Cher Lloyd vs Ewelina Lisowska

BEFORE: These two brunettes have fired verbal bullets on social media in weeks leading up to the fight and it's really curious to see whether regular contender Cher Lloyd can spoil Ewelina Lisowska's rising stock tonight. Cher thinks the Polish singer hasn't beaten anyone remotely impressive to date but most upstarts tend to build their career slowly and you can't blame Lisowski for trying to find her confidence against mediocre opposition at the start of her career. Then again, she appears to be ready for a bigger challenge and BBU TV's Denise van Outen claims Cher is probably the toughest free agent in the flyweight division so taking her scalp will instantly elevate Ewelina into "dangerous floater" category.

Lisowska has been taking kickboxing lessons for over three years now and she's reminded by the ref not to use her legs or knees tonight. Cher bumps her off during the introductions and claims she's gonna "knock her head off" as both women square up to each other and the ref has his hands full in calming down the looming storm. Denise van Outen thinks it's all for naught and the sparks will fly thick & fast once the opening bell sounds so let's get down to business already, shall we?

Cher Lloyd wears a black crop top with pink trim, matching hotpants & pink gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Ewelina Lisowska wears a black crop top with white trim, matching hotpants & white gloves. Long black hair tied in a high ponytail. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
Both girls waste no time in dropping the aerial bombs even though the precision just isn't there as the mind over matter style takes over to a large extent until Cher blows one on the fellow singer's chin and sends her reeling upon impact! Ewelina tries to push off from the back foot but Cher gets there first and slams a left hook on the nose before crashing down with more point-blank range heat. She rocks Lisowska's head back and keeps piling more pressure up the middle forcing the Pole backwards with relative ease. Ewelina fails to swing back at the charging Brit and leans onto the ropes while trying to weave away from the striking zone but Lloyd sticks to her head-hunting plan and slices the high guard with one punch after another to the point Lisowska bellows out into yelps and deploys the desperate earmuff in pure survival mode. Huh! That's one for Cher alright as she signs off a tremendous spell with a belting shot on the navel that leaves the fellow brunette scowling in pain at the bell.

Round 2:
Ewelina tries to fight back after that tough opener but Cher comes flying in at her and triggers another head-hunting dispute. She truly wants to blow the fellow brunette away but meets a stubborn response this time and soaks up a couple of vicious hits on the mouth before spinning away into coverage. Ewelina reaches out after her but almost head-butts her in the process and eats a belting stinger on the ribcage which folds her into a nasty uppercut on the jaw that gives the plucky Brit the momentum back. Cher rips a left hook on the mouth and proceeds to stack up punches into Lisowska's face before another wild swing catches the Pole in the guts and sinks her into spasms. Lloyd swings back at the slumping foe and hits the jackpot as she NAILS Ewelina on the right temple and SENDS HER DOWN FOR THE COUNT!!! Ewelina lands on her backside but recovers from the knockdown at eight even though she looks a bit shaky in her presence. Cher wants to finish her off like right now but runs out of time as Ewelina bolts into reeling speed dial and takes twenty seconds off the clock just so she survives the looming disaster.

Round 3:
All Cher Lloyd here in the opening minute as she stalks the seemingly rattled Polish brunette across the boards but even the most powerful of these Gypsy girls can't close down shop and knock Lisowska away. Cher wastes some energy in the fruitless pursuit before she gets clinched into a stalemate as Ewelina refuses to drop the slugging drive onto the dominant opponent. Cher whacks the stubborn Pole in the gut and almost finds the groin as well before Ewelina wraps her arms around her neck and tries to drag her to the floor outright. Ref tries to restore order but both girls are throwing verbal darts at each other again and the action descends into a wrestling mayhem with Lisowska unwilling to change her tune until she picks up an official warning for her antics. Cher is furious and calls her a "cocksucking wimp" but she misfires on the jabbing drive that follows as Ewelina displays supreme footwork & agility to hang back in mid-distance safety during the final stretch.

Round 4:
Cher's furious attack gives her the early edge in the fourth but she eats too many looping response from Ewelina who finally decides to follow the slugging drill and matches the Brit punch for punch during the initial tangle. Both singers keeps focusing on the head-hunting games until Lisowska rifles a nasty left hook in the gut and bends Lloyd to the side. The plucky dynamo refuses to back off but shoots over the Pole's shoulder and eats another brutal hook on the mouth which finally drops her away from the aggressive stance. She's forced to weave around Lisowska's punches during the second minute and suddenly she's the one that enforces the clinching stalemate once Ewelina nails her with another jabbing rally on the mouth. Cher's high guard begins to leak too many punches but she escapes getting trapped on the ropes and still yells out in anger when Ewelina clocks her with a late hook on the brow ridge.

Round 5:
Both girls engage in a furious jabbing assault where Cher gets the better of the fellow brunette but then stumbles into a nasty hook on the boobs that suddenly takes the air out of her lungs. Ewelina should know a thing or two about landing a knee in the chest but she quickly adjusts her kickboxing experience into pure boxing as she powers ahead in jug muggin' style to dump more misery onto the stunned rival. Cher swings back off target and fails to land a clean shot into Ewelina's face while yielding real estate as the Polish singer piles on with her assault. She backs Lloyd onto the ropes and hammers crisp uppercuts on target before a scything left cross on the mouth spins Cher to the side. She tries to respond while slumping on her knee but Ewelina lands the vicious overhand on the nose to tear a small gash across it before plugging another wild hook into the exposed solar plexus. Ugh! Cher slumps on her knees and just can't stop squealing in pain when the bell finally halts the action.

Round 6:
Ewelina finds the early jabbing success while Cher appears to be shaken up by that jug muggin' struggle in the previous round. She can't use her footwork to escape the Polish rush and wobbles on her feet upon every shot landing through her high guard. Ewelina nails her from both flanks and backs onto the ropes again as her executions kicks into a higher gear and proves too much for the Gypsy dynamo. Cher barks in anger and tries to nuke the fellow singer straight up the middle but eats another nasty shot on the solar plexus and wobbles into a brutal uppercut on the chin that folds her into spasms. Ewelina steps into a powerful hook on the nose and Lloyd begins to leak red liquid as her squeals turn up a notch as well. Ewelina tears into the wounded area and hammers Cher's nose repeatedly while the fellow singer bellow out behind a desperate earmuff. Ugh! It's not enough to prevent the damage as Cher gets her mitts shoved into the bloody nose before Lisowska belts her across the exposed liver area to SEND HER CRASHING DOWN ONTO HER KNEES!!! Cher folds onto all fours but refuses to go away, she battles bravely onto her feet at eight and vows to continue but her nose is a bleeding mess and even the medica time out isn't enough to stop the leak. Ugh! REF WAVES IT OFF as Cher might have well suffered a broken nose here and she's clearly distraught over the nasty injury as well! TKO6 Ewelina Lisowska is bloody fashion!!!

AFTER: Cher is distraught alright and wants to leave the ring before the verdict is announced but Ewelina still mocks her from the opposite corner before telling her to "crawl back home and cry her eyes out a little more". Cher gives her a lenghty death stare and says "It's not over, bytch!" while Denise van Outen reckons these two will meet again in the future indeed. But it is over for tonight and the UK crowd gets to witness a proper introduction of Ewelina into the "dangerous floater" category. Or maybe a true contender as well? Whatever the future holds, Ewelina is extremely happy to have beaten Cher into a bloody mess and tells Denise that "I'm for real, folks! Kickboxing training or not, I can blow these bytches right off and I'm all for doing it again as soon as possible! This was just a preview!" (winks).
