Intro:
The opening bout of tonights PPV sees Emilia Clarke looking to give the undefeated Sydney Craven her first defeat, this seen as a big step up for young Sydney here in the BBU Arena in Cardiff.

Emilia is 32 years old; she stands 5'2, she holds a record of 13 wins, 12 by way of knockout, with 13 defeats.

Sydney is 24 years old; she stands 5'3, she holds an unbeaten record of 6 wins, all by way of knockout.

The fighters mostly stuck to training in media silence, with both seeing a win here as being big steps in different ways to their careers.

Emilia was the first to send a message out in the media, telling the press "I am looking forwards to fighting Sydney, she seems to certainly have the skills, has she been tested yet though?"

Answering her own question; Emilia says "to me she hasn't, I will definitely be giving her things to think about when we fight, which will hopefully lead to me putting her down for the count for the first time in her career"

Sydney had given an interview to the Real View after those comments, but made one last statement in the week before the fight.

Telling reporters "look I respect Emilia as an actress and fighter, but I'm the real fighter between us, something she'll see soon enough" then heads into the gym to train as she keeps things simple.

Fight night; out comes Emilia with Nicole Ritchie beside her, she looks relaxed as she heads down to the ring, not exactly rushing as Nicole talks to her about the plan.

She is wearing a navy blue sports bra with red trim, matching trunks and shoes, red gloves with blue thumbs, while her hair is tied back into a ponytail.

Stepping into the ring; Emilia smiles at her fans as they chant for her, till her demeanor changes to one of anger as she sees her Game of Thrones costar and rival Maisie Williams is in the front row.

Her attention is taking by the arrival of Sydney coming down the aisle with coach Emma Bunton, Sydney is smiling as she is fist bumping with her right.

She is wearing a red sports bra, matching trunks, shoes and gloves, while her hair is tied back into a braid for this battle.

After climbing into the ring; Sydney doesn't look too pleased when she sees Maisie is ringside, she shakes it off though as she bows to each side of the ring with a smile.

Soon enough as the fighters are warmed up they come to the center of the ring, an intense stare happens between them as neither looks worried about the other.

But when told to touch gloves; their is clear respect as they bump them together with a nod thrown in, then they return to their corners ready to start 10 rounds of flyweight action.

Round 1:
The early going is simply both testing the other out, dancing around up on their toes as they trade single punches, watching how the other reacts to see where the can attack from.

It's Emilia who moves to add more punches to her attack, after landing a stiff jab to the mouth of her opponent, two cross punches follow to push Sydney back.

As she looks to build off it though; Sydney shows good footwork to dodge a right cross, countering with a straight to the side of her opponent's face.

They settle in to trading as they move around the ring, Sydney soon gets aggressive as she ducks a straight to come up with an overhand left to the side of the veteran's head.

It's Craven pushing the pace now, landing clean shots to knock Clarke to the outside of the ring, with the Game of Thrones star stuck behind her guard, trying to dodge so she can get into space.

But Sydney shows good ring generalship to keep Emilia in front of her, landing hooks when the older fighter tries to slip away from her.

The round ends with a nod from Emilia, admitting she lost this round after a good start, that makes Sydney smile as Emma tells her to keep focused.

Round 2:
Sydney is looking to build off the opening round from the bell; moving forwards behind a jab as she stalks her opponent around the ring.

It looks like Emilia might be in for another tough round judging how she is stuck behind her guard, with straight shots landing off her gloves.

But Sydney is coming in a little too one dimensional, sticking mostly to punches to the head that Emilia is blocking, it comes back to haunt Sydney when she misses with a left cross, Emilia landing a counter right to the body.

Emilia is reading where the punches are coming from better now, dodging punches before landing her own in different parts of Sydney, looking the better at switching up her targets.

Late in the round Sydney tries to swing a left hook as she looks a little desperate to get control back, ending up taking a jab on her nose, two hooks to the body quickly follow.

The round ends with Emilia looking a little more relaxed as she returns to her corner, while Sydney is getting told off Emma to relax, seeing the youngster is tensing up.

Round 3:
Both fighters start in similar styles, boxing around the ring with stiff jabs their main weapons as that respect continues.

Emilia manages to land a double jab/straight combo to push Sydney back a step, with the older fighter stepping forwards to keep the pressure on Craven.

Who is driven towards the ropes by punches that find a home on her face, till Emilia misses with a right hook as Sydney leans out the way before countering with a straight of her own.

Sydney let's her hands go more, landing three punches through the mitts of her opponent to push her backwards.

When Emilia goes for a left cross; Sydney slips it to land her own right under the ribs of Emilia, continuing with more punches to knock her towards the ropes.

Where both fighters let their hands go in the final moments of the round, trying to win this round as they knock sweat off the others head, the bell rings not long after with both turning back to their corners with a little frustration on their faces.

Round 4:
Again the fighters start off trading on the move, eyes locked through their gloves as they sting the others face with straight shots.

It's Sydney this time who pushes forwards first with two rights digging Emilia on her lips, coming forwards to force Emilia back towards the ropes.

When Emilia is near the ropes; she parries a right to counter with a straight off the nose of Sydney, ducking a left hook before coming up with an overhand left that lands on the side of her opponent's head.

Now it's Sydney being bashed back across the ring, with Emilia coming forwards with punches going through the guard of the youngster, making Emma in the Marti's corner yell for her to tighten her guard.

But Sydney ends up in a corner, where Emilia switches to the body to make Sydney to groan out, when Sydney does start fighting back she is getting beaten by heavier punches from Clarke, who has the range to work from.

The round ends with Emilia taking a breath as she jogs back to her corner, looking relieved to have come out of this round strong.

Round 5:
Sydney is looking to come straight at Emilia, not content with just boxing with her older opponent, but she is rushing too much to land a big punch.

That leads to an uppercut catching her flush, there's a wobble to the legs of Sydney, with Emilia landing a straight to knock Craven further onto her heels.

A lack of experience in this situation shows as Sydney doesn't clinch, she tries to fight her way out of this situation, A RIGHT HOOK ON HER CHIN THOUGH SENDS HER DOWN TO HER BACK!

The Sydney fans are stunned to see her down, 1...2...3.. She is blinking as she lays spread eagle on the canvas, 4...5...6.. Slowly she turns to her side, 7...8.. Frustration is seen in Craven's eyes as 9...10 she can't beat the count!

After:
That's the undefeated run of Sydney ended in brutal fashion, Emilia raises her fists in the air with a look of relief, she caught Sydney flush after a good back and forth battle.

Emma rushes in to check on Sydney; who fights back tears as she stares at the canvas, the coach consoles her fighter as this is a new feeling for Sydney.

Even Emilia comes to check on Sydney, with both her and Emma helping up the youngster as the crowd applaud the show of sportsmanship between the fighters.

Both return to their corners to get cleaned up, once they are ready they head back to the center of the ring, where Emilia gets her hand raised by the referee.

The two fighters shake hands in a sign of respect, something that pundits think was Sydney's down fall, she didn't really go at Emilia hard and let the tension get to her.

Sydney leaves the ring with Emma; who tells her that she will grow stronger by learning off this defeat, that this isn't the end of the run to the title.

Inside the ring Maisie Williams comes; going nose to nose with Emilia as their eyes are locked, Nicole steps between them to push them apart.

Maisie makes it clear why she is here, telling Emilia "I want you next month, I'm ready to prove I'm better then you" with Emilia smiling as she nods, making it clear she wants a piece of her Game of Thrones costar again.

They leave the ring on opposite sides, knowing the next time they step in the ring together, they'll be trying to settle whose the superior woman.
