Before:

Rematches in the FCBA are bound to happen at the upper tiers, and tonight’s fight sees Eiza Gonzalez and Taylor Swift meeting each other six months after their Ice Hotel match. The last time they shared a ring, it was in the winter and in snow, with Swift retaining her title. Tonight, the two shift their fight from the frigid temperatures of the winter to the sunny beaches of the summer.

Taylor Swift is the first girl to speak to the press, and is quick to bring up their previous fight. “Last time I checked, I beat her. So tell that singer that she doesn’t need to show up unless she wants to get laid out again. She isn’t elite – she’s just a wannabe who is trying to make a name for herself by fighting way out of her league. Nobody is in my league.”

Eiza Gonzalez isn’t as fiery as Swift, but she acknowledges that winning tonight would mean a lot. “Well, obviously I lost to her in February, and I lost in a fight where it is expected that the loser be humiliated. I want my revenge. Plain and simple. Just a girl to girl problem and fight.”

Swift is the first woman to make her way to the ring, and while the singer is not Kate Upton, she definitely knows how to show off her long stems and tall figure in a red and white striped bikini that accentuates the singer’s body shape. Taylor’s outfit goes with her red gloves and she has her hair in a ponytail for the fight.

Moments after Taylor settles into the ring, Gonzalez makes her way down the beach, opting for a blue bikini set that shows off the actress’ physique. Eiza has completed her outfit with black gloves and has her hair up in a bun for the fight. She quickly gets in Taylor’s face, and even though she has to look up at the American singer, she isn’t backing down. Swift stares back, and when the ref asks them to touch gloves, Eiza holds hers up, but Taylor simply retreats. Eiza shakes her head and nods to the ref, who calls for the bell.

Round 1:

Taylor and Eiza start the fight by circling each other, with Taylor keeping Eiza at a distance thanks to her famous jabs as she pops the actress in her mouth. Swift looks to follow up with a left hook but Gonzalez ducks the blow and then crushes an uppercut into Swift’s jaw and knocks the blonde off balance! Eiza closes the distance with Taylor and starts to work the blonde’s body, driving quick rights and lefts into Taylor’s ribs, working her into the ropes early on as the blonde covers up. Taylor’s back is in the ropes and she digs a short right into Eiza’s ribs, which gives the blonde just enough time to escape the ropes. Gonzalez and Swift start circling each other again, but this time, Taylor is much more cautious with her jabs, leaving Eiza little opportunity to counter, but Taylor’s blows aren’t landing and the bell rings to end the round.

Round 2:

The second starts the same as the first, with Swift keeping Gonzalez in the singer’s reach, but keeping herself out of the actress’ own reach. And this tie, Taylor’s landing her jabs more consistently, quickly forcing Eiza backwards, but Gonzalez doesn’t take long to shift tactics, knowing that she can’t beat Swift from range, and the brunette makes sure to sucker Swift close to her as Eiza backs into the ropes. Taylor looks to pummel Eiza and takes a shot at her head, but Gonzalez quickly ducks out of the way and closes the distance with Taylor, pumping leather into the singer’s midriff as Taylor realizes her mistake a second too late. Gonzalez quickly works Swift back into the center of the ring with short, quick body blows, but the singer takes a double step backwards and fires off a jab that neutralizes Eiza, and Taylor gets in a pair of ribs shots before the bell. The judges determine Gonzalez came out ahead in the round, but not by much.

Round 3:

Gonzalez quickly gets out of her corner to start the third and heads straight for Swift and works herself into close range with the blonde singer, faking left and going right, sticking the singer in her ribs early on. The close proximity between the two girls prevents Taylor from getting in her trademarked powerful jabs, and Eiza pops Taylor in her mouth, knocking the blonde back just enough for her to get some extension and drive Eiza backwards with a solid right before following up with a straight left. Gonzalez steps forward and fires a right at Swift, but the former champ expertly parries the punch and responds with a right of her own that plows right into Gonzalez’s nose, and Eiza staggers backwards into the ropes that save her from an embarrassing knockdown. Taylor quickly closes the gap between the two girls, seemingly gliding across the sand, and unloads into Eiza who covers up and eventually wraps up the taller girl as the bell rings. Swift gets back ahead, and Gonzalez along with the Odds and Ends corner needs to figure out how to neutralize Swift’s strong jabs.

Round 4:

Taylor gets out of her corner, well, swiftly, as she goes right back to her famous jabs and quickly works Eiza backwards as the blonde unloads on her opponent’s guard. Gonzalez getting yelled at by the Odds and Ends corner to be proactive and not just get bullied into the corners. Taylor throws a strong jab that splits Eiza’s guard, and the actress steps forward and crashes a right into the blonde singer’s jaw as the pop queen steps forward for a big right. Taylor throws a left in response but Eiza gracefully dodges it and puts two punches right into Swift’s chin, and Taylor’s legs give a shimmy! Gonzalez quickly digs in two rights into Swift’s torso before driving another right into her chin and Taylor’s completely covering up as Gonzalez unloads on the former champ. Gonzalez turning up the tempo as she gets Swift into the ropes and works over the singer’s body as the bell rings. Gonzalez coming back in a strong way, taking the fourth on points, wide.

Round 5:

Gonzalez getting into a rhythm, dancing around Swift as she avoids the singer’s jabs and works on the blonde’s body, slowly but surely getting under Taylor’s skin as the blonde girl just isn’t able to land a punch. Eiza starts stringing together her body blows and starting to fire blows at Taylor’s head, splitting the singer’s guard twice and starting to work the singer back into the ropes. Eiza winds up for a right as Taylor bounces off the ropes and drives a big straight into Gonzalez’s chin and Eiza wobbles on her legs! Gonzalez’s right flies wide of Swift as the blonde singer quickly shifts and jams one, two, three blows into the actress’ jaw and down goes Eiza! Just like that, Swift turning the tables as she quickly backs off for the referee to start the count. Gonzalez gets to all fours at the count of five, and gets herself up on both feet at the count of eight, an exhausted look in her eyes, but she nods at the ref, and that’s all he needs to let the fight go on. Swift now the woman turning up the tempo, trying to corner Gonzalez and pound her into the ropes with her long reach, dishing out the pain but not being able to close out the fight before the bell. Taylor Swift comes out strong in the back half of the fifth round, winning the round thanks to the knockdown.

Round 6:

Taylor goes right for Eiza, throwing heavy punches at the actress as the smaller girl tries desperately to find some sort of response without getting clobbered by the singer. Gonzalez sneaks in close to the singer after ducking a right from the bigger girl and pops Swift in her jaw with a left, making her take a step backwards. Eiza steps up and reaches out with another jab, but Taylor bobs her head out of the way and Gonzalez ends up lunging, and Swift’s eyes get big as she sees Eiza’s mistake and crashes a right into Gonzalez’s face before snapping her head to the right with a left hook to the jaw and Eiza crashes down to the sand again! Taylor stares at Eiza as she makes her way to the corner, and the actress is shaking her head as she props herself up on her arms. The referee counts five and the actress still somehow manages to get herself back to all fours by seven and wills herself up on unsteady legs at nine. The referee checks in on her, asking her if she can continue, and she blankly looks past him, listing to her left and he has to hold her up and calls for the bell! Taylor Swift defeats Eiza Gonzalez by TKO6!

After:

Gonzalez is quickly tended to by the Odds and Ends staff, being helped to a stool, as Taylor parades around the ring and touts her victory:

“From the winter to the summer, you get a Taylor with a heart as cold as the ice from the Ice Hotel and looks from the beach. Nobody – and I mean nobody – can compete with me.” Swift declares, conveniently forgetting her losses on the year to Alexis Ren, her stablemate Emily DiDonato, and a trio of losses to Kate Upton. Once Taylor’s done shouting about her victory, she mounts the turnbuckle and stands up, waving to the crowd as she makes sure to pose for the cameras, showing why she desperately wants to humiliate Kate Upton between her legs as more than a couple whistles come through. Swift gets off the turnbuckle and leaves the ring without so much as glancing at Gonzalez.

“I told you she couldn’t hang with me, and she didn’t deserve to be humiliated.” Taylor emphatically tells the press. “Now, time for me to prep for my next victim. Kate and Karlie – I’m looking right at you two.” And with that, the blonde singer leaves, making her intentions clear as she turns further towards being despised by the rest of the FCBA.

Eiza talks to the press a bit later, visibly drained from the loss, “It’s unfortunate, because I really wanted to get back at her and even the score. I’m sure we’ll meet again, but still, it’s just frustrating to still be without a win on the year.” Eiza wipes a tear out of her eye, then heads out, leaving the press to ponder what Gonzalez’s future holds in store.
