BEFORE: Cheryl Cole has been one of the most successful BBU crossover fighters in the last several years but Dutch lingerie model Sylvie Meis holds her own on this side of the Atlantic as well. This is seemingly a "can't lose" opportunity for either of these two veterans and there's a genuine blonde vs brunette hatred involved as Cheryl vows to "punch the blonde bimbo's teeth out" while Sylvie claims "this overrated quasi-singer has seen her best days and it's time to terminate her crossover experience once and for all".

Cheryl fell to a nasty knockout defeat at the Fates Spring Fling last time out and one has to admit some of these upstarts like Katherine McNamara are probably destined to block her elite path going forward while Sylvie won three of her last four and thinks she can still make a lot of noise beside the beach boxing sideshows. The only question remains whether her recent trip to Saint Tropez was actually the best choice with Chezza unwilling to give her any quarters on PPV duty?

Round 1:
Cheryl is notorious for trying to intimidate her opponents from the opening bell but she walks into a cracking hook on the jaw and the blonde model follows through on the nose to assume the early control instead. Cole appears to be genuinely stunned the older girl simply dishes out the head-hunting punishment without any warning and once she finally fires back over the top, she finds herself hugging the ropes and Meis bashing her straight up the middle from both sides! Uh-oh! Chezza weaves around on her feet but simply can't escape the phone booth wrath with Sylvie blasting her in swarming fashion and landing her strikes in jackpot fashion. Cole has to apply the earmuff cover but that does little to tame the blonde's attack who switches low to add to her advantage and bends the singer sideways against the turnbuckle before one last hook tags the Geordie brunette on the nose and leaves her blinking frantically at the bell.

Round 2:
Sylvie wants to follow up on that impressive opener but Cheryl is more than ready for her and accepts the high-tempo slugging assault. She avoids getting hit with any meaningful piledriver and nails the model on each temple to finally throw her off her aggressive stance. Sylvie takes a brief pause but has to get going since Cole blasts her on the lips and wants to enforce the phone booth struggle down the stretch. Both women trade vicious head shots before a clash of heads earns them a quick break. Cheryl beats the blonde for a right-on-right strike and finds a belting hook on the liver area that makes Meis gurgle in pain. This allows the brunette to jump at her with more head-hunting menace and the Dutch model trips over her own feet while trying to sidestep away from danger. She eats a crushing hook on the jaw and folds behind a tight earmuff on the ropes with Chezza picking her off up the middle but most of these shots land on the forearms and Meis survives the late danger.

Round 3:
Cheryl flies in with the early jabs but the stubborn blondes regains her aggressive response and manages to outwork the singer in close range before beating her for a wild overhand swing on the lips. Cole simply refuses to back off but quickly finds herself getting pounded on each cheek and tries to slip underneath the barrage only to bounce into the blonde's boobs. Sylvie shoves her back with an angry scowl and beats her for another overhand before she tags her on the chin and powers ahead with more head strikes as the Brit tries to regain her footing. She wobbles to the side though and fails to stop Meis from pounding her onto the ropes where the older woman cracks more chin-checking menace and buries Chezza behind a deep earmuff cover come the final stretch.

Round 4:
Sylvie dissects the brunette's guard early in the fourth but she's unable to truly punish the Geordie babe and gets outworked in close range once the slugging pace picks up steam. This is where Cole feels at home and one can only break her down with superior power supply, something that Sylvie is unable to deliver at this stage. She gets bounces around the ring during a steady but draining exchange where Cole keeps picking her off with supreme numbers. However the lingerie model stays in the aggressive lane and tries to swing over the top even thoigh she bounces off the top of Cole's forehead more often and gets blasted from the inside when she misplaces her weight and wobbles forward right into the singer's uppercut series late in the going. Ugh! One of these strikes sinks Meis on soft knees but she's saved by the bell as Cheryl was ready to blow her back onto the ropes within the next few seconds.

Round 5:
Meis gets roughed up in another speedo slugfest and she leaks too many vicious punches upstairs right now to sustain her aggressive response. Cheryl wobbles her side-to-side with a solid drive on each temples and the Dutch guard simply collapses under the swarming pressure. Sylvie swings from the back foot but catches thin air and Cole steps up to BLAST her on the jaw that folds the model forward with a loud whimper. Another brutal hook tears a small bloody patch across the nasal ridge and spins the blonde to the side with eyes closed. Sylvie can't even raise her arms again to react when Chezza BLOWS HER AWAY with a vicious uppercut on the jaw! DOWN GOES MEIS crashing flat on her back HARD!!! Cheryl struts back to her corner and the fallen blonde drifts away into her demise moments later. KO5 Cheryl Cole!!!

AFTER: This was a nice little dust-up between two European veterans and Cheryl gloats over the fallen model for a while checking up whether she truly knocked her unconscious. That's not exactly the case but Sylvie cannot walk in a straight line after getting back to her feet and has to be helped on by coach Sophia Myles and assistant Elaine Cassidy. She's gonna have a bitter headache for remainder of the night while Chezza twerks some booty in the center of the ring much to the crowd's delight: "I'm not going anywhere, folks! I'm still the best Geordie fighter in da house! (...) What's next on my schedule? My birthday party of course! Only four days and I'm turning another page. Gonna be a long damn week back home in Newcastle! Hopefully I'll get sober again just in time for the next PPV!" (giggles).
