Intro:
For the first time since 2006! Sophia Bush and Scarlett Johansson will share a ring, we are here at the Forum in Inglewood, where one of these two women will finally hold an advantage in their rivalry.

Sophia is 37 years old; she stands 5'4, holding a record of 32 wins, 30 coming by way of knockout, with 27 defeats, she is a former FCBA JMD champion.

Scarlett is 35 years old; she stands 5'3, her record is 37 wins, 29 coming by way of knockout, 47 defeats with 3 draws, she is a former two time FCBA flyweight champion, a former FCBA bantamweight champ and a former two time FCBA JMD champ.

As said these two met back in 2006, Scarlett was beginning her rise through the rankings when she met a roadblock in Sophia, who knocked her out in dubious circumstances.

Sophia is asked in an interview in the build up about how that first fight ended, she replies "people keep claiming I headbutted her, I didn't need to do that to beat her, my fists did all the talking for me through that fight"

The Chicago P.D girl tells the reporter "you have to remember that Scarlett was the next big prospect, I was shunted off to the side, at the end of that fight people were clamouring to talk to me, hell if not for management struggles at that time I'd have been the one getting the title shots"

Of course Scarlett has a different view point, telling the interviewer "she couldn't beat me and she knew it, that headbutt surprised me as I was still learning the ropes, I'll give her she taught me a lesson to watch out for bytches like her"

The subject turns to the second fight, one where Scarlett only one month later in a heated rematch would knockout Sophia in the third round of a one sided fight.

Asked about what was going through her mind in that fight, Scarlett replies "to even the score, as I said Sophia can't compete with me, I am stronger then her, a better boxer and just tougher then her, people called it one of the biggest asskickings of the year, look how long it has taken her to come calling again"

Sophia is told about Scarlett's view that second fight is why a third has taken so long, Sophia scoffs before answering "Scarlett knows I'd have fought her in a trilogy then, my manager wouldn't allow me because of politics, the FCBA committee didn't want it's new prized asset getting humiliated by me, I'd have fought her anywhere and anyway she wants, this isn't your made up rivalries to sell to the fight fans, I hate the guts of Johansson and way she has disrespected me from day one"

Standing up before she leaves, Bush finishes by saying "I am going to knock her out and show her that all her ego is worth nothing" she heads off with fire in her eyes.

While Scarlett finishes her interview by telling the camera "Sophia so help me I can't wait to finally shut your whining mouth, you can claim everything under the sun why you never achieved what I did, when you are out cold at me feet it will finally be the nail in all your claims"

Fight night; Sophia is out first with Hilary Swank and Eva Carneiro beside her, she looks all business as she heads down the aisle, the crowd giving her a heroes welcome as they chant her name.

Sophia is wearing a red sports bra with gold trim, matching trunks, red shoes with gold three small gold stars on the sides, red gloves with gold thumbs, her brunette hair is tied into a ponytail.

Stepping through the ropes, Sophia blows kisses to the crowd as she turns on the spot at the ring center, heading to her corner where she has her eyes firmly on the aisle.

Where Scarlett is now walking down to a chorus of boos, Scarlett doesn't seem bothered as she just stares at the ring, her coach following behind her.

She is wearing a black sports bra, black trunks with "Black Widow" in red letters on her waistband, black shoes, black gloves with red thumbs, her blonde hair is short.

Stepping inside the ring, Scarlett raises her arms in the air as she intense stares at Sophia, who stares right back as the tension is palatable between them.

Once they both have their gumshields in, they are brought to the center of the ring by the referee, going nose to nose, neither says a word as they show the other they are not one bit afraid of one of their biggest enemies in the celebrity boxing world.

Told to touch gloves, there is a quick swipe of gloves, before they turn and jog back to their corners, the crowd buzzing as the bell rings to start 10 rounds of bantamweight action.

Round 1:
At the bell they both come out throwing jabs to judge the range, before swinging in hard hooks already, wanting to make an early impression on their opponent.

The first to try to step inside is Scarlett, the last time they fought she bulldozed Sophia, this time though she misses with a left cross, instead eating a straight into her mouth, followed by a left under her ribs.

Sophia builds off that as she dips under a straight to bang in a right to the abs, followed by an overhand left that doesn't land fully, it does enough to back off her rival though.

It looks like Scarlett has come to the realisation after taking enough clean two punch combo that she isn't going to simply knock straight through Sophia.

Instead as they past the half way point of the land, she lands a nice double jab to the top of Bush's head, stepping back out the way of a left cross aimed at her head.

With Scarlett now showing off her nice footwork to give Sophia some problems, especially with her jab smacking back the head of the arenas favourite.

The crowd seems to spur on Sophia though, with less then thirty seconds to go, she parries a straight to land one to the top of the chest of the Avengers star, a bump with her left forearm opens up Scarlett to a right/left cross combo that turns the head of Johansson to a loud cheer just before the bell rings to end the round.

Sophia probably did enough late in the round to sway the judges her way, the crowd certainly have no complaints as they cheer for their girl.

Round 2:
Back out they come with Sophia looking more aggressive, catching Scarlett to the nose with a left/right combo straight into it, knocking the blondes head back to more cheers.

When Scarlett tries to even the score up with a left cross, Sophia leans out the way just in time, landing a right hook under the ribs, then an overhand right to the side of her ear to send Scarlett to the side a step.

Backing up Scarlett into a corner, Sophia looks almost devilish the glee she is taking in ripping in body shots to her rival, hearing the groans escape her body as she barks in effort.

Shoving Bush back to get out the corner, Scarlett manages to land another double jab to the face, she keeps missing when loading up on these bigger shots.

An uppercut knocking her onto her heels as Sophia again bashes her backwards, this time onto the ropes Scarlett is pinned back, her gloves up tight to block as much of the flurry coming at her as she can.

The round comes to a close with nigh on a shut out for Sophia, who looks understandably cool as she sits taking in fluids, Hilary praising her fighters work.

Round 3:
Again Sophia is looking to be the aggressor, stalking back Scarlett early with both women locked in a jabbing exchange to start the round off.

Slipping a straight punch, Scarlett counters with a right to the side of the brunettes head, followed by two lefts to her ribs to make Bush hiss out.

Back comes Sophia on the inside with three punches forcing Scarlett to take a step back, when Sophia tries to build off it, she eats a right straight into her lips.

The action is more closely fought as Scarlett is standing her ground more, then she surprises Bush by stepping out the way of an uppercut, instead a jab/straight sends some sweat off the head of Sophia.

Who finds herself driven back into the ropes, boos ring out as the fans see their girl being bullied for really the first time in the fight, hooks being driven into the sides of her body to the delight of the Johansson corner.

Sophia pushes back Scarlett, they go to the center of the ring where the ten second warning sounds, both women igniting in a nasty toe to toe exchange up till the bell rings to end the round.

Heading back to their corners, Scarlett is happier with how that went, she tells her coach she is starting to feel more relaxed now she is putting punches together.

Round 4:
After that last round went poorly for her, Sophia is now the one looking a bit more desperate to land a big punch, allowing Scarlett to slip or duck under punches before landing her own.

Again that double jab knocks back Sophia's head, Hilary not looking happy about that, especially when Sophia misses with a right cross, taking a left to the ear to make her step away.

Filled with confidence, Scarlett darts inside to land a left/right under the ribs of Bush, making a small mistake as her hands are low when she takes a step back, eating a right hook to the jaw.

That success spurs Sophia back on, with her head nearly smacking Scarlett in the chin, while she works her to the ropes with power shots that have Johansson groaning out.

Nudging back Sophia, Scarlett complains about the head of her opponent, getting flashbacks of the first fight possibly, the referee doesn't seem too interested though.

The final minute sees both women trading in tight, foreheads grinding as Scarlett seems willing to play her rivals game, bodies take a pounding from several beautiful clean shots.

At the bell they both step back looking angry at the other, Sophia telling Hilary "she is such a whiny c***" compared to Scarlett telling her coach "what a cheating bytch she is"

Round 5:
Stepping back out their corners with eyes full of anger, they both plant their feet more to land some heavy shots, cheeks have a redness to them as sweat flies into the air.

It's Sophia who seems to land the first meaningful combo of the round, a jab square on the chin of her opponent opens the blonde up for a right/left cross combo.

Retreating near the ropes; as Sophia comes on the attack, SCARLETT DIPS UNDER A RIGHT CROSS, BURYING HER RIGHT INTO THE LIVER OF BUSH, A GASP CAN BE HEARD BEFORE AN UPPERCUT SENDS SOPHIA DOWN TO ALL FOURS!

Boos ring out as Scarlett poses in front of Sophia with both arms in the air, she is ordered to the neutral corner as she just grins at the referee.

1....2....3....4... Sophia spits her gumshield out to breath more easily, 5...6...7... Trying to get to her feet, 8...9... Sophia tumbles back to all fours, 10 she is counted out!

Winner: Scarlett Johansson KO Round 5

After:
That's stunned most of the crowd, some boos ring out but mostly they are silent as Sophia doesn't get the dream homecoming she wanted tonight.

Instead it is Scarlett posing with her right arm flexed with a smile, jogging over to her corner to get a pat on the back from her coach on another great win.

Hilary meanwhile has to help up Sophia and take her back to her corner, the liver shot seems to be what did the most damage as they put ice packs on her body.

Shedding tears as her chance to prove her critics wrong when it comes to Scarlett has failed, made worse by where she is, with Eva hugging Sophia and trying to console her.

When the fighters are supposed to come to the center of the ring for the final announcement, only Scarlett does so, while Sophia sits on her corner stewing.

Getting her hand raised in victory, Scarlett raises her other arm as she faces Sophia with a grin etched on her stunning face, making Sophia hate her even more.

Leaving the ring with her coaching team, Sophia can be heard saying sorry to those in the front row, they tell her they love her as Hilary puts an arm around her shoulder and tries to get Sophia to focus on some positives, like how impressive that second round was for her.

Inside the ring one person who doesn't care about Bush now is the winner, Scarlett poses for the cameras with a wink and a flex of her right arm.

When it is time for her to leave, Scarlett gives the fans a quick round of applause before she steps through the ropes, she has now won her last five against Lindsay Lohan, Hayden Panetierre, Maisie Williams, Olivia Munn and now Sophia Bush, how far can this career rejuvenation go?
