Before: Selena guardedly opportunistic, a win here could push her into title contention, especially if Lowndes gets wrapped up in JMD drama. Hayley coming off a disastrous 2019, now wins in over a year has to be a concern for her and for her stable.

R1: Selena marching, curling into an overhand right, back with a lusty hook to rib, Hayley covered up tight, counters off the block, catching chin a tight hook - it's ON! Toe to toe, girls taking turns with furious whacks, belting each other flush in the ribcage, turning on right hands inside to chins. Orrantia starts it to the tits, pumping up into the offending bra, crowding her little body into Gomez to budge her backwards. Selena back to her opponent's jugs with similar tight, scrubbing delivery, bumping Hayley to body her back - it's just senseless punching. Down the stretch, Orrantia gives a Packard step to the right, pulls a tight hook across Gomez' cleavage, steps right again - she's got her turning, taking punches. At the bell, Selena with a series of compact, well turned lefts and rights, peppers Hayley about the ears and shoulders, has her covered up and taking. Gomez hooting with glee, bumping chests, taunting Orrantia, she’s just won the first round of this fight.

R2: Hayley uptempos, catches Selena by surprise with a rushing tackle to the Lioness corner! Orrantia writhing and bumping, gets hands free and starts working - Gomez' belly, ribs and tits buffed up as Hayley crowds to pack in punches. Selena joins in the mayhem, girls just bumping each other for room, stuffing punches into trembling bodies and pudgy jugs, stumbling into each other in a random, burbling brawl along the ropes. It's close, hard to score stuff, girls just trying to outhustle each other, but Orrantia's doing a good job of putting Gomez' butt in the ropes, piling into her, selling the image of being the boss and judges are buying.

R3 More consistent Selena, smart pressure as she comes forward, but sets up her power shots rather than walking in. Sturdy jab gets Hayley stabilized, leaning forward for looping right hands on the ear and jaw - she's getting moved by Gomez’ punching now. Selena stepping and spearing the jab high, then hooking belly, shouldering Hayley off. Good brawny banging - Gomez firing from outside, carrying into Orrantia and bodying her around

R4: Hayley beating Selena to right hands, doubling up to get another right into Gomez’ face - she stops punching, backing up. Orrantia extending her left to press the chest, then shoving her right to belly, Selena put ropeside, gloves at her face, stooped at the waist. Hayley stays on her girl, stepping forward to carry the right to the pit of Selena's tummy, shouldering her off, hooking her ear, hooking her side. Good busy stuff from Orrantia, not wrecking ball punching, but Gomez isn't answering back and at the bell, even fight so far.

R5: Hayley pounces forward, but Selena never gives her a chance. Slapping in some overhead lefts to draw her guard upwards, Gomez drills in leather to tummy, driving her fist upwards into Orrantia’s abs over and over. Hayley doubling over, seemingly paralyzed as she hugs her body and tries to catch her breathe. Selena doesn't plan on letting her though as she sends a right overhead cross that sends Orrantia spilling to all fours, holding her tummy and cradling her ribs. Hayley surprisingly enough, gets to her feet and her sturdy legs hold her up again. Selena stacks her up against the ropes, POURS through her defenses and scores at will, smacking in shots to her tummy, burying her fist in and then smacking leather into opposing face. Whipping Orrantia’s face backwards as she tries to clinch, pounding her foe's mounds one last time before the ref steps in and awards the match to Selena Gomez with a TKO5!

After: Hayley’s woes continue, breaks refusing to fall her way. Tools are there for everyone to see, OddMan reportedly turning down multiple offers during winter trade season, but not translating into wins.
