Charly Jordan won her first fight, but this night she was in with an experienced fighter who has a winning record. It went about as expected,  except she did make a fight of it decking Lynch once.

In my predictions, I said the L.Collins/Cosgrove fight was a mismatch and Collins would win by the fifth round at latest. Collins won the fight in the fifth.

Once again, experience counts. When a fighter makes a debut with against a fighter with over thirty fights experience, it seldom goes well as for the newbie as Freyesleben found out very quickly. Maybe her five minute career thus far will be all she wants. Lopilato’s husband were sure singing on the way the dressing room post fight.

Once again, a fighter wants to make her debut against an experienced fighter who has won two-thirds of her fights and been in and on the verge of the top ten lightweights. Harrison did much better than I expected against Gibbs. She even floored Gibbs once, but in the end, she lost as the vast majority of newbies do.

Clements came in to her fight with Palvin having lost her last two. Palvin had lost her last five. Clements broke her losing streak and Palvin didn’t. Palvin is now in the group of fighters that are a go to for a win.

Beckinsale’s win over Crawford surprised me. What surprised me more was Crawford’s blatant play to get her daughter into the VIXEN stable.The VIXEN manager acted like he might be receptive, but the ViXEN stable already has six members fighting at lightweight. Seven seems to be too many. Someone is going to sign Gerber, but I doubt in will be the VIXENS.
