Sandra Kubicka vs Vita Sidorkina
(Poland vs Russian Federation)
(4-1, 4 KO vs 1-1, 1 KO)
Results: Lookout!; Story: Vassago

BEFORE: Two former "New Blood" lightweight products clash on Armistice Day which happens to be Poland's Independence Day as well which explains why Sandra Kubicka chose this very date to continue her winning 2019 campaign. The Polish model remains undefeated this season and hopes to build on this resume against a member of the arch-rival Russian Empire in Vita Sidorkina.

Sidorkina has defated one Polish model before - Ela Kawalec - and she vows to elevate herself into serious contention going forward, something her compatriot Irina Shayk was never able to accomplish in first place.

Both girls are pretty animated during the introductions and share one of the briefest glove touching moments seen lately which suggests they kinda dislike each other here. An ice cold staredown follows and we probably won't take any POWs here either!

Sandra Kubicka wears a red bikini set with white trim & red gloves with a white eagle painted on them. Long dyed blonde hair tied in a curled ponytail. Vita Sidorkina wears a navy blue bikini set & red gloves. Long blonde hair tied in a sleek ponytail. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in lightweight division.

Round 1:
Both girls waste no time to deliver the jabbing attack but the opening minute brings little precision as punches fly thick & fast yet off the mark a lot. Sandra bounces off the top of the fellow blonde's head and fails to impose her presence while Vita barks in her efforts and gradually begins to outwork the Polish opponent before a nasty hook on the chin finally gives her the edge. Sandra wobbles to her heels and eats another crisp shot on the mouth which allows Sidorkina to trap her underneath a steady leather assault which drops the Polish model onto the ropes. Sandra is unable to swing back amid the Russian attack and bellows out onto the ropes as Vita hauls in more shots up the middle but just can't split the Polish guard effectively enough to make a bigger difference.

Round 2:
Vita settles in the aerial pounce and forces Sandra to weave around on her feet in high order however the Russian attack just can't deliver that big punch and Sidorkina begins to lose her patience while Kubicka takes a page from her 'Dancing with the Stars' sessions to frustrate her foe in mid-distance. Vita shoots wide off the mark and eats a stinging overhand reply as Sandra finally cashes in with a promising drive which descends into a chaotic phone booth slugfest come the second minute. Sidorkina refuses to back off even when she eats a faceful of Polish leather and hangs on in back & forth tussle until Kubicka blasts her across the exposed tummy and drills the area thereafter to wobble the Russian back to the ropes. Vita clinches the charging Pole to see out the clock but she looked suspiciously vulnerable there for a moment!

Round 3:
Kubicka has noticed the body assault potential but Sidorkina threatens with the aerial pounce again and keeps the Polish blonde at bay during a chaotic opening minute. It's like Sandra wants Vita to wear herself out in the fruitless pursuit as most of the Russian's punches bounce off the high guard and Vita flat out refuses to browse the midsection route and remains glued to the head-hunting attack. She might score enough style points that way but she doesn't hurt Kubicka at all and runs into a production wall when the Pole drags her by the arm and throws onto the ropes shortly after half-distance. Sandra leans on her with an accidental head-butt but stops the Russian with an uppercut dose and slams a left hook on the brow ridge that bends Sidorkina to the side. The round concludes with a late drive in the gut to leave Vita gasping for air at the bell and she just completely lost her momentum after a very promising start.

Round 4:
Vita's chaotic aggression leaves her nursing a fat lip early in the fourth as Kubicka matches her in the head-hunting slugfest route to the point she stuns her with a brutal right cross and finally makes the Russian think better off it. Vita barks in disgust when she's getting those Polish mitts shoved into her face but it seems like the lanky blonde has run out of steam for a moment and Kubicka wastes no time to pound the ailing foe onto the ropes. Huh! That's a familiar story told by Irina Shayk before as Sidorkina blows a header and gets punked in the belly while suddenly Sandra is the one making noise while she keeps piercing the fellow blonde's soft tissue. She digs her forearm into Vita's chin and blasts more leather on the belly as the Russian bellows out into spasms and almost goes down on her backside if only she did't wrap her left arm around the top rope. However this enables Kubicka to wreck more havoc in the exposed midriff and Sidorkina looks more vulnerable than ever at the bell as she slumps into the referee's arms.

Round 5:
Sandra scythes through the Russian's high guard and catches Vita with a nasty shot on the chin outright before steering low to punish the exposed midriff again. Huh! Vita finds herself leaking punches both high & low and wobbles to her heels where she sinks behind a desperate earmuff all too easily for some of the fans inside the arena. She tries to swing back at the charging Pole but cuts thin air and as she drops her left glove too low, Sandra SMOKES her with a classic uppercut on the jaw. Uh-oh!!! Vita goes all shimmy shake and DROPS TO HER KNEES with a loud whimper before crashing face-down at Sandra's feet in slo-mo fashion! And that's a knockdown!!! Sandra struts back to her corner while the ref issues a slowish count yet Vita can only push her self onto all fours before rolling onto her side again... uh-oh! She's not gonna make it!!! KO5 Sandra Kubicka!!!

AFTER: Adrianne Palicki would be proud of that chin shot and Sandra begins to dance around the ring while also giving the ref a quick hug. She goes four-for-four this season and looks to be on the way up while it's another brutal reality check for the Russian hopes over in the other end. Vita appears to be seriously rattled by that chin shot that put her down for the count however she looked otherwise impressive during the first three rounds before someone pulled the plug on her. That was a shocking turnaround even for a free agent in her third fight overall and one has to wonder how much fire there is amid all this Russian smoke? No such worries in the Polish camp as Sandra reminds everyone she's based in Miami so she can celebrate Independence, Armistice and Veterans' Day all at one today: "Three reasons to throw a party are better than one! Oh, make that four reasons as I WON the boxing match too! Ain't that frickin' awesome?" (laughs).

Official Result: Sandra Kubicka def. Vita Sidorkina KO5.
