BEFORE:
Is this payback for Jessica Clements' recent SIRENs departure? Newest addition Nicole Harrison certainly thinks so, smirking with confidence as she speaks to reporters by ringside:

"Out with the old and in with the new, I say. Clements couldn't cut it so they brought me in to finish the job. It was a travesty that Jessica lost to Tanya in the first place - maybe that's why they're calling me 'the Enforcer' back in the gym - I get things done and no one stands in my way."

Tanya Mityushina of course has heard this spiel before - she's beaten back other challengers to her streak, including newcomer wannabes and prospective champions alike. She responds from the other side of the fence: 

"Another big girl, with an even bigger ego, wants another shot at me. Don't they ever learn?" Tanya says with a wry smile and shrug. "I’m sure I can upstage the Sirens again. Who knows? Maybe they'll even offer me a roster spot after seeing what I can do to their girls?" 

Ladies meet face-to-face for the first time in the ring, Nicole's bulk and one-inch height advantage facing off against Tanya's speed and agility. Nicole’s wearing a dark army green bikini top and black bottoms, white gloves shadow boxing and ready to go in her debut performance. Tanya looks sensual as ever in a white string bikini, donning black gloves on either hand. Referee waves for the bell and HERE we go with ten rounds of Lightweight action! 

ROUND 1:
All Mityushina, who bullies the newcomer Siren around and about the ring! Tanya not wasting time with the pleasantries as she blitzes into her foe at the opening bell, shocking Nicole first with a wide cross to the arms before continuing to poke punches wide into her body! Good or bad news for Harrison, who definitely packs power in each of her swings, as we've seen from previous fights, but she still takes a while to get her momentum going. Tanya with a smart strategy then as she soars in before her opponent can get started, blowing big punches into the Aussie’s arms, body, proving to be the driving force indeed for this opening round! Nicole swings back on occasion, most definitely, but it's a futile attempt at countering the slippery blonde, who simply weaves her head around her swings, then catches the bigger girl back with fast smacks across the cheek. Round ends and Nicole's forced to eat her words from earlier, looking more uncertain as she heads back to her corner to rethink and regroup. 

ROUND 2: 
Nicole holds her own a little better this time, perhaps at the advice from her corner as she swings wildly a little less and forms her guard a little more. She absorbs most of Tanya's early attacks, as a result, body taking a pounding from loose jab combos but it's nothing the big girl can't handle. Instead, she fires back when Tanya’s least expecting it, smashing leather into the blonde’s cheek from precision counterattacks, and eliciting loud grunts of shock from the Russian. Mityushina realises too late that she’s dealing with a different fighter here, keeps chasing the Australian model backwards but instead is the one taking damage. Nonetheless, the blonde’s relentless aggression also bears some fruit, as Tanya scores as well with her jabs pounding on Nicole’s abs throughout the round, giving the split decision to the judges.

ROUND 3:
Nicole’s strategy seems to be working though as she continues to lock arms and defend her pride, but Tanya’s a wiley opponent for sure. The Russian stalks forward cautiously in the first minute, scorching an overhand right to the brunette’s forehead after feinting with a left hand. Poor Nicole lets out a grunt as her head’s knocked to the side, big bulk of a body following, and it’s another chance for Tanya to pounce on her bewildered foe! Mityushina POURS in the early abuse, stuffing fists into Nicole’s tummy and then trying to knock her head to the side senseless with more swings. It’s not until the last minute when Harrison recovers at a distance, powers back with a right hook across the guard of Mityushina, which stops the blonde in her tracks, and more subsequent swings that finally scare Tanya off. 

ROUND 4:
Still, things could have been better in Nicole’s debut performance tonight, with the upstart blonde still refusing to back down. Nicole sees some early success when she utilises her own power to plow cross-hands into Tanya’s guard, more straights scoring off the tummy and slipping past the guard into the chin as Mityushina gets a first taste of her opponent’s strength. But soon after, Tanya’s back to easily dodging, getting a sense of her opponent’s rhythm, beating leather back into Nicole’s face with counter-swings and fast jabs, resulting in an all-out melee in the center of the ring as both girls go to town on one another. But Nicole is the one who’s getting dazed and drubbed, her defenses out of whack in close quarters as she gets hammered by another right hook to the cheek before an uppercut grazes the chin, and SHE FALLS BACK in a daze! Nothing else she can  do as the big Siren collapses down to her butt in an early KNOCKDOWN for Tanya Mityushina! 

Not a good sign indeed as Tanya is all-smiles, parading back to corner with her hands held high, one leg strutting in front of the other as her glistening skin shows little signs of abuse thus far in this fight! Nicole on the other hand is steadily rolling herself back onto her knees, shaking her head as she rises back up by the count of 8. 

If anything, there’s more resolve in her eyes to continue, and as evidence, there goes the bell to resume. And here comes Tanya once more, who meets a brick wall as she resumes those jabs to Nicole’s arms, but Nicole holds on, moving and blocking as she relies on her patience to see herself through to the bell. What a round!

ROUND 5:
Nicole’s definitely still a little rough around the edges, but that’s what joining a stable is supposed to for your fighting prowess. It’s not enough these days to have just the looks, power or speed to your name. What it takes is finesse, as Nicole’s finding out the hard way. The Aussie girl bides her time in the first minute, once more locking her arms around the head and weaving left and right as much as possible. Tanya however on a warpath, sensing an early victory as she pounds and wails away at the brunette’s guard, doesn’t see the counter-hook comin’ till it’s too late - BLAMMM - Nicole’s right hand smashes into the cheek, and then another one-two combo sinks into the nose as the Russian blonde gurgles with overabundant pride! Tanya suddenly left dazed and Nicole senses an opportunity to counter: a step-in PLOOWWW right to the chest DROPS the cocky Russian onto her back! OUCH!! Tanya Mityushina just got BULLDOZED by that number, lying spreadeagled on the canvas and looking up at the ceiling lights! It’s a glorified KNOCKDOWN in turn by Nicole Harrison!

Nicole’s corner looking satisfied as they congratulate their girl, with Nicole resting herself on the turnbuckle and awaiting the referee’s slow count towards her eventual win. But a furious-looking Tanya Mityushina is also getting back to her feet, her own dazed head still shaking stubborn, seeking revenge as she recovers by the count of 9! 

This fight ain’t over, folks! 

Rest of the round has both women circling each other cautiously, with Tanya SUDDENLY making another mad dash forward to try and surprise her foe, but gets HAMMERED instead with a cross hand to her arms whenever she tries to get in close. The blonde doesn’t learn well, does she?? Tanya AGAIN in trouble as she fends off the advancing Nicole, this time getting pushed to the ropes and her head and tummy pounded on by Harrison’s close quarters chugging, until she’s finally saved by the bell at the very last minute! Tanya gets absolutely decimated this round but her obstinate nature just refuses to quit! Even as the round ends, she has to be helped back to her corner by the ring officials after all that abuse!

ROUND 6:
You’d expect a quick surrender from the blonde after all that, but no siree - more ruthless slugging erupts as the two ladies meet each other head-on in the center ring: Tanya giving it her last all as she pummels the brunette’s breasts and thinks she scores a ringer or two when she flits Nicole’s face to the side with more swiping’ hooks. But Harrison has come too close to the prize to give it up either, and the Siren simply shrugs off the pain and returns fire with her own power-cross direct to the nostrils, which stuns Tanya to the spot. Follow-up hook to her chest is just window dressing as Tanya’s face wilts in pain, low gurgle as she hugs her aching body, powerless to stop another hook from crashing into the side of her face - the poor blonde spins half a moon, legs twisted and arms flying in the air as she HITS the ground hard with another loud THUD!! Third KNOCKDOWN of the evening and SURELY this fight is over?!

But NO! Tanya’s groaning as she pushes herself off her chest and back onto all fours - we’re amazed at the blonde’s resilience as she survives two knockdown attempts and just wants to keep going! Perhaps Nicole herself is in awe as she watches her adversary rise back up to shaky feet from across the ring by the late count of 9 - how much more abuse can this girl take?? 

There’s another minute on the clock and Harrison’s team don’t want to wait around and find out! All rules out the window now as Harrison barrels into her opponent, fists half-raised as she swats the blonde’s meagre attempts at counter-jabs outta the way, then pummels her face with another hook, throwing Tanya into the ropes where she hangs on for dear life. Mityushina still refuses to go down, even as her grunts fill the arena as Nicole crowds in and chops her in half with body blows to her midsection, then follows up with bruising uppercuts to the guard, aiming for the chin as she stacks her up and threatens to throw her clean over the top rope - AND THAT’S IT!! Referee’s had enough as he JUMPS in and stops this massacre on his watch!! It’s over!!

Official Decision: Nicole Harrison defeats Tanya Mityushina via TKO6! 

AFTER:
Definitely not the smoothest of debuts tonight as Nicole Harrison faces off against a potential Lightweight champion one day, with Tanya’s fighting spirit and never-give-up attitude proving attractive for any spot on any stable’s roster. But Harrison is the one who prevailed in the end, putting away a thorn in the SIRENs’ side ever since the blonde knocked out ex-alumnus Jessica Clements. 

Harrison ecstatic in her debut win, of course, hugging her teammates and getting pats on the back in the corner. Whereas Tanya’s still looking shell shocked at her first loss in the ring, bristling as Nicole comes over to her side, but only to comfort and see how she’s doing. Some mutual respect here after that grueling melee - the two women share a cordial handshake and the briefest of hugs before promising to have a rematch down the line.
