BEFORE:

"No," says Adelaide with a shake of the head, "I didn't do all that well my first time here. But. That was against Arterton, a champion, in my first FCBA fight. Tonight, I'm on even terms when it comes to experience, and it will make all the difference."

"There's no question," says Kara with a devastating smile, "That we're on even terms as far as experience goes. But. That's the only thing even about this. As she's about to find out."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's 'Theme of Laura' by Akira Yamaoka you hear behind us..."

McCarthy: "What the by the who now?"

Cassie: "Again. READ. THE. PREP. MATERIAL!"

McCarthy: "I refuse to read that PROPAGANDA!"

Tess: "Which is why you don't know this song is from 'Silent Hill: Revelation', which starred the young lady coming to the ring right now, Adelaide Clemens!"

O'Dell: "Who ALSO stars in CBS' 'Tommy'. And, Clemens wasting no time getting into the ring. She's helped off with the robe to reveal a body that looks plenty good in that gold bikini..."

McCarthy: "She's OK, I guess..."

O'Dell: "Aaaannndd, that's 'Flawless' by The Ones you hear booming through the arena, and here comes Kara 'The Body' Del Toro!"

McCarthy: "I still don't understand who The Ones are, but I can tell you THIS, Del Toro is far from flawless. EVERYONE knows which fighter in the FCBA is flawless, and THAT would be The Greatest Fighting Playmate Of All Time!"

Cassie: "We should do a new drinking game based on how often Mac talks about how hot she is..."

Tess: "Half the audience is already BOMBED by the middle of the card. Let's not destroy livers all over the world..."

McCarthy: "What ARE you two babbling about?"

O'Dell (sighing): "Kara into the ring and helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve, and she's looking pretty CLOSE to flawless in that neon green number. Ladies about ready to go. Time for some picks. Tess likes Kara. Mac?"

McCarthy: "Clemens has NO FCBA wins, but Del Toro only has one, so, Adelaide beats the Dancing Hooker!"

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "Split panel to start the night. Ladies getting busy early getting their respective boxes on. We saw that the blonde can be effective on these terms when she fought Arterton, and we're seeing it again. She's long and has a good jab, and, when she gets it on, she's able to get things going."

Cassie: "Got a little reach, and it's making a difference."

O'Dell: "Definitely bothering Kara early, no question about that. Del Toro only in her second FCBA fight, so it's not like she's seen it all and knows how to adjust to it. And, at the moment, she's having a problem with that long left jab of Clemens'. GOOD right by Adelaide there!"

Tess: "Del Toro got off to a slow start against Sarah Wright, too."

O'Dell: "This isn't something you want to make a habit of. Of course, Chloe Bennet was pretty famous for doing that for awhile...and coming back to win almost every time. But, there's not a lot of percentage in that kind of thing. Ten seconds left. Good combination, Clemens, and there's the bell. Adelaide. Wide."

McCarthy: "Kid has learned NOTHING from Weirdo's trainers. No surprise. Down 10-9 for the second time in a row."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Second underway on the same terms as the first. Ladies boxing at gunnery range. Del Toro angling a bit now, adjusting to the blonde's reach and getting to where she can get off. Good, two-way exchanges resulting with both fighters now putting punches together."

Cassie: "Good stuff from both fighters. Two girls with two FCBA fights between them, but they're both showing some ability."

O'Dell: "No doubt about it. Clemens keeping that jab working. No doubt remembers Arterton getting aggressive right about now and taking her out of there. This time, she's keeping the distance with that left, making Kara box. To her credit, Del Toro doing it and doing it well."

McCarthy: "Not a lot in it, Jenny."

O'Dell: "Not much at all. We've got about twenty seconds to go in the round. SHARP exchange right there with both fighters landing a hard right hand. Adelaide working that jab. Kara responding in kind. One more trade and there's the bell. Nothing between the fighters at all. Even."

Tess: "Leaving the blonde up 20-19 after two."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Third round and the terms are set. No one seems to want to shake things up. Both blonde and brunette getting comfortable boxing at range. Both fighters clearly think this might be the way for them to win. Interesting thing is, one of them is wrong...but which one?"

Tess: "We know Del Toro can hit, and we've seen her get aggressive and step to. But, at the moment..."

O'Dell: "Happy with terms. And, doing pretty well on them. Kara's gotten better at this as we've gone along, getting the geometry down, offsetting Adelaide's slight reach advantage, scoring with both hands, putting punches together well. Clemens, on the other hand, continuing to score well in her own right..."

Cassie: "When Uncle Wiz develops a fighter, he likes to put her in against different types of girls, let them get used to styles. My guess is, that's part of why this fight was booked."

O'Dell: "Final seconds of a competitive third. Ladies working the left hands, following on with solid rights. Good combination there from Del Toro, forced the blonde to cover up. Kara following on with another big flurry and there's the bell. Close. For the brunette this time."

McCarthy: "Even at 29."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Fourth begins the way the third ended, blonde and brunette ranged boxing. Not much has changed since the opening minutes other than Del Toro becoming more comfortable, leading to competitive rounds instead of the blowout we saw in round one."

McCarthy: "At some point, something's got to give. Nobody's really gaining an advantage here."

O'Dell: "But, again, both fighters clearly believe they can win on these terms. Good exchange there with both blonde and brunette landing a hard right hand. Adelaide working the jab, getting a little more distance. Kara angling, offsetting the reach advantage. Good tactical stuff."

Tess: "And, again, nobody gaining much of an advantage."

O'Dell: "Final thirty seconds and a sharp flurry from the blonde followed by another. Adelaide looking to steal the points here. She's backed up Del Toro with another sharp flurry. Kara banging back now and we have a firefight that's going to end with the bell. Close again, but the blonde DID steal the points."

Cassie: "And go back into the lead, 39-38."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Back to ranged boxing. Blonde and brunette both putting together nice combinations. As we've seen since the opening round, no one really able to take control. Instead, it's good, two-way stuff and THERE'S A RIGHT HAND BY DEL TORO AND ADELAIDE IS HURT!"

Tess: "NASTY punch!"

O'Dell: "And, Del Toro now exploiting the breakthrough. She's banging away with both hands, backing up the blonde, REALLY letting her have it. Clemens covering up, backed to the ropes now and taking as the brunette looks to finish this thing in the fifth..."

Cassie: "Another shot like that one is all she needs..."

O'Dell: "Referee looking in as Kara pours on the punishment. We're down to fifteen seconds in the round. Clemens hanging on grimly. GOOD right from Del Toro shakes the blonde again. Ref not going to watch much more of this, but there's the bell! A huge round for Kara, but Adelaide still standing."

McCarthy: "And still even, 48-48 at the half."

ROUND SIX:

O'Dell: "Del Toro on the attack as we start the second half. Brunette all about the pressure now, backing up the blonde, letting her have it with hard, accurate leather. Adelaide giving ground, trying to manage, play for time, but Kara not having any at the moment..."

Cassie: "Definitely trying to finish this thing..."

O'Dell: "Clemens staying off the ropes, using the jab, trying to maintain space, but Kara continuing to come forward, crowd the blonde, sit down on punches, look for the shot that will end this thing and DOWN GOES CLEMENS after a booming right hook from Del Toro!"

McCarthy: "May not be getting up after that..."

O'Dell: "Kara to a neutral corner. Clemens down on her right side. Referee's count at three. Four. Five. Adelaide rolling to her back, staring up at the ref. Six. Seven. Eight. Not going to happen. Nine. TEN! It's OVER! And your winner by KO6 is Kara 'The Body' Del Toro!"

Tess: "Like I said, Del Toro can hit."

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Kara Del Toro, and, Kara, a bit of a slow start tonight..."

Kara (nodding): "She's long and that jab gave me problems. Had to figure out how to get to my spots. Once I did, I knew I'd be OK."

Tess: "Worked really hard to take her out in the sixth..."

Kara (nodding): "Absolutely. Fight was close and she can box. I had her in trouble and figured now was the time to end things. And, that's just what I did."
