Intro:
We kick off tonights pay per view with a battle that has been brewing the past two months, Japan's Mikie Hara and China's Ziyi Zhang to come over to the BBU arena to finally settle this issue.

The idea for the fight begun as Ziyi was heading into her fight with Jun Natsukawa, Ziyi made it known she wanted a crack at a bigger fish, after she defeated Jun she told the Front Street Japan coach Hamada to bring someone better.

That supposedly got Mikie to take notice, Mikie defeated Rachel Shenton three weeks ago, making it known she wanted Ziyi, leading to both exchanging a few less then pleasant words.

On the night of the fight Anna Woolhouse went to get a few words from both fighters in their locker rooms, first heading into the Front Street Japan locker room to see coach Kei Mizutani taping up the fists of Mikie, Hamada watches on before waving over Anna to speak to her.

"As you have seen Mikie is fully focused on this fight, we at Front Street Japan have had enough of being disrespected by other managers and fighters, Mikie is going to remind the world why she is one of the best whatever she puts her mind to" Hamada tells Anna while looking on sternly.

Asked if Ziyi got under her skin as much as Mikie's, Hamada stares daggers at the interviewer before answering "you'll see soon enough what Ziyi means to us" Anna realising that maybe she should retreat as she nods then steps out the room.

Earlier that day she caught Ziyi in the back on her way to her locker room, Ziyi wearing a red dress with matching heels stopped with a grin as she looks over Anna with inquisitive eyes who she even was.

After Anna explains who she is, Ziyi tells her "oh you want to know how I feel going into this fight? Well I've heard so much about Mikie, she is supposed to be some fearsome fighter that terrorized this division" her grin growing seemingly at that thought.

"See when I've seen Mikie lately she has been on her back, I am sure that is her day job too right? See Mikie doesn't scare me one bit, I have been in the ring with tough fighters, I have beaten them and Mikie is just another s*** in that god awful Front Street Japan stable, I can't wait to drag Mikie around the ring by her hair when I win" laughing as she heads off to her locket room with her coach following behind.

Fighting time, Mikie is out first with Kei and Hamada following, she bows at the top of the aisle to the crowd, when she begins her walk down to the ring she looks all business as she stares straight down to the ring.

The model is wearing a white sports bra, white trunks with red stripes down the sides, matching shoes, red gloves, with her hair tied back into a ponytail as she climbs into the ring to be greeted by a loud cheer from her fans.

Bouncing on her toes in her corner, Mikie nods to Hamada as the coach and stable owner tells Mikie to show Ziyi no mercy, this is about making a statement to the world about herself and the stable.

Now out comes Ziyi with her coach behind her, she is wearing a jade coloured robe with a golden dragon running down the back, she gives the fans a quick wave before she stares down at the ring on her walk to it.

The actresses robe is taken off by her coach as she reaches the ring steps, revealing a jade coloured sports bra, matching trunks, shoes and gloves, her hair is also tied into a ponytail as she steps into the ring.

Ziyi shadow boxes in her corner, eyes firmly on her opponent as her coach tells her to show Mikie where she truly stands, Ziyi nodding as she looks deeply focused on the task in front of her.

Both women are waved to the center of the ring by the referee, staring hard into each others with both barely blinking, their fans are cheering hard but both women seem to only care about each other.

Told to touch up their gloves, they slam their gloves into their opponent's set, turning back to their corners as they jog back, bouncing on their toes as they wait for the bell, which rings moments later to start 10 rounds of flyweight action.

Round 1:
Both fighters have a similar stance as they come out their corners, bouncing on their toes as they keep their defence looking tight, throwing probing punches as they try to get a feel for each other.

It's Mikie who lands the first meaningful combo as she dips down to land a straight to the abs of her opponent, followed by a left under her ribs, not long after though she takes a right cross to the top of her head to force her back out to range.

The next time Mikie tries to close the distance to land away Ziyi spots it coming, countering with a left across her cheek after leaning out the way of a right to her head, a straight then smacks Hara to her mouth to push her back.

Now with Mikie aimed towards the ropes, Ziyi starts to come to life at the center of the ring, showing off her own quick hands to push back the former champion, even sneaking some punches to the chest of the model to make her hiss.

Ziyi making it hard for Mikie to do much through the second part of the round, using her greater work rate at the moment to keep Mikie to the outside, though that doesn't mean Hara isn't landing any good shots, getting in several body shots to keep Zhang from getting her on the ropes.

At the bell though it is Ziyi smirking as she jogs back to her corner, earning a nod from her coach for a good start, Mikie doesn't look too bothered yet as she stares across the ring with unnerving focus.

Round 2:
Coming back out to fight like the first round, Mikie is looking to up the tempo herself, landing some hard two or three punch combos on the inside to knock back Ziyi to the outside of the ring, getting her onto the ropes after a good double jab to the chest is followed by an overhand right to the cheek.

Holding onto Hara so she can't do much on the inside, Ziyi nods to the referee after they step in to break things up, not enjoying being bullied back like that one bit as they move back into space.

The next time Mikie tries to close that gap quickly, she is met by a straight to the top of her head, Ziyi lands a left across the jaw of the Japanese fighter to turn her head to the side, leading to Mikie now being forced around the outside of the ring again.

Ziyi showing off some of her precision punching when not being pressured, landing more through openings in Mikie's defences then she misses, focusing on the abs predominantly of Hara to open her up top.

As they head into the final minute, Mikie dips under a straight to come inside with an overhand left to the cheek of Zhang, knocking her backwards as she is able to stick to the inside till Ziyi nudges her back, both getting into a toe to toe fire fight leading up to the bell where both stare angrily at each other, their poker like expressions dropping for the moment till they can return to their corner past their opponent.

Round 3:
It looks like Mikie is starting to find more ways around the punches of Ziyi to land harder shots, taking a few to the top of her head to do so, she is connecting well though with her overhand left to the side of Ziyi's head.

The actress does manage to knock back Mikie when she tries to get in closer with a double jab, looking relieved as she marks up the face of her Japanese rival with more straight shots to the face.

Mikie shows off her boxing IQ though to switch things up, feinting that she is going for an overhand left before instead landing an uppercut that rocks back Ziyi to her her heels, Mikie now begins to open up on the older fighter.

Knocking back Ziyi onto the ropes, bashing her around the sides of her head with hooks till Zhang pulls her into a clinch, Mikie trying to break free wanting to keep her rhythm going, but has to wait till they are broken apart.

Where Ziyi works off the back foot well with her jab, trying to regain her footing in the fight, though Mikie cuts off the ring well, ducking under a right to smack Ziyi with two left hooks under her ribs, then another uppercut crashes into the chin of the Chinese fighter.

As they head into the final seconds of the round, Mikie looks to be hurting Ziyi now with her heavier handed punches, Ziyi covering up as she is pressed into a corner, the round ends with Ziyi shaking her head not looking best pleased understandably with herself.

Round 4:
Coming back out their corners to fight near the center of the ring, Ziyi is showing a hint of worry as she is trying to box more defensively around the ring, firing out more single punches as she looks keen to keep Mikie at range.

An overhand right smacks Ziyi though across her cheek as Mikie dips under a jab, a left hook to her jaw turns her head with a light sheen of sweat going flying off her, Ziyi heard crying out as she is pounded back onto the ropes.

Before she can clinch this time, Mikie lands an uppercut that makes Zhang's legs shake, Mikie lands another left hook that rocks her opponent, FINISHING WITH A RIGHT HOOK ON THE MONEY TO SEND ZIYI SPRAWLING FACE DOWN ON THE CANVAS!

Jogging to the neutral corner with no hint of a celebration, Mikie is staring hard at Ziyi from the corner, 1...2...3... Ziyi looks up from her face down position with glassy looking eyes, 4...5...6... Not much more movement from Zhang, 7...8...9...10 she lays there till she is counted out!

Winner Mikie Hara KO Round 4

After:
An absolute stunning knockout victory for the former champion, Mikie has shown Ziyi what the best of Front Street Japan looks like, making Ziyi most likely wish she had never made the challenge in the first place now.

Indeed Ziyi buries her head into her gloves, hiding her shame for losing to Mikie, her coach in the ring now kneeling next to her, trying to console her as she just shakes her head, knowing she was outclassed tonight.

For her part Mikie doesn't celebrate much, heart asking Kei "is that it?" To chuckles from the coach, Hamada meanwhile climbs on the apron to pat Mikie on the back, telling her "that's the Mikie we all need you to be, crushing wimps like that waste of space over there" nodding over to Ziyi.

Who is gingerly helped up as she might have hurt her right ankle when she fell, not putting any wait on it as her coach acts like a crutch for her, with help from a few others like the ringside doctor, Ziyi is helped out of the ring so she can be taken to the back to be checked over.

The winner doesn't bat an eye in her direction, just heading to the ring center to get her hand raised before bowing to each side, now she is starting to look like her old self with the merciless beating she put on Ziyi at the end of the fight.

Posing for the cameras with her fists raised, if rumours are true Mikie could be about to become a fearsome JMD fighter to go alongside her prowess in traditional rules, the BBU JMD champion Charlotte Church may have to worry if this version of Mikie comes her way.

Leaving the ring now with her coaching team, Mikie smiles to the fans as she blows them kisses as thank you for their support, to think someone who is as cold as an assassin in the ring can look like butter wouldn't melt in their mouth as they leave it.
