as Natalie tees off to snap her head back and it's almost last hurrah effort from the blonde that allows her to match the brunette's intensity during the initial tangle. Portman bangs a couple of hooks into the blonde's boobs but misses with her liver shot and loses her balance which drops her into an uppercut buzzsaw. Huh! Emma finds the initial strike almost by chance but then doubles up and reels Portman onto her heels before a scything cross cuts the Hall of Famer's lips into a bloody fashion! Both women try to push off almost at the same time but a desperate Roberts gets there first and NAILS the older foe on the brow ridge, Portman can't move fast enough and eats a ripping series on the boobs before another uppercuts sends her into a spot of bother. Emma now the one smelling blood, hoofs her guard aside and thumps Natalie back to the ropes where she hauls in more head strikes to SINK the Hall of Famer into spasms. A nasty belter on the liver area folds Portman into more trouble and she can't embrace a late body drive THAT FORCES HER TO TAKE A KNEE inside the final twenty seconds! Whoa! How about that? Emma is right back here literally a couple of minutes after running for her life! The count reaches eight before the bell rings out and effectively saves Natalie from a looming disaster but she only hobbles back to her corner and looks to be in some pain!

Round 9:
Age difference is one thing but Natalie’s mobility seems to be diminishing as we head into the ninth. Alas Emma's in no rush (or no condition) to take advantage of that. She got the knockdown back and what can possibly go wrong with the judges anyway? She hops around her brunette opponent but her visible fatigue makes her lack her usual killer instinct to put the HISC veteran into more trouble until coach Loken verbally reminds her what she should do regardless of the predictions. Natalie tries to respond over the top but is left barking in anger when the blonde escapes into mid-range where the single punches still pick her off instead. Roberts refuses to tee off and build on that knockdown probably accepting the Hall of Famer's resume and trying to avoid a counter-punching one-hit wonder. She drops back to punish the brunette with more single hand assault but that doesn't sit well with Kristanna Loken at all and even the crowd really expected a highlight KO here from the Dollhouse ‘Ice Queen’. The bell brings this half-hearted action to a close and the question remains whether Emma can truly rely on the judges' decision after all?

Round 10:
Portman forces the blonde's hand when she battles through pain and exhaustion and traps Roberts into a head-hunting barrage early in the final round. Emma didn't quite expect that and needs several seconds to find her mojo but she got stuck on her heels far too easily and looks a little too desperate when she pushes off to connect with the brunette's chest. A well-timed hook on the liver area neutralizes the hobbled opponent's actions though before another wild uppercut pierces Natalie's guard and sends her backwards. She tries to respond even though while reeling but Emma flies in with a cruel hook on the brow ridge and gravity takes over! PORTMAN HITS THE DECK!!! Roberts panting hard as she stares down at the fallen brunette with fire in her eyes, hoping this Hall of Famer is FINALLY down for the count but is dismayed to quickly realize Natalie doesn't seem hurt that badly when she recovers at six. Now it's go time as the brunette pushes the ref away but Roberts snaps out of her momentary shock and is on a collision course too and instead of a proper late-round slugfest the crowd witnesses a clash of heads that delays the action even further. Natalie pounces on the blonde with a hooking drive but gets outmuscled when a belting series nails her on the liver area and wobbles forward so Emma can pick her off over the top to trigger another blood leak from the previously damaged lips. Ugh! Natalie tries to hang on amid a looming disaster but gets reduced into a punchbag come the final twenty seconds as a seething Roberts rallies to trap her in the corner when the clock expires. Emma gets hauled off by the ref and Portman looks too worn out to accept her fate!

Come back vintage 94-93 ONE POINT DUKE - Emma Roberts!!!

Official Decision: Emma Roberts defeats Natalie Portman via 1 Pt Decision.

AFTER:
That was way too close for comfort and coach Loken doesn't like it! Without the last round knockdown this contest would end in a rare DRAW! Emma can't quite believe it either and blames the judges for handing the HISC veteran too many Hall of Fame cheap points when she displayed a supreme aggression for majority of the bout! Well, that's what she claims anyway before REALLY going off on the entire world:

"Like I said……” Roberts still panting in between words. “She's one of the greats, and I just DEFEATED one of the greats. Don’t be fooled by that score…one more minute and I could have ENDED her career right then and there. Does that make ME great? you freaking bet it does. 2019 is going to be MY year, whether people like it or not. I've got a few names to crush on my way to the belt, and they better be f*cking scared. I’m coming for all of you. You know who you are, SLUTS." Roberts ends her tired tirade with an extravagant mic drop.

The Dollhouse ‘Ice Queen’ then struts over to the subdued Portman who still hasn't gotten off her knees and poses with hands on her hips next the stunned Hall of Famer. That's called taunting my dear! Emma really wants to drag the vanquished foe around the ring but perhaps her seemingly friendly relations with Michelle Williams make her repress that impulse; besides, she just told everyone she's looking forward so why would she bother with Natalie anymore. Cue in more laughs and cocky smirks to make the Portman silence look even more awkward than it is already... 2019 starts on a very sour note for the flyweight behemoth stable!
