BEFORE:
A keen battle of prospective Bantamweights tonight as Ginny Gardner takes on the up-and-coming, hot commodity, Samara Weaving. Dollhouse management surely has been on the prowl these past few months, pitting their girls against a slew of risky maneuvers, as evident from that look of nervousness on Ginny’s face as she first enters the press hall.

"I'm not entirely sure how Boxing World ranked Samara 4 places higher than me? her FCBA record is promising for a rookie but she mostly fought girls ranked in the 50's....my record is far more impressive if you'd ask me. But sure, I'll back up my words tonight and hopefully BW can give me some actual respect next time. She's smaller and inexperienced - I'm here to win and win big tonight. Can't wait to get this started already!"

Samara Weaving of course the latest Odds & Ends signee, and given how exclusive that boxing club has been with their potential hirees, great things already placed on Ms Weaving’s shoulders the moment she stepped foot in the ring.

“I may be new, Ginny, but there’s a reason why I’ve leapfrogged over you in the rankings: I’m better, and everyone knows it. Look at how long you’ve spent trying to climb that ladder, and look at how fast I’ve managed to overtake you. I plan to do exactly the same once we’re in the ring tonight.”

Later, both girls look cocky and confident as they pose for the official staredown after their weigh-ins. Ginny sporting a significant height advantage but Weaving packing more power in her lean and well-endowed frame. Other than that, it’s your classic blonde versus blonde, actress versus model showdown.

Orange lights flood the arena later as Samara first makes her entrance, strutting onto stage in nothing but a leopard-print bikini, black shawl over both shoulders as she strikes a pose for the rest of the arena. Next comes Ginny through the curtains, light on her feet, bouncing forward to the sound of bubblegum pop music. She’s dressed in her baby blue and grey Dollhouse colours, sports bra and long tights wrapped around her lean figure.

In the ring, no more pleasantries are exchanged as girls don’t even bother with offering up the traditional touch of gloves. Referee waves for the bell and HERE we go with ten rounds of Bantamweight action!

ROUND 1:
Ginny takes her time in the opening minute, sizing Samara up by staying at a comfortable distance before throwing multiple jab combos towards her fellow blonde. She’s definitely seen Weaving’s power and potential from previous tapes, knows that if she gets in close and careless, she might just get blown out of the water in the first few rounds. Samara brimming with confidence and own knowledge of supremacy, already taking strong step-in swipes at Ginny in order to try and test the Doll’s agility and ability to dodge. Gardner proves her worth so far, weaving her torso back with ease and then tagging the blonde back on her face with fast counter-punches, her strategy going forward definitely to try and wear Samara down and make her make the unforced errors. Bell rings and Gardner’s prospects take a turn for the better as Weaving is the one who heads back to her corner empty-handed.

ROUND 2:
But Weaving strikes us as a girl who always gets what she wants - the Odds and Ends starlet quickly ramps up the aggression and goes after Ginny with even more energy in the second. Test of Gardner’s speed and focus as she has to work doubly hard to avoid physical contact and a potential brawl on her hands. She scoots about the perimeter of the ropes whilst holding her arms up high, blocking some early, rockin’ shots to her guard before managing to get out of range of Weaving’s power. Not as many opportunities this time to fire back, however, with Ginny busy on blocking the attacks whilst Weaving is content to bash her fists to the body on several occasions. Weaving’s heightened efforts seem to pay off by the third minute, for the briefest of moments catching the Doll with her back to the ropes and then going to town on her lean frame - Ginny’s in trouble all of a sudden, groaning as she’s bent over from tummy blows and her head knocked from side to side as Weaving lands a hook or two into the head. But the bell saves her just in time, and the Dollhouse corner almost berates their girl for getting careless like that, whilst Samara is all smiles as she returns to her corner.

ROUND 3:
More trouble for Gardner as she struggles to adapt to Samara’s aggression. This has always been a problem for the tall and lean blonde, Ginny possessing plenty of speed and spunk but lacking the power to stand and trade with some of her prior foes. This time is no different as she lets Samara tear into her for most of the round, with Weaving stacking inwards and imposing her will, rocking left-right combos to the Doll’s body and then crashing hooks into her arms up top. Ginny’s corner shouting their encouragement from behind her back, but it feels as though Ginny’s innocent doe caught in the middle of headlights, doing her best to protect her head but little else in terms of fighting back against the oncoming locomotive. One saving grace, however, is Weaving’s rapidly wilting form - the blonde just chargin' and chargin' forward, and by the third minute, it’s begun to take a toll on her beautiful body. Girls end up wrapped in each other’s arms on the ropes, panting hard on the cheek as they exchange body shots and more dull knocks to the ears. Samara takes the round by shutout, we believe, but it’s still a failure on her part for not scoring that desired knockdown.

ROUND 4:
Gardner can’t take too many of those nasty hits before going down, and in the fourth, she tries her hand at some aggression - if you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em, huh? Samara is surprised as the other blonde comes barreling straight towards her - a reflex hook doesn’t land, however, as Gardner weaves her head back just in time, her focus on show as she catches the other blonde on the cheek with a counter-hook of her own, then aims a knockout uppercut at her chin, which rattles into the guard instead. The two girls go at it for a good minute or so, combining action and defense as they swing and swerve, each girl trying to knock the other off their rockers. Ginny actually rushes in for a knockdown attempt, but gets a taste of her own medicine when Samara absorbs the blows to her arms, dips her head and SWINGS an overhand right to Gardner's forehead!! POW!! Gardner rings backwards hard, shutting her eyes in a daze! Weaving goes in for broke, banging another swing to the ears before a step-in uppercut LIFTS Ginny's chin into the air!! OUCH!! Gardner simply falls forward, hitting the ground face-first with a THUD!! It’s a KNOCKDOWN for the sultry blonde!

Poor Ginny looks shocked as she barely lifts her head from the canvas, the rest of the stadium's roars still ringing in her ears... Dollhouse corner with their hands in their hair as their star blonde attraction does her best to get back up to all fours, her back arched and bent as the rest of her body strains to recover. Samara cocky as hell, a wide smile on her lips as she struts back to her corner with arms in the air. Referee's counts are loud and clear, allowing Ginny to recover by the count of 8. Bad omens all around though as Ginny nods to the referee, wants to continue when she's been dropped this early before in some of her previous fights, only to get sent to canvas later on in permanent fashion. For now, she survives, stumbles back to her corner and gets patted down with a wet cloth, whilst Samara’s already gearing up in her own for another dominant next round.

ROUND 5:
Crowds on the edge of their seats as the two girls engage in multiple skirmishes across the ring, exchanging flurries to each other's face before retreating to regroup again. Weaving is determined to end the fight and dominate like last time, but she's also seen to be running out of steam rapidly, a once fireball streak forward now burning on embers as she takes a couple of steps forward, blasts Ginny to the arms, before Ginny returns fire with her long jab stuck into the face to keep her from advancing further. Gardner shows renewed signs of life as she keeps her foe at bay, actually pulling ahead by the end of the third minute by constantly landing stinging shots to Samara's lips. Round ends and both girls already look exhausted as hell, even though we've just hit the middle mark of this fight.

ROUND 6:
Samara on the defensive this time, the taller blonde gaining more courage as she sends in risky punches into the guard more and more, using more power as she jams fists into Weaving’s arms, driving the wilting blonde backwards, or into her tummy, which rock her in half. Weaving’s turn to lock up and try to survive, recover her breath, swallowing her own tongue as she’s the recipient of Gardner’s abilities in the ring. As Samara gets beaten backwards, Ginny slips a right hand clean through her guard - BLAM - it connects with the chin, rocking Weaving’s back dizzy!! Samara on the ropes, literally, clinging onto the top rope with one hand for dear life, the other flying about in front of her face, powerless to stop Gardner’s continued attacks from landing all over her face and chest unabated! A pair of snap uppercuts - one into Samara’s midsection, the other up into her chin finally FELLS the blonde - Weaving’s strings CUT from under her as she collapses onto her side! Ginny scores her revenge KNOCKDOWN!

These ladies both want it, and want it bad, as they take turns turning heads like this! Gardner ROARS to the audience, assuming it’s allover, leaving Samara in her dust as the fallen blonde tries sitting up against the ropes to reorient herself. Gardner getting pats on her back in her own corner, even though the referee’s already mid-count and Samara manages to get back to her knees, using the ropes to leverage a by-the-9-count recovery! There’s still a minute and half on the clock, folks!

AND HERE COMES GINNY! The traditionally defensive blonde shows aggression here because she knows she can end the fight, leaping straight into Samara’s space and not giving the other blonde any chance to recover! Samara lets out a gasp as the first haymaker comes sailing towards her head, forced to guard up as the blow slams into the side of her head hard. Weaving barely makes any effort to get outta there except a couple of steps to the side, her back sliding along the ropes as Ginny continues battering her arms, digging leather into her body to get the blonde bent in half and her guard broken. Another well-placed snap to the chin, however, has the Odds and Ends girl gasping for air once more - Samara WILTS against the ropes but STILL refuses to go down, her face whipped from side to side to side as Ginny squares her shoulders and treats her face like a speed bag - THAT’S IT!! Ref has seen enough - he jumps in to save Weaving! It’s all over!!

Official Decision: Ginny Gardner defeats Samara Weaving via TKO6!

AFTER:
What a win from Gardner, who has certainly come out of her shell in recent months, gaining more and more experience and in turn - confidence. Tonight, she puts away a dangerous foe in Weaving and perhaps establishes herself as a future contender for her fellow stablemate’s Bantamweight straps?

As a sign of things to come, Ginny acting a little out of character, a sly smirk on her face as she struts her achievements around all four corners of the ring, a rare display of confidence and showboating for the Doll.

Samara acting the polar opposite, especially as compared to the start of this fight. She’s still trying to register what her corner and team and medics are saying to her, her eyelids fluttering, mouth parted, muttering small words like a newborn babe. She’s still considered a danger to the division, definitely, but all that momentum has come to a screeching halt with this painful loss tonight.

Ginny’s seen approaching her moments later, unclear intentions on everyone’s mind as we wonder whether she’ll play the face or heel. She hovers near Samara, a look of genuine concern on her face, even tries to offer Samara a hand to help her back to her feet. Weaving however, spitting back in the face of such kindness, having regained enough of her senses to knock the Doll’s hand away from her face and then mutter a naughty word or two in her direction.

Ginny looking slightly shocked, shakes her head and chuckles. “Whatever. You salty b*tch.” The victorious Doll mutters as turns her back to Samara and makes her way back to her corner, high fiving her team and waving to her cheering fans. That bad girl image perhaps not really suiting her just yet as she wonders if Samara was expecting a slap across the face instead. For now, it’s a big win for the Doll and she heads back to the locker room accompanied by a smiling Carmen Electra with her head held high, all-smiles and with plenty of reason to celebrate.
