These two have met once back in 2016, Jessica was able to knockout Sarah in seven rounds, now Sarah looks to even the score.

The fighters came on stage at the press conference, squaring up for the cameras with hands on their hips, eyes locked as the crowd watching this yell for them.

Once the photos are taken; they head to their stools to look out to the crowd, first up Sarah gives a quick speech to the journalists and fans.

"God it has been too long since I was here, fighting in front of the best fans in the world!" Yells Sarah as a chant for her breaks out, Jessica rolls her eyes as Sarah points out to the fans then herself to say they are her fans.

"Sarah you remember what happened last time we met right? I proved I am the Queen of the north! The best fighter from here that stepped into a ring" says Jessica with her arms out at her side, grinning as she stares at Sarah.

Turning to the 90210 star; Sarah tells her "yeah you won but let's be honest, you have and never will have the career I have had, when we both finish you'll be the one people forget"

Laughing Jessica replies "you think the hall of fame means anything to me? It's full of pompous bytches that I have beaten, it is a worthless club" making Sarah scowl.

"Jessica talk it down all you want, but all I know is that when people think of Canadian fighters, you'll be way down the pecking order after I am done with you" threatens Sarah as she stands off her stool.

Jessica stands off her stool too, telling Sarah "oh we don't have to wait Sarah, these guys want to see us fight" then the two charge each other, slaps being exchanged before pulling hair.

Their managers drag the two apart; pulling them off stage as their hair is messy, each threatening what they'll do when they get inside the ring.

Fight night; out comes Sarah to a loud roar, she has trainer Virginia Madsen behind her as she raises her arms into the air, before she jogs down to the ring.

She is wearing a red sports bra with white trim, matching trunks and shoes, white gloves while her blonde hair is tied back into a ponytail.

Stepping into the ring; Sarah flexes her arms as she grins for the crowd, then jogs over to her corner to begin her warm up as Virginia speaks to her about the game plan.

Now out comes Jessica to another loud cheer, she has Claudia Schaeffer beside her, thudding her gloves together as she smiles, then jogs down to the ring.

Getting her green robe with a Canadian flag on the back, she reveals her favourite turquoise coloured sports bra, trunks, shoes and gloves, her black hair is tied back into a braid.

Stepping into the ring; Jessica pounds her chest as she mounts the bottom of her corner, then she hops down to begin her own warm up routine.

The fighters move to the center of the ring as a loud cheer rings out, duelling chants ring out as the fighters square up, foreheads touching as the referee needs to push them apart.

Slamming gloves together with a crack of leather, the fighters give each other one last scowl before returning to their corners, the bell rings to start 10 rounds of flyweight action.

Round 1:
"Ding" at the bell both women are throwing in close to start, looking like they are interested in showing the other whose boss already in these opening exchanges.

Sarah is the first to change tactics, dipping under a right to hammer home two rights to the body, just missing with an overhand left as Jessica leans her head out the way.

The Hall of Famer though pushes the action from that point, moving her upper body more of the two to dodge, then land counter punches that keeps Jessica towards the outside of the ring.

But Jessica isn't a rookie by any stretch, she comes firing back with two straight punches to the top of Carter's head, then moves off the ropes when the blonde swings a big right hook in.

Late in the round; both women trade in close range as they put their heads down, a classic flyweight exchange of fast hands as they want to make an impression for the judges.

At the bell there is a tense moment between the fighters, before they return to their corners to be washed down by their coaches, while the crowd still chants both their names.

Round 2:
They start off moving around the ring trading punches to the others cheeks, throwing two or three punches at a time as they try to land the first big punch of the round.

Sidestepping a left cross; Jessica counters with two punches into the face of her opponent, then moves out the way of a right hook.

As it looks like Jessica has her footwork going now, moving quicker around the canvas then Sarah to land the better punches of the two fighters.

Sarah is landing several hard shots at a time when she can get inside the reach of the brunette, before she gets clipped across her face and Lowndes moves away into space.

Late in the round Jessica lands two punches into the face of Sarah to force her to the outside of the ring, then switches to the body as she keeps her along the ropes.

When the bell rings they turn back to their corners, sitting on their stools listening to their coaches as both women know they are in for a tough fight.

Round 3:
This time Jessica looks to use her footwork from the bell to keep Sarah on the outside, with the blonde hunting her down around the ring.

With Jessica taking the early lead in the round, knocking the head of Sarah back, which is making her grin as she is controlling the action.

But Sarah soon slips a left towards her face, with the Foxfire star landing two hooks to the body, then when she gets clipped; she uses her left shoulder to bump back Jessica.

The older fighter is making this fight more physical, forcing the action to take place in more a phone booth style, grinding heads as they slam away to the others body.

Jessica trying to push back Sarah, but gets caught with a right across her jaw, with Sarah again pressing the brunette along the ropes as she keeps to the body.

When the bell rings Sarah gets a shove from Jessica, with the referee needing to step between them as words are exchanged, before they turn back to their corners.

Round 4:
Back out come the fighters to the center of the ring, Jessica moving more up on her toes to stinging the face of an annoyed looking Sarah.

Who soon deflects a straight to move inside to work the body with several shots, before she is shoved back by Jessica so the brunette can get back to fighting on the outside.

It's Sarah though who is growing stronger as the round goes on, cutting the ring off to force Jessica into more fire fight exchanges, sweat flies off both fighters as the crowd roars for them.

Slipping a right cross; Sarah lands an overhand right before using her left forearm across the tits of Jessica to press her onto the ropes, where she gets in three hooks to the body before being clinched up.

When they are pulled apart; Jessica catches an overly keen Carter coming in with a double jab to the top of her head, then the round soon comes to an end.

Returning to their corners looking for advice off their coaches, both women know they are in a tough fight as they stare across the ring at each other.

Round 5:
Jessica again starts off the quicker of the two fighters, able to land a crisp jab between the gloves of the blonde, soon opening a cut on the bridge of the nose of Carter.

Though a missed jab gives Sarah the chance to move inside, landing a right across the ear of Jessica, then a left on her cheek as she drives Jessica onto her heels back across the ring.

Shoving Sarah backwards; Jessica is able to take control again, till Sarah slips a punch to come back at her, the action is going back and forth as neither seems able to control the action for long.

Sarah sneaks in some punches under the breasts of Jessica that look to piss off Lowndes, who lands a right near the left eye of the blonde to make her step back.

Final moments of the rounds sees both women stand and cheer, giving the crowd a grandstand finish to the round, with the round soon coming to a close.

After being nudged apart by the referee, they return to their stools with marks across both their faces, a trickle of blood runs down the bridge of Sarah's nose.

Round 6:
A "Let's go Carter!" "Let's go Lowndes!" Duelling chants still ring out, both fighters look purely focused on the other as they come out to trade.

Jessica focuses more on the nose of Sarah, who winces each time that cut gets hit, it doesn't deter her from moving in close to work as she lands to the body.

When Sarah steps in with a right; Jessica steps to the side before landing a right across the eye of Sarah to make her cry out, Jessica lands another right to the eye as she seems to have a new target.

Blinking to clear her vision; Sarah is fighting off the back foot as the Lioness fighter is turning up the aggression, Jessica finding more gaps now in the blondes defences.

Sarah clinches up with Jessica, both women can be seen spitting insults before they are broken apart, Sarah tries to land the first punch, instead she is caught across the jaw with a right hook that makes her stumble to the side.

The round comes to a close with Virginia looking a little worried, getting the swollen looking eye of Sarah, working to reduce that swelling before the eye shuts.

While Jessica is standing looking keen to get back at Sarah, Claudia telling her not to lose her focus, both discussing what Jessica needs to do now as the brunette is wiped down.

Round 7:
Sarah is fighting more defensively now as she comes out her corner, fighting off the back foot as Jessica stalks her around the ring.

Feinting with her jab; Jessica lands a looping right around the guard of Sarah into her swollen eye, when the guard opens up, Jessica starts bashing Sarah around her face.

When Sarah goes to clinch up; Jessica lands an uppercut that turns Carter's legs to jelly, A RIGHT AND LEFT HOOK LAND, SARAH'S GUMSHIELD FLIES OUT HER MOUTH BEFORE SHE CRASHES TO THE CANVAS, THE REFEREE CHECKS HER AND RULES SHE IS KNOCKED OUT!

Once satisfied she has made her point, Jessica does return to her corner, where Claudia praises her for another stellar win in her career.
