(Foxfire Boxing vs The Fighting Academy)

Intro:
Now we have a battle of two premiere blondes going at it here in the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium, Candice Swanepoel and Amber Heard both wanna show the world why they should be getting more attention.

Though this year so far has been a bit of a write off for both, Candice hasn't won her last two Amber meanwhile has not won her last three, though Amber's last win was last December against Laura Pausini, you have to go back nigh on eighteen months to find Candice's last win against Nina Adgal, so form is on no ones side here.

Before the fight both were asked for a few words from FCBA Network interviewer Alicia Atout, first up Candice as she came into the arena, walking in with her coach Virginia Madsen beside her, both smiling as they walk up to Alicia.

After exchanging pleasantries, Candice tells Alicia "I can't wait to step into that ring tonight, I'll admit my career lately hasn't been on the right track, I'm going to force this fight as I am sick of being on the receiving end" Virginia putting her left hand on the right shoulder of the South African model.

Asked about her opponent, Candice replies "I know she will be as hungry as me to get a win, you have to understand that when you've fought the likes of Charlize Theron one day, now you are struggling to get a big fight, it drives you on to try harder, I won't let her beat me" clenching her fists before the Foxfire crew heads off.

While in the Fighting Academy locker room, after Alicia had spoken to Ambers stablemate Ruby Rose, she heads to sit next to the American actress as Amber is listening to music, taking her headphones off when she sees Alicia.

"Hey Alicia, so you want to know my thoughts; well I'll keep it simple, I've had a rough year in the ring and outside it, coming here is about me putting all that behind me, this is about winning and leaving with a brighter future" a stern look on Amber's face as she speaks, Alicia sees that Amber doesn't want to be bothered so thanks her for her time and leaves her alone.

Fighting time, Candice heads out first to the ring with Virginia next to her, bouncing on her toes as she listens to her coach, Candice jogs down the aisle waving to the crowd as she looks relaxed.

Climbing into the ring and heading to her corner, Candice is wearing a navy blue bikini top, matching short trunks and gloves, her hair is tied back into a ponytail with a blue ribbon, while she is bare foot, stretching as she looks fully focused.

Amber heads out with her coach Kelly Hu, she has a white satin robe on with a hood over her head, walking to the ring with purpose as her fans cheer her, Kelly helps with the robe at the ring steps to take it off, revealing a white bikini top, white shorts with matching gloves, her hair is tied into a ponytail too.

Jogging up the steps on her bare feet, Amber climbs through the ropes before posing at the ring center with her hands on her hips, taking in the reaction from her fans, then heads to her corner where she bounces on her toes.

The referee brings the women to the center, where both has a cold stare for their opponent, all business for them tonight as the win is all that matters, nobody is interested in being friends in this ring as they listen to the final instructions.

Once the referee is finished with that, the fighters bump their gloves into their opponent's with a quick swipe, jogging back to their corners, where they turn with fists raised as they await the bell to start 10 rounds of lightweight action.

Round 1:
Stepping out their corners with fists high as they dance around each other, Candice throwing jabs as Amber is moving her upper body more, the smaller fighter trying to find her way to the inside as she gets clipped to her brow.

Amber does find her way in closer to bang in a straight to the body, with an left hook to the ribs following, Amber lighting up the model to the body before she is forced back by a left to the face.

Two cross punches slam across the cheeks of Heard, Candice pressing back the actress as she begins to open up more, trying to outwork her opponent to make it harder to get in closer to her.

Taking the ring center as they both bang fists into cheeks, Amber gets clipped with a left cross to her temple, then a straight onto her nose as she gets pushed back to her heels, Candice looking determined to smash the head off Heard's shoulders.

In the final moments of the round Candice misses with a jab, Amber dipping down to come up with two chopping overhand punches to the jaw of the bigger fighter, showing off her speed to her opponent.

At the bell Candice looks satisfied with her effort in this round, Virginia smiles at her as across the ring the mood isn't as good, Kelly tells Amber she needs to step it up a level, not happy with her work rate.

Round 2:
Trading jabbing exchanges as they move around the center, Amber feints with her right, sidestepping to the right of Candice to land a hard left hook around the guard of the lanky model to bang into her cheek.

Back goes Swanepoel to the outside of the ring, Amber sticking in close as she slips punches before burying her own into the face of the taller woman, snapping her head back as she takes a few cross punches back in return.

Maybe showing a lack of confidence or simply being blitz too easily, Candice tightens her guard more as she starts just throwing out single punches, her arms being peppered by the fists of Heard.

Who swings to the body when she isn't having the success up top, pressing her blonde rival near the ropes, taking a left across the top of her head as Candice must see something she likes, firing back at the head of the Academy fighter.

An uppercut forces Amber back as they enter the final thirty seconds, Candice snaps her head back with a jab/straight combo, enjoying her first sustained push of the round, herding back her opponent around the ropes till the round comes to an end.

Returning to their corners with their eyes locked, as they are being cleaned up, Candice is told not to shell up as much, Amber meanwhile still is being told sternly not to let Candice get off on her as easily as she did at the end.

Round 3:
Throwing more punches out now they are warmed up to the task at hand, it's Amber who kicks off the round better by dipping a jab to hammer in three body shots, making Candice hiss as she begins to force her back.

It's not long after that Candice lands an uppercut to open up Amber to a left cross, she starts to show off her power to back up Heard into a corner with a double jab/straight punch, the face of Amber getting marked up as she feels the turnbuckles on her back.

Pulling Candice into the first clinch of the fight, Amber showing her gumshield to show her frustration, the referee breaks them apart but Amber finds herself back in trouble quickly as a straight smacks her on the nose.

The South African stunner is controlling the pace, bashing back Amber with headhunting punches, keeping Amber aimed towards the ropes, with Amber now the one throwing single punches.

Drilling in more punches to the chest of Amber to open her up, Candice lands a follow up double jab/straight into the mouth of Heard to snap her head back, driving her to the ropes as the crowd cheer Swanepoel to batter her opponent.

At the bell it ends a dominant round for Candice, the Foxfire corner looks less tense then the Academy one, with Kelly asking Amber what is going on, with Amber just nodding silently as she knows she needs to do better.

Round 4:
Coming out trying to put more pressure on Candice, instead Amber misses with a left hook as Candice sees it coming a mile off, a counter uppercut/left cross combo pushes back the worried looking Heard to her heels.

More hard punches that bury into the beautiful face of Amber is making her shield more then throw as she is showing her lack of confidence, not winning lately certainly does that to a person as Amber is trying not to lose more trying to win at the moment.

Instead she is moving around near the ropes, doing enough now not to take much more big punches, she is getting tagged with body shots as Candice steps in tighter, head down as she looks almost gleeful while working over the smaller woman.

Needing to clinch up, some blood is running from the nose of Amber, she looks over to her corner for answers as Kelly is yelling at her what to do, Candice trying to break the clinch, instead having to let the referee split them up.

Where she tries to keep on top of things when they resume, Amber coming back at her though as they start to plant their feet more, heads getting turned by cross shots as the crowd cheers them both on.

The power advantage is certainly on the side of Candice though as she bashes Amber back a few steps with a straight/left hook combo sending some blood with sweat flying in the air in a plume.

The round ends with Candice sitting looking relaxed, Amber meanwhile is told "if you want this then show it! She isn't someone to be afraid of!" With Amber spitting some blood from a cut inside her cheek, replying "I know" as she stands up before she needs to show that she wants this.

Round 5:
Resuming around the ring, Amber is sticking and moving more, not being drawn as much into hard hitting exchanges with the power puncher, instead focusing on being an elusive target.

While at first Candice is tagging Amber well, she starts missing more as Amber slips more punches before landing counter punches, knocking back the younger woman when she lands an overhand left to the jaw, followed by an uppercut that pushes Swanepoel to her heels.

Seeing the opening with bright eyes, Amber drives back Candice to the ropes, pounding in straight punches to the mouth of the model to cut her lip open, while not being afraid to go to the abs of the South African fighter.

Who manages to land a good left hook as Amber sits in the pocket too long, Candice pressing back her opponent now with Amber needing to cover up, all her good work looks to be coming to nothing if Candice can railroad her again in the final minute.

Before the bell rings Amber dips under a right cross, coming up with an uppercut to snap back the head of her opponent, Candice takes a clubbing left to her cheek as the round comes to a close with Amber just about holding back as she looked ready to land another uppercut.

Both getting patched up as suddenly Candice doesn't look so hot, Amber staring determinedly at her, showing she isn't going to give this fight up so easily as she has done in the past, knowing both have a big chance to turn their careers around.

Round 6:
Coming together near the center of the ring, Candice is throwing more sloppy punches as she looks to be worried, losing the last round after being so dominant so far seems to be playing on her mind.

As if her thoughts are coming to realisation, Amber is now the one landing the good clean hard shots, pounding back the taller woman after landing an uppercut flush on her chin, three punches bash back the head of Candice as sweat with blood flies into the air.

Trying to clinch up, Candice eats a clubbing right to the side of her head, she is taking a barrage across her face as her back touches the ropes, AN OVERHAND RIGHT SMACKS CANDICE ON HER CHIN TO MAKE HER COLLAPSE TO HER RIGHT SIDE!

The crowd goes wild as Amber yells "stay down bytch!" At Candice, eyes full of fury as she turns to the neutral corner, 1...2...3... Candice rolls to her back with her left arm hanging out the ring, 4...5...6.. Virginia looks like she can't believe it, head in hands as 7...8...9...10 that's it! Candice is out!

Winner Amber Heard KO Round 6

After:
Looking to the heavens, Amber yells "yes!" As finally she gets back on the right track, she showed she still has the willpower to win after taking a beating through the middle of the round, her left cheek is swollen and her bottom lip is cut, all that matters to her is the victory.

While Candice has to be safely helped back into the ring, she looks still to be knocked loopy as they sit her up, holding her jaw as Virginia checks on her along with the ringside doctor, some blood dripping from her lip to her chest.

Helped up and out the ring, Candice is going to be checked on in the back, that lack of confidence come back to haunt her as soon as trouble came her way she wilted, it might be time for her to look in the mirror to change things up to get back in the winners circle.

In the ring after getting her gloves taken off, Amber admits to Kelly "God I am hurting all over" getting a smile for the first time from her coach, relieved that she gets to see her fighter get her arm raised.

Which happens at the ring center as the referee holds her right arm up, the fans applauding her for a great turn around in this fight, she pumps her left fist into the air as she is buzzing.

Posing with Kelly at the ring center, arms around each others shoulders as they are all smiles, hoping this is the first of many times they will be doing this, a chance to get on a run now.

Stepping out the ring to head to the back, Amber is waving to the fans on her way, looking a different person somewhat to the one that came into the arena tonight.
