BEFORE:
Next on the cards is a rematch between worthy adversaries, with the Dollhouse’s Ginny Gardner set for round two with the dangerous and sultry Naomi Scott, who’s on a five-fight winning streak compared to Gardner’s one.

The blonde however looks a little jittery as she takes her place at the press table, a nervous smile here and more furtive glances there as she speaks to the crowd first:

"Well, Naomi gave me one hell of a fight last year, and that's an understatement - it’s still the longest fight of my career thus far…” Gardner chuckles nervously. “I’d promised that I’d give her a rematch if she ever wanted one, so here we are. I know she's even better now, which might be a problem for me. But as you know, I can be a problem for her too. I'm bigger and faster, so I'm sure it’s going to be another insane fight. I'm definitely ready for it, and hopefully it’ll take me less than nine rounds to beat her again!"

Naomi acts cordial throughout Ginny’s speech, but a small roll of the eyes caught on camera. When it’s her turn to speak, her dainty fingernails clutch the base of the microphone like a dude getting caught by the neck with nowhere else to go.

"First thing’s first: I appreciate Ginny giving me this rematch - I was very disappointed with the result last time, as I felt like I could have won. That loss has been on my mind since then - it’s my only loss of last year. I was pretty new when Ginny and I fought the first time, but I feel a whole lot more confident now with more fights under my belt. I truly believe I WILL beat Ginny tonight. She might be bigger, but I'm also freakin’ tougher. Don't believe me? I'll make you a believer tonight. You too, Ginny." Naomi smirks as the room erupts in more questions.

But both ladies are led out of the press hall and backstage to ready themselves for the fight. Down the ramp they go hours later, with Naomi striding out first with a black-and-white zebra shawl floating in the wind, the rest of her body wrapped in a simple black bikini with gold inlets. Ginny next to appear through the curtains, her smile back to full bloom. Maybe it’s the energetic crowd that’s gotten her vitality back? She’s dressed in her usual light baby blue crop top and long, grey boxing tights.

In the ring, the referee sees that these two are ready to get started. With a wave of his hand and a DING of the bell, HERE we go with ten rounds of Bantamweight action!

ROUND 1:
Ginny opens the round with a quick one-two combo to Naomi's arms early on, using her better height and speed advantage to fast effect. Naomi looks slightly concerned that she might lose this first chance at redemption by the same result, chooses to hold her ground whilst matching Ginny jab for jab. Gardner however is fighting smart, like a different beast compared to the first time she debuted all those years ago. She slaps more leather into Naomi's face as she circles in from afar, then retreats, making the Indian actress gush and grunt over and over. Scott needs to focus on either offense or defence at this rate - her haphazard attempts at both means she loses this opening round without much of a silver lining.

ROUND 2:
Gardner is still in the zone, circling and firing off more jabs towards Naomi’s head, intending to send her foe packing before breakfast. The first round was so successful for the blonde in terms of dominance, but now she’s finding Naomi all turtled up and staying in one spot, her arms locked over her face as she absorbs and takes it. At one point, it’s reminiscent of Ginny treating the Indian goddess like a punching bag, rocking her body left and right, but a sudden wild hook from Naomi sails in outta nowhere, which BASHES the Doll clean on the face!! OUCH!! Ginny’s shocked as well as she catches her own mouthpiece between her teeth, that one power hook coming in like an atom bomb going off on her pale cheek. Naomi is seen smirking behind her gloves as she gives chase, sending more powerful crosses crashing into the blonde's defences as Gardner tries her best to rally till the bell.

ROUND 3:
Both ladies have shown their ace-cards and now, it's only a matter of time before we get the first knockdown of the evening. Ginny has to work extra hard than before, as she ping's punches off of Naomi's guard whilst keeping her feet moving as fast as possible. She plays to her strengths again - that agility worked well the last time... Naomi, for her own part, is a little more confident now that she knows how to deal damage to her opponent - the newest HISC prospect stays in one corner in order to reduce the amount of surface area her opponent can use to attack her with, the occasional blasting hook sent hard into Ginny's arms or body just to remind her that this fight is far from over!

ROUND 4:
And there we have the first signs of wear-and-tear, with Gardner a little slow to charge out of her corner this time. However, Naomi prances forth like a lioness, roars in and ROCKS the blonde across the shaky arms with a hook, then continues to chase her all the way downhill from there. Bad news for Ginny as she panics like a deer caught in the headlights, desperately fending off her aggressor’s attacks, with Scott trying to catch her between her jaws and shake her about like a stuffed animal. Naomi delivers more crunching shots to her tummy and arms, her full power on display as she flings Ginny's head and upper torso from left to right, even if her punches aren't landing clean. This round is full of grunts and groans from poor Gardner, who only manages to stay away in the final seconds after throwing a right hand into Naomi's lips, the overhand right giving her a brief respite when Naomi’s stopped in her tracks. Bell rings and Gardner looks messed up in a bad way, both arms draped over the top rope for support as she recuperates each heavy breath. This might be a longer night than she'd anticipated!

ROUND 5:
But the barrel goes both ways - Naomi herself is panting hard as the bell rings for the fifth, all that high-speed chasing means she too needs a breather before returning to fighting stance. Gardner plays it cautious for the first minute, the two ladies dancing and circling, footwork matching the other’s, only occasionally flicking jabs at the head. Naomi however is keen to finish what she started, all of a sudden lunges forward with a swiping right, hoping to catch Ginny with a lasting hook to the face. But she's too slow and spent, whirls about on her feet when her glove sails clear above Ginny's head, the Doll then catching her with a buried hand to the midsection, which bowls the big girl over with a hngggnh. It’s Naomi's turn to groan, her own tiredness getting in the way and Ginny’s clean avoidance tactics allowing her to snap more jabs to Naomi’s nostrils before she can escape. Scott’s suddenly in trouble, blocking all sorts of damage at once but still finds it hard to match Ginny's excellent speed. Once more, the Indian actress gets a left hand shoved into the lips, before she STUMBLES back and FALLS onto her bum!!

It's a KNOCKDOWN for Ginny Gardner! What a feat indeed as Ginny throws a hand up high in early celebration, parading back to her corner and leaving a distraught Scott panting hard on her arse! Scott is definitely alive, but parts of her face are already glowing pink from the abuse. Thankfully, she gets back up by the count of 8. This fight is set to continue!

ROUND 6:
Ginny’s back in the winner's column as she takes the fight back to Scott, pestering her face with jabs from afar before eventually venturing into broader pastures: another wide swing towards the face has the Indian actress falling back back on the defensive, taking big steps backwards and biding her time to recover. Gardner however isn’t about to let her go off scott free, gives chase and continues to pummel the arms with a few more fast-flurries. She’s suddenly feeling confident about her chances to end the fight within the next minute, but doesn’t count on Naomi suddenly exploding out of her little corner of the ring and swinging hooks like a crazy person. Gardner lets out a yelp as she dodges the first one just in time, but the next one slams hard into her body, and the two girls fall into a clinch in the middle of the ring. Not the best position to be in for the Doll, as she gets muscled back by the brunette, with Naomi digging gloves into the side of her face and ribs all the way. Gardner left bent over at the bell, soft groans from lips as Naomi buries another left-right combo off blonde tummy, leaving the Doll gasping at less of a lead than what she started with.

ROUND 7:
Gardner just can’t afford to get caught in situations like that, and as the rounds run themselves down, she has less and less speed and agility to play with. First minute is another jabbing war from a distance, but Naomi seizes the opportunity to parry one of Ginny’s to the side, POWERS a right hand straight into the blonde’s chest! OUCH! And it’s another downward roll for the Doll! Scott going for broke as she rushes her down, knows that Ginny can’t handle another close quarters fight like a bulldog hot on her tail! Gardner desperately tries to fend her off with jabs but gets battered about in the ring, Naomi’s power sending her reeling to the side from each hook landed on the arms or body. The only thing that saves Gardner from a knockdown attempt is her holding onto the top rope for dear life, with the final seconds of the round seeing Scott in close and personal, burying her gloves into the blonde’s stomach, smirking as she leaves Ginny gasping in her arms. How much more of this can Ginny take??

ROUND 8:
Gardner sure has fighting spirit, no doubt about that, as she comes at Naomi at the bell, hoping to turn the tide in this contest. But the taller woman simply lacks the tools to dismantle Naomi’s aggression. She tries to outbox her one more time in the center, landing some stiff blows to Scott’s face, but Naomi seems to shrug them off and barrel inwards, torquing Ginny’s head with a hard hook to the cheek, then a follow-up cross that’s slammed into the body. Gardner pushed back on her last legs, doing her best to maintain distance, but Scott quickly steps in with another BLAST to the side of her head, sending Ginny spiraling down in a tailspin! DOWN SHE GOES!! Everyone in the arena knows she ain’t getting up from that one as the poor girl’s sprawled out on her face, eyes shut and completely knocked out! The referee takes one look and waves the rest of the fight off!

Official Decision: Naomi Scott defeats Ginny Gardner via KO8!

AFTER:
A wild roller-coaster ride between these two rivals, who definitely have unfinished business now that they’ve each won a match apiece. Naomi breaks into a smile once the referee announces her name, then immediately runs to her own corner to celebrate.

Meanwhile, Ginny still sprawled on her back, stirring slightly by the ropes, with Carmen Electra and other ring officials already attempting to revive her. The Dollhouse corner had hoped for lightning to strike twice tonight, but unfortunately that ain’t always the case once you step inside the ring.

Later, Naomi Scott is actually seen over in Ginny’s corner, promising the blonde a tie-breaker, and this time, a chance to redeem her loss. Scott then exits the ring waving to her fans, stopping along the way to speak to reporters.
“I told her I can’t wait for our tie-breaker…tonight was crazy. I’m sure you guys enjoyed it…but going 8 rounds is seriously exhausting” the brunette exclaims, still clearly having difficulties breathing. ”I’m hoping that next time I’ll end it a lot earlier!” the victorious HISC star chuckles before finally making her way backstage accompanied by her team.
