BEFORE: Chloe Moretz might have won her last five fights in a row but she's still below .500 and remains stuck in the second tier of new wave of FCBA flyweights. Meanwhile Sammi Hanratty has emerged as The Wannabees top fighter even though her results are somewhat mixed to say the very least. This is a very even match-up on paper and if someone finally halts Moretz's winning steak, Hanratty is the girl to do it! She's beaten the Atlanta native once before already, a KO7 punchout back in June 2018. Chloe remembers that encounter as well but claims she's a much improved fighter these days so a losing repeat is very much out of the question!

Chloe Grace Moretz wears a red sports bra, grey hotpants & red gloves. Long blonde hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Sammi Hanratty wears a light blue bikini set & black gloves. Long blonde hair tied in a high ponytail. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
Both girls jump into a high-tempo jabbing efforts but Sammi makes the initial breakthrough when she clobbers the younger blonde to the body and continues to bash her up the middle thereafter. Chloe is unable to swing back over the top and has a hard time embracing the body assault which gives Sammi a clear edge and allows her to pound Moretz back to the ropes. Chloe sags in a precarious position and has to apply the high earmuff but Hanratty keeps picking her off and settles down on the midsection wholesale to underline her growing dominance. She shuts Moretz down with more harpoons on the navel and leaves the Lioness blonde gasping for air at the bell.

Rounds 2 & 3:
More of the same as Chloe's head-hunting attacks eventually cease to exist once Sammi begins to punish her to the body. The older blonde soaks up a couple of nasty hits on the lips but keeps her aggression going and pummels Moretz's ribcage leaving visible bruises late in the second round already. Chloe dances around on her toes but simply can't stay out of Hanratty's range and shows inferior resistance when the fellow actress blows by into her guts. She gets backed onto the ropes and struggles to respond with more than a single punch while Sammi gets vocal as she notices how easily she can punish the Atlanta native. Ugh! She bends Chloe to the side in the final minute of the third and drops a rare uppercut on the chin with Moretz trembling into spasms upon impact. Another cross hook leaves a small bloody gash under the left eye and Chloe is getting truly whitewashed here after three rounds with Hanratty shouting back at the audience in pure joy after the bell.

Round 4:
Sammi is ready to blow Chloe away now; she rolls out with more harpoon menace downstairs but this attack becomes too predictable for LCA coach Eva Mendes and for once Moretz beats the fellow blonde for the head-hunting juice. She lands a proper cross hooking combo on the jaw and follows up with a shot on the ear that wobbles Hanratty on her heels. Chloe jumps into more head-hunting action and pummels the Wannabees heroine onto the ropes where she avoids the clinch and rattles the older blonde to the body hersef. It turns out Sammi looks pretty vulnerable while getting hit as well and she struggles to regain her hitherto superior position to soak up more body-busting misery during the final minute.

Round 5:
Sammi's charge isn't going to be denied by that poor fourth round effort but suddenly Chloe has found a new aggressive steam in her approach and rises above all the lumps to crash into the older blonde's face with a significant ower supply. She bends Hanratty to the side following a vicious double chin-checker and slams a left hook on the jaw to wobble her opponent back. Sammi tries to push off from the back foot but gets blasted on the lips and has to yield real estate with Moretz getting vocal in her pursuit. She bumps Sammi onto the ropes and nails her on the liver area before stepping back and powering ahead up the middle. Sammi's head rocks back & forth and the targeted girl slumps into spasms while Chloe nails her with one vicious shot after another until the bell finally halts her charge. Ugh! Sammi looks more than gimpy now with a nasty lump under the left eye forcing some hectic work during the break.

Round 6:
Chloe targets that lump with her initial jabbing blast and hoofs Hanratty's high guard to the side; she glues the older blonde to the spot and it's shocking how hittable the Wannabees fighter looks right now! She fails to mount a proper response both high & low and Chloe runs the jabbing attack on speed dial to spin the fellow blonde to the side with a loud whimper. Sammi tries to jump back into mid-range but trips over her own feet and gets smoked by a vicious right hook on the jaw! She slumps into another loud shriek and raises her gloves too late to cover up for a left/right combo that tags her on both temples. Chloe flies in with another piledriver on the nose and HANRATTY HITS THE DECK simply unable to soak up all this punishment anymore!!! She's left sitting down for majority of the count before making a last-ditch effort to beat it.. she's up at eight but fails to respond to the referee's command and the fight is promptly stopped moments later!!! TKO6 Chloe Grace Moretz in come-from-behind fashion!!!

AFTER: The hot streak remains alive but Chloe looked oh-so vulnerable during the opening three rounds. One can argue Sammi somehow blew a slam dunk opportunity to beat the fellow blonde for the second time in her career but we've seen those missed before. She gets escorted back to her corner while Chloe climbs the ropes and pounds herself across the chest. "Well, I know that was an ugly victory but I'll take it! Sammi can punch a little but she's pretty soft when getting punched back! And I punched her back alright! Now we're even! I suppose we need a rubber match sometime in the future but I'll enjoy this one for a while yet!", Chloe blows a kiss to the cameras and hugs ESPN's Erin Andrews at the end of her post-fight interview.
