BEFORE:

"I keep hearing about how Front Street may give up on welters entirely because these girls are soooo disappointing," says Iggy with a smile. "Well. Give up on Utgaard and McKinney and sign ME, Wiz. And, we'll win titles. Plural."

"Look," says a hard-eyed Antje, "Maybe Iggy has no respect for me. Well. I have respect for HER. She's big and she can hit. But. Tonight. She's going to hit THE GROUND."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's 'Black Widow', and here comes the singer of that huge hit, the lovely Iggy Azalea!"

McCarthy: "And, I have no idea how THIS girl got booked here, because, not only does she have FCBA wins, she's got a winning RECORD..."

Cassie: "She does, indeed, and she's beaten some good fighters, too, like Beyonce, Rihanna, and Moon Bloodgood."

O'Dell: "Azalea into the ring and helped off with the robe. She's getting plenty of pop from the crowd for how she looks in that scarlet two-piece, and, that's 'Heads Will Roll' by the Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs you hear hammering through this arena, and that can only mean that 'The Scandinavian Stunner', Antje Utgaard is on her way to the ring..."

McCarthy: "Another. Disappointing. Front. Street. Welter. After Azalea beats her tonight, maybe Weirdo will just skip the middle man and do away with the division NOW."

O'Dell: "Utgaard wasting no time getting into the ring. She's helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve to reveal that stars and stripes number she likes, and the crowd giving her quite the pop as well..."

Cassie: "This is a girl who has physicals unlike any fighter in the FCBA, and that's saying something..."

Tess: "Question is, can she turn those into victories over top welters. That's yet to be determined."

O'Dell: "Ladies about ready. Time for some picks. Tess likes Utgaard. Mac, you're going with Iggy?"

McCarthy: "Absolutely!"

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "Here we go, and Iggy aggressive off the bell. She's stepping right to Antje and making with the heavy leather. Utgaard clearly NOT expecting this, and she's gotten back-footed immediately by the singer. Antje likes to fight at range, but Iggy having none of that early."

Tess: "Got to admit, I'm as surprised as Utgaard. No feeling out, nothing. Right at her."

O'Dell: "And, it's bearing fruit. Iggy getting Antje onto the defensive and keeping her there. Utgaard giving ground, trying to create some space with the jab, but Iggy not having it. Azalea won't be kept off. She's just going right after the Front Streeter, damning any and all torpedoes."

Cassie: "Utgaard playing this smart. Going to go ahead and play defense."

McCarthy: "Like Iggy's giving her any choice!"

O'Dell: "Final twenty-five seconds of the first, and it's been almost all Azalea. She's got it going, landing hard shot, and Utgaard doesn't have a lot of answers right now. Antje tying up the singer as we approach the end of the round. Referee breaks, Iggy lands a hard right, and there's the bell. Azalea. Wide."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Iggy coming forward again to start the second. Antje trying to hold canvas now, working that jab, banging back. Doesn't want to spend the round in retreat again and SHE GETS DROPPED! What a right by Azalea and Utgaard dropped on her back in the middle of the ring!"

Cassie: "That's the game that Iggy was playing. She's not trying to take this to the cards or anything..."

O'Dell: "Azalea to a neutral corner. Count at three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Antje sitting up at eight. And getting to her feet at nine. That was very, very close. Referee giving Utgaard the mandatory. And, he waives on Iggy! Azalea letting the hands go, driving the Front Streeter back into the ropes..."

McCarthy: "She can finish it here, and finish Utgaard's career in the process!"

O'Dell: "Antje in a high guard, leaning back in the ropes, rolling with punches, jabbing back here and there, just running clock. Iggy tossing everything she's got at the younger woman trying to get her out of there. But, it's not going to happen. Five seconds to go. Good right by Azalea, and there's the bell. 10-8, Iggy."

Tess: "And, Azalea up 20-17."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Azalea doesn't have a gear other than 'forward' tonight. She's been after Antje since the opening bell, and that hasn't changed in the third. Utgaard seems to have some leg back under her, but, perhaps not enough yet, because, Iggy's still taking canvas from her."

Tess: "Needs to get the feet set and fire back, like Neve said between rounds..."

McCarthy: "Like CAMPBELL knows anything!"

O'Dell: "Antje slowly beginning to stabilize that front. She's landing hard shot in response to Iggy's offense. And, we're seeing some SERIOUSLY sharp exchanges right now. Iggy not slowing the attack, and Antje not taking a step back. It's ON, in there, ladies!"

Cassie: "Those are BOMBS being landed."

O'Dell: "Definitely are. Final fifteen seconds of the stanza, and nobody slowing down. This is about imposing will right now, and neither blonde is going to be imposed UPON. GOOD right, Iggy, BETTER right from Antje! That backed Azalea up a step right at the bell. Close round. Iggy again."

McCarthy: "And, Azalea has a HUGE lead, 30-26."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Fourth begins with Utgaard needing to dig herself out of a hole. She's done the dreaded 30-27 one better and gone down 30-26. But, there's no panic in the big blonde. She's using the jab, creating some space right now, and it's the first time she's been able to do it."

Cassie: "Iggy may be a little arm-weary here. She's thrown a TON of punches early."

O'Dell: "Good point. The Aussie may need to throttle down for a round, and, Antje's taking advantage, getting HER terms for the first time tonight. She loves the gun-platform stuff, and, it's obvious why. She's long and strong and has that accurate jab. And, she's using all of that to take control of this round."

McCarthy: "Iggy needs to get back to that aggression. Utgaard can't HANDLE it."

O'Dell: "Final half minute of the fourth. Antje's had, by far, her best round of the fight. She's getting her box on, working right hands off the left jab. Iggy trying to angle, get some offense going, but it's not going to happen. Good right by Utgaard and there's the bell. Antje. Wide."

Tess: "But, Azalea still in command, 39-36."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Iggy back to working forward aggressively now, but Utgaard not going to give up the canvas without a fight and HERE WE GO! Hammer and tongs in the middle of the ring! Both blondes tossing heavy leather, and both shipping the shell and staying afloat...at least for the moment."

Tess: "And, those two sets of sturdy legs are being tested, Jenny!"

O'Dell: "They are, indeed. These are SHARP, accurate shots that are landing, but neither fighter is going to be willing to cede the field to the other. Iggy apparently thinking she needs to be going forward to be effective, and Antje not willing to be put on the back foot once again."

Cassie: "Just a matter of time before somebody's going to get rocked here..."

O'Dell: "You'd think so, because everybody's sitting down on everything right now. But, ladies aren't getting sloppy. They're staying sound, playing good defense. It's just that there's a ton of leather flying around and some of it is bound to land. Five seconds to go. One more sharp exchange and there's the bell. Close. Antje."

McCarthy: "Iggy's lead now down to 48-46."

ROUND SIX:

O'Dell: "Ladies right back at one another as we start the sixth. Azalea landing a HARD right hand that backed up Utgaard, but Antje responding with a right of her own. Nobody's holding anything back in there. Two big, hard-hitting blondes letting the hands go and IGGY IS HURT!"

Cassie: "Like I said, just a matter of time..."

O'Dell: "A BIG right from Utgaard and Azalea stumbles backward! Antje going all in now, battering the Aussie back into the ropes. Iggy covering up, hanging on, as the Front Streeter looks to put an end to this thing right now. Referee looking in closely as Utgaard goes to town..."

McCarthy: "Iggy has to stay busy or this home town ref is going to steal the fight from her!"

O'Dell: "Azalea jabbing back here and there, tying up when she can, but mostly keeping the guard high, rolling with punches, picking off others, playing defense fairly effectively. Utgaard looking for the 'off' button but not finding as time runs out in the sixth. There's the bell. Antje. Wide."

Tess: "But, Iggy survives and still leads 58-57."

ROUND SEVEN:

O'Dell: "Utgaard looking to, if not finish, at least effect a thorough clean up on the Aussie blonde. Iggy playing defense early, giving ground, playing for time, looking to get those sturdy legs back underneath her. Utgaard making good use of that long, stiff jab she has, using it to set up hard right hands."

Tess: "Utgaard staying sound. Setting up punches."

O'Dell: "Most certainly is, and she's been very effective doing it. She's scoring with both hands, keeping Iggy on the defensive. Azalea firing back in counter here and there, landing the odd good shot, but it's almost all Antje at the moment and DOWN GOES IGGY!"

Cassie: "What a SHOT!"

O'Dell: "A BOOMING overhead right by Utgaard and Azalea splashes to her back! Antje to a neutral corner. Count at three. Four. Five. No movement from the Aussie. Six. Seven. Eight. Iggy not just down but OUT. Nine. TEN! It's OVER! And your winner by KO7 is 'The Scandinavian Stunner', Antje Utgaard!"

McCarthy: "Lucky punch!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Antje Utgaard, and, Antje, very, very physical in there..."

Antje (nodding): "That's who she is, Tess. That's how she likes to fight. Thing is, you aren't getting physical with ME and getting away with it. Because, nobody in the FCBA HAS the physicals I do."

Tess: "Obviously, we're getting closer to decision time on the Tenth Anniversary roster..."

Antje: "And, I'm doing what I always do. Letting my work in the ring speak for me. And, it spoke pretty loudly tonight."
