Joey King versus Emma Stone

Results: Lookout! Words: Emilia

Pre-Fight: “I’d like to welcome Joey into the FCBA” says Emma with an annoyed voice. “I hope she can take a punch and doesn’t give up too quickly.” Joey responds with yawning into her microphone. “That’s quite something coming from someone who hasn’t won a fight since 2016.” she responds. The crowd responds with a surprised laugh as the girls stare each other down.

Joey: Seaweed green string bikini, red gloves and black sneakers with hair loose.

Emma: Hot pink tank top, black yoga shorts, gloves and sneakers with hair in a ponytail

Round 1: An aggressive start allows Joey to land an crushing uppercut to the jaw in under 10 seconds turning Emma’s legs to jelly and making a very clear statement staying “stay the f**k away from me.” Just as Emma gets to her senses Joey lands a left right combo to her ribs and follows up with another uppercut almost knocking the red hair out of the ring. Emma’s struggles continue as she gets rocked with multiple jabs of the nose and ANOTHER uppercut, this time to the belly making her almost spit out her mouth piece. She beats the count at 9 almost giving away the fight at the first round. Maybe not getting up would have been a better idea as Joey sends her to the ropes and continues dominating the red hair with jabs and hooks to face and body. A very strong start for the new girl, leaving her opponent speechless at the bell.

Round 2: Empire corner working hard to get Emma back in shape after the round one beating. The girls fight it out in the middle, Emma adapting landing more punches than she did in the first (which is zero). The clash concludes with Emma landing a left hook of the brunette’s cheek knocking her back. She follows up with a few jabs to her rack making Joey throw an aimless punch which Emma ducks under and lands a precise strike to Joey’s gut followed up by a left right hook of her cheeks. Now that her opponent is fighting back Joey is having a hard time. Joey absorbs a jabbing session aimed at her nose and mouth, raises her gloves but ultimately fails to set up a proper defence, clearing the room for Emma to pick her apart up close. As Emma’s non-stop jabbing continues, Joey’s hands start to slide down letting Emma land more precise shots to the brunettes face. The tables are slowly turning at the bell; new girl is left with a bloody nose and mouth as Emma recovers.

Round 3: Mostly a repeat of round two, Emma jabbing touching up the younger girl before she can defend herself, and when she does Emma punches elsewhere, leaving marks all over the girl and making her retreat. Emma hunting the brunette, deploying hooks of her cheeks knocking her back and allowing herself to further the punishment. Joey is soaks up punch after punch and tries to stay away from her tormentress, but every time she runs away Emma hunts her down and adds a few more bruises. Joey eventually finds herself in a corner, with nowhere to run and with Emma right on top, her only choice is to take another punishment. Emma deploys a series of hooks and uppercuts to her body, rack and face turning the girl’s knees into jelly as Joey did to her in round one, and just as Joey did, Emma drops the girl on her knees after an uppercut right of the chin. She beats the count at four making Emma’s powerful uppercut look not so powerful. It’s makes no difference as the girl gets barraged with more hooks and uppercuts GOING DOWN FOR THE SECOND TIME IN ONE ROUND. Joey’s not looking so good at the bell while Emma continues her comeback.

Round 4: Joey has been challenged and bested by her opponent for two rounds in a row now, yet she still goes into the fourth with full courage and fighting spirit. She shows a calmer and defensive composure, waiting for Emma to come to her and the countering with hooks to her ribs. Slow and steady wins the race; Joey patiently waits for Emma and counters, landing swift strikes to her belly and ribs, negating the red hair an adequate punch throughout the whole round. Round four goes to Joey, she gets her bearings straight and manages to hurt her opponent, convincing enough people that she’s still in the fight.

Round 5: A lot of pressure on both girls going into the round five, they’re both evenly matched and still capable of hurting one another, turning the fight in whichever direction. Despite taking more than a few strikes to her belly and ribs, both of which were red and blue by now, Emma still proceeds forward hastily. Her repeated rush creates few exchanges but ultimately a lot of openings for Joey, allowing the girl to land clear shots to Emma’s head, cutting up, bruising her face and drawing some blood. Stone ends up trapped in one of the corners, taking a lot of damage to her face, mostly to her left eye but manages to prevent herself for from a knockdown. Round five goes to Joey by a landslide, cracking the older fighters spirit at the bell.

Round 6: As soon as the bell rings Joey is all over Emma, who doesn’t have the strength to defend herself or the legs to run away. She drives Stone to ropes again and barrages her with punches, burning trough the last of her energy, looking to finish as she knocks poor Emma’s heads back and back with every punch. Stone lying in the ropes, arms completely dropped while Joey doesn’t stop for even a split second. The referee steps in, stops the fight and moves the barely conscious red head to safety.

Winner by TKO in Round 6: Joey King

Post-Fight: After a brutal back and forth fight and a display of skill from both sides Joey King wins on her debut proving she’s a force to be reckoned with. Too tired to talk to the press she listens in on the crowd chanting her name before being helped to the locked room.

“It was intense and shocking, start to finish” states Emilia, Joey manager and the manager of Emilia’s Empresses. “but in the end Joey showed she’s a step above her opponent and winning over quite a few people from crowd which is very good news for me.”
