BEFORE: It's been a while since Helena Mattsson last saw action but she vows to ride Jennifer Metcalfe's undercard tonight just to announce herself back among the elite prospects again. Time is maybe running out for the Swedish actress to make a real impact but she sits on a five-bout winning streak and that's always impressive regardless of the circumstances. Meanwhile Stella Maxwell just wanted to bounce back immediately after a tough loss to Mallory Jansen last month. The blonde model was poised to make some noise on both sides of the Atlantic before her career stalled and needs a proper reboot: "I'm too damn good to be stuck in neutral. I should be fighting for these straps like right NOW and here I am on Lookout's guest party! Sheesh... I know one thing though, Helena is rusty as heck so spare me her winning streak talk. I'm so determined to whup her ass it's gonna be a no-frickin' contest when I crush her jaw to pieces! Bring it on, bytch!"

Round 1:
Helena shows zero signs of that rust Stella talked about as she gallops into the fellow blonde's midsection and stuffs her on the spot. Some crisp punches are bouncing off Stella's abs and she begins to feel it alright as Helena gives her no room to recover and just piles on more pressure leaving the cocky girl in significant discomfort here in the early going. Stella tries to swing back over the top but finds thin air and has to hug the ropes down the stretch as Mattsson's high-octane pounding proves vastly superior and enables the older blonde to dominate the action. Maxwell bellows out into loud spasms which only fuels Helena's determination and the London crowd is otherwise stunned by this emphatic performance from the long-absent Swedish woman! Huh! If Stella thought Mallory Jansen was a tough cookie then how about this one?

Round 2:
Stella's outright enraged over that terrible opener but those hours of sparring with Kristen Stewart seemingly mean nothing up two weight divisions, huh? Helena tries to pounce on the vulnerable midsection again but Stella lands a not-so-accidental headbutt to escape the phone booth struggle and connects with a big hook on the chin that wobbles the Swede backwards. Helena tries to regain her stance but suddenly she has Maxwell thumping her up the middle and rocking her head back to jump on the recovery path. Mattsson isn't exactly the bendiest of artists so she struggles to contain the juice which only allows Maxwell to land more clear shots and drive the hitherto dominant rival onto the ropes. A wild swing bursts into Helena's lips just past the two-minute mark and Stella takes it from there again as she digs deep into the Swedish midsection to complete the job in the final minute!

Round 3:
Both women slug it out in close range early in the third but Stella turns the head-hunting script into her favor as she works on Helena's swollen lips that begin to look even worse with every punch landing straight into her face! Uh-oh! Helena doesn't look so confident anymore when she has the fellow blonde bashing her in speed dial fashion and tries to find some mid-range respite alas Stella is the quicker of the two on her feet and lands another big harpoon on the boobs to stuff the reeling Swede against the turnbuckle. Mattsson can't slug herself back into contention from there as she skims off Stella's forehead and gets whacked on the chest repeatedly until she clinches the younger blonde to halt the proverbial bleeding. Stella tries to shake her off and lands another headbutt to draw the referee's ire but avoids a point deduction despite loud protests from Lookout! coach Nicole Richie in the process.

Round 4:
The original headbutt opened the lip wound and Helena tries to rise above that move however Stella's well into her groove as she drops more bombs up the middle to punish the Swedish rack via the uppercut route. Helena ducks and weaves her way out of trouble but it's Maxwell who runs this bout from the front now as she exposes Mattsson's subpar movements and tries to trap her in the corner again where she can outslug her in proper fashion. She tracks the reeling Swede right where she wants her and boom, she scythes the yellow mitts aside to cause more damage on those swollen lips. Want some more? There you have it! Stella's all in on the facial reconstruction but she still drops the left arm too low and gets CRUSHED with a wicked uppercut on the jaw that half-spins her to the side. Uh-oh! Helena rolls out and NAILS the stunned foe on the nose with a good double before she sinks a shot deep into her belly button and... and... DOWN GOES MAXWELL!!! The Irish-Brit folds onto her knees and bends her head against the canvas as some fans indicate that last Mattsson punch went below the area but BBU TV's Denise van Outen saw it otherwise! Cue in some raw power, folks! Stella is SAVED by the bell as the clock expires at the six count but she still looks shaky even when she finally gets up moments later. The London crowd roars in delight as Nicole Richie wants this one to be over like right now!

Round 5:
Stella doesn't have the mobility edge following that knockdown anymore and Helena traps her with a head-hunting buzzsaw before dropping low to smash the belly button into a soft mess. Ugh! Stella groans out as she tries to swing right back at her rival but it's a deja vu from the opening round as the Swede lands all the juice and tears Maxwell's abs from both flanks rendering her knees jelly-soft. Both women clash in jug-to-jug contact but only for Mattsson to hammer her right glove into Stella's tummy and the Irish-Brit just can't handle it anymore as she slumps forward and can't even clinch her nemesis here. Meanwhile Helena just piles more leather into that tummy and punches the fighting spirit right out of Maxwell's guts! Uh-oh! STELLA TANGO DOWN!!! The younger model collapses onto her knees again and can barely hold back the tears when the count firmly passes her by! KO5 Helena Mattsson!!!

AFTER: Helena lets a huge roar out but it's Nicole Richie who jumps into the fray and almost bundles the sobbing Stella over: "We're back, baby! We're soooo baaaack!". Uh-oh! Lifting Mattsson off her feet proves problematic for Nicole but she still slaps Stella in the face and causes the arrogant free agent to collapse on her back with eyes closed which stuns the London audience outright.

Denise van Outen isn't so stunned over in the booth and questions whether Stella can make a proper run with such a lousy defense: "She wins all the trash-talking battle but that counts for little if you struggle to take a punch! Looking good up front only takes you far enough... Daily Mail will be proud of this joint and all these Kristen Stewart sparring sessions but Helena shot her out of the cannon in the end. Talk about all that rust! Helena deserves so much more than one-offs like that!"

The Lookout! Atlantic entourage remained silent on Mattsson's imminient plans as Jennifer Metcalfe is the designated go-to girl this fall and Helena has proven to be a woman of few words this night as well. She doesn't have to say a word while claiming Stella Maxwell's scalp though!
