Rhiannon Fish vs Leah Perkins

BEFORE: It's time for the second of the Perkins siblings to step into the Dubai beach boxing ring but action starts during the walk-on as Mimi Perkins - fresh off her beating of Lara Bingle - throws sand underneath Rhiannon Fish's bikini and both girls end up slapping each other much to the crowd's amusment. It's always curious to witness tag-team action and Green & Gold's Sarah Cumming believes the Perkinses work some low-class mind games trying to distract Rhiannon immediately ahead of the fight.

The Lioness Club brunette lives in USA full-time these days but many Australian fans remember her when she roamed the Bondi Beach on 'Home & Away' and her status is something the Perkins sisters seemingly envy despite their own modelling success: "Yeah, I made my name before the IG era but I still fill out any bikini better than Leah & Mimi. They got no real class and it's appalling how Lara Bingle got treated there. Whatever. I'm gonna clean out Leah here and that's the end of it!"

Meanwhile Mimi acts as Leah's speaker and yells at her during the introductions: "Aye, cow! My sis gonna RIP your fookin' head off! You're gonna bite the dust oh-so HARD, bytch!" Okay, so let's focus on some boxing, shall we? It appears that Mimi might have started celebrating her upcoming birthday a little too early!

Rhiannon Fish wears a white/red/turquoise floral bandeau bikini & black gloves. Long dark brown hair in loose waves. Leah Perkins wears a white bikini set & red gloves. Long dark brown hair loose & straight. Both fighters are barefoot. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
Leah was very quiet during all that pre-fight shambles but she roars into proper action seconds after the bell; she clobbers Rhiannon straight up the middle and begins to stack up punches into her face without a meaningful response. It seems like the older brunette truly got distracted by Mimi's antics as she gets stuffed on her heels while Leah works to dissect her high-guard on speed dial. She barks when she lands one punch after another while Fish bellows out behind a tight earmuff and simply can't swing back with Leah's execution proving far superior at this stage. She eventually pummels the subdued actress onto the ropes and blasts her in the midsection to cripple Fish into loud spasms come the bell.

Round 2:
Rhiannon tries to respond after that poor opening round but the younger brunette remains very comfortable in the slugging action and neutralizes Rhiannon's initial attacks. She loses some of that precision down the stretch though and enables the Lioness brunette to land some crisp shots as both girls settle into the head-hunting pursuit for majority of the round. Leah's unable to follow through effectively anymore but Rhiannon doesn't inject enough power herself to make a proper run so the action descends into a single-punch try out in the final minute. The most annoyed person about this is Mimi Perkins who urges her younger sister to "smash that cow up!" during a hectic exchange at the break.

Round 3:
Leah tries to carry the jabbing load into Rhiannon's face again but she can't quite outwork the older brunette in close range as both women trade nasty head shots until Perkins reaches out too far forward and eats a vicious lick on the brow ridge that wobbles her to the side. Fish jumps into an uppercut follow up and splits Leah's mitts which then allows her to bulldoze the model onto the ropes where she ups the tempo of her attacks and dissects the high guard on the double. Leah shrieks in her efforts to pound back in style but gets pummelled on the lips regardless and bends to the side as Fish gut-checks her for a good measure. Uh-oh! Leah screams out in pain when she gets belted on the navel a couple of times and that was a perfect drive to shut the looming Perkins storm as Mimi claims Leah got punked below the waist which is untrue to say the very least!

Round 4:
Rhiannon rolls out with more midsection juice and Leah suddenly begins to feel the heat a little too much! She drags the older brunette into a lenghty clinching stalemate instead of perhaps slug her way back into contention while Rhiannon maintains the body-draining pursuit and blocks another clinching attempt by digging her forearm into Leah's breasts. She nails her over the top with a vicious hook as well and controls the reeling opponent into mid-distance while Perkins runs out of space and rests on the ropes late where Fish still cleans out her breadbasket to claim the round outright.

Round 5:
More pouncing in mid-range as Leah bounces off Rhiannon's high guard during the initial charge and has to rely on half-hearted swings just to stick a foot in the proverbial door thereafter. Rhiannon's maybe not the hardest puncher of the lot but a very durable fighter indeed and she has little issues with working the steady jabbing assault while leaving her rival visibly frustrated in the process. Leah begins to lose her temper amid a futile stretch that fails to split Rhiannon's mitts and she kicks out spewing sand as high as the fellow brunette's thighs. Rhiannon giggles for a moment and then whacks the younger woman up the middle and catches her on the chin a couple of times before blasting her across the mouth which wobbles Perkins onto the turnbuckle on some very soft knees. Ugh! Leah slumps into spasms when Rhiannon pounds her tummy in commanding fashion and Mimi wants to get out there and hand out the juice herself as her little sister is clearly struggling her at half-distance!

Round 6:
Rhiannon finally moves to put the ailing model away but her initial burst falls short of the mark and Leah earns herself a brief respite when she head-butts the actress in the chin. Fish plugs her jabs into her face regardless but struggles to follow through with enough power and gets sucked into a slugging rampage as Perkins gets vocal in her recovery mission. Both women trade head shots for most of the second minute where nobody dares to blink before a scything left cross on the jaw slumps Rhiannon out of her comfort zone. Leah rips another cross on her mouth but gets clinched onto the ropes thereafter and has a hard time breaking free as the ref allows Fish to pull her down. Ugh! Leah whacks her on the kidneys but still can't stretch her elbows in proper fashion and fails to fully cash in on the new-found confidence.

Round 7:
Perkins finds a new wind in her jabbing sails and she outworks the older brunette in close range helped by a not-so-stray elbow in the chest that puts Fish on notice. Rhiannon still tries to pluck her with a proper haymaker swing but gets punished downstairs and drops to her heels with Perkins leaning hard with her upper body and flirting with another head-butt. Rhiannon leaps away to the side but not fast enough to avoid a nasty uppercut on the jaw and Leah gets there first with an overhand follow up that finds the older brunette's jaw again. Rhiannon slumps onto her heels and gets locked in a phone booth vacuum that wrecks havoc in her midsection as Leah powers ahead in ferocious fashion to thump the fellow brunette's ab muscles from both flanks. Ugh! Rhiannon chokes on her yelps as she sags on the ropes and has to soak all that ribcage pounding for remainder of the round leaving the Perkinses in cheerful spirits during the break.

Round 8:
There's finally some KO urgency to be found in Rhiannon's approach but she bounces off the top of the model's forehead instead of blasting her on the double and the response cripples the former 'Home & Away' star. Leah simply NAILS her on the chin with an uppercut combo and takes advantage of Rhiannon's limited punching resistance in round eight. It's easier to shake the durable foe right now and Leah rides the jabbing wave to thump the subdued Fish onto the ropes where she settles downstairs to land some hard licks into the toned midriff. Rhiannon swings from behind the guard but just can't carry enough power to tame the youngster's attack and gets picked off in a sustained fashion come the final minute. Leah is still only 20 years old and durability is her strong suit to match one of Rhiannon's best assets as she dwarfs the actress behind a desperate earmuff in the final seconds.

Round 9:
Rhiannon doesn't look so fresh anymore and gets stuck in the sand repeatedly as Leah bashes her around from both flanks. She plugs her efforts downstairs and the older brunette keeps moaning in pain once it becomes clear she's unable to wrestle the model away and fails to swing back at her as well. She gets thumped back to the ropes where she soaks more abuse and Leah's the one barking in desire as she brutalizes the exposed midsection and leaves Fish on jelly knees come the final minute. But that's not enough for the youngster who pounces on the uppercut charge to dismantle the high guard and rock Rhiannon's head back & forth... uh-oh! The actress goes limp as she's unable to weather the leather storm anymore and CRASHES FACE-DOWN at Leah's feet with still over thirty seconds left on the clock. "U got her, sis!", Mimi thinks this gruesome bout might be finally over but Rhiannon has other ideas. She spits out some sand from her mouth and makes a gallant recovery at seven which forces Leah into extra action. And she rips a left cross to spin the older brunette to the side before plugging her in the gut and Rhiannon feels all of that and more... she turns to the side but still gets hammered on the jaw with a brutal uppercut that pulls the plugs right outta her! DOWN GOES FISH... like a fish out of the water indeed! Few seconds left on the clock but Rhiannon has been laid the heck OUT and the ref waves off the count at 2:57 to confirm the Dubai beach boxing double for the aggressive siblings! KO9 Leah Perkins!!!

AFTER: Mimi jumps into the ring and tries to drag Rhiannon by the hair as Leah is still too exhausted to offer her a helping hand. One must really wonder if Mimi didn't enjoy a shot of tequila - or two - since her own fight several minutes as she's the one who shows more disdain towards the fallen actress but maybe she's in that birthday mood after all? "I want to f### her up next time! Such a shame she's been punked out of her senses or else I'd make her beg for mercy! Grrr... hey, sis! Let's strip this bytch and make some fun selfies for our Insta account? Okay? Hey, Sarah! Turn the damn cameras off! Now it's party time! We RULE!"
