Kaya Scodelario versus Elizbeth Olsen

(Written by Girls Friday/Results by Lookout!)

(Fates Boxing vs Girls Friday)

Intro:

This is a rematch two years in the making, Elizabeth Olsen is looking for revenge here on Muscle Beach, while Kaya Scodelario will love a repeat of her knocking out the American in five rounds.

Elizabeth is 30 years old; she stands 5'5, holding a record of 23 wins, 19 coming by way of knockout, with 18 defeats.

Kaya is 27 years old; she stands 5'6, holding a record of 34 wins, all coming by way of knockout, with 8 defeats, she is a former FCBA bantamweight champion.

Elizabeth was asked by the FCBA Networks reporter for a few words before the fight, the Avengers star finishing working a punch bag at the Fates gym.

"This is a fight that has been on my mind for a long time, the arrogance of Kaya just makes me want to puke, the way she acted when she beat me fired me up to improve" says Elizabeth as she takes off her gloves.

When they are off she smiles as she adds "with this stable I feel a different fighter, I'm in better shape and feel more skillful, so Kaya better not think she is fighting the same woman as before"

Kaya takes a different tact to building up towards the fight, simply posting on her social media her knocking out Elizabeth, putting the caption "history repeating itself soon"

Fighting time, the ring posts are set straight into the sand itself, with bleachers surrounding the ring and the judges table nearby.

Coming out first Elizabeth has her coach behind her as she jogs onto the beach, wearing a red bikini with black trim, red gloves with black thumbs, while her hair is tied back into a ponytail.

Getting into the ring with a smile; she flexes for the crowd before jogging to her corner, where she becomes more serious as she begins to warm up.

Now out comes Kaya with Taryn Terrell and Eva Carneiro beside her, she is wearing a chequered red and black bikini, black gloves, while her hair is up in a ponytail too.

She steps into the ring with a grin as she looks over at Elizabeth, telling her rival "shocked you wanted more bytch!" Then turns to her corner.

When they come to the center of the ring; they both trash talk as they square right up to each other, the referee needing to nudge them apart as they get warned to listen to the refs orders.

They thud their gloves together with a crack of leather echoing out, returning to their corners quick enough, the bell rings to start 10 rounds of bantamweight action.

Round 1:

As the round starts it seems like Elizabeth is trying to be more aggressive this time around, catching Kaya out with a straight to her face, followed by two hooks to the body.

Scodelario looks a little surprised as she is being pushed around the outside of the ring, there are moments where both dig their feet in to slug it out.

For the most part though it is Elizabeth dictating the action, landing more punches then Kaya as she outworks the former champion.

With late in the round Kaya deflecting a right so she can fire one back into the face of her opponent, finally Kaya able to get some rhythm as she rifles a few more punches into the face of Olsen to back her up.

It's too late to really do much though as the bell rings to end the round, Elizabeth looking the more relaxed of the fighters as she returns to her corner, getting a smile from her coach as she is praised for showing Kaya she isn't going to let her win.

Round 2:

Coming out to fight; both are trading more toe to toe as the crowd cheers them on, they keep ending up in close to work the others body, while heads rub together.

Starting to push each other with their lefts, it is becoming a personal power struggle, trying to prove to their rival they are the stronger woman of the two.

Kaya though switches things up when she sees this is just leading to a stalemate, moving to the side of the "Avengers" star to land two punches to the side of her face.

The Brit now knocks Elizabeth to the outside of the ring, where Scodelario has her pinned behind her gloves as she goes head hunting with her shots.

With late in the round Elizabeth needing to dodge a straight punch so she can move in closer to land two rights to the ribs, making Kaya groan out as she steps backwards.

The round comes to a close with both returning to their corners with a determined look on their faces, eyes locked across the ring as their coaches tell them what they want to see them do better.

Round 3:

After almost brawling starts the last two rounds, it is a more subdued start as they circle while trying to find openings to strike at.

Elizabeth dips down to land two body shots before moving around Kaya, looking more mobile as she tries to give her younger opponent a harder target to hit.

But when she moves in closer; Kaya lands two cross punches across Olsen's face, giving her a chance to land two more punches to knock back Elizabeth towards the ropes.

Elizabeth looks annoyed as Kaya is now being the more aggressive fighter, keeping the American on the back foot as Kaya keeps stalking her around the ring.

Deflecting a straight Elizabeth counters with a right across the face of Kaya, she moves inside to open up on Scodelario.

With both fighting in close as the seconds tick away on the round, till the bell rings with both sharing a glare before they move passed each other to head to their corners.

Round 4:

They start off again on the move; Kaya hoping to drill a double jab into her opponent's face, it misses though as Elizabeth ducks it before getting in closer to land an overhand right to the side of her face.

Getting her head down as she keeps in tight; Elizabeth is forcing the action as both women slug it out in close range, their fans yelling for their fighter as they see sweat come off them.

An uppercut knocks Kaya onto the back foot, Olsen using the chance to strike more punches across the face of the Girls Friday fighter to knock her further backwards into a corner.

Where Scodelario is pinned behind her gloves as Olsen opens up on her, when hooks hammer the body of Kaya, she is forced to pull the American into a clinch, so the referee will break them apart.

Once in space Kaya is able to get her rhythm some what back, moving side to side to keep her rival at range, with Elizabeth dipping down more to dodge then land to the body.

When the round ends Elizabeth sits on her stool looking the more confident of the two right now, Kaya more annoyed that Elizabeth seems to be giving her more resistance then there first fight.

Round 5:

Even though this was the round Elizabeth lost in their first fight, she doesn't look worried about history repeating as she gets in tight early.

Pressuring Kaya with punches towards her face, Elizabeth is making sure that Kaya knows she is in a fight, switching to the body when she hasn't success to the face.

While Kaya does land some stiff shots to the face of her opponent, landing a jab/straight combo to knock the head back of the "Scarlet Witch" Kaya is able to get her range back where she wants it.

Till Elizabeth leans out the way of a left hook; instead she lands a right across the face of the British woman to make turn her head, two clean punches cause blood to flow from the nostrils of Scodelario.

Who looks frustrated back behind her gloves; Elizabeth herding her around the ropes, with Kaya needing to pull Elizabeth into a clinch when her back touches the ropes and Olsen lands several clean punches to her face.

At the bell Elizabeth almost has a little swagger to her step, her coach telling her "that's the improvement you have made on show, keep showing her why you are the best in this ring"

Round 6:

Elizabeth trades jabs with Kaya early on; aiming for the nose of Scodelario to try to cause more blood to flow, with Kaya needing to box more off the back foot it seems.

Allowing Elizabeth to press her around the outside of the ring, throwing probing punches as she tries to find a way to land a big right hand, just missing with a right hook as Kaya dodges in time.

The next big right off Elizabeth only gets her a left across her brow, Olsen winces and steps back, with blood running from a gash above her eyebrow on her right side.

The sight of blood seems to energize Kaya; who steps in to trade with Elizabeth near the center of the ring, blood and sweat flies off both women as they bark with effort, grimaces of their faces.

Ducking under a right cross; Kaya comes back up with a left on that cut again, making Elizabeth cry out before she is forced back onto the ropes, where Kaya starts unleashing punches into her face to wobble her legs.

Clinching up with Kaya; the bell rings with Elizabeth holding onto the Brit, both women leaning on each other as the referee struggles to break them apart.

Once back on their stools; both sets of corner teams need to work hard to clean up their fighters and patch them up, the ringside doctor paying special attention to the cut on Elizabeth's face, checking if blood is running into her eye.

Round 7:

Both women are a little tentative as they come out, protecting their injuries as they throw probing punches to find any gaps in the others defence.

Elizabeth manages to come in close after landing a straight to the face of her opponent, drilling in two more punches before getting caught with a left to the side of her head.

Both women start to let their hands go more, with heads getting knocked back by straight shots, till Kaya is able to slip a right and lands an uppercut to knock the head back of Olsen.

Throwing a barrage of punches to the face of Elizabeth, Kaya knocks Elizabeth into a corner, where a left reopens the cut of Olsen, ANOTHER UPPERCUT TAKES THE LEGS OF ELIZABETH FROM UNDER HER AS SHE SLIDES DOWN THE TURNBUCKLES TO HER BACKSIDE!

Pounding her chest as she heads to a neutral corner, Kaya seems confident this is it, 1...2...3.....4.. Elizabeth shakes her head as she stares at the sand, 5...6...7.. Trying to pull herself up with the ropes, she doesn't seem to have the strength, 8...9.. A look of despair on her face as 10 Elizabeth is counted out!

Winner Kaya Scodelario Round 7

After:

Another big win for Kaya over Elizabeth; though it definitely was a harder task then last time, as shown by Kaya not celebrating that much, more focused on getting back to her corner to get her nose cleaned up.

The Fates coach has to rush over and check on Elizabeth, she is fighting back tears as she asks "why can't I bet her?" With the coach hugging their fighter to console them.

Helping Elizabeth up to her feet; the coach tells Olsen that she has to keep her chin up as she is getting better with each fight, when she sits on her stool, the Fates staff work on patching up the cut.

Soon both women are ready to come to the center of the ring, Kaya doesn't smile as her hand is raised, instead her and Elizabeth look over at each other with an intense look, knowing this is far from over for them and that they will most likely fight again.

For now Elizabeth retreats out the ring with her corner team, she has her hear held high as her coach is talking to her about options for their next fight.

Inside the ring Kaya poses hands on her hips, she still hasn't smiled as she looks troubled that Elizabeth pushed her as hard this time, Taryn reminding her that Elizabeth is a top fighter.

Soon enough they leave the ring together; Kaya telling her crew that she needs to work harder if she is to take back her title, with Taryn simply nodding as they head to the changing rooms.
