(Double A vs Frankie's Foxes)

Intro:
The main event tonight in the SSE Hydro in Glasgow sees Mollie King look to avenge a defeat several years ago to Jade Thirlwall, with both knowing a win could get them a step closer to another BBU flyweight title shot as well.
Mollie is 31 years old; she stands 5'4 and holds a record of 14 wins, 11 by knockout and 11 defeats.
Jade is 25 years old; she stands 5'3 and holds a record of 9 wins, all by knockout and 6 defeats.
These two fought all the way back in August of 2015, Jade pulling the win out of the bag after 8 gruelling rounds of action that night, hoping to repeat that tonight.

Denise Van Outen interviews both women on the set of the BBU TV studio, with Jade talking to her first, Denise asking her about her recent run of bad form.
"First off Denise; I was on great form not too long ago, that got me a shot at Cheryl (Cole) and the title, where she robbed me blind, so I easily turn this around" replies Jade.
She adds "second before you ask; I have already dealt with Mollie once, this will simply be deju vu for Mollie when she wakes up in a hospital bed asking a nurse if a train has hit her"
Denise asks Jade about where she'd go for her if she beats Mollie, Jade answering "I already told you I am winning this fight, *huffs* the plan is simple, keep beating those who think they are in front of me so I can remind Cheryl whose the boss of the north east, it ain't her by a long shot!"
Mollie meanwhile looks her usual chipper self as she sits down to talk to Denise, she is asked about her opinion of Jade, which makes her smile shrink a little.
"Jade is simply a pain; I had her in our first fight and the slippery bytch found a way out and I ended up paying for my mistake, something I will not do again" answers Mollie.
She is then asked about Cheryl Cole and the title, with Mollie quickly replying "I know there is plenty of other fighters wanting the title shot, but I am the one who can beat her, I have been chasing that fight for too long, so if beating her local bytch in Jade gets her attention, then I will do everything in my power to make that happen.

Fight night; Jade comes out with an all business look on her face as she slowly heads to the ring with her coach Myleene Klass, who is telling her what she wants to see from Jade.
Jade is wearing a black and white striped sports bra, black trunks with white stripes up the sides, black gloves with white thumbs and black shoes as she goes for the Newcastle United tribute gear it seems, her hair is braided to finish her look.
Climbing into the ring; she poses in the center of the ring with her hands on her hips, before jogging to her corner to warm up for the fight.
Now out comes Mollie; she has her former Saturdays band mate Frankie Bridge by her side, the pair full of smiles as they jog down to the ring.
Mollie is wearing a yellow sports bra, shorts and shoes, her gloves are a golden colour and her hair is up in a ponytail.
Stepping into the ring; Mollie blows kisses to the crowd after mounting the bottom ropes in her corner, hopping down to begin her warm up.
When the fighters come to the ring center, they touch noses and stare daggers at the other as they tension in the air is palatable.
They are told to touch gloves; banging them together in an unfriendly manner, they are more interested in jogging back to their corners as they are keen to start 10 rounds of flyweight action.

Round 1:
Out come the fighters with stern looks on their faces; Jade though surprises Mollie early by slipping under a jab and works the body of Mollie.
Who looks a little shell shocked as Jade gets into her face, driving the defensive Mollie around the outside of the ring.
Mollie gets caught with an overhand right that opens her up for a left cross up top, AN UPPERCUT CATCHES MOLLIE FLUSH ON HER CHIN AND FINDS HERSELF ON HER KNEES!
The crowd look as stunned as Mollie, with Jade smirking as she jogs to a neutral corner, 1...2....3 Mollie shaking her head, 4...5...6....7....8 milking the count before she stands up.
Jade looks to keep the pressure on her opponent, who is looking to catch Jade out with her jab, but Jade is getting in close, forcing the blonde to fight her type of fight.
The round ends with an absolute dominant display from the Geordie fighter, Jade almost strutting back to her corner with a smile.
While Mollie gets water thrown in her face to wake her fully up, getting a Frankie shouting at her to get her arse into gear or this will be over quickly.

Round 2:
Jade looks to keep in the face of Mollie, who looks more awake to the situation and seems to be matching the Geordie's intensity.
Both women end up going toe to toe; till Mollie leans out the way of an overhand right and counters with two punches to her face.
Mollie moving around Jade and starting to get into a rhythm with her punches catching the smaller fighter more cleanly to her face.
But Jade slips under a straight and bangs away to the sides of her body, making Mollie cry out and move back behind her guard.
Jade is back in control as she throws a flurry up top, though Mollie's guard seems more robust this time, only taking a few punches through to her face.
With Jade ducking under a right hook and going back to the body of her opponent, making Mollie retreat to the outside of the ring, where Jade keeps her with her punches digging into the abs of the bigger fighter.
The bell rings not long after with Jade continuing to look relaxed as she heads to her corner, getting a nod from Myleene, who washes her down and tells her to keep breaking Mollie down.
With Mollie sitting on her stool looking frustrated; Frankie needing to tell her to forgot what's happened so far and to use her skills to turn this around.

Round 3:
The younger fighter continues to look the more confident, stalking Mollie around the ring with her throwing punches in bunches.
With Mollie needing to rely on her jab and her head movement to keep her out of trouble, Jade uses her left shoulder after dipping under a right cross to knock her onto the ropes.
Where Jade goes to work on the sides of her body, till Mollie pulls her into a clinch, the referee needed to step in as Jade calls Mollie a coward.
Once apart; Jade looks to keep the tempo up, BUT AS SHE TRIES TO GET IN CLOSE TO MOLLIE, SHE ENDS UP TAKING A JAB TO HER NOSE AND AN UPPERCUT LANDS ON HER CHIN TO PUT JADE ON HER BACKSIDE!
Now it's Jades turn to look surprised at being put down, 1....2...3 banging her fists on the canvas in frustration, 4...5...6 Jade shoves herself up to a knee and waits 7...8 to get up to beat the count.
Jade looks annoyed and gets to get revenge on Mollie, but that knockdown seems to have lifted the spirits of the blonde, who is moving around the charging Thirlwall and is landing to her face with straight punches.
Mollie controls the action till the bell rings to end the round, Jade tries to keep going but the referee steps between them to stop her.
With Jade storming back to her corner, Myleene needing to calm her down and wipe her down as Jade stares across the ring at her opponent.
The Double A corner looks a lot more calmer now, Mollie knowing that she has gotten a hold in the fight, also knowing she can't let this slip away from her.

Round 4:
As Jade tries to get in close; Mollie rifles her punches into the face of Jade, knocking her head back and keeping her to the outside.
Mollie starts to control the action as Jade is too reckless, the Little Mix singer missing with her punches and getting countered.
A hard left and right straight onto her face forces Jade to cover up, with Mollie now taking the ring center and herding Jade around the outside of the ring.
Both fighters land stiff single punches, Mollie though parries a right and follows up with two punches that knocks Jades head back, forcing the Geordie onto the ropes.
Where she is forced to cover up as Mollie goes on the front foot, banging away at the guard of her opponent, then switches up to bang away at her sides.
Jade starts firing back; with both women going toe to toe, Mollie getting caught with an overhand right to force Mollie to step back.
The round soon ends and both women go back to their corners looking annoyed at not being able to take definitive control of the fight so far.
Both sit on their stool and scowl at each other, their corner teams work on cleaning them up and telling them to get their heads in the right place to win this.

Round 5:
Both fighters trade more in close range early on, heads down as they work away on trying to take control of the action.
Jade slips under a right cross and lands an overhand right that turns Mollie's head, with Jade pushing forwards in close range.
Driving Mollie back towards the ropes, where Jade hammers away at her body, making King cry out till she gets clinched by the blonde, with the referee stepping in to pry them apart.
Once they are separated; Mollie pistons a right into the nose of Jade, knocking her back a step as Mollie now takes the fight to the brunette.
Jade forced to go on the defensive as Mollie now smacks her across the face, with Jade ending up on the ropes herself.
Both stand and go toe to toe, snarling as they rip punches across the others face and body, with the bell ringing to end the round with the fighters giving each other a shove.
The referee again steps in to break them up as they trade insults, their faces are marked up now and their cheeks are puffing up.
Sitting on their stools; Mollie needing Frankie to clean up her face, telling Mollie that she is matching Jade but needs to find something extra.
While Jade gets herself washed down, Myleene telling her something similar to Frankie, reminding Jade that she has already beaten Mollie, so to do it again.

Round 6:
This time as they come out; Mollie isn't going to get into a firefight with Jade, leaning out the way of a left cross from the smaller woman, she counters with a straight onto her nose.
With Jade getting hit with a right across her eye to make her cry out, Mollie presses forwards with her punches knocking Jade's head back.
Soon Jade finds herself stuck onto the ropes, with Mollie starting to find holes in that guard to keep smacking her face.
Jade needing to clinch up with Mollie, the cameras catch a cut above the left eye of the Geordie, giving her bother as the referee steps in to pull them apart.
When they are allowed to fight; Jade tries to get back on the attack, all that happens is that she gets hit on that cut with a right and clipped across the chin with a left cross.
Mollie finishes the round off strong with three punches rifling into the face of her opponent, knocking her into the ropes with the bell ringing soon enough to end the round.
Heading back to her corner; Mollie nodding to Frankie whose smiling at her, both look confident that Mollie has cracked Jade's defences once and for all.
The opposite corner is much more hectic; Jade is getting her eye cleaned up, the cut is worked on to stop it bleeding, Jade winces each time it is being touched to show how sore it is.

Round 7:
Jade looks to continue being aggressive, but that cut is too much a target, with Mollie striking it and opening up Jade to more power punches.
Mollie ducks out the way of a desperate right hook and comes up with an overhand right that catches Jade on that cut to make her howl out.
The Saturday's star powers forwards with her punches snapping the head back of Jade, WITH A RIGHT HOOK CATCHING HER FLUSH ACROSS THE CHIN TO PUT JADE DOWN IN A HEAP!
The referee nudges Mollie back as she dares Jade to get back up, once Mollie is in a neutral corner, then the count begins 1...2....3 Jade can be heard groaning but not doing much else, 4...5...6...7 the gumshield is spat out, 8...9...10 as she is counted out!

Winner Mollie King KO Round 7

After:
Mollie has her long awaited revenge in a hell of a battle, she leans back onto the ropes and screams "f***ing come on!" As she let's her emotions out.
While Jade has Myleene checking her over, the look of disappointment on Klass's face tells the story, Jade had Mollie down early but couldn't keep on top and now she is laying a sobbing mess on the canvas.
Myleene helps her up and over to her stool so she can clean and patch up Jade, who looks crushed by this defeat, she can't believe Mollie actually beat her.
With Mollie and Frankie hugging and jumping up in the air, both beyond excited about this win as Frankie tells Mollie how proud she is of her.
Jade has enough of that as after her cut is patched up, she tells Myleene to help her out the ring and away from Mollie's celebrations.
Mollie taunts Jade by pulling her face and pretending she is wiping tears away for her beaten rival, before shouting "f***ing cry baby!"
As soon as she is wiped down and had a drink, Mollie comes to the ring center and gets her hand raised by the referee, her fans chanting her name as she blows them a kiss.
Stepping out the ring with Frankie, both have their arms around the others shoulder as the discuss the plans for the celebration, with Mollie joking that Frankie may need to do all the parrying for her due to how sore she is.
This win puts Mollie back in the direction of the BBU flyweight title, maybe a few wins away though from being at the front of that line with all the contenders in the division.
