Intro:
We are live in Hollywood at the Seminole Hard Rock hotel & casino for more hard hitting action, this time between two former stablemates in singer Dua Lipa and model Amanda Cerny, which of these two contenders will come out on top?

As stated both of these women were once part of the sadly now defunct Holloway Boxing, coming through the ranks together, now it is time for both to make their own legacy away from the other.

Alicia Atout for the FCBA Network got word from both women before the fight in the media area, first up was Dua wearing a red tracksuit with the jacket open to show a red tank top off and white trainers, she smiles as she looks in her usual great mood.

Asked first about her history with Amanda, Dua replies "oh I love Amanda, I know that might sound weird that me and her are about to go at it soon, but me, Anlella (Sagra) and Amanda were all tight knit together, working out side by side, sparring like enemies and hugging like best friends after, I truly loved my time being beside them"

Alicia then asks why this fight is happening then, Dua looks a bit more serious as she answers "well honestly I wanted to give Amanda a chance to showcase her talents, I know me and her match up well, I would love for her to find a stable, I do think I am better then her but that's the competitive edge right? Afterwards I'll put my hand out to her so we can hug like old times" the Brit smiling at that thought before she heads off to get ready.

Amanda on the other hand is dressed in a tight black dress, she has her hands on her hips as she looks like she means business tonight, no hint of a smile on her face, Alicia thanking her for giving up some of her time before the fight.

When she is asked about her relationship with Dua, Amanda swiftly replies "what relationship? When the doors to Holloway's stable shut, me, Dua and Anlella all would text to see how the other was, once she signed with that lot, suddenly the texts stopped till she told me she would like to box me, I told her I'd love to as I have a few things to get off my chest with her" 

Alicia goes to ask another question when Amanda interrupts to tell her "I'll keep it short for you, tonight is all about me stepping over Dua so she can understand where she stands with me, I'll stick with Anlella now till we both find a stable" she storms off as she doesn't look in the mood for anyone.

Fighting time; out comes Dua with Gisele Bundchen and Eva Carneiro behind her, she looks excited to be there as she waves to the fans in attendance, bouncing on her toes as she heads down the aisle.

The stunning singer is wearing a red sports bra with black trim, matching trunks and shoes, black gloves on with her hair braided, climbing into the ring, she looks more focused as she talks to Gisele while warming up in her corner.

Out comes Amanda now with an all business demeanor, her coach follows as she heads down the aisle looking like she is on a catwalk, eyes firmly cast on the ring as she seems to not care that fans are chanting her name, only one task matters to her tonight.

The beautiful model is wearing her NFL team the Pittsburgh Steelers colours tonight, black sports bra with a yellow stripe on either side, matching trunks and shoes, yellow gloves, while her hair is also braided as she warms up in her corner.

When the fighters come to the center of the ring, Amanda gets right into Dua's face, Dua presses her body right back into the American as their friendship is out the window right now, coaches have to pull them apart as they look ready to go before the bell.

Instead they seem to be calmed enough to just be staring with cold hard looks, bumping gloves with their opponent when prompted, back in their corners now, the bell is rung to start 10 rounds of lightweight action.

Round 1:
"Ding" at the bell both women come together at the ring center, Dua more up on her toes of the fighters, wanting to jab her way into proceedings, while Amanda straight away goes for a big right hook that Dua just leans out the way of.

Dua looks a little shocked by Amanda's aggression, taking a few punches to her arms as her former stablemate looks to be after blood tonight, stalking down Dua around the ring.

Catching Lipa with a left cross, Amanda knocks her onto the ropes with a follow up straight to the mouth, forcing her opponent to cover up, Cerny is banging away to the body till she is shoved back.

Past the halfway point of the round, Dua knowing what to expect now sidesteps a right cross before pounding in a double jab to the left side of Amanda's head, then lands a straight to the abs to ward her back.

Keeping on the move more successfully, Dua is landing with crisp punches as Amanda is coming in too open, the cleaner shots coming from Dua as she begins to outbox the overly keen Cerny.

When the bell rings to end the round, Dua is looking puzzled why Amanda is charging her, while Amanda heads back to her corner looking pissed that she couldn't unload how she wanted, her coach having to remind her to set up her punches if she is to win this.

Round 2:
Coming back together at the ring center, Dua continues to look to jab and move, not wanting to be in the firing line of a big hook that will end her night before it has really started, with Amanda throwing more jabs herself in response to her coach.

Ducking under a jab, Amanda starts to show off her own boxing skills, slamming an overhand right to the cheek of her opponent, then uses her left forearm to bully her onto the ropes, where Amanda goes back to work ripping away at the sides of Lipa.

Who covers up well at first till Amanda digs in two hooks near the hips, Dua winces at that before dragging Cerny into a clinch, Amanda tries to break free as she nearly headbutts Dua in the mouth in her frantic attempts.

After they are split apart, Dua manages to land some more stinging punches into the face of Amanda to keep her more at a safe distance, though Amanda is landing her own, with some landing to the chest of the Brit.

Late in the round, Amanda gets in closer to force a heated exchange that gets the crowd erupting as they stand, heads being turned by cross shots, Dua covers up as she gives up ground to Amanda.

The round ends with Amanda looking close to throwing a right hook, Dua stares at her with wide eyes with her hands up to show she isn't going to hit her, the referee needing to get between them as Dua looks lost to what is happening, Gisele needing to remind her this isn't sparring, this is a full on fight that she needs to win.

Round 3:
Realising she needs to take this more seriously, Dua starts to double up her jab, knowing she can't let Amanda close the distance so easily to land her power shots, she has the models cheeks turning a shade of pink with the clean shots.

Amanda does close the gap when she can dip under a punch to rifle in some hard body shots, but it is becoming harder to do as more punches are flying towards her to go along with Dua looking lighter on her feet.

A jab/straight lands square on Amanda's face, she covers up more tightly then she has the entire fight, mostly because cameras show her nose is trickling some blood from that combo, forcing her to retreat to the outside as Lipa moves to control the center.

Keeping Amanda boxing around the outside of the ring, Dua is looking more relaxed as she mixes her punches up to make it harder for Cerny to protect herself, that does mean she is getting caught over the top when she swings to the body.

Leading to with less then a minute to go a left hook smacking Dua to the cheek, a straight pushes her backwards as Amanda comes on the attack now, Dua soaking up most of the punishment at first on her arms, till Amanda lands into the body of Lipa to make her grunt.

Dua starts swinging back in the final twenty seconds, both going toe to toe as they are gritting their gumshields trying not to let out more then groans to show they are hurting, the bell rings with both women turning on their heels to their corners.

Round 4:
Needing to close the gap between them more quickly, Amanda is shielding her face more as she stalks after her taller opponent, Dua sticking to the game plan as she is leading in most peoples eyes up till this point.

That looks to change though as Amanda slips a straight to land a hard left to the cheek of Dua, a straight then pushes back the singer as Amanda now controls the ring center, where she begins to bully back Lipa.

Trying to take the legs from Dua, Amanda is rifling punches into the body of her opponent, making her hiss out till she fires back to knock Amanda's head side to side with a left/right cross combo that makes Amanda take a step back.

Dua trying to fight back to force Amanda to the range she wants, makes a mistake again as she misses with a left cross, taking an uppercut that knocks her head backwards, allowing Amanda to reel her into a corner.

Head down as she works the body of Lipa, Amanda is dragged down into a front headlock by Dua, the referee needed to break them apart as Amanda is pressing her shoulder into the stomach of Dua to drive her into the turnbuckles.

Once they are broken up, the referee warns both to keep this clean, Dua nods but Amanda is staring hard at her, they trade around the ring with Dua trying to box off her back foot while Amanda keeps being aggressive.

At the bell Amanda thuds her gloves together, her coach massaging her shoulders as they tell her she is doing a wonderful job of pushing the pace, Dua on the other hand is being warned not to let this fight get out of hand.

Round 5:
Sticking on the attack, Amanda is pushing the pace up a notch, forcing Dua into more fiery exchanges that sees sweat fly off them, Dua not looking too comfortable being put into this position.

With Dua knocked into a corner by a jab/right cross combo, Amanda crowds her again with more stiff body shots mixed in with some across the boobs of Dua to make her yelp out in pain, Dua needing to clinch up to stop the assault.

Back to the ring center, Dua manages to catch Amanda with a stiff double jab to the nose, causing it to bleed again as she starts to get some rhythm going, needing to as Cerny is showing off her toughness to keep coming for her.

Amanda lands a clubbing left to the side of Dua's head, followed by an uppercut that knocks her onto the ropes, Amanda drives forwards to keep Dua shielding herself, the defense of Lipa looks good but punches are coming through more regularly now.

Needing to shove Amanda off her, Dua starts catching the model coming in as she moves around the outside of the ring, though it isn't long till a straight digs into her abs again to make her groan out.

At the end of the round, it is another strong round for Cerny, who might be the most focused of her career tonight, eyes firmly on Dua as her coach patches her up, there's a mouse forming under her right eye to.

While Dua has some swelling around her cheeks, her body has a pink hue around it as Eva works on getting her ready for the second half of the fight, Dua nodding to Gisele that she really wants to win this, getting told to prove it.

Round 6:
Pushing on right away, Amanda is drilling in more punches down into the chest and body of Dua to try to push her backwards, keeping the singer aimed towards the ropes as she comes on the front foot.

That means that she isn't keeping her guard as high though, allowing Dua to smack her with a jab/straight pinpoint onto her nose, Amanda cries out as her nose is starting to flow even more then earlier on.

The punches to her nose seem to be slowing down Amanda, she isn't as keen to keep coming at Dua, who now is coming at the model with a flurries of punches to keep backing her off till she now owns the center.

Amanda ducks a straight to come inside, landing several shots in close as they test each others resolve, little nudges from both as they try to land that big shot to turn the tide of the fight in their favour.

Taking a quick step to her right, Dua lands a right hook to the ear of her opponent, jamming a left across her nose to make Amanda sob as she retreats back looking hurt, Dua coming after her as seconds tick away.

Till the round comes to an end with Dua giving Amanda a stern look, Amanda has blood dripping onto her tits as she stares back defiantly, both getting wiped down in their corners, Cerny's though needing to stop the blood from her nose as she looks to be fighting back tears.

Round 7:
Boxing around the ring, Amanda is trying to land a big hook or uppercut, it is too easy to spot though as she tries to end this now, leading to her nose being hit with a stiff double jab that rocks her head back.

With blood dripping onto her boobs again, Amanda is being knocked backwards by Dua, who slams a right across the nose of the model, A LEFT HOOK OPENS UP AMANDA TO A RIGHT THAT SENDS HER DOWN TO HER SIDE!

Jogging to the neutral corner, Dua doesn't show any pleasure in putting down her friend, raising her fists in case Amanda gets up, 1...2...3....4... Amanda pounds the canvas with her left fist as she turns to all fours, 5...6...7.. Trying to get to her feet, Amanda stumbles and falls back to all fours, 8...9...10 ending up counted out!

Winner Dua Lipa KO Round 7

After:
That's two for two since she joined the Girls Friday stable a month ago, Dua nodding to her corner with a smile as she starts to pull her gloves off, her fans cheering her for a great victory.

Over to Amanda heads Dua as she promised, putting her hand out as Amanda sits back onto her heels as she knees; when the hand is offered, Amanda slaps it aside as she stares angrily at Dua.

Who asks "what's wrong?" With Amanda answering by shaking her head and trying to push her way to her feet herself, stumbling to her coach as they look to help her, Amanda staring daggers at Dua as she goes back to her corner.

Dua looks hurt as she looks to the canvas, then heads back to her corner not looking like she won tonight, Gisele putting an arm around her shoulder as she tells her "friends like her come and go" Dua nods but still looks gutted by what's happened.

Across the ring Amanda gets her nose worked on, she sheds a few tears as obviously it is very sensitive right now, holding a towel with an ice pack in it once the bleeding has stopped, Amanda heads out the ring with her coaches help, not wanting to see her former friend get her hand raised.

Watching Amanda leave the ring, Dua shakes her head before going to the ring center, her plan of a friendly fight shattered, making her have a dower demeanor now as she is announced as the winner.

Waving to the fans but not bothering posing for cameras, Gisele and Eva check on Dua to see if she will be OK, she nods that she will with a small smile, Dua needing to worry about her next fight against Alexandra Daddario on the next PPV.
