(Girls Friday vs Punchaholics Anonymous)

Intro:
Two big welterweights wage war here as Hilary Rhoda takes on Robyn Lawley, both wanting to get on an extend run starting here tonight.

Hilary is 32 years old; she stands 5'11, she holds a record of 24 wins, all knockout with 9 defeats, she is a former FCBA welterweight champion.

Robyn is 29 years old; she stands 6'2, she holds a record of 11 wins, all by way of knockout with 3 defeats.

The two fighters put did videos for the FCBA website showcasing this fight, with Hilary seen sparring with BBU welterweight champion Joan Smalls in her video.

Once done she heads to the camera to say "Robyn you might be this big bad bytch in Australia, but to me you will simply be my bytch when the fight is over and you are flat on your back looking up at me" winking as she thuds her gloves together.

While Robyn batters a punch bag in her video, showing off her raw power she has as she moves the bag around, an intense look on her face.

"Hilary I am going to enjoy breaking you down, piece by piece you skinny bytch" says Robyn as she thuds the bag where Hilary's ribs would be, smirking as she turns to the camera.

Fight night; Hilary comes out first with Melanie Sykes and Eva Carneiro beside her, she bounces on her toes as she stares down at the ring, then she struts down the aisle with a smile.

She is wearing a black sports bra with white trim, matching trunks and shoes, white gloves with black thumbs, her hair is tied into a braid.

After getting into the ring she bows to each side of the ring, heading to her corner soon enough where she begins warming up with Melanie telling her to show her beat tonight.

Robyn now comes out with her coach beside her, banging her gloves together as she marches down to the ring, she looks raring to go after a long time out the ring.

She is wearing a red sports bra with light blue trim, matching trunks and shoes, her gloves are baby blue, her hair is tied back into a ponytail.

When she steps into the ring she raises her fists in the air after she gets into her corner, saying "its been too long" smiling as she bangs her gloves together.

The fighters come to the center of the ring, their eyes are locked as they square up, listening to the referee but looking more focused on the other.

They bump fists when told to, nodding to each other as for all their talk they clearly respect each other, returning to their corners ready to start 10 rounds of welterweight action.

Round 1:
As the bell rings Hilary has to work out how to get around the reach of Robyn, something she isn't used to as they exchange jabs, Robyn's landing much more cleaner of the two.

The American does manage to slip a jab to dig two body shots in, Robyn shoves her back though before drilling two of her own into the face of Hilary.

Hilary is struggling to find a way through to Robyn's body, taking punches to the top of her head forcing her to cover up.

Which is giving Robyn more confidence as she swings around the guard of her opponent, Hilary stepping in when she sees the chance to trade with the bigger fighter.

Nudging Hilary back; Robyn gives Rhoda a taste of her power with a right across her face, pushing the American back with straight shots knocking her head back.

The round ends with Lawley smiling as she returns to her corner, telling her coach "I've missed this" as she looks excited to get back at Hilary.

Round 2:
Robyn continues to control the action with her jab, knocking Hilary back to the outside of the ring with a straight to the top of the head.

Needing to bob and weave more then she normally does; Hilary strikes the body of Robyn when she can get in tight, looking to cut the taller woman down.

Problem is Robyn is too physical right now; shoving Hilary back to the outside before snapping her head back when she catches her with straight shots.

The Aussie controlling the action as she is marking up the face of Hilary, keeping her herded towards the ropes with these head hunting punches.

Again the round ends with Robyn looking dominant so far, Melanie in the the other corner can be seen telling Hilary to do as they trained, she is too tense in her eyes.

Round 3:
Starting to stalk more forwards; throwing more power punches along with her jab now, with Hilary looking more mobile now as she moves around the lanky Aussie.

After slipping a left cross; Hilary lands two hooks to the body then moves back out to range as Robyn goes to hit her with a right to the top of her head.

The movement of Hilary starts to now give Robyn trouble as they both land some stiff shots through the others guard, Robyn missing more often though as Hilary dodges her punches.

After ducking a right hook; Hilary lands an overhand right across the chin of Lawley, keeping in close this time as she shows her power to the taller fighter to knock her into a corner, where Robyn covers up.

Soon the round comes to a close with Hilary looking more relaxed now that she seems to have found a key to get inside the reach of her opponent.

Round 4:
The early action is more evenly fought then it has been before, Hilary having more success now moving to the inside as she is slipping punches.

Robyn manages to move Hilary back with a three punch combo to her face, starting to press her back towards the ropes till Hilary grabs Robyn around her waist in a clinch, forcing the referee to break them up.

Having a chance to reset; Hilary is able to get back to using her footwork to keep Robyn from planting her feet as easily, drilling punches into the body of Lawley.

Two punches do catch Hilary to the top of her head, when Robyn goes for a right hook; Hilary ducks it before coming up with an uppercut that knocks the head of Robyn back.

Late in the round Hilary is able to knock Robyn onto the ropes, with both throwing hard shots across the others face, Hilary puts her head down as she pistons her right into the body of her opponent.

The round ends with Robyn maybe not so excited to be back in the ring, she is staring over at Hilary with angry eyes as her coach tells her to keep focused and pick her shots better.

Round 5:
Robyn starts to fight more on the back foot as Hilary starts to stalk her around the ring now, the taller fighter though is catching Hilary more on the top of her head as she comes forwards.

Feinting with a left; Hilary steps in with an overhand right that lands across the chin of Robyn, WOBBLING HER AS HILARY STEPS IN TO THROW MORE PUNCHES INTO THE FACE OF ROBYN, AN UPPERCUT SENDS ROBYN TO HER BACK!

Staring at Robyn, Hilary tells her "stay down before she turns to a neutral corner, 1...2...3... Robyn shakes her head as she lays spread eagle, 4...5...6...7.. Robyn doesn't move much more, spitting her gumshield out 8...9..10 Robyn is counted out!

Winner Hilary Rhoda KO Round 5

After:
Hilary raises her arms into the air as she grins, proud that she was able to take down the bigger Robyn tonight with her fans roaring for her.

The ringside doctor with the Punchaholics coach rushes in to check on Robyn, helping her sit up as Robyn rubs her jaw.

As soon as Robyn is giving the OK to stand, she gets up while joking "yeah I forgot how much I hate losing" with her coach smiling looking relieved that she isn't badly hurt.

Over in the Girls Friday corner; Melanie tells Hilary "that was beautiful, I wish you could have started quicker but Robyn is a tough girl" getting a nod from Hilary as she continues to smile.

When both women are cleaned up; they come to the center of the ring for the final result, Hilary gets her hand raised to a round of applause.

Robyn puts her hand out to show her class to Hilary, they shake hands with the Aussie telling the victor "next time I'll get you" she smiles at Hilary as the American nods in reply.

Leaving the ring with her coach; Robyn doesn't seem to have lost her spirits as she heads up the aisle, telling her coach she hopes to get back into the ring again sooner then later.

Inside the ring Hilary tells Melanie "I am going to prove I deserve to be the best around here" Melanie nods as she pats her fighter on the back, with the Girls Friday corner posing for photos.

They leave the ring together as Hilary looks in the mood to continue taking names on the way back up to the top, though that is a very bumpy road with plenty of top fighters looking to keep her at the back of the queue for a title shot.
