BEFORE:

"It's very exciting to finally get a fight here," says Emily with a smile. "And, especially against a top bantam like Bennet. Looking forward to fighting her. And, looking forward to BEATING her."

"She's a tough assignment, no doubt about that," says Chloe. "But. I'm up to the task. As always."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside, and that's 'Bad Moon Rising' by Creedence Clearwater Revival, and here comes the star of 'The Wolfman', the lovely Emily Blunt!"

McCarthy: "Weirdo clearly got into the secret sauce this month, scheduling actual REAL fighters instead of his normal tomato cans..."

O'Dell: "Emily's definitely shown she can win fights, and she's wasting no time getting into the ring. She's helped off with the robe to reveal an in-shape body in a fire orange bikini and the crowd showing it's appreciation..."

McCarthy: "AAHHHHH! That INFERNAL NOISE!"

O'Dell: "And, that would be 'Uh Oh', by the young lady coming to the ring right now, the former Unified Bantamweight Champion, 'The Next Big Thing', Chloe Bennet!"

Tess: "As we've mentioned, Bennet one of just four ladies guaranteed a spot on Front Street's Tenth Anniversary roster. And, a quick look at her record tells you why."

O'Dell: "Chloe into the ring and helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve. She's wearing that blue bikini we've seen before..."

Cassie: "And, from the crowd's reaction, looking plenty good in it."

O'Dell: "Ladies about ready to go. Time for some picks. Tess likes Chloe. Mac?"

McCarthy: "Like I said, this is a REAL fighter. Emily."

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "Here we go. And, Blunt on the offensive early! She's stepping right to Bennet behind the left jab and dropping right hands on her! Chloe forced to give some ground here, certainly didn't expect THIS out of Emily in the early going. Bennet on the back foot, ladies!"

McCarthy: "Smart move by Emily. Go get this girl right now..."

Cassie: "Or one she'll live to regret..."

O'Dell: "Not regretting it at the moment. Instead, Emily's grabbed control of the fight, as Chloe seems out of sorts. Bennet not able to get off, because she's spending too much time giving ground and covering up. The former champ not hurt, but she's definitely getting the worst of things."

Tess: "No doubt about that."

O'Dell: "Final thirty seconds of a surprising first round, and Blunt pressing the early advantage. Chloe going to basically ride this thing out right now. She's keeping the guard high, playing defense. Realizes Emily has this round, so, why take chances. Five seconds to go. GOOD right from Chloe, but there's the bell. Blunt. Wide."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Emily continuing the pressure. Bennet holding canvas and banging back now and HERE WE GO! Ladies letting the hands go in the middle of the ring! Neither going to give an inch here, and the result is one heck of a firefight between these two brunette beauties!"

McCarthy: "Keep it up, Blunt! Campbell trains this girl! She'll break!"

O'Dell: "Nobody slowing down! They are simply HAVING AT IT right in the middle of the ring, both brunettes determined to impose will, but nobody willing to allow that to happen. BIG right, Emily! That backed Bennet up a step, but Chloe right back to with a flurry of her own..."

Cassie: "Two ways to handle this kind of aggression. And, THIS is the one we like at Bazz."

O'Dell: "Twenty seconds left in what's been an absolute WAR this stanza. HARD right from Chloe, but Emily bangs right back, forcing the younger woman to cover up. Ten seconds...WHAT AN EXCHANGE! Both fighters landed big right in that one, and there's the bell. Close. Blunt."

Tess: "And, Emily's up 20-18."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Blunt pushing forward again as we start the third. Didn't think she'd take the aggression this far, but she has. Not going to try to out-box Bennet. But, you've got to wonder if this strategy is going to work against a bantam as sturdy as the former champion is..."

McCarthy: "She'll BREAK."

O'Dell: "GOOD right from Emily and CHLOE ROCKS HER WITH A REJOINDER TO THE CHIN! Blunt is HURT! And, Bennet is all IN! Chloe letting her rival have it with both hands, battering her back into a corner and then turning up the volume to eleven, HAMMERING away to head and body..."

Tess: "Ref looking in closely..."

McCarthy: "That hometowner had better not stop this!"

O'Dell: "Coming down the stretch. Bennet just PUMMELING Blunt, but Emily hanging on, jabbing back, rolling with punches, keeping the guard high. Blunt tying up now. Bennet stacks her, rips some hooks into the body and there's the bell. Huge round for Chloe, who takes it wide."

Cassie: "But, Blunt still up 29-28."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Bennet taking the fight to Blunt early. She's coming forward behind the jab, backing the older woman up with hard right hands. Emily still clearly buzzed, and Chloe taking full advantage of that to bring the power to bear. Blunt playing defense, trying to ride this out..."

Cassie: "And, it's going to be a hard storm to do that in..."

O'Dell: "No question about it. Bennet one of the best finishers in the FCBA, and she's working on doing just that right now. Blunt tying up. Chloe shoves her off and ROCKS HER WITH A RIGHT HOOK! Emily stumbles and nearly goes down! And Bennet letting the hands go in a big way!"

Tess: "Did well to stay on her feet..."

O'Dell: "But, may not be there long. Bennet buffeting the older brunette around the ring. Backs her into the ropes and goes body in a BIG way looking to get that guard down. Emily not having it. Keeping the hands high right to the bell. There it is, and Chloe's tossed a shutout."

McCarthy: "And, we're even at 38."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Bennet looking to put an end to this thing. Emily all defense early. She's taken a POUNDING these last couple of rounds, and Chloe adding more and more punishment to what she's already dished out. Again, Blunt tying up, holding on. She gets a break, gives some ground..."

Tess: "Doing a good job of running clock at the moment..."

O'Dell: "Is, indeed. But, there's a long way to go in the round, and Bennet determined NOT to go a long way. She's sitting down on everything, looking to land the finisher. AND THERE'S A RIGHT HAND AND DOWN GOES EMILY! What a right hand from Chloe!"

Cassie (singing): "Turn out the liiiggghhhttssss. The party's ohhhhverrrrr..."

O'Dell: "Bennet to a neutral corner. Emily on her back, arms and legs splayed. Eyes closed. Referee's count at three. Four. Five. This is all academic. No movement at all from Blunt. Seven. Eight. Nine. TEN! It's OVER! And your winner by KO5 is 'The Next Big Thing', Chloe Bennet!"

McCarthy: "DUMB strategy by Blunt! Should have BOXED this girl!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Chloe Bennet, and, Chloe, she wanted to get physical in there..."

Chloe (nodding): "Sure did. And, I have NO problem with that."

Tess: "Still have a couple of months left in this year, and you have a guaranteed roster spot, so, what's next for you?"

Chloe: "We'll wait and see what management has in mind. Anything that gets me closer to getting that gold back? All for it."
