Naomi Scott versus Shailene Woodley

BEFORE: Both girls coming in with something to prove, as Shailene wants to start the year off right after an uneven, albeit winning, 2019 campaign and Naomi eager to build on a very successful year for her new stable. The bantamweight division is getting more crowded all the time, so both Scott and Woodley are eager to separate from one another to move towards the top.
“2019 wasn’t my best year…” Shailene acknowledges, “I lost to Evangeline Lilly and Ginny Gardner, but that’s going around. Even on my worst year though, let me tell you, I’ve still got more than enough to send Jasmine here to a whole new world of pain….”
Naomi grins, “Listen, I know Shailene thinks that she’s dangerous and don’t get me wrong, she is. But, she doesn’t seem to know what she’s getting into tonight with me. I am not starting off the year losing. She may be proud, but I’m going to beat that out of her tonight…”
Naomi in a tight purple sports bra, with matching shorts and gloves - hair in a fighting ponytail Shailene in a red sports bra, with matching shorts and gloves - hair short around her face. The bell rings and the match begins….
R1: Shailene gambling early, chin up dangerously high as she jams straight rights and lefts up the middle and Naomi'S HURT! Scott caught off guard, lifting her arms to ward off crisp banging blows to her face as she stumbles into the ropes. Woodley brisk on consolidation, pushing punches into Naomi's gut, chugging her way through Naomi's clinch to club the bra and mouth of her opponent. Busy beating along the ropes hands Woodley a satisfying shutout - sends Naomi back to her corner hurting and frustrated.
R2: Cat and mouse game - Woodley wants to be a puncher, but she's shooting straight from the shoulder, chin up - Naomi with the right at her chin, left across her gut dipping side to side, showing Woodley the left shoulder, looking to counter. By the midway point, Scott able to dip and pivot around her girl, starts to walk Shailene in clipping hooks, touching up the chin and belly, turning Woodley midring. Scott snags a tight, professional round.
R3: Scott calmly rolling with Woodley' right, coming back with a jarring right counter from her cheek to Shailene's mouth - rocks her foe’s head back as Woodley walks right in. Woodley wobbly butt, Scott reloading, stuffing the straight right to the belly, hopping forward as Woodley gives ground, jams in another right hand to the stomach to buckle Shailene's legs. All Scott this round as she pivots around Shailene, shooting opportunistic lead rights from her chin to Woodley' face, or digging into Shailene's side with the hook. Shutout Scott - Shailene wincing at the bell from well chosen licks to head and body.
R4: Woodley pumping out a light, but effective jab, getting Naomi to commit to a defensive move, then rolling the redhead up to the ropes with brisk, shoeshining combinations. Scott making too many moves, dipping side to side but not getting off - Woodley not hitting clean, but moving her hands, forcing Scott back - Shailene the effective aggressor this round.
R5: Scott with the right under her chin, left at her waist, gives ground, bending side to side and a quick exchange of hooks goes Naomi's way. Shailene suddenly defenceless, glassy eyed with gloves at her lips - Scott rips a right/left to the smooth gut, then turns her shoulder, steps back. Woodley stumbling forward, time and again gets picked up by the straight right hand or clipping left hook - Scott nice and tight as she dips and rolls after punching. Scott with her back to the ropes puts on a clinic - bending at the waist, bobbing into and off the ropes, putting her shoulder into Woodley' stomach, clipping her rival off the bump - Woodley getting chewed up by little counter shots. Everything builds up to a single clouting right hand in close - Scott slipping Shailene's hook and answering back to short and sharp - redhead doesn't see a thing. Legs go out from Shailene as she folds straight down onto her haunches then splays awkwardly onto her back - Scott strutting away without a backward glance - KO5 Naomi Scott!
AFTER: Shailene dazed on the floor, but doesn’t get the opportunity to stay there for long as Naomi tugs her up to lead her towards the corner. Shoving her into the corner with a thud, just gazing down into her eyes confidently. Gripping the top strands with one hand as she grips her foe’s hair with the other, tugging sharply on those scarlet tresses as she mounts the turnbuckle and lowers that glistening tummy down. Grinding her toned abs back and forth, scrubbing her belly across her foe’s face as she grins. After a few rotations of her abs, Shailene is shoving against Naomi’s hips but Naomi just slaps her rival’s hands away. Just stuffing her foe’s face into her abs, enjoying the muffled cries and squirming sensation underneath her taut tummy, Naomi conducts her post-match interviews right there. “I told you I was going to get 2020 off to a winning start and who didn’t believe me? Shailene didn’t, but she agrees with me now, doesn’t she?” as Naomi yanks her foe’s head up and down in a puppeteer’s yes against her abs, “And so will the rest of the bantamweight division when I’m through with them. Taking girls down and tummying up is my game plan for the year, so watch out!” Scrubbing her abs one more time over Shailene’s sweaty features, Scott then pushes off with one hand and pumps a bicep flex with the other as she grins, showing off as she struts out of the ring with her first win of the year! |
