(Pretty Little Punchers vs Girls Friday)

Intro:
The winner of this years Contender 6 tournament Bo Krsmanovic looks to cash in her title shot tonight as she challenges BBU welterweight champion Joan Smalls, here in the BBU Arena in Cardiff.

Bo is 27 years old; she stands 5'11, she holds a record of 17 wins, all by way of knockout with 14 defeats.

Joan is 30 years old; she stands 5'10 ½, she is undefeated in 10 fights, winning all by way of knockout, she is the current BBU welterweight champion, this is her fifth defence of the title.

When the fighters met at the press conference, they got right into the others face, Joan has the title around her waist as she can be heard telling Bo "I don't care what they thing, you are nothing bytch" alluding to the fact that pundits have Bo as the favourite going into this fight.

Management has to step in to drag the women apart as they exchange insults, Bo telling Joan she will rip her head off in the ring.

Once things calm down somewhat; Bo is asked to speak first, her cheeky smile appears as she says "I can't believe I actually did it, the contender six tournament was full of elite fighters that I got the clean sweep over to get this shot, so Joan doesn't frighten me one bit"

That makes Joan scowl as Bo continues "I have had many ups and downs, finally I will achieve my dream of being a champion tomorrow night"

"You are not becoming champion you fat bytch! I know you believe the hype because you beat nobody to earn this shot! So let me be clear! I am leaving with this title and you get a free hospital trip on the house!" Screams Joan as she moves towards Bo.

The Girls Friday manager Harry Keegan has to step in front of Joan, calming her down as Bo giggles and points, before asking "are you rattled by me?"

Joan's face turns red as she screams "let me f***ing at her!" Security needing to help Harry get Joan under control and off the stage, the Pretty Little Puncher girls just laugh at the scene.

Fight night; Bo comes out first with Nia Peeples beside her, she bangs her gloves together before beginning to walk to the ring, smiling and waving to the fans as she looks relaxed.

She is wearing a red sports bra, with red trunks with gold stripes up the sides, red gloves with gold thumbs and red shoes, her hair is braided.

After getting into the ring; Bo poses for her fans with hands on hips, a big smile on her face before she turns to head to her corner to warm up.

Now out comes the champion Joan; she has Taryn Terrell and Eva Carneiro beside her, Joan has the belt around her waist as she marches to the ring, a simmering anger it looks on her face.

She is wearing a yellow sports bra, matching trunks, shoes and gloves, while her hair is tied back into a fighting ponytail.

Climbing into the ring; Taryn takes the title off Joan to hand to the referee, as Joan gets to her corner and thuds her gloves together, while her eyes are locked firmly on Bo.

The referee stays between the two as they come to the center of the ring, they continue to stare as the tension in the air could be cut.

They slam their gloves together before returning to their corners, knowing tonight might be the biggest for both in their careers, the bell rings to start 10 rounds of BBU welterweight title action.

Round 1:
"Ding" both fighters come out landing stiff jabs to start, before getting in close to begin the first toe to toe exchange of the fight.

Its scruffy inside fighting from them as most punches land on shoulders or glove, grunts can be heard when they do get hit, with them ending up clinch up grappling.

Broken apart by the referee; Joan catches Bo with a double jab to the top of her head, opening up the challenger to a right across her face that knocks her to the side.

Bo has to cover up as Joan comes looking to hurt her early, most of the punches from the champion are block, the ones that get through though look to be stinging the face and body of Krsmanovic.

Who late in the round manages to slip a right cross, landing a counter right to the body, followed by an overhand left to the side of the head.

But the bell rings before Bo can really push on, ending an electric opening round as glares are exchanged by the fighters as they pass to return to their corners.

Round 2:
At the bell this time both settle more into boxing their way into things, not rushing as much but still getting in close to work the other over.

This time Bo catches Joan with a right that turns her head, the Serbian fighter drives Smalls onto the ropes with a follow up two punches to knock her head back.

Joan needing to jab her way off the ropes, circling away to try to create space to work in as she starts to move more behind that jab.

A jab/straight combo catches Joan through her gloves though, as Bo moves in close to work the body of the champ with hooks flying, forcing Joan to push her away.

Bo though doesn't look like she will be kept at bay that easily, deflecting a straight before landing a right to the abs of her opponent, then a left over the top to again turn Joan's face.

The round ends with Joan looking frustrated as she returns to her corner, knowing that Bo took that round at a canter, Taryn telling Joan to slow down her attacks.

Round 3:
More stiff jabs come from both fighters, with Joan looking to work her way in as told by her coach, jabbing more to gauge her range as Bo moves her head more.

As Joan lunges in with a straight; Bo sidesteps it before landing a right across the face of the Puerto Rican fighter, making her stumble a step to the side.

Bo is quickly on her; pinning Joan behind her guard as she throws a barrage up top, most are blocked but once there is an opening, Bo knocks the champ into a corner.

Clinching up after taking three clean shots that sends sweat flying, Joan looks a little shocked by that raw power of the woman nicknamed "Big" Bo.

After they are pulled apart; Joan is definitely on the defensive dancing around Bo with her guard tightened up, as Bo walks her down around the ring.

The bell rings to end a shut out round for Bo; who sits with a smile on her face as Nia tells her "I want more rounds like that, show this bytch whose boss in that ring"

Round 4:
Bo is looking to continue being the aggressor, throwing more power shots out as Joan gives up the center of the ring, happy to trade jabs with the challenger.

After missing with a straight; Bo gets clocked with a left to the side of her head, followed up by two punches straight into her face to show her Joan isn't going to be that easy to beat.

They trade around the ring; Bo settling down from missing with power shots to box Joan, with Bo catching her with a right that opens up the bottom lip of Smalls.

But a little shove to the face of Bo opens her up to a right across her face, turning her head and now allowing Joan to give her opponent a full taste of her power.

Bo has to cover up as she is driven around the ring, Joan uses her left forearm to give Krsmanovic a shove onto the ropes, then starts ripping in her own hooks to the body to mirror what she has had done to herself.

Joan looks to be enjoying getting on the front foot now, even as Bo catches those bloody lips with single punches out of her guard.

The round comes to a close with Joan taking a deep breath as she heads to her corner, maybe relieved that she has halted the assault from her opponent the last two rounds.

Round 5:
Back out they come with Joan starting to move her head more as she moves side to side, changing up her tactics to give her opponent something different to work against.

Bo does manage to land some good shots to the cheeks of Joan, but she is missing more often then she was landing before.

When Bo steps in to land a right across her face; JOAN SLIPS IT BEFORE COMING UP WITH AN OVERHAND LEFT ACROSS THE FACE OF BO, FOLLOWED BY AN UPPERCUT THAT SENDS BO DOWN TO HER BACK!

The Girls Friday corner can be seen shouting yes as the count begins, 1..2...3... Bo shakes her head as she pushes herself to a sitting position, trying to clear the cobwebs, 4...5...6..7.. Pushing herself up to a knee, 8... She beats the count.

Joan hunts down Bo; throwing jabs that land through the gloves of the younger fighter to her face to mark it up, keeping Bo towards the ropes.

With Bo covering up more as Joan keeps the pressure up, till the bell rings to end a big round for the champion, who stays standing in her corner looking like she wants to get straight at Krsmanovic from the bell.

Round 6:
As expected Joan goes at Bo from the bell, throwing more punches to put the challenge under pressure, stopping Bo from being able to land more then single punches.

Feinting with a left jab; Joan dips down to land a right to the ribs, then lands an overhand left to the ear of Bo to knock her backwards.

Bo ends up on the ropes covering up; Joan sticking to the body when she can't score up top, forcing a clinch from the Pretty Little Puncher fighter.

After being broken apart; Bo tries to bring the fight back to Joan, who circles away before jabbing to the face of the Serbian to put her back on the defensive.

The round ends with Joan getting a shutout over Bo this time, she continues to stand as she watches Bo get the swelling on her cheeks worked on.

The Pretty Little Punchers corner working on patching up Bo, who tells Nia she wants this when she is being questioned by her coach if she really wants the title, Bo thudding her gloves together as she steps up for the next round.

Round 7:
The early action is closely fought; Bo looks willing to take punches to get at Joan, leading to them trading in tight as they rub heads.

Joan steps back to land a double jab to the top of Bo's head, just missing with a right hook as Bo leans her head back to dodge the punch before moving back.

The champion looking to walk down Bo, she misses with a jab though as Bo slips it to land an overhand right on the chin of Joan.

That looks to have hurt Joan as she retreats while Bo now comes at her, landing three punches up the middle that sends sweat off the head of the Puerto Rican.

Joan clinches up in the round; the referee needed to step in to pry them apart as they wrestle along the ropes, when apart they go toe to toe in the dying seconds till the bell rings to end the round.

The Girls Friday corner has to work on getting Joan ready for the next round as she sits on her stool, getting cleaned up as blood drips from her lip onto her bust, cheeks look swollen.

Across the ring Nia yells "that's what I want! Keep showing your heart and win this!" As Bo gets patched up, she is surprisingly the one to stand up first of the two fighters.

Round 8:
They are throwing more hard single punches now then before, punches drill into the others face as they circle in close.

Joan tries to push the pace again, but when she misses with a left cross, Bo makes her pay with an overhand right that makes the champ stumble to the side.

The challenger follows up by knocking Joan onto the ropes, where they trade stiff shots, BUT AN UPPERCUT WOBBLES JOAN, BEFORE TWO HOOKS SEND HER SLIDLING DOWN THE ROPES TO THE CANVAS, HEAD DOWN!

Bo waits with baited breath as the count begins, 1...2...3...4.. The referee it looks like trying to give Joan a chance, 5....6...7...8.. Joan is barely stirring, eyes still shut as 9...10 it is all over!

After:
Bo can't believe it as she covers her face as she is crying tears of joy as finally she has achieved her dream, she is the champion!

While the former champion has the ringside doctor rushing in to check on Joan, using the smelling salts to wake her up fully.

Taryn and Eva stand nearby with tears in their eyes, they have been through this journey with Joan from day one, they look to be hurting as much as Joan is as she realises that she has lost the title.

After being helped to her stool; Joan gets the towel and drapes it over her head, hiding that she is crying her eyes out.

Across the ring Bo is getting hugged by Nia, telling her "you did it, you deserve this after all the blood, sweat and work you put in, this is your moment" Bo thanking Nia for all her help in achieving this.

Bo blows kisses to the crowd before she heads to the center of the ring; Joan continues to have her head down as she joins Bo and the referee.

The new champ is giving her belt around her waist as Krsmanovic's name is announced to a loud roar for the popular model, who falls to her knees crying once more.

Joan nods as she turns to leave the ring, not saying a word as heads up the aisle with help from Taryn, who tells her "you will get that title back"

Inside the ring Bo is mounting each corner of the ring; holding up her title proudly as the crowd chant her name and Nia applauds her.

Leaving the ring; Bo puts the belt on her right shoulder, telling Nia "I will keep working hard for moments like tonight" with plenty of fighters raring to get at Bo, she will definitely need to work hard, who will be the first challenger is already on peoples lips.
