BEFORE:

"Obviously, this is an honor for me," says Taylor with a smile. "She's the GOAT. She's an icon. But, tonight, she's going to come out second best."

"I know some people don't believe I can beat the top-level girls anymore," says Charlize with a nod. "Well. Maybe I can't do it every MONTH anymore, but I CAN do it. And, tonight, I'm GOING to do it."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's 'Natural' by Imagine Dragons you hear, and that can only mean that 'The Face', Taylor Hill is on her way to the ring..."

Britney: "Taylor's a girl we have big plans for, Jenny. We're not going to keep bouncing her back and forth between light and welter. We're concentrating at lightweight with her, and we believe she can be lightweight champion."

O'Dell: "Taylor down the aisle and into the ring. She's helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve to reveal that azure number we've seen before, and she is looking VERY good in it..."

Cassie: "She looks very good in ANYTHING..."

Tess (laughing): "It IS different when Mac isn't here..."

O'Dell: "And, that's 'A Funky Space Reincarnation' by Marvin Gaye you hear..."

Britney: "THAT'S the name of the song from that Dior ad..."

Cassie: "I'd have never know it, either. This prep stuff Alison gives us is a big help if you USE it..."

O'Dell: "And, it's the GOAT herself, the Golden Goddess, Charlize Theron who'll be the last woman into the ring on Front Street's Tenth Anniversary night. Goddess climbing in to be helped off with the robe and she is looking, as always, STUNNING in that burgundy and white number she's wearing. Ladies about ready. Time for some picks. Tess likes Taylor. Mac's little piece of paper here says, 'I HATE THERON and Hill is an OVERRATED TOOTHPICK!'. I'm not sure that's a PICK. Britney?"

Britney: "Hard to pick against Charlize, but, we think Taylor is something special. Hill."

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "There's the bell. Ladies going to get to range and do some boxing right now, and, while Hill has shown she's pretty good at this, let's just say the blonde she's in the ring with is pretty good at it, too, and that's showing up early, as Charlize is having the better of things..."

Britney: "A great boxer like Theron, she's going to be a great boxer until her arms fall off. Because, yeah, she might lose some quickness, but she makes up for that with technique, and that's what boxing is all about."

O'Dell: "No doubt about that, and she's taking Hill to school right now, wrong footing her, keeping her off balance and out of sorts. Taylor short on some punches, late on others, as Theron controlling the geometry and frustrating the heck out of the younger brunette."

Tess: "Good news for Taylor is, she's not the first girl this has happened to. Or the hundredth."

O'Dell: "Coming down the stretch in the first, and it's been almost all Theron. Hill lands a shot or two here and there, but Charlize is calling the tune, fighting lead, and taking the much younger woman to the woodshed. And, there's the bell. Couldn't have started much better for the GOAT, who wins it wide to take the 10-9 lead."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Theron wants more gunnery platform stuff, but Hill not having it. Taylor moving now, jabbing, circling, using those younger legs, and it's working, at least for the moment. Brunette now able to get to spots, get off, then slip in or out and reset. Not a bad game plan..."

Britney: "Despite what McCarthy thinks, we DO know what we're doing at Front Street."

O'Dell: "Charlize trying to match some footwork here, get square, but she's struggling to do it. Brunette has turned this around in a big way after getting toasted in the first round. Now, it's Taylor who's getting the work done and the GOAT who's seeing the woodshed dead ahead."

Tess: "Hill's landed some nice shots."

O'Dell: "But, Theron has that iron chin, and she's taken them very, very well. But, the brunette's building up the points as we head into the final seconds of the round. SHARP exchange right there and both fighters got a solid right hand on target. There's the bell. 180 from the first. Hill. Wide."

Cassie: "And, we're even at 19."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Third looking just like the second early, with the brunette on the move and Theron trying to get the geometry down. At the moment, though, Hill having her way, getting to her spots, getting off quickly, and then getting moving before the GOAT can get anything going."

Cassie: "As you said last round, Jenny, not a bad game plan."

O'Dell: "But, one wonders how long this will work against the greatest FCBA fighter of all-time. Charlize has seen it all and knows how to counter just about any tactic. For the moment, though, no answers to be found, as Taylor Hill shows everyone why Front Street didn't deal her for Dua Lipa..."

Britney: "Nothing against Lipa. Because I'd have LOVED to train HER."

O'Dell: "Final thirty seconds of the third round, and it's been Hill in control the whole way. She's sticking, moving, stopping, popping, and continuing to present a moving target for the blonde, who can't seem to find said target. Good right from Hill and there's the bell. Taylor. Wide."

Tess: "Hill in the lead 29-28."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Hill on the move to start the fourth. Theron beginning to get the angles down now, stepping to, landing some big shot and ROCKING TAYLOR WITH A RIGHT HAND! Golden Goddess has 'The Face' in deep trouble! Theron pummeling her younger rival back into the ropes..."

Tess: "Right about here is where Mac would call Hill a talentless toothpick and talk about how smart she was to release her..."

Britney: "That's because Mac is an IDIOT..."

O'Dell: "Theron lining the brunette up and just ABUSING her with hard, accurate leather. Taylor leaning back in the ropes, hanging on. She's rolling with punches, blocking others, but she's taking a beating and the ref is looking in very, very closely right now, ladies..."

Cassie: "Hill needs to get a little busier, and that's what the corner is shouting at her."

O'Dell: "Taylor listening, firing back in spots. Charlize trying to find the finisher. Not able to do it as we come into the final seconds of this stanza. GOOD right from the blonde there, but Hill took it and stayed on her feet. Five seconds left. Taylor tying up and there's the bell. Theron. Wide."

Cassie: "And we're even at 38."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Theron pushing forward to start the fifth. Hill willing to give some ground and counter right now. Seems to have shaken most of the damage from last round, but, perhaps not all of it. Charlize pushing her back, back, back. But the brunette moving well enough to stay off the ropes..."

Britney: "That's what you want to do right now. Stay in the middle."

O'Dell: "Taylor doing that, at least for the moment. She's countering pretty well. Golden Goddess fighting lead, no doubt about that, but the brunette at least holding her own right now. SHARP exchange there and both fighters landed a hard right hand in there!"

Cassie: "Hill has welter power. So does Theron. And, those were welter shots."

O'Dell: "Down the stretch in the fifth. Theron backs up Hill with a nice flurry. Taylor fires back and lands a good right hand. Ladies fall into a clinch. Ref going to break them. Ten seconds to go. Good combination, Theron and Hill fires back, landing a good right and there's the bell. Closer. But, Charlize."

Tess: "And, the GOAT is up 48-47 at the half."

ROUND SIX:

O'Dell: "Charlize continuing to pressure Hill. Theron's got Taylor backing up. Hill countering as she does so, but not holding canvas against the blonde. GOOD combination, Charlize and TAYLOR COUNTERS WITH A BOOMING RIGHT HAND! Theron stumbling backward and nearly going down!"

Britney: "No idea how she took that. Landed CLEAN."

O'Dell: "Hill letting the hands go, thumping the blonde backward. Charlize covering, giving ground, going to the ropes and into a high, tight guard. Taylor working some body, then going back upstairs. Younger woman trying to finish this thing, but, with Theron, that's never easy..."

Tess: "Definitely buzzed, but still slick defensively, slipping punches, blocking others."

O'Dell: "Making things difficult for Taylor, that's for sure, and also countering enough to keep the referee from stepping in to stop this thing. Ten seconds to go in the sixth. Going to be a good round for Hill, but Charlize going to survive it. There's the bell. Taylor. Wide."

Cassie: "And, we're even at 57."

ROUND SEVEN:

O'Dell: "Hill right after the Golden Goddess as we start the seventh. Taylor backing up the blonde with hard shot, keeping her on the defensive and then KEYHOLING A RIGHT HAND AND DOWN GOES THERON! Just a perfectly placed power shot from Hill, who heads to a neutral corner..."

Tess: "May not get up from that..."

O'Dell: "Count at three. Four. Five. Goddess rolling to hands and knees at six. Seven. Getting to her feet at eight. Ref going to give her the mandatory and then waive on Taylor! Hill smelling blood in the water as she wings away at the GOAT. Theron giving ground going back to the ropes again..."

Britney: "Be patient, Taylor!"

O'Dell: "Hill letting the hands go, but she's taking Britney's advice, setting up her punches, not just throwing power shot after power shot. She ROCKS Theron with a right, then STAGGERS her with another and THE REFEREE HAS SEEN ENOUGH! Ref leaping between the fighters, waiving this off and it's OVER! And your winner by TKO7 is 'The Face', Taylor Hill!"

Cassie: "Only MAC would have released this girl..."

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Taylor Hill, and, Taylor, you said before the fight it was an honor to get into the ring with Charlize..."

Taylor (nodding): "No doubt. And, she was all class afterward. We got to talk a minute and she congratulated me and told me she thinks I have a big future in the FCBA. That was great to hear."

Tess: "What's next for you?"

Taylor (smiling): "Well. The lightweight belts are awfully pretty. I think they'd look good around this waist..."
